Experiment of
Skin oil level test
1. Principle of experiment
The measurement of the skin oil content is mostly applied to the research of the efficacy of cosmetics and is one of the important indexes for evaluating the oil control efficacy, the anti-acne (anti-acne) effect and the like of the cosmetics. The oil spot photometer based on the principle works, a special extinction adhesive tape with the thickness of 0.1mm is pasted on the skin, after oil on the skin of a human body is absorbed, the adhesive tape becomes a semitransparent adhesive tape, and the light transmission quantity is correspondingly changed, so that the transparency is proportional to the oil quantity, the more the absorbed oil is, the larger the light transmission quantity is, and the oil content of the skin is measured by measuring the light transmission quantity of the adhesive tape.
2. Experimental protocol
100 volunteers 18-45 years old are selected as trial subjects, 100 volunteers are randomly divided into 10 groups (10 in each group, consisting of 4 males and 6 females) to test each embodiment and the proportion, and the skin of the test subject is healthy and meets the selection standard (the skin is determined to be oil skin, and the skin is more than 120 mu g/cm < 2 >). Instructions for use of the product are provided to the subject, after which the product is dispensed, and the subject uses the test sample as required, and the instrument tests are performed the same day as the subject and on day 28 after using the oil and pox control emulsion skin care product.
3. Test method
The volunteers use the oil-controlling anti-acne emulsion skin care product on the face in the morning and at the evening for 28 days, the test day arrives at a laboratory, the face is washed by clear water before the test, the test subjects take a rest for 30min at a constant temperature and humidity of 22 ℃ plus or minus 2 ℃ and 50 percent plus or minus 10 percent, then the instrument test is carried out, and a sebum probe and a skin moisture probe of a Sebumeter SM815 (German CK) are used for respectively and continuously testing for 3 times to obtain an average value.
The smaller the value of the sebum (unit: mu g/cm 2) parameter, the lower the skin oil content, and vice versa;
the smaller the value of the moisture (unit:%) parameter, the lower the skin moisture content and vice versa;
calculating the oil clearance rate and the skin moisture growth rate according to the test value of the day 28 on the test day;
the calculation method comprises the following steps:
fat removal rate = (D28 fat D0 fat)/D0 fat × 100%;
skin moisture growth rate = (D28 moisture-D moisture)/D0 moisture × 100%;
the test results are shown in Table 2.
Table 2: experimental data sheet
Figure BDA0003938604710000111
Figure BDA0003938604710000121
Figure BDA0003938604710000131
The following conclusions can be drawn by performing single factor analysis on the above data:
1. of the 100 volunteers, 92 showed significant oil control and 84 showed significant moisturizing in the test data.
2. The influence of the addition amount of bioflavonoids, the oil control effect and the water retention effect is detailed in figure 1: the conclusion is as follows:
(1) in the addition range of 0-5%, the higher the addition amount of the bioflavonoids, the better the oil control effect;
(2) when the addition amount of the bioflavonoids is more than 3 percent, the enhancement effect of the oil control capacity is not obvious;
(3) in the addition range of 0-3%, the higher the addition amount of the bioflavonoids, the higher the stratum corneum moisture growth rate;
(4) when the addition amount of the bioflavonoids is more than 3 percent, the moisture increase rate of the stratum corneum begins to decrease;
(5) considering the comprehensive cost and effect, the addition amount of 3 percent is preferably selected, so that the oil control effect and the moistening and moisturizing effect are both sufficient.
3. Oil control capability and water replenishing capability comparison table for different oil control combinations
Oil control combination Clearance rate of skin oil% The moisture increase rate of skin%
3% bioflavonoid + zinc PCA + olive leaf extract 34.17 47.71
3% bioflavonoid + zinc PCA 28.44 33.82
3% bioflavonoid + olive leaf extract 20.72 32.3
3% bioflavonoid 17.73 32.7
Therefore, the oil control and moisturizing effect of the combination of the bioflavonoids, the olive leaf extract and the PCA zinc is obviously superior to that of the combination of the bioflavonoids, the olive leaf extract and the PCA zinc and the use of the bioflavonoids alone compared with the combination of the bioflavonoids, the olive leaf extract and the PCA zinc and the use of the bioflavonoids alone; the corresponding preparation method of the skin care product is carried out at normal temperature, so that the heating step is reduced, the loss of active ingredients is avoided, and the oil control and moisture retention effects are obviously higher than those in the prior art.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described preferred embodiments, but includes all modifications, equivalents, and improvements within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
