Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and relates to a moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition and application thereof.
Background
When the external environment changes and the metabolism in the human body is slow, the skin is extremely dry, which means that the skin barrier is disordered, the moisture content of the stratum corneum is reduced, and local inflammatory factors (such as IL-1 and TNF) are released. Sensitive skin refers to a high-response state of the skin under physiological or pathological conditions, and may show subjective symptoms such as burning, itching, stabbing pain and tightness, with or without objective signs such as erythema, desquamation and telangiectasia. Studies have shown that a decrease in the barrier function of the skin and the presence of inflammatory reactions in the top layer of the skin are important factors leading to problems of dryness and sensitivity of the skin. Skin is an important tissue which shows the external beauty and characteristics of human body, so that the problems of dry skin, sensitivity and the like which influence the health of skin gradually draw attention to people.
At present, one of the common means for improving skin condition is to use moisturizing and soothing cosmetics. The moisturizing and allergy-relieving cosmetics on the market are usually added with beneficial components such as amino acid, hyaluronic acid, salvia miltiorrhiza extract and the like to solve the problems of dry and sensitive skin.
CN108653158A discloses a cosmetic with an auxiliary repairing effect on sensitive skin, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of fresh mulberry leaves, 5 parts of fructus kochiae, 5 parts of nidus vespae, 1 part of snake slough, 1 part of fructus forsythiae, 3 parts of honeysuckle, 10 parts of centella, 5 parts of purified water, 10 parts of coconut oil, 3 parts of natural emulsifier and 0.1 part of xanthan gum. The product is simple to prepare, has no irritation to skin, and can only solve the problem of skin sensitivity but not solve the problem of skin dryness.
CN109453083A discloses a moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition and application thereof, wherein the composition comprises the following components: yeast extract, grapefruit fruit extract, crataegus cuneata fruit extract and chamomile extract, wherein the yeast extract is easy to be absorbed by skin and has the moisturizing effect, but the problem of dry skin cannot be fundamentally solved.
CN106852836A discloses a preparation method of a moisturizing night cream, which comprises allantoin, hyaluronic acid, chamomile extract, aloe extract, arnica extract, liquorice extract, forsythia extract, witch hazel extract and the like, has the effects of improving the tightness, anti-allergy, anti-inflammation and itching-relieving effects of washed dry skin, but cannot increase the water content of stratum corneum and strengthen the barrier function of the skin.
In conclusion, the existing moisturizing and allergy-relieving cosmetics mainly comprise mild components, have no stimulation to skin, can only relieve the problem of skin, and cannot fundamentally solve the problems of dry and sensitive skin caused by reduction of skin barrier function and inflammatory reaction of skin surface. Therefore, how to provide a moisture-retaining and allergy-soothing composition having the functions of improving skin barrier function, water-retaining capacity and anti-inflammatory effect has become one of the problems to be solved at present.

Test example 1: haemolysis test of erythrocytes
Red blood cell haemolysis (RBC) is one of the alternatives to rabbit eye irritation, and the basic principle is to evaluate the damage of chemicals to eye tissue cells by measuring the amount of hemoglobin dissolved out of cells and the degree of denaturation. The RBC test can be used to evaluate the eye irritation of cosmetics.
The moisturizing and soothing composition prepared in examples 1 to 7 and the composition prepared in comparative examples 1 to 19 were subjected to an erythrocyte hemolysis experiment. RBC experimental test method and judgment standard of European substitution method verification center are adopted in experiment, and specific judgment standard is shown in Table 1, wherein HD50The concentration of the sample at which 50% of erythrocytes are hemolyzed, DI is the protein denaturation index, and L/D is HD50Ratio to DI.
TABLE 1
L/D | Grading |
L/D﹥100 | Has no irritation |
10﹤L/D≦100 | Micro-stimulation property |
1﹤L/D≦10 | Mild irritation |
0.1﹤L/D≦1 | Moderate irritation |
L/D≦0.1 | Severe irritation |
The irritation results of each of the samples prepared in examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 19 are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
As can be seen from the irritation results of the samples in table 2, the irritation of the moisturizing and allergy-soothing composition prepared in the embodiments 1 to 7 of the present invention is classified as non-irritation, which indicates that the moisturizing and allergy-soothing composition of the present invention has the characteristics of being mild and non-irritating; the irritation of the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition prepared from the compositions in comparative examples 1 to 19 is classified as no irritation, but the L/D value of the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition is lower than that of the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition prepared from examples 1 to 7, which shows that 6 active ingredients are matched with each other, have synergistic effect and can obviously reduce the toxic and side effects and irritation of the composition.
Test example 2: skin barrier enhancement experiments
Trans Epidermal Water Loss (TEWL), also known as transdermal Water Loss, represents the Loss of Water in the deep dermis by evaporation through the epidermis, an important parameter describing the barrier function of the skin, which is closely related to the Water content of the stratum corneum of the skin. Lower TEWL values indicate less water loss through the skin and better barrier function of the stratum corneum; conversely, the poorer the barrier function. The volunteers who applied the product were tested using a moisture transdermal loss tester (Tewameter TM 300).
156 volunteers of 20-45 years old were randomly selected as study subjects, wherein 78 of the volunteers were male and female, and the tested part had no skin problems and no history of systemic diseases in the last month. Volunteers were randomly divided into 26 groups, and before the test, volunteers were asked to wipe both arms with clear water, sit still for 30min in a constant temperature and humidity environment (temperature: 25. + -. 1 ℃ C., relative humidity: 40. + -. 5%) and keep relaxed. Marking a 4cm multiplied by 4cm test area at a position 5cm away from the palm base part on the inner side of the arm of the volunteer, simultaneously marking a plurality of areas (with the interval of 1cm) on the same arm, and randomly smearing the test product to be tested on the marked area. The product (the moisturizing and soothing composition prepared in examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-19) was applied to the marked area of the volunteer continuously around the circumference in an amount of 2.0 + -0.1 μ L/cm2And the marked area is not smearable with drugs or cosmetics not relevant to the test during the test period, and the loss of moisture through the skin was tested and recorded before, at week 1, 2 and 4 of the smear (TEWL0, TEWL1, TEWL2, TEWL4), the test results are shown in table 3, and the data shown are the average of the experimental data obtained.
TABLE 3
As can be seen from table 3, as the test time increases, the lower the transdermal moisture dispersion amount of the volunteers, the lower the transdermal moisture dispersion amount of the active ingredients 6 according to the present invention, the transdermal moisture dispersion amount of the volunteers using the moisturizing and soothing sensitivity composition prepared in examples 1 to 7 was 8% or less, the transdermal moisture dispersion amount of the volunteers using the moisturizing and soothing sensitivity composition prepared in comparative examples 1 to 7 was 9.5% to 11%, and the transdermal moisture dispersion amount of the volunteers using the composition prepared in comparative examples 8 to 19 was 8% to 9.5% at week 4 of the test of the volunteers. From the above, the transdermal water dispersion loss of the volunteers using the compositions prepared in comparative examples 1 to 19 was higher than that of the volunteers using the compositions prepared in examples 1 to 7, which shows that the mutual cooperation of the 6 active ingredients according to the present invention can make the transdermal water dispersion loss of the users lower than that of the users using the compositions of single active ingredient or lacking any active ingredient, and has synergistic effect and good function of repairing skin barrier.
Test example 3: skin stratum corneum moisture test
The skin moisture test is based on the capacitance measurement principle, and measures the change of the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the skin by measuring the change of the dielectric constant of the surface of the skin, thereby evaluating the moisturizing effect of the product. The volunteers who applied the product were tested using a skin moisture content test probe (Corneometer CM 825).
156 volunteers with dry skin were selected as study subjects, the age of the volunteers was 20-45 years, 78 of the volunteers were male and female, the tested parts had no skin problems in the last month, and no history of systemic diseases. Continuous peripheral applicationThe amount of the moisturizing and soothing composition (prepared in examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-19) applied to the marked area is 2.0 +/-0.1 muL/cm2And the test period marked area is not smearable with drugs or cosmetics unrelated to the test, the moisture content of the stratum corneum was tested and recorded before smearing, at week 1 smearing, at week 2 smearing and at week 4 smearing (SM0, SM1, SM2, SM4), the test results are shown in table 4, and the data shown are the average of the experimental data obtained.
TABLE 4
As can be seen from table 4, the longer the product is applied to the skin of the volunteer, the higher the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the skin is, that is, the 6 active ingredients of the present invention can provide moisture to the skin, and the moisturizing and allergy-relaxing compositions prepared in examples 1 to 7 have better moisturizing effects compared with comparative examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 8 to 19, can significantly increase the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the skin and reduce the moisture loss of the skin, and are specifically represented as follows: the moisture content of the stratum corneum of 1 week of volunteers who applied the moisturizing and allergy-soothing compositions prepared in examples 1 to 7, comparative examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 8 to 19 respectively was: tg is 11.5%, 9% -10.5% and 10.5% -12%, the moisture content of the skin cuticle at the 4 th week is respectively as follows: tg is 19%, 11% -13% and 15% -17.5%. The 6 active ingredients in the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition are scientifically proportioned, so that the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum of a user is higher than that of the skin stratum corneum of the user who uses the composition only containing a single active ingredient or lacking any active ingredient, and the moisturizing effect is obvious.
Test example 4: experiment for inhibiting hyaluronidase activity
Hyaluronidase is a specific lyase for hyaluronic acid and is commonly used to assess in vitro anti-allergic activity. Hyaluronic acid plays a major inhibitory role in human development and regulation (e.g., cell adhesion, organ formation, wound healing, tumorigenesis, and angiogenesis), and inhibition of hyaluronidase activity prevents sodium hyaluronate from being decomposed and maintains normal physiological functions, so hyaluronidase inhibition rate is used as an antiallergic standard, and specific classification standards are shown in table 5.
TABLE 5
Inhibition rate | Grading |
≧70% | Strong antiallergic effect |
≧50% | Moderate antiallergic effect |
[30%,50%] | Weak antiallergic effect |
﹤30% | Has no antiallergic effect |

Wherein: i is the hyaluronidase inhibition rate;
A1is the absorbance value of the (hyaluronidase + sample + hyaluronidase potassium) solution;
A2is the absorbance value of the solution of (acetic acid buffer solution + sample + acetic acid buffer solution);
A3the absorbance value of the (hyaluronidase + deionized water + hyaluronidase potassium) solution is shown;
A4the absorbance value of the solution is (acetic acid buffer solution + deionized water).
TABLE 6
As can be seen from the results of the hyaluronidase inhibition rates in table 5, the inhibition rates of the moisturizing and allergy-relieving compositions prepared in examples 1 to 7 on hyaluronidase all reach over 90%, and are higher than those of the compositions in comparative examples 1 to 19 and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, which indicates that the 6 active ingredients are matched with each other, the hyaluronidase inhibition rates of the compositions are higher than those of the compositions containing only a single active ingredient or lacking any active ingredient, and the components are synergistic, so that the anti-allergic capability of the skin is remarkably improved.

Volunteers were randomly divided into 21 groups, and before the test, the volunteers were asked to wipe both arms with clear water, sit still for 30min in a constant temperature and humidity environment (temperature: 25. + -. 1 ℃ C., relative humidity: 40. + -. 5%) and keep relaxed. Marking a 4cm multiplied by 4cm test area at a position 5cm away from the palm base part on the inner side of the arm of the volunteer, simultaneously marking a plurality of areas (with the interval of 1cm) on the same arm, and testing a product to be testedThe cosmetic compositions were randomly applied to the marked area, and the product (moisturizing and soothing make-up fixing spray prepared in application examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-13) was continuously applied to the marked area of the volunteers at the periphery in an amount of 2.0 + -0.1 muL/cm2And no drug or cosmetic not related to the experiment was applied during the test period, stratum corneum moisture content (SM0, SM1, SM2, SM4) was measured and recorded before application, at week 1 of application, at week 2 of application, and at week 4 of application using a skin moisture content test probe (Corneometer CM825), and the test results are shown in table 9, which is an average of the experimental data obtained.
TABLE 9
As can be seen from table 9, the transdermal water dispersion loss of the volunteers at week 4 was 10.73% and 18.62% for the application examples 5-6, respectively, which are lower than that of the application example 1; the transdermal water dispersion amount of the application examples 7-8 is similar to that of the application example 1, namely the moisturizing effect of the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition in the makeup-free spray is similar to that of the makeup-free spray when the mass percentages of the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition are 2%, 5% and 10%, and is better than that of the makeup-free spray when the mass percentages of the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition are 0.1% and 1%, and from the perspective of saving the production cost, the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition with the mass percentage of 2% is preferably applied to the makeup-free spray.
The moisture content of the skin stratum corneum of the volunteers increases along with the increase of the application time, namely 6 active ingredients in the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition can provide moisture for the skin, compared with the makeup-fixing sprays prepared by the application comparative examples 1-7 and the application comparative examples 8-13, the makeup-fixing sprays prepared by the application examples 1-8 can obviously improve the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum of the volunteers and reduce the loss of the skin moisture, and the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum of the volunteers in 1 week after the application examples 1-8, the application comparative examples 1-7 and the makeup-fixing sprays prepared by the application comparative examples 8-13 are respectively: tss is 13.5%, 9-11% and 12-14.5%, and the moisture content of the skin cuticle at the 4 th week is respectively as follows: tg is 22%, 14% -16.5% and 20%. From the above, the makeup-fixing spray prepared by applying the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition containing 6 active ingredients has an obvious moisturizing effect.
Test example 7: antiallergic test
340 volunteers with facial skin allergy are selected as study objects, wherein 170 volunteers are respectively selected from male and female, the volunteers are randomly divided into 21 groups, 1 sample is smeared on each group of volunteers, the left face and the right face of the volunteer are taken as test areas, after the face is cleaned in the morning and evening every day, the corresponding test samples are respectively used on the left face and the right face, the test period is 4 weeks, the test values indicate the number of the volunteers to be tested who approve the corresponding products, and the specific test results are shown in table 10.
Watch 10
As can be seen from table 10, in the volunteers who used the makeup mist prepared in application examples 5 to 6, the number of the tested volunteers who had no allergic symptoms and had no redness, swelling, and itching was less than that of the volunteers who used the makeup mist prepared in application examples 1 to 4; the recognition degree of the fixed-makeup spray prepared in application examples 7-8 on the volunteers of the fixed-makeup spray is close to the number of the volunteers of the fixed-makeup spray prepared in application example 1, namely the anti-allergic effect of the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition in the fixed-makeup spray is similar to that of the fixed-makeup spray prepared in application example 1 when the mass percent of the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition is 2%, 5% and 10%, and the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition is superior to the fixed-makeup spray prepared by the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition with the mass percent of 0.1% and 1%, and the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition with the mass percent of 2% is preferably applied to the fixed-makeup spray from the perspective of saving.
In the volunteers who used the makeup fixing spray prepared in the application comparative examples 1 to 7, the allergic symptoms of most of the tested volunteers were not relieved, and the allergic symptoms of no volunteer completely disappeared; in the volunteers who used the makeup fixing spray prepared in the application comparative examples 8-13, the allergic symptoms of a few tested volunteers completely disappeared, but the number of people who had slightly improved symptoms and had not completely relieved the symptoms was more; in volunteers who used the makeup mist prepared in application examples 1 to 8, symptoms of all subjects improved to different degrees, and it is understood that pear juice, ganoderma lucidum extract, honeysuckle flower extract, forsythia suspensa extract, amino acids and aloe leaf water supplement each other, synergize, and maximize the allergy-relieving effect.
Test example 8: consumer sensory testing
In order to evaluate the actual use effect of the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition, the makeup remover spray prepared in application example 1 of the invention is compared with the makeup remover sprays prepared in comparative examples 1-13 and a makeup remover spray with a commercially available moisturizing and allergy-relieving effect. 260 oily skin volunteers are selected as study objects, the volunteers are equally divided into 13 groups for sensory evaluation test, the test items are the mildness, the moisturizing effect, the allergy relieving effect, the make-up fixing effect and the overall evaluation of the product, the test period is 4 weeks, the test values indicate the number of volunteer subjects approving the corresponding product, and the specific test results are shown in table 11.
TABLE 11
By performing blind tests on the makeup remover spray prepared in application example 1, the makeup remover sprays prepared in application comparative examples 1 to 13, and the makeup remover spray with the moisturizing and allergy-relieving efficacy of the commercially available main product, it can be seen from the test results in table 11 that the number of approved people of the makeup remover spray prepared in application example 1 is higher than that of the makeup remover sprays prepared in application comparative examples 1 to 13 and the commercially available products, which indicates that the acceptance degree of the makeup remover spray prepared in application example 1 is the highest among the tested volunteers.
In conclusion, the active components of the moisturizing and allergy-relieving composition disclosed by the invention are mutually matched and synergically synergistic, so that a moisturizing and allergy-relieving effect which is more obvious than that of a single component or other combined forms is achieved. In addition, the actual use of consumers proves that the cosmetics prepared by the composition also have excellent moisturizing and allergy-relieving effects, and the consumer acceptance degree is higher compared with the similar products on the market.
