Homogenizing and emulsifying the first mixture and the second mixture, and stirring.

The invention provides a whitening composition which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-8 parts of lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, 1-9 parts of green lemon fermentation raw pulp, 0.01-1.5 parts of truffle extract and 0.01-1 part of pomelo oil tea extract. The whitening composition is prepared by mixing the lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, the green lemon fermentation raw stock, the white truffle extract and the pomelo oil tea extract; the components of the whitening anti-aging active substance provided by the invention have the functions of mutual matching and synergistic interaction, and can obtain outstanding whitening and antioxidant effects.
In order to further illustrate the present invention, a whitening composition, a cosmetic and an application provided by the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
Examples 1-3 preparation of whitening compositions
The whitening composition of the embodiment is prepared by mixing the following whitening active ingredients, and the specific parts by weight are detailed in table 1:

the main reagents are as follows: tyrosinase (sigma, usa), the other reagents being conventional; the compositions of example 1, example 2, example 3, lactobacillus/rice fermentation products, lime fermented puree, white truffle extract and grapefruit oil tea extract of the present invention were formulated at 6% concentration.
3. Test method
Phosphate buffer (pH6.8, 0.1mol/L), sample solution, and tyrosine solution were added to each tube. Placing in 37 deg.C water bath for 10min, adding tyrosinase, reacting in 37 deg.C water bath for 10min, measuring absorbance value at 475nm, averaging for 3 times, and averaging.
The experimental system design is shown in table 2, C1 is blank control, C2 is used for blank zeroing, S1 is sample tube, and S2 is used for sample zeroing. The samples were example 1, example 2, example 3, lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, lime fermented puree, white truffle extract and grapefruit oil tea extract.

In vitro test results show that the compositions of examples 1-3 of the invention have better tyrosinase inhibitory activity, and the inhibition rate is higher than that of each single-dose group.
Second, in vitro antioxidant test
Purpose of the experiment: the antioxidant effect of the plant extract composition was examined by in vitro tests.
Experimental materials: diphenylpicrylphenylhydrazine radical (abbreviation: DPPH, Sigma, USA); du800 uv-vis spectrophotometer (Beckman corporation, usa); the compositions prepared in examples 1-3, lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, lime fermented puree, white truffle extract, and grapefruit tea extract were formulated at a concentration of 6%.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: taking 0.1mL of sample solution, adding 2mL of 60 mu mol/L DPPH solution, uniformly mixing, standing for 30min, adjusting the zero point by using an original solvent, and measuring the absorbance at 515nm as Ai; uniformly mixing 0.1mL of solvent and 2mL of DPPH solution by the same method, and determining the absorbance as Ac; 0.1mL of the sample solution +2mL of the solvent were mixed and the absorbance was measured as Aj. The radical scavenging rate was calculated by the following formula.
The clearance (%) [1- (Ai-Aj)/Ac ] x 100%
Wherein Aj reflects the contribution of the sample itself to absorbance; absorbance values of Ai samples after action on DPPH; ac is the absorption of DPPH itself at the measurement wavelength. The results of the experiment are shown in table 4:

In vitro experiment results show that the compositions of examples 1 to 3 of the invention have better free radical scavenging capacity and higher scavenging rate than that of each single-dose group.
Examples 4 to 6
A whitening cosmetic composition containing whitening anti-aging composition is prepared into emulsion, and the contents of the raw material components, the comparative raw material components and the blank control components are shown in Table 5.

The invention provides a preparation process method of the cosmetic emulsion containing the whitening composition, which is described as follows:
1) adding deionized water into a water pot, adding carbomer under rapid stirring, stirring for swelling, adding xanthan gum, 1, 3-propylene glycol, butanediol, EDTA-2NA and allantoin which are well dispersed in glycerol, heating to 80-85 ℃, stirring at 1200r/min for 20-30 min, and standing for 30min under heat preservation to obtain a mixed material A;
2) adding caprylic/capric triglyceride, isopropyl myristate and polydimethylsiloxane into an oil phase pot, heating to 80 ℃, keeping the temperature at 1200r/min, and stirring for 20min to obtain a mixed material B;
3) pumping the mixed material A and the mixed material B into an emulsifying pot, homogenizing at a high speed of 3000r/min for 8min, keeping the temperature at 1000r/min, stirring for 20min, cooling to 45 ℃, adding triethanolamine, dissolved whitening active substances and preservatives, stirring for 20min, cooling to room temperature, inspecting, discharging to obtain the emulsion skin care product.
Test example 2 evaluation of skin whitening efficacy by Effect verification
1. The tester: 120 healthy women (25-45 years old) divided into 12 groups of 10 persons each; each group used the same formulation.

As can be seen from the results in table 7, the whitening and anti-aging composition of the present invention has more obvious whitening and skin color brightening effects through the synergistic effect of the functional components, and the whitening and anti-aging composition has more obvious effects than the composition lacking any whitening component.
Safety test
1. The number of tested persons: 30 persons in total, 3 men and 27 women; minimum age: 24 years old, maximum age: age 45 years old; mean age 35.73 ± 7.15 years volunteer enrollment criteria.

Stability test

The results show that: the composition has good stability in product application.

Claims (10)

1. The whitening composition is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
0.5-8 parts of lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, 1-9 parts of green lemon fermentation raw pulp, 0.01-1.5 parts of truffle extract and 0.01-1 part of pomelo oil tea extract.
2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the whitening composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1-7 parts of lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, 2-8 parts of green lemon fermentation raw stock, 0.1-1.3 parts of truffle extract and 0.1-0.9 part of pomelo oil tea extract.
3. The composition of claim 1, wherein the whitening composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
2-6 parts of lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, 3-7 parts of green lemon fermentation raw stock, 0.2-1.2 parts of truffle extract and 0.2-0.8 part of pomelo oil tea extract.

the emollient is selected from one or more of wheat germ oil, macadamia nut oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil, shea butter, sweet almond oil, Coicis semen oil, rice bran oil, safflower oil or myristyl myristate;
the thickener is selected from one or more of xanthan gum, carbomer, cellulose and modified substances thereof, polyacrylamide or sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer;
the pH regulator is one or two of citric acid and triethanolamine.
8. The cosmetic according to claim 5, wherein the pH of the cosmetic is 5 to 7.
9. The cosmetic of claim 5, wherein the product is in the form of a mask, water, lotion, or cream.
10. A method for preparing the whitening cosmetic according to any one of claims 5 to 9, comprising:
heating and mixing a solvent, a thickening agent and a humectant, and stirring to obtain a first mixture;
mixing the emollient and the emulsifier, and heating and stirring to obtain a second mixture;
homogenizing and emulsifying the first mixture and the second mixture, stirring, mixing with the composition of any one of claims 1 to 3 and the preservative, stirring, and cooling.
