Description

Plant composition with cleaning and repairing effects and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and relates to a plant composition with cleaning and repairing effects and application thereof, in particular to a plant composition with cleaning and repairing effects and application thereof in preparation of cleaning cosmetics.
Background
With the continuous increase of the income and the consumption capability of the national people, the pursuit of beauty is gradually enhanced from 'good-after consumption' to 'just-needed consumption', the scale of the whole products is continuously enlarged, and the makeup removing products also become necessary articles for life due to the rapid penetration of the color makeup habit and the refinement and specialized upgrade of the skin care requirement. There are two main principles of cleaning products on the market today, one being surfactant cleaning: the surfactant forms a structure called micelle when being cleaned, so that oil stain small particles are wrapped, the surface tension of original oil stains (grease) and skin is reduced, the oil stains are separated from the skin, and then the micelle wrapping the oil stains is washed away with water, so that the cleaning effect is achieved, and the surfactant is commonly used in face cleaning; the other is similar phase dissolution principle cleaning: the oily component is easily dissolved with the oily component, and the polar oil and fat are easily dissolved with the polar oil and fat.
However, surfactants themselves are harmful to the skin, including causing the dissolution of skin stratum corneum lipids, the swelling, denaturation of keratin, and the washing away of Natural Moisturizing Factors (NMF) from skin stratum corneum cells. Over-cleansing for a long time can cause the skin to become dry and itchy, the barrier function of the skin epidermis to be damaged, and external irritants to enter the skin more easily and even to finally become sensitive muscles directly.
The oil can also influence the skin, and some oil is not easy to wash and stops on the skin, or causes acne components, or vegetable oil such as olive oil is microbial food on the face, and is easy to cause acne growth; the mineral oil has strong capability of dissolving the color cosmetics, namely, the color cosmetics have greasy feeling and residual risk, and secondary cleaning is needed; the synthetic ester is fresh and cool in use, has strong dissolving and penetrating power to dirty things, but has relatively weak safety, and some components have the risk of causing acne.
Meanwhile, improper makeup removal products or makeup removal techniques may result in insufficient or excessive cleansing, leading to increased keratinocyte exfoliation, skin barrier damage, and skin sensitivity. Therefore, there is a need to develop a three-in-one cleansing cosmetic that can be used not only for daily makeup removal and cleansing, but also for repairing the skin without damaging the skin barrier.

The results show that: the application examples 1 to 11 of the present invention are all negative reactions, which indicate that the safety of the plant composition and the derivative thereof according to the present invention is ensured, and adverse reactions such as skin irritation and sensitization (except people who are allergic to the plant composition or people who are allergic to the plant composition) are not generated.
Test example 3
Grease removal tests were performed on the cleansing bubbles prepared in application examples 1-11 and comparative application examples 1-7:
108 volunteers were selected, 54 of the test subjects were dry skin (randomly divided into 18 groups of 3 persons each), 54 of the test subjects were oily skin (randomly divided into 18 groups of 3 persons each), the skin oil content before cleansing of each subject and the oil content after cleansing of the same time period using the same amount of each group of samples were measured in an environment of 25 ℃ using a CBS skin analysis system with the fixed part of the cheek of the subject as a test area, the oil clearance was calculated according to the following formula and the arithmetic mean thereof was made, the cleansing effect of the product on oily skin and dry skin was examined, and the measurement results are shown in table 2.

TABLE 2
Figure BDA0003206971080000133
Figure BDA0003206971080000141
The results show that: the data of dry skin subjects show that the plant composition and the face cleaning product do not excessively remove facial grease and do not basically damage the skin; the data of oily skin test subjects show that compared with the comparative application example, the plant composition and the face cleaning product, namely the application example, have better oil removal effect, and the synergistic effect of the rice fermentation product filtrate, the soapberry extract and the pepper seed extract on the aspect of removing oil is shown.
Test example 4
The formulations of cleansing bubbles prepared in application examples 1-11 and comparative application examples 1-7 were tested for the diversity and abundance of the skin microorganism shannon:
the 108 volunteers wash the face in the morning and at night every day and use the products of each group for face cleaning, the same amount of the product is taken for each group every time, the product is used for 2 times every day and is continuously used for 20 days, and the basic skin care products and the use amount of the skin care products tried by each volunteer are kept consistent.
Microbial diversity, generally characterized by a shannon index, lower values of the shannon index indicate lower microbial diversity, which is often associated with skin unhealthy. Analyzing a DNA sequencing result of a 16S rNA gene V3 region and a Shannon diversity index through a microorganism detector and bioinformatics software; the sequencing results of 7 hypervariable regions on the 16SrNA gene are analyzed, so that the relative abundance of different classes is evaluated. The test results are shown in table 3 (data are presented as mean values):
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0003206971080000151
Figure BDA0003206971080000161
The results show that: compared with a comparative application example, the plant composition and the face cleaning product, namely the application example have a better effect of maintaining the balance of skin epidermal flora, and show that the rice fermentation product filtrate, the soapberry extract and the pepper seed extract have a synergistic effect on maintaining the balance of skin epidermal flora. The effect is further amplified by adding the hay flower extract and the ginger flower root extract, and the effect of maintaining the balance of skin epidermal flora of the product can be further improved by adding the lemon tea tree oil, the sweet almond oil and the sea buckthorn fruit oil as the skin conditioner.
Test example 5
The DPPH antioxidant effect of the cleansing bubbles prepared in example 1 and application examples 8 to 11 was evaluated:
adding 2mL of absolute ethyl alcohol into 1g of product, adding 2mL of 60 mu mol/L DPPH solution after complete dissolution, uniformly mixing, standing for 30min, adjusting to zero by using the absolute ethyl alcohol, and measuring the absorbance at 517nm as Ai; in the same method, 2mL of absolute ethyl alcohol solvent and 2mL of DPPH solution are uniformly mixed, and the absorbance is determined to be Ac; dissolving 1g of the composition matrix, adding 2mL of absolute ethyl alcohol solvent, uniformly mixing, and determining the absorbance Aj.
The radical scavenging rate was calculated by the following formula.
The clearance (%) [1- (Ai-Aj)/Ac ] x 100%
Wherein Aj reflects the contribution of the sample itself to absorbance; absorbance values of Ai samples after action on DPPH; ac is the absorption of DPPH itself at the measurement wavelength.
The greater the DPPH clearance, the greater the ability of the composition to scavenge free radicals and resist oxidation. The results are shown in table 4 (5 replicates for each set of samples and data presented as mean).
TABLE 4
Group of Radical scavenging ratio (%)
Application example 1 60.25%
Application example 8 84.37%
Application example 9 68.51%
Application example 10 77.67%
Application example 11 73.86%
The results show that: the plant composition and the face cleaning product have good free radical scavenging and antioxidant effects, the lemon tea tree oil, the sweet almond oil or the sea buckthorn fruit oil is added as a skin conditioner, the antioxidant effect of the product can be further improved, and the combination of the lemon tea tree oil, the sweet almond oil and the sea buckthorn fruit oil is the most preferable scheme.
