Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of organic synthetic chemicals, in particular to a vitreochrome bavacrol skin anti-aging composition and a production process thereof.
Background
At present, cosmetics are widely used by individuals to modify or improve the appearance thereof, and some beauty cosmetics have a good beauty-maintaining and repairing effect.
However, in the prior art, the anti-aging cosmetic products are few, and the anti-aging products have poor effects and cannot achieve the required effects.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a skin anti-aging composition containing boscalid and psoralea corylifolia phenol and a production process thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, anti-aging beauty products are few, the anti-aging products are poor in effect, and the required effect cannot be achieved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the vitriol-psoralen skin anti-aging composition and the production process thereof adopted by the invention comprise, by mass, 3% -5% of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 0.5% -2% of liposome psoralen, 0.05% -0.1% of dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzyl amide diacetate, 11.9% -21% of a base oil phase, 4.656% -11.252% of a base water phase and 60.648% -79.894% of purified water.

The invention also provides a production process of the boscalid-ochron bavacrol skin anti-aging composition, and the preparation of the boscalid-ochron bavacrol skin anti-aging composition comprises the following steps:
turning on a power supply, adding the cetearyl glucoside, the PEG-100 stearate, the cetearyl alcohol, the ceramide NS/ceramide NG, the pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), the caprylic/capric triglyceride, the shea butter, the diethylhexyl carbonate, the polydimethylsiloxane, the oxidized lecithin, and the tocopheryl acetate into an oil phase pan, activating a heating button or a steam valve and a stirring button, and stirring at a speed of 20 rpm;
adding the glycerol, the hydroxyethyl urea, the betaine, the glyceryl polyether-26, the glyceryl glucoside, the acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, and the purified water to an aqueous kettle, activating a heating button or a steam valve and a stirring button, and stirring at 20 rpm;
heating the water phase pot to 95-100 ℃, and heating the oil phase pot to 82-85 ℃;

cooling to below 32 ℃, and stopping stirring;
and (4) subpackaging the inner bottles, putting the inner bottles into an outer paper box, packaging and coding, and finally completing the preparation of the psoralea fruit phenol skin anti-aging composition with the glass color.
The invention relates to a skin anti-aging composition containing boscalid and psoralen and a production process, which has the beneficial effects that: the hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, the liposome psoralen and the dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzyl amide diacetate are added, the hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol can promote the synthesis of collagen, so that the skin has stronger elasticity, the fine lines of the neck are improved, and the anti-aging capability is achieved.

The invention provides a vitreochrome psoralen skin anti-aging composition which comprises, by mass, 3% -5% of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 0.5% -2% of liposome psoralen, 0.05% -0.1% of dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, 11.9% -21% of a base oil phase, 4.656% -11.252% of a base water phase and 60.648% -79.894% of purified water.

In example 1, referring to fig. 1, the present invention further provides a process for producing the boscalid-related anti-aging composition for skin, which comprises the following steps:
s1: turning on the power supply, adding 2% of said cetearyl glucoside, 2% of said PEG-100 stearate, 3% of said cetearyl alcohol, 0.2% of said ceramide NS/ceramide NG, 5% of said pentaerythritol tetraester, 3% of said caprylic/capric triglyceride, 2% of said shea butter, 2% of said diethylhexyl carbonate, 1% of said polydimethylsiloxane, 0.3% of said oxidized lecithin, and 0.5% of said tocopheryl acetate to the oil phase pan, activating the heating button or steam valve and stirring button, stirring at 20 rpm;
s2: adding 2% of the glycerol, 0.15% of the tetrahydromethylpyrimidine carboxylic acid, 2% of the betaine, 2% of the glyceryl polyether-26, 1% of the glyceryl glucoside, 0.1% of the acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, and the balance of the purified water to a water phase kettle, activating a heating button or a steam valve and a stirring button, and stirring at a speed of 20 rpm;
s3: heating the water phase pot to 95-100 ℃, and heating the oil phase pot to 82-85 ℃;
s4: starting a heating button or a steam valve of an emulsifying pot for preheating, vacuumizing to-0.04 MPa, firstly vacuumizing the water phase pot and then vacuumizing the oil phase pot, starting stirring, keeping the temperature at about 85 ℃, vacuumizing the oil phase, stopping stirring, starting a homogenizing button, homogenizing for 3 minutes at the homogenizing speed of 4000 revolutions per minute, and keeping the vacuum at-0.04 MPa;
s5: starting a cooling water valve and a drain valve, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding 5% of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 1% of liposome psoralen and 0.1% of dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate from an adding port, continuously stirring and cooling at the stirring speed of 30 revolutions per minute, and keeping the vacuum at-0.04 Mpa;
s6: opening a cooling water valve and a drain valve, cooling to below 40 ℃, adding 0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.1% of arginine and 0.1% of essential oil, continuously stirring and cooling, wherein the stirring speed is 20 revolutions per minute, and keeping the vacuum at-0.04 MPa;
s7: cooling to below 32 ℃, and stopping stirring;
s8: and (4) subpackaging the inner bottles, putting the inner bottles into an outer paper box, packaging and coding, and finally completing the preparation of the psoralea fruit phenol skin anti-aging composition with the glass color.
In embodiment 2, referring to fig. 2, the present invention further provides a process for producing the boscalid-related anti-aging composition for skin, which comprises the following steps:
s1: turning on the power supply, adding 2% of said C14-22 alcohol, 2% of said C12-20 alkyl glucoside, 2% of said PEG-100 stearate, 2% of said glyceryl stearate, 0.1% of said ceramide NS/ceramide NG, 0.5% of said cholesterol, 2% of said caprylic/capric triglyceride, 0.5% of said polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5% of said tocopheryl acetate, and 0.3% of said hydrogenated lecithin to the oil phase pan, activating the heating button or steam valve and stirring button, and stirring at 20 rpm;
s2: adding 4% of the 1.3 butanediol, 0.1% of the EDTA disodium, 0.1% of the acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.05% of the gamma-aminobutyric acid, 0.1% of the sodium hyaluronate and the balance of the purified water into a water phase pot, starting a heating button or a steam valve and a stirring button, and stirring at the speed of 20 revolutions per minute;
s3: heating the water phase pot to 95-100 ℃, and heating the oil phase pot to 82-85 ℃;
s4: starting an emulsifying pot heating button or a steam valve for preheating, vacuumizing to-0.04 MPa, firstly vacuumizing the water phase pot and then vacuumizing the oil phase pot, starting stirring, keeping the temperature at about 85 ℃, drying the oil phase, stopping stirring, starting a homogenizing button, homogenizing for 3 minutes at the homogenizing speed of 4000 revolutions per minute, and keeping the vacuum at-0.04 MPa;
s5: starting a cooling water valve and a drain valve, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding 3% of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 0.5% of liposome psoralen and 0.05% of dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate from an adding port, continuously stirring and cooling at the stirring speed of 30 revolutions per minute, and keeping the vacuum at-0.04 Mpa;
s6: starting a cooling water valve and a drain valve, cooling to below 40 ℃, adding 0.5 percent of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.5 percent of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.1 percent of arginine, 0.1 percent of bisabolol, 0.1 percent of ginger root extract and 0.1 percent of hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester, continuously stirring and cooling, wherein the stirring speed is 20 r/min, and keeping vacuum at-0.04 MPa;
s7: cooling to below 32 ℃, and stopping stirring;
s8: and (4) subpackaging the inner bottles, putting the inner bottles into an outer paper box, packaging and coding, and finally completing the preparation of the psoralea fruit phenol skin anti-aging composition with the glass color.
In embodiment 3, referring to fig. 3, the present invention further provides a production process of the boscalid glabrous skin anti-aging composition, and the preparation of the boscalid glabrous skin anti-aging composition comprises the following steps:
s1: turning on a total power supply, and adding 4% of the glycerin, 4% of the 1.3 butanediol, 4% of the sodium PCA, 0.1% of the disodium EDTA, 0.3% of the polyacrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.1% of the sodium hyaluronate, 0.05% of the tremella polysaccharide, 0.3% of the hydrogenated lecithin, 0.3% of the allantoin and the balance of purified water to 100% into an emulsifying pot;
s2: starting a heating button or a steam valve and a stirring button, stirring at 20 revolutions per minute, and heating to 95-100 ℃;
s3: opening a cooling water valve and a drain valve, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding 5% of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 2% of liposome psoralen, 0.05% of dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate and 0.1% of ceramide NS/ceramide NG from an adding port, uniformly stirring and cooling, wherein the stirring speed is 20 revolutions per minute;
s4: cooling to below 40 ℃, adding 2% of the purslane extract, 0.1% of the stephania tetrandra extract, 0.5% of the p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.5% of the 1, 2-hexanediol, 1% of the glycerol glucoside, 0.2% of the tetrahydromethylpyrimidine carboxylic acid, 0.2% of the aescin, 0.15% of the tripeptide-1, 0.001% of the oligopeptide-3, 0.001% of the oligopeptide-6, 0.001% of the acetyl tetrapeptide-9, 0.001% of the acetyl tetrapeptide-11 and 0.001% of the acetyl tetrapeptide-2 from an addition port, stirring uniformly and cooling, wherein the stirring speed is 20 rpm;
s5: cooling to below 32 ℃, and stopping stirring;
s6: subpackaging an inner bottle, an outer paper box, packaging and coding, and finally completing the preparation of the psoralea corylifolia-phenol skin anti-aging composition.
According to the production process, the cream with the boscalid can be prepared in the embodiment 1, the cream with the boscalid can be prepared in the embodiment 2, the cream with the boscalid can be prepared in the embodiment 3, and the repairing essence with the boscalid can be prepared in the embodiment 3, so that the cream can be applied to different types of products.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (4)
1. A skin anti-aging composition containing psoralea corylifolia phenol with vitrescence comprises the following components in parts by mass,
3 to 5 percent of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 0.5 to 2 percent of liposome bakuchiol, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate, 11.9 to 21 percent of base oil phase, 4.656 to 11.252 percent of base water phase and 60.648 to 79.894 percent of purified water.
2. The boscalid-related skin antiaging composition according to claim 1, wherein,
the base oil phase comprises a combination of any of cetearyl glucoside, PEG-100 stearate, cetearyl alcohol, ceramide NS/ceramide NG, pentaerythritol tetrakis (ethyl hexanoate), caprylic/capric triglyceride, shea butter, diethylhexyl carbonate, polydimethylsiloxane, oxidized lecithin, hydrogenated lecithin, tocopheryl acetate, C14-22 alcohols, C12-20 alkyl glucosides, glyceryl stearate, cholesterol, glycerol, 1.3 butylene glycol, sodium PCA, disodium EDTA, polyacrylate crosspolymer, sodium hyaluronate, tremella polysaccharide, and allantoin.
3. The vitreopsoralen-containing skin anti-aging composition of claim 2,
the base aqueous phase comprises a combination of any of glycerol, hydroxyethyl urea, betaine, glyceryl polyether-26, glyceryl glucoside, acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, 1, 2-hexanediol, arginine, essential oils, 1.3 butylene glycol, disodium EDTA, gamma-aminobutyric acid, sodium hyaluronate, bisabolol, ginger root extract, hydroxyppinanone retinoic acid ester, purslane extract, stephania tetrandra extract, p-hydroxyacetophenone, glyceryl glucoside, tetrahydromethylpyrimidine carboxylic acid, escin, tripeptide-1, oligopeptide-3, oligopeptide-6, acetyl tetrapeptide-9, acetyl tetrapeptide-11, and acetyl tetrapeptide-2.
4. A process for producing the boscalid umbellate pore fungus phenol skin anti-aging composition according to claim 3, comprising the steps of:
turning on a power supply, adding the cetearyl glucoside, the PEG-100 stearate, the cetearyl alcohol, the ceramide NS/ceramide NG, the pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), the caprylic/capric triglyceride, the shea butter, the diethylhexyl carbonate, the polydimethylsiloxane, the oxidized lecithin, and the tocopheryl acetate to an oil phase pan, activating a heating button or a steam valve and a stirring button, and stirring at a speed of 20 rpm;
adding the glycerol, the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, the betaine, the glyceryl polyether-26, the glyceryl glucoside, the acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, and the purified water to an aqueous kettle, activating a heating button or a steam valve and a stirring button, and stirring at 20 rpm;
heating the water phase pot to 95-100 ℃, and heating the oil phase pot to 82-85 ℃;
starting a heating button or a steam valve of an emulsifying pot for preheating, vacuumizing to-0.04 MPa, firstly vacuumizing the water phase pot and then vacuumizing the oil phase pot, starting stirring, keeping the temperature at about 85 ℃, vacuumizing the oil phase, stopping stirring, starting a homogenizing button, homogenizing for 3 minutes at the homogenizing speed of 4000 revolutions per minute, and keeping the vacuum at-0.04 MPa;
