The allergy-relieving composition comprises the following specific components: 0.05g of bisabolol and 0.05g of ginger root extract.

(1) sequentially adding glycerol, butanediol, betaine, jasminon, allantoin, sodium hyaluronate, EDTA-2Na and part of deionized water into an emulsifying pot, stirring for 25r/min, heating to 80 deg.C, and dissolving the raw materials completely;
(2) dissolving sodium hydroxide in the rest deionized water, adding salicylic acid betaine salt, heating to 60 ℃, and stirring to dissolve completely;
(3) keeping the temperature of the emulsifying pot filled with the raw materials in the dissolving step (1) unchanged at 80 ℃, keeping the temperature, stirring for 30min, cooling to 50 ℃, and then adding the solution prepared in the step (2) to obtain a mixture;

And then adding the mixture into an emulsifying pot, maintaining the speed of 25r/min, stirring for 5min until the mixture is uniformly stirred, adjusting the pH value to 4.3, and discharging after the mixture is qualified.

The traditional Chinese medicine acne-removing composition comprises the following specific components: eucalyptus extract 0.375g, radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae extract 0.375g, folium Bambusae extract 0.225g, white willow bark extract 0.225g, fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis extract 0.225g, and flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract 0.075 g.

The traditional Chinese medicine acne-removing composition comprises the following specific components: eucalyptus extract 0.75g, radix salviae miltiorrhizae extract 0.75g, bamboo leaf extract 0.45g, white willow bark extract 0.45g, Chinese honeylocust fruit extract 0.45g and chamomile extract 0.15 g.
The allergy-relieving composition comprises the following specific components: 0.025g of bisabolol and 0.025g of ginger root extract.

Verification example 1 bacteriostatic efficacy test
In order to prove the effect of the acne-removing essence provided by the invention, propionibacterium acnes bacteriostasis tests are carried out on the acne-removing composition prepared in the examples 1-3, the acne-removing composition prepared in the comparative examples 1-2 and a blank control:
(1) the test method briefly describes: propionibacterium acnes bacteriostasis test (coating method)
The coating method is used for evaluating acne-removing cosmetics. A double-layer plate (lower layer of 10-15ml of culture medium and upper layer of 5ml of culture medium containing Propionibacterium acnes) containing Propionibacterium acnes (ATCC11827) with a bacterial content of 10 was prepared4-105Cooling the plate, accurately weighing 0.5g of acne-removing cosmetic sample (blank control is not treated), uniformly coating on the plate with bacteria, culturing at 36 + -1 deg.C under anaerobic condition for 24 hr, and observing the plateGrowth of inner colony.

As can be seen from the above test results, the acne-removing compositions prepared according to examples 1,2 and 3 of the present invention have a highly effective effect of inhibiting propionibacterium acnes (ATCC11827), and accordingly, have a highly effective acne-removing efficacy; the acne-removing compositions prepared according to comparative examples 1 and 2 cannot completely inhibit the growth of propionibacterium acnes (ATCC11827), and the corresponding acne-removing efficacy is far inferior to that of the acne-removing composition of the present invention.
Verification example 2 acne removal efficacy test
192 cases of whelk patients are collected, wherein 97 cases are male and 95 cases are female. Acne and pox symptoms are: red swelling, pain, pustule, acne, comedones. The separation into 6 groups: blank, experimental 1, experimental 2, experimental 3, comparative 1, comparative 2, each 32 people.
The application method comprises the following steps: the blank group is coated with essence water only having a moisturizing effect every day; experimental groups 1 to 3 were each applied with the acne-removing composition prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention daily; comparative example groups 1 to 2 were each applied daily with the acne removing composition prepared in comparative examples 1 to 2. The smearing method comprises the following steps: the ointment is applied to pox patients in the morning and at night every day, and 12 days is a treatment course.
The acne anti-inflammation therapeutic standard: significant effect, effective and ineffective.
(1) The effect is shown: after 1.5 treatment courses of application, acne and pox symptoms completely disappear, the skin recovers smooth, no acne mark is generated, and no recurrence occurs within three months;
(2) the method has the following advantages: after being applied for 1 treatment course, the acne and pimple symptoms are obviously improved, the acne and pimple symptoms are red, swollen, painful and purulent and disappear, after being applied for 2 treatment courses, the acne and pimple symptoms completely disappear, the skin is recovered to be smooth, and no pimple mark is generated; and no recurrence occurs within three months;

Further, 2 of the subjects were followed over a long period of time and their acne treatments and relapses were observed and recorded as follows:
in a certain age, a male, 28 years old and 16 years old suffer from acne, are fond of eating fried spicy food, are treated by a beauty salon, and are treated by taking western medicines, so that the improvement is not seen, the confidence of the patient is seriously affected, the mood is low, and slight depression is caused. After the acne removing composition disclosed by the embodiment 1 of the invention is applied and 7 days after the spicy food is fried in oil, the redness and swelling of the acne part disappear, the pain is relieved when the acne part is pressed, and the pox is obviously reduced; after 12 days of smearing, the acne part forms scabs, and the scabs naturally fall off after continuing smearing for 2 days; after 20 days of smearing, a large area of acnes on the face of the patient disappears, the skin of the acnes is pink, after two days of smearing, the skin returns to a normal color, the skin returns to be smooth and without acnes, the confidence of the patient gradually recovers, and the patient is full of confidence in work and life.
Zhangqi, female, 20 years old, usually heavy and heavy, and prefers to eat fried spicy food. From the above results, it can be seen that the acne removing compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention have significantly higher effective rate and total effective rate than those of the blank group, and the difference has statistical significance. Further, compared with the comparative example group 1 and the comparative example group 2, the acne removing compositions prepared in the examples 1 to 3 of the invention have the advantages that the significant efficiency and the total effective rate are also remarkably improved. Therefore, the acne removing composition prepared according to the invention can be obviously improved in terms of the acne treatment effect, the acne mark removal and recurrence prevention compared with the prior art.
Proof example 3 odor test
The odor of the acne-removing composition prepared in the invention in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 is evaluated. The results are shown in table 3 below.

As can be seen from the above table, in the examples 1 to 3 of the present invention, the pH is strictly controlled to be 4.3 to 5.5, so that the unpleasant odor of the betaine salicylate is minimized and hardly smells, the pleasant feeling of use is improved, and the addition amount of the essence is reduced. Meanwhile, the pH value of 4.3-5.5 accords with national regulations, is stable and safe, and can soften cutin, dredge pores and refresh skin; comparative example 2 no noticeable odor due to no addition of salicylic acid betaine salt; in contrast, comparative example 1, which did not control the pH, resulted in the emission of an unpleasant, pungent taste when the salicylic acid betaine was at a pH of 5.5 to 7.0, which was difficult to mask even with a large amount of perfume, and was likely to be sensitive to the skin.

The acne-removing composition with the acne mark fading effect is characterized by comprising salicylic acid betaine, a traditional Chinese medicine acne-removing composition and auxiliary materials, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine acne-removing composition is selected from one or more of eucalyptus leaf extract, salvia miltiorrhiza extract, bamboo leaf extract, white willow bark extract, Chinese honeylocust fruit extract and chamomile extract.
2. The composition for removing acne marks according to claim 1, wherein the amount of said betaine salicylate is 0.1-3% by weight of the total composition.
3. The acne-removing composition with the acne mark removing effect according to claim 2, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine acne-removing composition is used in an amount of 0.5-3% by mass of the total acne-removing composition.
4. The composition for removing acne marks according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise one or more of moisturizer, bacteriostatic agent, pH regulator, chelating agent, solubilizer, antioxidant, essence and solvent.
5. The acne-removing composition with the acne mark fading effect according to claim 4, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise the following components in amount according to the total mass of the acne-removing composition: 0.01-20% of humectant, 0.1-2% of bacteriostatic agent, 0.014-0.03% of pH regulator, 0.01-0.05% of chelating agent, 0.04-0.4% of solubilizer, 1-20% of antioxidant, 0.001-0.05% of essence and 60-95% of solvent.
6. The acne removing composition with acne mark lightening effect according to claim 1, wherein the acne removing composition further comprises one or more of a soothing composition, an anti-inflammatory repairing composition and a nano barrier repairing flexible body.
7. The acne-removing composition with acne mark fading effect according to claim 6, wherein the allergy-relieving composition is one or more selected from bisabolol and ginger root extract.
8. The composition for removing acne with acne mark lightening effect according to claim 6, wherein said anti-inflammatory repairing composition is selected from one or more of butanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, hydroxyphenylpropionamide benzoic acid.
9. The composition for removing acne with acne mark lightening effect according to claim 6 wherein said nano barrier repair soft body is selected from one or more of water, ceramide-2, phytosterol oleate, lecithin, tocopheryl acetate, stearic acid, bisabolol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, octyldodecanol, glycerin, polysorbate-8, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben and propylparaben.
10. The method for preparing the acne-removing composition with the acne mark lightening effect according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) dissolving alkali salicylate in solvent, and stirring in emulsifying pot;
(2) adding the traditional Chinese medicine acne-removing composition into the betaine salicylate salt solution, and uniformly stirring;
(3) adding the rest adjuvants, stirring and mixing to uniform and transparent;
(4) discharging after the inspection is qualified.
