Abstract

2.5-14% of emulsifier, 0.1-0.5% of thickener I, 2-6% of thickener II, 0.3-1% of thickener III, 4-20% of emollient, 3.02-18.2% of humectant, 0.05-0.18% of disodium EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), 4.24-13.6% of whitening and freckle removing composition, 0.1-1% of soybean lecithin, 0.02-0.5% of carboxymethyl chitosan, 0.02-0.1% of sodium bisulfite, 0.55-2.2% of antioxidant and the balance of water;
the whitening and freckle-removing composition is any one of the whitening and freckle-removing compositions.

The method for preparing the whitening and freckle-removing cream comprises the following steps:
s1, uniformly dissolving 4-butyl resorcinol in the whitening and freckle-removing composition by using a part of humectant for later use;
s2, mixing the thickening agent I, the rest humectant, the EDTA disodium, the water and the nicotinamide in the whitening and freckle removing composition, heating to 80-85 ℃, stirring, homogenizing and dissolving uniformly;
s3, mixing the emulsifier, the emollient, the thickener II and the antioxidant, heating to 80 ℃, and dissolving uniformly;
s4, adding the components dissolved uniformly in the S3 into the components dissolved uniformly in the S2 at the temperature of 80-85 ℃, stirring for 3 minutes at 500-800 r/min, and homogenizing for 5 minutes at 2500-2800 r/min; vacuumizing, preserving heat, stirring for 15 minutes at the speed of 800-1000 r/min, removing vacuum, and continuously stirring for cooling;
s5, cooling to 70-75 ℃, adding a thickening agent III, continuously stirring for 5 minutes, homogenizing for 2 minutes at 1000-1200 r/min, and continuously stirring and cooling;

In a preferred embodiment, the whitening and freckle-removing composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass (1.2-2.8): (1-1.8): (0.3-1.8): (0.6-1.2) nicotinamide, 4-butylresorcinol, a lysate of a fermentation product of a yeast schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae, and a marguerite extract.
The nicotinamide has small molecular weight, can be directly absorbed by epidermal cells, excites weakened cell activity, promotes the synthesis of collagen, prevents melanin from being excessively deposited, and achieves the effect of whitening. After melanin production, the skin turns dark only if it is transported to the stratum corneum. The tocopherol has good antioxidation, and can resist oxidation to protect cells from being poisoned by free radicals; the butylated hydroxytoluene has strong oxidation resistance, good heat resistance and stability, and also has antibacterial effect. Under the synergistic effect of the compatible emulsifier and thickener, and the coordination of the added tocopherol and the butylated hydroxytoluene antioxidant, the discoloration and instability of the cream are effectively reduced, so that the cream has better quality-guaranteeing effect and is durable.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises the following steps by mass percent: 0.05-0.3% of an anti-allergic agent; and/or 0.2-1% of a sun-screening agent; and/or 0.29-1.15% of preservative; and/or 0.2-0.8% of a coloring agent. The addition of the anti-allergic agent ensures that the whitening and freckle-removing cream does not stimulate the skin when in use, and is mild and comfortable; the addition of the sun-screening agent enables the whitening and freckle-removing cream to further increase the effect of resisting external stimulation of skin, thereby being beneficial to better whitening and freckle removal; the paste of the whitening and freckle-removing cream has a better quality-guaranteeing effect and is durable for a long time.
Wherein, in a more preferred embodiment, the anti-sensitivity agent comprises allantoin. The allantoin can be combined with various substances to form a compound salt, has the effects of shading, sterilizing, preventing corrosion, relieving pain and resisting oxidation, can increase a better anti-allergy effect for the whitening and freckle-removing cream, further effectively relieves the irritation of phenol raw materials to skin, and is safer and milder to use. Meanwhile, the allantoin also has good effects of moistening skin, repairing, moisturizing and softening stratum corneum, so that the skin is more moist, moisturized and glossy.
In a more preferred embodiment, the sunscreen agent comprises ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate.
In a more preferred embodiment, the preservative comprises one or more of methylparaben, propylparaben, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, and phenoxyethanol.
In a more preferred embodiment, the colorant comprises CI 19140.
The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to specific examples.
Examples 1 to 6
The whitening and freckle-removing cream of the embodiments 1 to 6 comprises the raw materials in percentage by mass as shown in table 1.

The whitening and freckle-removing cream of the embodiments 1 to 6 is prepared according to the following method, and the specific steps are as follows:
s1, dissolving 4-butyl resorcinol uniformly by using butanediol for later use;
s2, mixing the thickening agent I, polyglycerol-10, sodium hyaluronate, EDTA disodium, water, allantoin and nicotinamide, heating to 80-85 ℃, stirring, homogenizing, and dissolving uniformly to obtain a water phase;
s3, mixing an emulsifier, an emollient, a thickener II, an antioxidant, a sunscreen agent, methylparaben and propylparaben, heating to 80 ℃, and dissolving uniformly to obtain an oil phase;
s4, adding the oil phase component dissolved uniformly in the S3 into the water phase component dissolved uniformly in the S2 at the temperature of 80-85 ℃, stirring for 3 minutes at 500-800 r/min, and homogenizing for 5 minutes at 2500-2800 r/min; vacuumizing, preserving heat, stirring for 15 minutes at the speed of 800-1000 r/min, removing vacuum, and continuously stirring for cooling;
s5, cooling to 70-75 ℃, adding a thickening agent III, continuously stirring for 5 minutes, homogenizing for 2 minutes at 1000-1200 r/min, and continuously stirring and cooling;
s6, cooling to 60-65 ℃, adding the 4-butylresorcinol dissolved in the S1, continuously stirring for 5 minutes, homogenizing for 2 minutes at 1000-1200 r/min, and continuously stirring and cooling;
s7, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding soybean lecithin, caprylyl hydroximic acid, phenoxyethanol, a schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, a daisy extract, carboxymethyl chitosan, sodium bisulfite and a colorant, and continuously stirring uniformly;
s8, cooling to below 40 ℃, and discharging to obtain the whitening and freckle-removing cream.
Comparative example 1
Compared with example 2, the whitening and freckle-removing cream of the comparative example does not contain 4-butyl resorcinol.
Comparative example 2
Compared with the example 2, the whitening and freckle removing cream of the comparative example does not contain the lysate of the yeast bifida ferment product.
Comparative example 3
Compared with example 2, the whitening and freckle-removing cream of the comparative example does not contain the daisy extract.
Comparative example 4
Compared with the example 2, the whitening and freckle removing cream of the comparative example does not contain the lysate of the yeast schizolysis product and the extract of the daisy.
Comparative example 5
Compared with example 2, the whitening and freckle-removing cream of the comparative example does not contain carboxymethyl chitosan.
Comparative example 6
Compared with the example 2, the whitening and freckle-removing cream of the comparative example does not contain soybean lecithin and carboxymethyl chitosan.
Comparative example 7
Compared with the embodiment 2, the whitening and freckle-removing cream of the comparative example does not contain tocopherol and butylated hydroxytoluene.
Comparative examples 1 to 7 the same preparation method as in example 2 was used to prepare the whitening and freckle-removing creams of comparative examples 1 to 7.
1. Stability test
The whitening and freckle-removing creams of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were subjected to a cold-resistant and heat-resistant stability test, and a stability test by centrifugal separation was also performed, and the test results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from table 2, the whitening and freckle-removing creams of the examples 1 to 6 and the comparative examples 1 to 6 have good cold-resistant and heat-resistant physicochemical properties, and compared with the whitening and freckle-removing cream of the comparative example 7, the cream has good stability and good quality guarantee effect. The whitening and freckle-removing cream disclosed by the invention is coordinated with various added antioxidants under the synergistic effect of the compatible emulsifier and the compatible thickener, so that the discoloration and instability of the cream are effectively reduced, and the cream has a better quality-guaranteeing effect and is durable.
2. Use test
1) Test of whitening and freckle-removing effects
65 female volunteers 25-35 years old, dark face complexion and colored spots are recruited, and the female volunteers are randomly divided into 13 groups by 5 persons; the 13 groups of volunteers were used in the morning and evening 2 times a day in each case in groups corresponding to the whitening and spot-removing creams of test examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 7, respectively. The volunteers washed their faces with clear water before each application of the corresponding whitening and spot-removing cream.
After the volunteers use the corresponding whitening and freckle-removing cream for 0, 4 and 8 weeks, quantitative analysis and measurement are carried out on facial skin stains and melanin of the volunteers by using a visia skin detector, and the test results are shown in tables 4 and 5.

As can be seen from tables 4 and 5, compared with the whitening and freckle-removing cream of comparative examples 1 to 7, the whitening and freckle-removing cream of examples 1 to 6 can significantly reduce skin color spots and melanin, effectively whiten skin and remove freckles, and has a lasting effect. The whitening and freckle-removing cream disclosed by the invention is based on a whitening and freckle-removing composition compounded by nicotinamide, 4-butyl resorcinol, a yeast fermentation product lysate and a daisy extract, has comprehensive, rapid and lasting whitening and freckle-removing effects, and is excellent in whitening effect.
2) Anti-wrinkle test
The Skin texture of the face of the volunteer who used the corresponding whitening spot-removing cream for 0 week, 4 weeks, and 8 weeks was measured (3 times by averaging) using a Skin image analysis system (Skin visualizer SV600), and the test results are shown in table 6.

As can be seen from table 6, the whitening and spot-removing creams of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 6 also have good anti-wrinkle and skin-smoothing effects.
3) Skin feel score
According to the trial condition of the whitening and freckle-removing cream corresponding to each volunteer, the use experience sense and the irritation use experience are summarized, the use experience sense is scored (10 points, 10 points are fully scored, the scoring results of all groups are averaged according to the test values in the groups), and the summarized use experience effect is shown in table 7.

In conclusion, the whitening and freckle-removing cream is based on a whitening and freckle-removing composition compounded by nicotinamide, 4-butyl resorcinol, a yeast fermentation product lysate and a daisy extract, has comprehensive, rapid and lasting whitening and freckle-removing effects, and is excellent in whitening effect; in addition, the added emollient and humectant enables the whitening and freckle-removing cream to have good skin-care effect and good skin feeling after being coated, and the whitening and freckle-removing cream can moisten and moisturize and effectively care the skin. Meanwhile, the added carboxymethyl chitosan has good anti-allergy relieving effect, and has synergistic effect with the daisy extract in the whitening and freckle removing composition, so that the anti-allergy relieving effect is greatly increased, the irritation of the phenol raw materials to skin is effectively relieved, the use is safer and milder, and the durability of the whitening and freckle removing effect can be further improved. In addition, under the synergistic action of the compatible emulsifier and the compatible thickener, and by the coordination of various added antioxidants, the discoloration and instability of the cream are effectively reduced, so that the cream has a better quality guarantee effect and is durable. Moreover, based on the preparation method of the invention, the whitening and freckle-removing cream with uniform and dispersed texture and good stability can be prepared, and the skin feeling is easy to push, smear and adhere to the skin.
Various technical features of the above embodiments may be combined arbitrarily, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features of the above embodiments are not described in this specification. However, as long as there is no contradiction between combinations of these technical features, the scope of the present specification should be considered as being described. Furthermore, the above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. The whitening and freckle-removing composition is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass (1-5): (1-3): (0.3-2): (0.4-2) nicotinamide, 4-butylresorcinol, a split yeast fermentation product lysate, and a daisy extract.
2. The whitening and freckle-removing composition according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass (1.2-2.8): (1-1.8): (0.3-1.8): (0.6-1.2) nicotinamide, 4-butylresorcinol, a split yeast fermentation product lysate, and a daisy flower extract.
3. The whitening and freckle-removing cream is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
2.5-14% of emulsifier, 0.1-0.5% of thickener I, 2-6% of thickener II, 0.3-1% of thickener III, 4-20% of emollient, 3.02-18.2% of humectant, 0.05-0.18% of disodium EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), 4.24-13.6% of whitening and freckle removing composition, 0.1-1% of soybean lecithin, 0.02-0.5% of carboxymethyl chitosan, 0.02-0.1% of sodium bisulfite, 0.55-2.2% of antioxidant and the balance of water;
the whitening and freckle-removing composition is the whitening and freckle-removing composition in claim 1 or 2.
4. The cream of claim 3, wherein the emulsifier comprises, by mass, 1-5% steareth-2, 1-5% steareth-21, and 0.5-4% PEG-100 stearate.
5. The cream of claim 3, wherein the thickener I comprises 0.1-0.5% of xanthan gum, the thickener II comprises 2-6% of polyethylene, and the thickener III comprises 0.3-1% of a compound of sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, mineral oil and tridecyl alcohol polyether-6;
in the compound of the sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, the mineral oil and the tridecyl alcohol polyether-6, the mass ratio of the sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer to the mineral oil to the tridecyl alcohol polyether-6 is 3: 1: 2.
6. the cream of claim 3, wherein the emollient comprises, by mass, 1-6% of cetearyl alcohol, 1-4% of polydimethylsiloxane, 1-5% of isopropyl palmitate, and 1-5% of caprylic/capric triglyceride.
7. The whitening and freckle-removing cream according to claim 3, wherein the moisturizing agent comprises 1-9% of polyglycerol-10, 0.02-0.2% of sodium hyaluronate and 2-9% of butanediol by mass percent.
8. The cream of claim 3, wherein the antioxidant comprises 0.5-2% of tocopherol and 0.05-0.2% of butylated hydroxytoluene by mass.
9. The whitening and freckle-removing cream according to any one of claims 3 to 8, further comprising, by mass: 0.05-0.3% of anti-allergic agent, 0.2-1% of sun-screening agent, 0.29-1.15% of preservative and 0.2-0.8% of colorant;
the anti-sensitivity agent comprises allantoin; the sunscreen agent comprises ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate; the antiseptic comprises more than one of methyl hydroxybenzoate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, caprylyl hydroxamic acid and phenoxyethanol.
10. The method for preparing the whitening and freckle-removing cream according to claim 3 is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, uniformly dissolving 4-butyl resorcinol in the whitening and freckle-removing composition by using a part of humectant for later use;
s2, mixing the thickening agent I, the rest humectant, the EDTA disodium, the water and the nicotinamide in the whitening and freckle removing composition, heating to 80-85 ℃, stirring, homogenizing and dissolving uniformly;
s3, mixing the emulsifier, the emollient, the thickener II and the antioxidant, heating to 80 ℃, and dissolving uniformly;
s4, adding the components dissolved uniformly in the S3 into the components dissolved uniformly in the S2 at the temperature of 80-85 ℃, stirring for 3 minutes at 500-800 r/min, and homogenizing for 5 minutes at 2500-2800 r/min; vacuumizing, preserving heat, stirring for 15 minutes at the speed of 800-1000 r/min, removing vacuum, and continuously stirring for cooling;
s5, cooling to 70-75 ℃, adding a thickening agent III, continuously stirring for 5 minutes, homogenizing for 2 minutes at 1000-1200 r/min, and continuously stirring and cooling;
s6, cooling to 60-65 ℃, adding the 4-butylresorcinol dissolved in the S1, continuously stirring for 5 minutes, homogenizing for 2 minutes at 1000-1200 r/min, and continuously stirring and cooling;
s7, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding the rest components of the whitening and freckle-removing composition, and continuously stirring uniformly; discharging to obtain the whitening and freckle-removing cream.
