Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemicals, in particular to a composition and a nursing product with the effect of repairing striae gravidarum.
Background
Striae Gravidarum (SG) is one of the most common connective tissue changes during pregnancy, and about 55% to 90% of pregnant and parturient women suffer from Striae gravidarum. Early stretch marks often appear as flat, pink or red stripes that gradually bulge out of the surface of the skin, turning into longer, wider purplish-red stripes (red or immature stripes). Over a period of months to years, the skin lesions gradually shrink with hypopigmentation and depigmentation, forming scar-like atrophy lines (white lines or mature lines) parallel to the line of skin tension. The skin damage is caused to breasts, abdomens, buttocks and thighs, and sometimes has subjective symptoms such as pruritus, burning pain and the like. Although the stretch marks do not threaten the physical health of patients, the stretch marks can cause psychological diseases because the stretch marks affect the beautiful appearance of the skin. Some postpartum women often feel self-inferior due to the fact that the postpartum women cannot treat the stretch marks, are dare to wear the sexy swimwear or soak hot springs in summer, dare to wear the ultra-short skirt and the shorts, and worry about that the spouse is suspect and loses confidence. Some women can not endure severe pruritus and burning sensation to scramble and scratch, and then local infection occurs, and then the skin ointment containing hormone components is used for treatment, so that the effect is not ideal. Many methods for removing striae gravidarum are used, but the effect is not ideal, so that the pregnant women feel stranded and have a temptation, and partial postpartum women have severe depression and the life quality is greatly reduced.
The research finds out that the pathogenesis of striae gravidarum is possible: the skin tension increases and the dermal collagen fiber bundles are severely damaged; abnormal remodeling of the elastic web; abnormal fibroblast metabolism; fibroblast aberration increases collagenase-2 secretion, thereby promoting collagen type I solubilization; reducing estrogen receptor expression to lower estrogen levels can result in some skin changes; androgens such as endogenous testosterone inhibit skin wound healing and exacerbate the inflammatory response. Until now, the pathogenesis, high-risk factors and exact treatment means of the disease are still in the exploration stage.
The more effective striae gravidarum repair products appearing on the market are medicines of retinoids: such as tazarotene, apadaline, etc. However, the application of these drugs may cause skin irritation symptoms such as burning, erythema and desquamation, which may make skin lesions more noticeable. Retinoid drugs are not available for all patients, but are contraindicated in women within the first 3 months of pregnancy or patients with acute or subacute dermatitis, eczematous dermatoses, etc.
The earlier striae gravidarum is treated, the better the recovery. Consumers during pregnancy avoid adverse effects on fetal development of the products and choose the products very carefully. Many reports claim that ingredients such as salicylic acid, salicylic acid derivatives, vitamin a derivatives, etc. are prohibited during pregnancy. Based on this, consumers can only select a repair product without such ingredients.
Olibanum is a hard gel resin exuded from the cut of the trunk of Boswellia carterii belonging to the family Burseraceae. In China, the history of the use of frankincense is long, the frankincense can be seen in famous medical records for the first time, and the frankincense is listed as the top grade, has the effects of activating blood and promoting qi, stimulating the menstrual flow to relieve pain, and reducing swelling and promoting granulation, and is commonly used for treating traumatic injury, rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis. In traditional indian medicine, mastic formulations are commonly used to treat a variety of inflammatory diseases. Clinical tests and a large number of animal experiments prove that the frankincense extract and various monomer components have remarkable anti-inflammatory effects. The effect of boswellia serrata extract on rat schwann cell proliferation and related protein expression was studied by continental phone et al, northeast university of agriculture. Korean and others discuss the repairing effect of the frankincense extract on peripheral nerve injury through the influence of the frankincense extract on the repair of the peripheral nerve injury in a rat skin defect model, and test results show that the wound healing rate shows that compared with a control group, the wound of a test group can heal faster, and the wound of the test group basically heals at day 14.
In view of the above current situation, many patents for striae gravidarum care products containing boswellia extracts appear. Through researches, the penmen find that the patent can play a role in lightening stretch marks, but has a larger application problem. It has been reported that when the concentration of the boswellia extract is relatively high, significant toxic and side effects occur. The human body mildness test shows that the sensitization of the frankincense extract is greatly improved after the concentration of the frankincense extract exceeds a certain concentration. The use amount of the boswellia extracts described in these patents is far higher than the safe use amount range studied by penmen. Still, the inventors find that the frankincense extract has strong photosensitivity, and the frankincense can quickly change color and taste and increase the sensitization by simple addition and use.
CN200810056415.5 discloses a compound essential oil for repairing striae gravidarum, which is mainly prepared by mixing frankincense essential oil, rose essential oil, jasmine essential oil, orange flower essential oil, carrot seed essential oil and sweet almond oil according to a certain proportion; the essential oil of frankincense is used, and the approximate dosage is 5 per mill to 3.4 percent.
CN201711279677.3 discloses a striae gravidarum repair paste containing epidermal stem cell extract, which comprises rhubarb, natural indigo, frankincense, angelica, ligusticum wallichii, ampelopsis japonica, coptis chinensis, codonopsis pilosula, epidermal stem cell extract and palmitoyl oligopeptide, wherein the content of the frankincense is about 15%.
None of the above protocols addresses the problem of sensitization.
Ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, also known as tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, has many functions as a cosmetic ingredient, including skin lightening, promotion of collagen synthesis, and inhibition of lipid peroxidation. As a derivative of vitamin C, tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate is stable at high temperature and has good solubility in oil. Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate has excellent skin absorbability, and can be decomposed into free vitamin C in skin to realize physiological function.
Tocopheryl acetate, also known as tocopheryl acetate, is an organic substance with a chemical formula of C31H52O3, and is a pale yellow viscous liquid. Is easily soluble in chloroform, diethyl ether, acetone and vegetable oil, soluble in alcohol, and insoluble in water. Has good heat resistance, can be oxidized when being exposed to light, has dark color, belongs to vitamin E derivatives, and has good antioxidant activity.
Jojoba oil is a good moisturizing and moisturizing oil, can maintain skin moisture, prevent wrinkles and soften skin, is suitable for mature and aged skin, and is commonly used for face and body massage and hair care. A large number of safety and toxicological tests prove that the jojoba oil is very safe to be used as cosmetics, does not produce acnes and antigens, and is suitable for various skins.
The application research hopes that the pregnancy striae fading effect of the frankincense extract can be achieved, the allergenicity of the frankincense extract under the same dosage can be remarkably reduced, and the application level of the frankincense extract in the field of cosmetics is improved.

Consumer efficacy testing
Purpose of the experiment
The test product was tried for 56 days by continuous human testing and the efficacy of the test product was clinically evaluated by instrumental testing and self-evaluation questionnaires.
Test subject
After screening by a professional dermatologist, 18 subjects were enrolled and finally 15 subjects completed the whole trial, of which 3 subjects exited the study for personal reasons.
Test product
Essential oil 2, essential oil 3, essential oil 4, essential oil 6 and essential oil 9. The efficacy of removing striae gravidarum is evaluated by a human body trial for 28 days.
Product usage method and frequency
A drop of essential oil is taken in the morning and at night each day and is smeared on the specific area of the striae gravidarum, and the striae gravidarum is massaged until the oil is completely absorbed.
Instrument test methods and results:
the skin elasticity is measured by a Cutomer, MPA580, and a parameter R2 (the ratio of the rebound amount without negative pressure to the maximum pull-up amount with negative pressure) is taken as the judgment basis of the skin elasticity. And D0 is compared with the data of D28 and D56 respectively, the elasticity increasing rate is calculated, and the average change value is obtained. The greater the change value, the better the skin elasticity improvement. The specific test results are shown in table 5 below:
table 5 skin elasticity test results
After 56 days of use, the testers were asked to fill out a questionnaire and to count the efficacy satisfaction scores, 1 score representing very unsatisfactory, 2 scores unsatisfactory, 3 scores normal, 4 scores satisfactory, 5 scores very satisfactory. The results are given in Table 6 below:
