Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to a composition with moisturizing, repairing, anti-aging and anti-saccharification functions and application thereof. The composition with the functions of moisturizing, repairing, resisting aging and resisting saccharification is characterized in that the raw materials for preparing the composition comprise, by weight, 0.1-8 parts of vitamin palmitate, 1-6 parts of vitronectin, 1-20 parts of plant extract, 0.1-4 parts of ergothioneine, 0.01-0.5 part of astaxanthin, 1-13 parts of achillene, 0.5-6 parts of fullerene, 0.1-6 parts of peptide compound, 0.1-7 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 0.01-0.2 part of antioxidant active enzyme and 0.1-4 parts of coenzyme. The composition in the technical scheme is applied to moisturizing lotion, emulsion, cream, essence stock solution and facial mask, keeps the water wettability and elasticity of cells, promotes the regeneration of damaged tissues, improves the repair capacity of skin, delays the aging of cells, and improves the anti-aging capacity and anti-saccharification capacity of skin.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to a composition with moisturizing, repairing, anti-aging and anti-saccharification functions and application thereof.
Background
With the increasing development of economy, consumers are more and more concerned about their skin condition, which can be kept young by using the right skin care products. Moisturizing is one of the most important directions for skin care, and with the aging, the moisturizing mechanism and barrier repair system of the skin are damaged, the water retention amount between skin tissue cells and cells is reduced, and when the water content of the stratum corneum is reduced to below 10%, the skin becomes dry and elastic, and wrinkles and color spots are generated by accelerating the aging of the skin. The phenomenon of staying up all night is generalized along with the acceleration of life rhythm, the movement amount of people is greatly reduced due to the use of excessive digital products, the metabolism of the skin is slowed down due to unhealthy life regularity and normal aging, redundant sugar is free in blood, the free sugar is attached to collagen, the collagen is broken or disordered, and the skin is rough and wrinkles are generated. The existing skin care products can only play a basic moisturizing effect and cannot play a good role in repairing, resisting aging and resisting saccharification of skin.

Preferably, the plant extract is at least one selected from the group consisting of licorice extract, hypecoum extract and anti-blue light plant extract.
Preferably, the plant extract is a mixture of licorice extract, hypecoum extract and blue light resistant plant extract, and the mass ratio of the licorice extract to the hypecoum extract to the blue light resistant plant extract is (0.3-7): (0.05-1): (1.5-15).
Preferably, the blue light resistant plant extract is at least one selected from the group consisting of artemisia capillaris thunb extract, mulberry bark extract, black tea extract, cynanchum atratum extract and coffea arabica seed extract.
Preferably, the peptide compound at least comprises at least one of acetyl hexapeptide-8, nonapeptide-1 and tripeptide-1.
Preferably, the antioxidant active enzyme is superoxide dismutase.
Preferably, the coenzyme is coenzyme Q10.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the composition with moisturizing, repairing, anti-aging and anti-glycation effects, which at least comprises the following steps: the preparation raw materials of the composition are physically mixed to obtain the composition.
The third aspect of the invention provides that the composition with the functions of moisturizing, repairing, resisting aging and resisting saccharification is applied to moisturizing lotion, emulsion, cream, essence stock solution and facial masks.
Has the advantages that:
(1) according to the technical scheme, the inventor can better improve the moisturizing capability of the skin, improve the combination degree of the epidermis and the dermis, keep the cell elasticity, promote the regeneration of damaged tissues, improve the repairing capability of the skin, delay the aging of cells and improve the anti-aging capability of the skin by adding the vitronectin.

The vitriol is named as hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, and has wide biological potential, so that the generation of mucopolysaccharide can be promoted, the mucopolysaccharide is an important component of a cytoplasmic matrix and has excellent water absorption capacity, the reticular structure of the cytoplasmic matrix is more elastic, the cell compactness is improved, the cell elasticity and the moisturizing performance are enhanced, the mucopolysaccharide can also improve the adhesion between dermis and epidermis, the epidermis is tightly combined with the dermis, the cell elasticity is maintained, and the vitriol can promote the regeneration of damaged tissues, improve the skin repair capacity and delay the cell aging.
When people are exposed to sunlight, ultraviolet rays in the sunlight penetrate through skin to generate active chemical intermediates and free radicals, so that DNA is damaged, the active free radicals have strong oxidizing property, damage tissues and cells of the body, promote aging and cause the formation of lipofuscin, and the accumulation of the lipofuscin in the cells causes the generation of senile plaques. Ergothioneine can be transported into cells and mitochondria through transporter OCTN-1 in keratinocytes and fibroblasts, and active oxygen free radicals are eliminated, thereby playing the roles of resisting oxidation, reducing apoptosis, improving cell activity and protecting cells. The inventor unexpectedly finds that the ergothioneine applied to the skin care product can effectively reduce the generation of skin color spots and fine lines, improve the roughness of the skin and improve the elasticity of the skin.
As a preferred technical solution, the vitamin palmitate is vitamin a palmitate and/or vitamin C palmitate.

The inventor unexpectedly finds that the vitamin A palmitate and the ergothioneine are matched, so that the absorption of the ergothioneine by the skin can be promoted, and the antioxidant and anti-aging performance of the skin can be improved.
As a preferred technical solution, the plant extract is at least one selected from licorice extract, hypecoum extract and anti-blue light plant extract.
The licorice extract has good anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effects, can better prevent skin sensitivity, improve the immunity and self-repairing capability of the skin, inhibit the activity of the loran, reduce the synthesis of melanin, improve the skin brightness degree, and increase the skin transparency, and has the effect of refreshing the dull skin.

The hypecoum aquilegifolium extract has a good moisturizing effect, can lock moisture in skin and reduce fine wrinkles, and the inventor finds that a certain hypecoum aquilegifolium extract, a certain licorice extract and a certain amount of blue light resistant plant extract are compounded, so that the hypecoum aquilegifolium extract has a good synergistic effect, not only can improve the dermal repair capacity and the epidermal regeneration capacity of the skin so as to improve the capability of the skin in adapting to various severe environments, delay the aging of the skin, improve the blue light resistant capacity of the skin, reduce the generation of dry and sensitive skin, but also can inhibit the deposition of melanin and the generation of spots in cells, improve the brightness degree, glossiness and elasticity of skin color, and the fragrance of the hypecoum aquilegifolium extract can cover the strong licorice smell brought by the licorice extract, so that a skin care product presents aromatic smell and is loved by consumers.
As a preferred embodiment, the blue-light resistant plant extract is at least one selected from the group consisting of artemisia capillaris thunb extract, mulberry bark extract, black tea extract, cynanchum atratum extract and coffea arabica seed extract.
As a preferable technical scheme, the blue-light resistant plant extract is a mixture of artemisia capillaris thunb extract, mulberry bark extract, black tea extract, cynanchum atratum extract and small-fruit coffee seed extract.
The achillene has a good anti-wrinkle effect, and the inventor finds that when the achillene is compounded in the skin care product, the fine lines can be obviously prevented from being generated, the depth of the fine lines is reduced, the effect of fading the fine lines is achieved, and the vitality and elasticity of the skin can be obviously improved.
The fullerene has a good whitening effect, can still exert strong oxidation resistance under the irradiation of ultraviolet rays, and can remove free radicals in skin and active oxygen in cells, thereby achieving the effects of reducing melanin deposition, fading wrinkles and improving pores.
The hydrolyzed collagen is rich in various amino acids, can supplement lost collagen in human body in time, recover the normal state of skin, increase the tightness of skin, improve the elasticity of skin, resist the aging of skin, prevent the generation of skin wrinkles and have better effect of fading the wrinkles.
As a preferred technical scheme, the peptide compound at least comprises at least one of acetyl hexapeptide-8, nonapeptide-1 and tripeptide-1.
As a preferred technical scheme, the peptide compound is a mixture of acetyl hexapeptide-8, nonapeptide-1 and tripeptide-1, and the peptide compound is purchased from Guangzhou Youran Biotech limited and has a product name of Youfu peptide.
The inventor finds that the mixture of acetyl hexapeptide-8, nonapeptide-1 and tripeptide-1 is used in a skin care product, so that melanin can be inhibited and decomposed, the skin is bright and white, the synthesis of collagen is stimulated, the skin is firmed, the generation of wrinkles and fine lines is resisted, the barrier function of the skin is enhanced, and the moisture of the skin is maintained.
As a preferred technical scheme, the antioxidant active enzyme is superoxide dismutase.
The superoxide dismutase has stronger anti-aging performance and better radiation resistance, reduces the generation of free radicals in cells, has the effect of clearing the free radicals in the cells, prevents senile plaques and wrinkles from generating, and has better anti-inflammatory effect, but the active center of the superoxide dismutase in the organism is easily damaged, so that the activity of the superoxide dismutase is reduced.
In a preferred embodiment, the coenzyme is coenzyme Q10.
The inventor unexpectedly finds that by adding coenzyme into the skin care product, the damage of free radicals to receptors on immune cells and cell differentiation can be inhibited, the immune system is enhanced, the cell growth and self-repair are promoted, the elasticity and flexibility of skin are improved, the skin aging is delayed, the generation of wrinkles around eyes is reduced and inhibited, dark circles around eyes are lightened, the activity center and the structure of superoxide dismutase can be protected from being damaged by the residues, the activity of superoxide dismutase in vivo is improved, and the apoptosis induced by oxidative stress reaction is inhibited.

The vitamin A palmitate is purchased from Nabo, and the product number is as follows: NB-960. The vitreous cause was purchased from guangzhou junlang biotechnology limited, CAS No.: 439685-79-7. The ergothioneine is obtained from Huaxi Biotech Co., Ltd, and its product name is ergothioneine Armillaria matsutake extract. The astaxanthin was purchased from sethic under the product name organic astaxanthin O5. The ayorelin is available from Guangzhou Youran Biotechnology, Inc. under the designation 860525. The fullerenes were purchased from forest sources under the product name Fullerene. The peptide compound is purchased from Guangzhou Youran biotechnology limited and is named as Youfu peptide. The hydrolyzed collagen was purchased from cargill. The superoxide dismutase is purchased from Guangzhou Liumai Biotechnology limited company, and the product name is superoxide dismutase (SOD). The coenzyme is coenzyme Q10 purchased from naibo, and the product number is NB-661. The plant extract is a mixture of a liquorice extract, an anise extract and a blue-light-resistant plant extract, and the mass ratio of the liquorice extract to the anise extract to the blue-light-resistant plant extract is 0.5: 0.1: 2.5. the Glycyrrhiza extract is obtained from ID bio under the product name HGLY REGLISSE-SANS CONSERVATEUR, and the Criste maritime extract is obtained from SEPPIC under the product name CELTOMOME CRTHMUM MARITIUM. The blue-light resistant plant extract is a mixture of artemisia capillaris thunb extract, mulberry bark extract, black tea extract, cynanchum atratum extract and kola seed extract, the kola seed extract accounts for 20% wt of the blue-light resistant plant extract, the kola seed extract is purchased from AQIA quinica Industrial Ltd, the product name is SHIELD MLDA, the cynanchum atratum extract accounts for 40% wt of the blue-light resistant plant extract, the cynanchum atratum extract is purchased from RADINT, the product name is HI-Clera, the mixture of artemisia capillaris thunb extract, mulberry bark extract and black tea extract accounts for 40% wt of the blue-light resistant plant extract, and the mixture of artemisia capillaris thunb extract, mulberry bark extract and black tea extract is purchased from RADINT, the product name is UHP CAMETRACT.

The hydrolyzed collagen was purchased from cargill. The superoxide dismutase is purchased from Guangzhou Liumai Biotechnology limited company, and the product name is superoxide dismutase (SOD). The coenzyme is coenzyme Q10 purchased from naibo, and the product number is NB-661. The plant extract is a mixture of a liquorice extract, an anise extract and a blue-light-resistant plant extract, and the mass ratio of the liquorice extract to the anise extract to the blue-light-resistant plant extract is 5: 0.5: 12. the Glycyrrhiza extract is obtained from ID bio under the product name HGLY REGLISSE-SANS CONSERVATEUR, and the Criste maritime extract is obtained from SEPPIC under the product name CELTOMOME CRTHMUM MARITIUM. The blue-light resistant plant extract is a mixture of artemisia capillaris thunb extract, mulberry bark extract, black tea extract, cynanchum atratum extract and kola seed extract, the kola seed extract accounts for 16% wt of the blue-light resistant plant extract, the kola seed extract is purchased from AQIA quinica Industrial Ltda, the product name is SHIELD MLDA, the cynanchum atratum extract accounts for 42% wt of the blue-light resistant plant extract, the cynanchum atratum extract is purchased from RAINT, the product name is HI-Clera, the mixture of artemisia capillaris thunb extract, mulberry bark extract and black tea extract accounts for 42% wt of the blue-light resistant plant extract, and the mixture of artemisia capillaris thunb extract, mulberry bark extract and black tea extract is purchased from RAINT, the product name is UHP CAMETRACT.
In a second aspect, this embodiment provides a method for preparing the moisturizing, repairing, anti-aging, anti-glycation composition, comprising the steps of: the preparation raw materials of the composition are physically mixed to obtain the composition.

Performance testing
Performance test one
Moisture retention test: the compositions of examples 1 to 8 were made into an emulsion with glycerin and water, wherein the composition was 20% by weight, the glycerin was 5% by weight, and the balance was water, and subjected to a moisture retention test: 80 women of 35-55 years old are selected as volunteers and are averagely divided into 8 groups for carrying out a moisture retention test, wherein the skins of the shanks of the selected volunteers are dry and have obvious desquamation and the like, the skins of the shanks of the volunteers are respectively coated on the samples provided by the embodiment once every night, the improvement condition of the shanks after two weeks compared with the dryness before two weeks is observed and evaluated, wherein the skins of the shanks are soft, smooth and have no desquamation and the moisture retention is recorded as qualified, wherein any one of the phenomena of unsmooth skin, dryness or desquamation of the shanks is recorded as unqualified, wherein 0 is unqualified, the moisture retention is excellent, 1-2 is recorded as good, and 3 or more are recorded as bad.
Performance test 2
And (3) anti-aging test: preparing the composition of examples 1 to 8, glycerin and water into emulsion, wherein the composition accounts for 20 wt%, the glycerin accounts for 5 wt%, the rest is water, performing an anti-aging test, selecting 80-year-old women as volunteers, averagely dividing the female volunteers into 8 groups, wherein the selected volunteers have obvious dark spots and yellowing on the face, respectively using the sample and the control group provided in the examples on the left side and the right side of the face of the volunteer, evaluating the anti-aging performance of the face on both sides once in the morning and at night after 3 months, obviously improving the yellowing of the left side compared with the right side dark spots and the yellowing, recording the brightening of the skin as qualified, recording the left side compared with the right side dark spots and the yellowing, or not brightening the skin, recording any phenomenon as unqualified, wherein 0 unqualified anti-aging performance is excellent, and 1-2 unqualified anti-aging performance is recorded as good, 3 and more off-spec anti-aging properties were recorded as poor.
Performance test three
And (3) odor test: the compositions in examples 1 to 8, glycerin and water were prepared into an emulsion, wherein the composition accounts for 20 wt%, the glycerin accounts for 5 wt%, the balance is water, an odor test was performed, 80 women were selected as volunteers and evenly divided into 8 groups, wherein the selected volunteers had good olfactory sensation, the prepared emulsion was subjected to smell test and evaluation, the odor was fragrant and easily accepted by people and was not easily accepted by people and was recorded as unqualified, wherein 0 was unqualified, the odor was easily accepted as good, 1-2 were unqualified, and the odor was easily accepted as good, and 3 or more were unqualified.
Performance test four
Anti-wrinkle property: the composition in examples 1-8, glycerol and water are prepared into an emulsion, wherein the composition accounts for 20 wt%, the glycerol accounts for 5 wt%, the balance is water, an anti-aging test is carried out, 80-year-old women are selected as volunteers, the volunteers are averagely divided into 8 groups, the selected volunteers have obvious fishtail lines on the face, the emulsion is used by the volunteers in the morning and evening, the fishtail lines are obviously faded and have no new wrinkles after 2 months of use, the recording is qualified, the recording is unqualified when the fishtail lines are not faded or any phenomenon of new wrinkles appears, 0 unqualified, the anti-wrinkle performance is excellent, the recording is good for 1-2 unqualified anti-wrinkle performances, and the recording is poor for 3 or more unqualified anti-wrinkle performances.
Performance test five
Oxidation resistance: DPPH is also called 1, 1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine, is a very stable free radical with a nitrogen center, and the stability of DPPH mainly comes from the steric hindrance of 3 benzene rings with resonance stabilization effect, so that unpaired electrons on the nitrogen atom in the middle cannot play the role of electron pairing. Its absolute ethyl alcohol solution is purple, and has maximum absorption at wavelength of 517nm, and its absorbance and concentration are in linear relation. When a radical scavenger is added thereto, DPPH may be combined with or substituted for the radical scavenger, whereby the radical scavenging ability can be evaluated by decreasing the number of radicals, decreasing the absorbance, and decreasing the color of the solution. Namely, the antioxidant capacity was calculated by measuring the DPPH-removing effect of the sample at a wavelength of 517 nm.
4.0mL (0.02mg/mL) of an absolute ethanol solution of DPPH (Japanese TOKYO KASEI) and 2.0mL of the product obtained in example 1 to example 8 were sequentially added to a 10mL colorimetric tube, and absolute ethanol was added to the scale, and immediately after mixing, the absorbance (A) was measured at a wavelength of 517nm using a 1cm cuvette and was designated as Ai, and then the absorbance was measured after storing in a dark room for 30min and was designated as Aj, and the absorbance in the control test was an ethanol solution of DPPH alone and was designated as Ac. The radical clearance (K) was calculated as follows: k (%) [1- (Ai-Aj)/Ac ]. 100% where K > 90% oxidation resistance is recorded as excellent, K is 80-90% oxidation resistance is recorded as good, and K < 80% oxidation resistance is recorded as poor.
Performance test six
Repairing performance: the compositions in examples 1 to 8, glycerin and water were prepared into an emulsion, wherein the composition accounts for 20 wt%, the glycerin accounts for 5 wt%, the balance is water, and a repair performance test was performed, 80 women of 30 to 50 years old were selected as volunteers, and the volunteers were averagely divided into 8 groups, wherein the selected volunteers had facial acne problems, so that the volunteers used the emulsion on the face once in the morning and at night, after 2 months, compared with the acne conditions before and after use, the number of acne decreased and recorded as qualified, the number of acne increased or remained unchanged was recorded as unqualified, wherein 0 was unqualified, the repair performance was excellent, 1 to 2 failed repair performances were recorded as good, and 3 or more failed repair performances were recorded as poor.

Claims (10)
1. The composition with the functions of moisturizing, repairing, resisting aging and resisting saccharification is characterized in that the raw materials for preparing the composition comprise, by weight, 0.1-8 parts of vitamin palmitate, 1-6 parts of vitronectin, 1-20 parts of plant extract, 0.1-4 parts of ergothioneine, 0.01-0.5 part of astaxanthin, 1-13 parts of achillene, 0.5-6 parts of fullerene, 0.1-6 parts of peptide compound, 0.1-7 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 0.01-0.2 part of antioxidant active enzyme and 0.1-4 parts of coenzyme.
2. The moisturizing, repairing, anti-aging, anti-glycation composition of claim 1, wherein the ascorbyl palmitate is ascorbyl palmitate and/or ascorbyl palmitate.
3. The composition with moisturizing, repairing, anti-aging, anti-glycation effects of claim 1, wherein the plant extract is at least one selected from the group consisting of licorice extract, anise extract, and anti-blue light plant extract.
4. The composition with moisturizing, repairing, anti-aging and anti-glycation functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant extract is a mixture of licorice extract, hypsizygus marmoreus extract and anti-blue light plant extract, and the mass ratio of the licorice extract, the hypsizygus marmoreus extract and the anti-blue light plant extract is (0.3-7): (0.05-1): (1.5-15).
5. The composition with moisturizing, repairing, anti-aging, anti-glycation effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the anti-blue light plant extract is at least one selected from artemisia capillaris thunb extract, mulberry bark extract, black tea extract, cynanchum atratum extract and coffea arabica seed extract.
6. The moisturizing, repairing, anti-aging, anti-glycation composition of claim 1, wherein the peptidic compound comprises at least one of acetyl hexapeptide-8, nonapeptide-1, and tripeptide-1.
7. The moisturizing, repairing, anti-aging, anti-glycation composition of any of claims 1-6, wherein the antioxidant activity enzyme is superoxide dismutase.
8. The moisturizing, repairing, anti-aging, anti-glycation composition of claim 1, wherein the coenzyme is coenzyme Q10.
9. A method for preparing a moisturizing, repairing, anti-aging, anti-glycation composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it comprises at least the steps of: the preparation raw materials of the composition are physically mixed to obtain the composition.
10. A composition having moisturizing, repairing, anti-aging, anti-glycation properties according to any one of claims 1 to 8 for use in moisturizing lotions, creams, serum stocks and masks.
