The raw materials comprise (by weight percentage) 10% of ceramide, 8% of nicotinamide, 35% of common ginseng polypeptide liquid, 15% of collagen peptide, 9% of EDTA and the balance of deionized water.
Common ginseng polypeptide liquid: is prepared from water solution of ginseng polypeptide (purchased from Shanxi Teng Mei Biotech, Ltd.) with content of 31.3 wt% prepared from common ginseng polypeptide in deionized water.
The collagen peptide is collagen peptide of deep sea cod skin, and the molecular weight is between 500 and 1000D.

Test example 1 skin texture improvement assay
Skin texture was measured using lotions prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively, and commercially available wrinkle-removing and aging-preventing lotions. Firstly, 70 female testees with healthy skin are selected, the left half face of the testee is coated with the toning lotion prepared by the invention to serve as an experimental group, and the other half face of the testee is not coated with any substance to serve as a blank group. The experiment is 8 weeks, the skin of the testee is detected and analyzed by various instruments at 1 week, 4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively, the improvement effects of the toning lotion on the moisture content of the skin, the elasticity of the skin, fine wrinkles, the roughness of the skin, the sebum secretion amount and the number of coarse and large pores are evaluated, and the average values of the three tests at 1 week, 4 weeks and 8 weeks are shown in table 1.

The results show (see table 1) that the toning lotion of the invention has different degrees of reduction on the fine lines, roughness, sebum secretion and number of coarse pores of the skin, has obvious improvement effect on the moisture content and the elasticity of the skin, and shows that the product of the invention has the effect of improving the skin quality of the skin.
In comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, the ginseng polypeptide solution or the collagen peptide was not added, respectively, and the skin-improving ability was significantly reduced, and thus, the addition of the ginseng polypeptide solution and the collagen peptide had a synergistic effect.
In the comparative example 3, the ginseng polypeptide liquid is replaced by the liquid prepared by the common ginseng polypeptide, and the effect of improving the skin is obviously reduced, so that the ginseng polypeptide liquid prepared by the invention has obvious effects of improving the fine lines, the roughness, the sebum secretion amount, the coarse and large pore number and the like of the skin.
Test example 2 measurement of anti-radical ability
The anti-DPPH/free radical ability was measured using the lotions prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively, and a commercially available wrinkle-removing and anti-aging lotion. First, 20mg of DPPH (1, 1-dimethylbenzyl phenylhydrazine, C) was accurately weighed18H12N5O6)Dissolving in 250mL volumetric flask with absolute ethanol, and adjusting DPPH concentration to 2 × 10-4mol/L. Several tubes were numbered and the reagents were added according to Table 2. Mixing, standing in dark at room temperature for 30min, and measuring absorbance at 517 nm. The activity detection finds that: the toning lotion has excellent anti-free radical capability and good scavenging effect on DPPH & free radicals, and is shown in Table 3.

Test example 3 anti-aging ability measurement
The lotions prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 and commercially available anti-wrinkle and anti-aging lotions were used to measure anti-aging ability using SOD activity as an index.
Grouping and administration of experimental animals:
80 Kunming clean-grade mice, half male and female, with weight (20 +/-2) g, provided by the experimental animal center of Zhejiang university, were randomly divided into 8 groups (control group, sample group), and 10 mice each. The test interventions were performed on the lotions prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 and on the commercial anti-wrinkle and anti-aging lotion by gavage the samples of the groups daily, starting 8:00 in the morning on the first day, and the mice were weighed 1 time every 1 day, with the gavage amount (10g/kg) adjusted accordingly to the body weight. The control group was also perfused with an equal amount of saline. After 1 month continuously, the patient is killed by decapitation, the brain is washed by cold physiological saline, and the cerebral cortex is peeled off for standby.
Index measurement:
the cerebral cortex is taken to be prepared into homogenate of 10 percent (mass percentage), and each index is measured according to the specification of an SOD test box.
The result of the detection
SOD activity detection results show that (see Table 4): the toning lotion prepared by the invention can obviously improve the SOD activity of the cerebral cortex of a mouse, enhances the capability of an organism for removing free radicals and lightens the attack of the free radicals on macromolecules of a biological membrane by improving the SOD activity of the cerebral cortex, thereby weakening the damage of excessive free radicals to the biological membrane, ensuring the integrity of the structure and the function of the cell membrane and delaying the occurrence of apoptosis.

Although the toning lotion prepared in comparative examples 1-3 also has a certain anti-aging effect, the toning lotion is obviously lower than the product of the invention, the product of the invention is obviously higher than a blank control group, the addition of the ginseng polypeptide liquid and the collagen peptide has a good synergistic effect, and the ginseng polypeptide liquid prepared by the invention has a good anti-aging effect.
Compared with the prior art, the added collagen peptide has the characteristics of nutrition, repairability, heat preservation, compatibility, affinity and the like, is similar to the structure of human skin collagen, has good compatibility, has the interaction of ionic bonds, hydrogen bonds and the like, can be diffused to the deep layer of the skin, and has good nutrition effect on the skin of people; meanwhile, the molecules of the composite material contain a large number of hydroxyl groups, so that the composite material has a good heat preservation effect; the amino and carboxyl groups in the molecule endow the fabric with certain surface activity, so that the fabric has good compatibility with other materials and is not irritant to skin. After entering the human body, macromolecular collagen needs to be degraded into collagen peptide with the molecular weight less than 1000 daltons and amino acid to be absorbed by the human body. Collagen with a smaller molecular weight is more easily absorbed, but becomes too small as free amino acids, and its proportion is too large and is not an optimal product. The collagen which is most easily absorbed is the collagen of 500-1000 daltons, the collagen activity in the molecular weight range is the strongest, and the absorption effect is the best after the use. The micromolecule collagen can be rapidly blended into the dermis to supplement collagen which is urgently needed by the body, and can really enter the dermis to help repair the skin and rebuild the collagen layer.

The wrinkle-removing and anti-aging ginseng polypeptide toning lotion according to claim 1 is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-15% of ceramide, 7-10% of nicotinamide, 30-40% of ginseng polypeptide liquid, 10-20% of collagen peptide, 5-10% of EDTA and the balance of deionized water.

The wrinkle-removing and anti-aging ginseng polypeptide toning lotion according to claim 2 is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10% of ceramide, 8% of nicotinamide, 35% of ginseng polypeptide liquid, 15% of collagen peptide, 9% of EDTA and the balance of deionized water.
4. The wrinkle-removing and anti-aging ginseng polypeptide lotion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ginseng polypeptide lotion is prepared by the following method:
s1, pretreatment: drying the flowers, leaves and roots of the ginseng at the temperature of 105-120 ℃ for 0.5-4h to obtain a raw material A with the water content of not higher than 7%;
s2, crushing: crushing the raw material A to 50-100 meshes to obtain powder B;
s3, drying: drying the powder B at the temperature of 105-120 ℃ for 0.5-1h to obtain powder C with the water content of less than 5%;
s4, extraction: performing supercritical carbon dioxide extraction on the powder C, performing primary extraction, and adding an entrainer during extraction; extracting to obtain liquid D and residue E, and extracting the residue E for the second time to obtain extract;
s5, separation: mixing the obtained extract with liquid D to analyze ginseng polypeptide, and recovering solvent F; heating the analyzed Ginseng radix polypeptide to 70-80 deg.C, maintaining for more than 10min, homogenizing in a homogenizer, and bottling or performing the next step;
s6, filtering: filtering the separated ginseng polypeptide liquid by adopting an ultra-micro filter membrane with the cut-off molecular weight of 80-120 kD;
s7, disinfection: flowing the filtered ginseng polypeptide liquid through the irradiation of an ultraviolet lamp.

The wrinkle-removing and anti-aging ginseng polypeptide lotion as claimed in claim 4, wherein the weight ratio of the entrainer to the powder C in step S4 is (0.3-1): 100, respectively; the temperature of the first extraction is 20-50 ℃, the pressure is 5-30MPa, the extraction time is 1-5h, and the flow rate of the ethanol is 500-; the temperature of the second extraction is 20-50 ℃, the pressure is 5-30MPa, the extraction time is 1-5.5h, and the flow rate of carbon dioxide is 500-850 kg/h; the entrainer is one or a mixture of more than two of ethyl acetate, gasoline, petroleum ether, ethanol and water.

A method for preparing the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging ginseng polypeptide lotion as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, which comprises the following steps: weighing ceramide and nicotinamide, adding deionized water, stirring, adding Ginseng radix polypeptide solution and collagen peptide, heating to 40-50 deg.C, stirring for dissolving, slowly adding EDTA to adjust pH to 5-5.5, and stirring; adding active carbon according to solid-to-liquid ratio of 0.01-0.02g/mL, stirring for 25min, and coarse filtering to remove carbon; filtering with 0.22 μm filter membrane to obtain fine filtrate; encapsulating, wherein the filling amount of each bottle is 2 mL; sterilizing, inspecting, packaging, and warehousing.
10. The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the sterilization is performed by autoclaving at 110 ℃ and 120 ℃ under 1.5-2MPa for 15-20 min.
