The results show that the jojoba oil, the sea buckthorn fruit oil, the peony extract and the beta-alanyl hydroxy prolyl diaminobutyric acid benzylamine have obvious synergistic effect.
2. Skin elasticity test
20 healthy volunteers were selected and the essences containing the anti-aging compositions of examples 1 to 14 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were used, respectively. Taking the skin on the inner side of forearm as the test part, trying for 1 time every day, smearing the corresponding product on the test part, and wiping off the liquid on the surface with clean paper towel after 10 min. And respectively measuring the skin elasticity characterization value R before trial and after trial for 28d according to a group standard T/ZHCA 005-2019 skin elasticity influence test method for cosmetics. The larger the characteristic value R, the better the skin elasticity.
The formula for the calculation of the characteristic value R is: r = U1/U2;
in the formula, U1 is the rebound displacement (mm) of the skin after the negative pressure is eliminated, and U2 is the maximum stretching displacement (mm) of the skin when the negative pressure is applied.
The test results are shown in table 6.

Example 10 | 0.4614 | 0.4888 | 0.0274 | Comparative example 6 | 0.4596 | 0.4602 | 0.0006 |
As can be seen from Table 6, compared with comparative examples 1 to 6, after the essences containing the anti-aging compositions of examples 1 to 14 were tried, the skin elasticity characterization value was improved, and the difference of the skin elasticity characterization value R before and after the trial was not less than 0.0132.
From the test results of example 1 and comparative example 1, it can be seen that although the peony extract of comparative example 1 has a total polyphenol concentration of less than 10mg/mL, the effect is significantly inferior to that of example 1.
As can be seen from the test results of example 2 and examples 11-14, there is a difference in skin elasticity characterization effect of anti-aging compositions containing different peony extracts or combinations thereof. The peony extract is rich in polyphenols, amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, trace elements essential to human bodies and other components, and different volunteers have different product absorption and the like.
As can be seen from the test results of example 6 and comparative examples 2-5, the anti-aging effect would be compromised in the absence of any of the components of the anti-aging compositions of the examples. Comparative examples 2-5 were raised by 0.0062, 0.0033, 0.0052, 0.0062, respectively, relative to the difference in skin elasticity characterization values of comparative example 6, and the calculated difference in theoretical skin elasticity characterization values of example 6 was 0.0075, which is much lower than the difference in actual skin elasticity characterization values of example 6 by 0.0274, which indicates that there is a significant synergistic effect between jojoba oil, seabuckthorn fruit oil, peony extract and β -alanyl hydroxy prolyl diaminobutyric acid benzylamine. Wherein, the calculation formula of the difference value of the theoretical skin elasticity characterization value is as follows: theoretical skin elasticity characteristic value difference = (rise of skin elasticity characteristic value difference of comparative example 2 relative to comparative example 6 + rise of skin elasticity characteristic value difference of comparative example 3 relative to comparative example 6 + rise of skin elasticity characteristic value difference of comparative example 4 relative to comparative example 6 + rise of skin elasticity characteristic value difference of comparative example 5 relative to comparative example 6)/3.
And combining the skin tightening efficacy test result, the test result of the instrument is basically consistent with the self-evaluation result of the consumer.
3. Anti-wrinkle Effect test
(1) Selecting 30 healthy volunteers, using facial mask patches prepared from facial mask solution containing the anti-aging composition of example 6, respectively, the subjects used 3 times per week for 4 weeks according to the product usage method; the skin condition of the samples after use was evaluated by means of questionnaires, and the use effect of the products was analyzed.
The analysis results are shown in Table 7.
Table 7 product tightening efficacy analysis results
Index (I) | Very little apparent | Is not obvious | Is obvious to | Is quite obvious | High efficiency |
The skin dryness is improved | 0 | 1 | 25 | 4 | 96.67% |
The skin is more tender and fine | 0 | 3 | 25 | 2 | 90.00% |

Light vein effect | 0 | 4 | 24 | 2 | 86.67% |
Overall evaluation of anti-wrinkle Effect | 0 | 4 | 23 | 3 | 86.67% |
Wherein, the effective rate is more than or equal to 50 percent, the product is considered to be effective, and the effective rate is not less than the effective rate (the number of people with obvious effect plus the number of people with very obvious effect)/the total number of people.
According to table 7, after the test subjects used for 4 weeks, more than 90% of the test subjects approved that the skin dryness is improved, the skin becomes more tender and delicate, and the skin elasticity and firmness are improved; 86.67% of the subjects found a reduction in fine lines with a better pale line effect. This demonstrates that the anti-aging composition of example 6 has a pronounced lightening effect.
(2) One volunteer was selected to use the eye cream containing the antiaging composition of example 1, and the subjects used 1 time per day, and after 4 weeks, the subjects were subjected to comparative analysis of the skin texture of the canthus using a VISIA-CR facial image analyzer.
Fig. 1 and 2 are the pictures of the skin texture of the eye corner of a subject before and after use, respectively. Table 8 shows the texture data analysis of fig. 1 and 2 for the instrument. As can be seen from the data in fig. 1, fig. 2 and table 8, the texture of the corners of the eyes was significantly improved after 4 weeks of use by the subjects. This demonstrates that the anti-aging composition of example 1 has a pronounced lightening effect.
