The paeonia lactiflora whitening and freckle removing extracting solution according to claim 1, wherein the extracting solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20% -30% of paeonia lactiflora root extract, 8% -12% of glycerol, 20% -30% of ethanol, 12% -18% of water, 4.4% -6.6% of rose extract, 1.6% -2.4% of arbutin, 0.8% -1.2% of sodium hyaluronate, 34% -6% of vitamin B, 0.8% -1.2% of vitamin A, 1.6% -2.4% of polypeptide, 4.8% -7.2% of vitamin C, 0.8% -1.2% of vitamin E, 0.4% -0.6% of resveratrol, 0.4% -0.6% of ceramide and 0.4% -0.6% of acid.

The paeonia lactiflora whitening and freckle removing extracting solution according to claim 1, wherein the extracting solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 25% of paeonia lactiflora root extract, 10% of glycerol, 25% of ethanol, 15% of water, 5.5% of rose extract, 2% of arbutin, 1% of sodium hyaluronate, 35% of vitamin B, 1% of vitamin A, 2% of polypeptide, 6% of vitamin C, 1% of vitamin E, 0.5% of resveratrol, 0.5% of ceramide and 0.5% of acid.
4. The paeonia lactiflora whitening and freckle removing extracting solution according to claim 1, wherein the specific component of the vitamin B3 is nicotinamide.
5. The paeonia lactiflora whitening and freckle removing extracting solution according to claim 1, wherein the specific component of the vitamin A is retinol.

The whitening and freckle removing paeonia lactiflora extractive solution according to claim 4, wherein in the step of mixing paeonia lactiflora root powder with ethanol in the step of S1, the paeonia lactiflora root powder and ethanol are mixed with sufficient stirring, and are stirred every 6 hours in the step of soaking for 24 hours.
