Astaxanthin is a chain-breaking antioxidant. Has strong oxidation resistance, can eliminate nitrogen dioxide, sulfide, disulfide and the like, can reduce lipid peroxidation, and effectively inhibit lipid peroxidation caused by free radicals. L-carnosine has a strong antioxidant capacity and has been shown to scavenge the reactive oxygen radicals and unsaturated aldehydes formed by the excessive oxidation of fatty acids in cell membranes during oxidative stress.
The antiseptic is at least one of methyl paraben, phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin.
The chelating agent is EDTA-disodium.
The anti-allergic agent is: at least one of allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, aloe extract, honey extract, green tea extract, purslane extract, scutellaria extract and cactus extract. The anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effect of the composition can be improved by adding the anti-allergy agent, and particularly, the wrinkle-removing effect of the composition can be accelerated by combining and compounding the honey extract and the green tea extract.
Step two: preparing a first composition, wherein the first composition comprises hydrolyzed collagen, a polypeptide preparation, a humectant, compound amino acid, ceramide-3, polyalcohol, an antioxidant, a preservative, a chelating agent and an anti-allergy agent.
In the second step, the reagents are added and mixed according to the sequence of the hydrolyzed collagen, the polypeptide preparation, the humectant, the compound amino acid, the ceramide-3, the polyalcohol, the antioxidant, the preservative, the chelating agent and the anti-allergic agent.
Step three: adding diluent I, liquid protein, sodium chloride diluent, DNA fructose polypeptide complex factor and tripeptide collagen, and mixing.
In the third step, the diluent I, the liquid protein, the sodium chloride diluent, the DNA fructose polypeptide complex factor and the tripeptide collagen are sequentially added according to the corresponding proportion and mixed to prepare the composition.

A skin anti-aging formula and a preparation method thereof, which is characterized in that: the collagen protein hydrolysate comprises, by mass, 3-10% of hydrolyzed collagen, 3-15% of a polypeptide preparation, 0.4-10% of a humectant, 1-3% of compound amino acid, 30.5-1% of ceramide, 3-10% of polyhydric alcohol, 1-10% of an antioxidant, 0.1-1% of a preservative, 0.02-0.1% of a chelating agent, 0.1-5% of an anti-allergic agent, 0.5-1% of a diluent, 2-9% of liquid protein, 0.2-1% of a sodium chloride diluent, 1-5% of a DNA fructose polypeptide complex factor, 2-10% of tripeptide collagen and the balance deionized water.
2. The skin antiaging formulation according to claim 1, wherein: wherein, the first diluent consists of collagen, mannitol and sodium chloride.

The skin antiaging formulation according to claim 1, wherein: the polypeptide preparation comprises 1-50% of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 0.1-5% of collagen peptide, 0.1-1.0% of adenosine, 0.1-0.5% of carnosine, 0.5-5.0% of transdermal peptide, 0.4-0.8% of p-hydroxyacetophenone and the balance of water.
4. The skin antiaging formulation according to claim 1, wherein: the relative molecular weight of the hydrolyzed collagen is 5000-;
the humectant is at least one of sodium hyaluronate, sodium polyglutamate, betaine and trehalose;
the compound amino acid is at least one of serine, alanine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, proline, isoleucine, arginine, leucine, lactic acid, sodium lactate and glycine;
the polyalcohol is at least one of glycerol, pentanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 3-butanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 2-propanediol, 1, 3-propanediol, dipropylene glycol and methyl propanediol;
the antioxidant is at least one of vitamin c ethyl ether, water-soluble fullerene, flavonoid, coenzyme Q10, astaxanthin, plant polyphenol or L-carnosine;
the preservative is at least one of methyl paraben, phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin;
the chelating agent is EDTA-disodium;
the anti-sensitivity agent is: at least one of allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, aloe extract, honey extract, green tea extract, purslane extract, scutellaria extract and cactus extract.
5. A method of preparing an anti-aging skin formulation as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:

6. The method of preparing a skin anti-aging formulation according to claim 5, wherein: in step one, the preparation of the polypeptide preparation comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, collagen peptide and deionized water to prepare a hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol mixed solution;
mixing emulsifier, glycerol and oil in proportion, and stirring to obtain lecithin mixed solution; adding adenosine, carnosine, transdermal peptide and p-hydroxyacetophenone into the hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol mixed solution according to a ratio, and uniformly mixing to obtain a polypeptide mixed solution;
