Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic, and more particularly, to a skin cosmetic that improves the texture of the skin, makes the skin smooth and moist, has an excellent skin quality-improving effect, and is non-sticky and has an excellent feeling of use. be.
On the surface of the skin, there are thin grooves running like a mesh called sulcus cutis, and between them there are large and small triangles, quadrilaterals, and other flattened areas, which are called ridges. . When the sulcus cutis consists of fine and shallow grooves, the area of the crest is small, and the surface is smooth as a whole, it is called fine-textured skin. On the other hand, if the sulcus cutis is deep, wide and conspicuous, and the bumps are large and the shape has changed, it is called rough skin. The younger skin tends to be the former, and the older or the more stressed or externally stimulating the person is, the more likely it is to be the latter. This change is called texture disorder. It is known that the finer the texture of the skin, the more smooth and transparent the skin becomes, resulting in a cosmetically desirable skin condition. In addition, it is known that when the skin's moisturizing function declines due to aging and external stimuli, phenomena such as dry skin and accompanying rough skin, wrinkles and slack due to reduced firmness and elasticity of the skin are induced, and the texture is disturbed. there is Therefore, it is extremely important to use skin care materials to improve skin quality and skin texture, improve skin dryness, and smoothen skin as care for preventing various cosmetically unfavorable skin conditions. is. In addition to the problem of appearance, it is also known that the skin's natural moisturizing function and barrier function will deteriorate if the skin texture is left untreated. had been
In order to prevent such disturbance of texture, various methods such as cosmetics and foods have been proposed. For example, when using skin care cosmetics to suppress rough skin caused by external factors and improve skin texture, ingredients that are effective in promoting metabolism of the skin epidermis, ingredients that are effective in protecting the stratum corneum, hyaluronic acid and collagen. Cosmetics containing ingredients that promote the synthesis of From this point of view, an anti-aging agent stably containing linolenic acid that promotes metabolism (see, for example, Patent Document 1), and texture-improving cosmetics containing sorbitol and/or mannitol and glycerin and/or diglycerin. (see, for example, Patent Document 2), a texture-improving cosmetic blended with an oily component characterized by having a skin permeation index of 2 or more (see, for example, Patent Document 3), and a texture-improving cosmetic blended with ethyl oleate. Cosmetics excellent in the effect of adjusting the skin (see, for example, Patent Document 4) have been proposed.
In addition, it is known that an extract extracted from loquat has excellent medicinal effects on the skin. An example in which a cell proliferation-promoting effect and a rough skin improving effect were found (see, for example, Patent Document 5), an example in which an anti-allergic effect was found (see, for example, Patent Document 6), and an effect of normalizing dermal collagen fiber bundles were found. example (see, for example, Patent Document 7), an example of discovering an active oxygen scavenging effect (see, for example, Patent Document 8), an example of discovering an inhibitory effect on DNA damage (see, for example, Patent Document 9), etc. It has been reported.
The above-mentioned conventional techniques related to cosmetics intended to prevent texture disturbance have been improved to a certain extent. Complex factors such as reduction of damage to the skin and promotion of metabolism of the skin from the inside must be adjusted in an appropriate balance, and sufficient functions have not yet been achieved. In addition, all of the above-mentioned prior arts relating to the usefulness of extracts extracted from loquat leaves report that they have a certain degree of usefulness, but they only discover a single effect, and the texture is improved. It cannot be said that it has a sufficient effect alone on the skin condition caused by the complex factors of disorder, and there is no report on the disorder of texture. Therefore, there has been a strong demand for a non-sticky skin cosmetic that can improve skin quality and skin texture, improve skin dryness, and make skin smooth.
Therefore, the object of the present invention was made in view of the above problems, and it is possible to adjust the skin quality and skin texture, improve the dryness of the skin, and make the skin smooth, but without stickiness. To provide a skin cosmetic having an excellent feel in use.
The present inventors have conducted intensive research to achieve the above objects, and found that an extract extracted from loquat leaves, an extract obtained by fermenting components derived from gramineous plants, and an extract having an average molecular weight of 2000 to 6000 and one or more organic acids selected from citric acid and its salts, phosphoric acid and its salts, edetic acid and its salts and its salts. Thus, the present inventors have found that a skin cosmetic that can adjust the texture of the skin, make the skin smooth and moisturized, and has a non-sticky feeling when used, and completed the present invention.

The configuration of the present invention will be described in detail below.
<Component (A) loquat leaf extract>
The component (A) used in the skin cosmetic of the present invention is an extract extracted from leaves of loquat (Eriobotrya japonica). The loquat leaf extract of the present invention contains loquat leaves as they are or after pulverization, water, lower alcohols such as ethanol, polyhydric alcohols such as propylene glycol and 1,3-butylene glycol, and polyhydric alcohol alkyl ethers such as diethylene glycol ether. It can be obtained by extraction with other polar solvents or mixtures thereof, but is not limited to these. These ingredients are available as raw materials for cosmetics on the market, and are generally known to contain abundant polyphenol ingredients such as tannins. Therefore, in the present invention, it is desirable to use an extract extracted from the leaves rather than from other parts of the loquat plant such as fruits or roots. The loquat leaf extract extracted by such a method generally contains 0.1 to 3.0% by mass of pure loquat leaf.
The component (A) of the loquat leaf extract of the present invention alone has moisturizing and wrinkle-improving effects, rough skin, anti-allergic effects, stratum corneum maturation, skin basement membrane maturation promoting effects, collagen normalization, suppression of collagen degradation, and promotion of collagen production. active oxygen scavenging/DNA damage inhibiting effect, melanin uptake inhibiting/whitening effect. It can improve rough skin and improve skin texture.
The amount of the component (A) used in the skin cosmetic of the present invention is 0.001 to 1.0% of the total composition (hereinafter, unless otherwise specified, mass %), preferably 0.01 to 0.5%. If it is less than 0.001%, sufficient effect of improving skin texture may not be obtained, and if it exceeds 1.0%, precipitation of loquat leaf extract components, browning of skin cosmetics, generation of odor, etc. Problems may occur, such as quality deterioration of the cosmetics, or worsening of feeling of use such as stickiness during application.

1559878201192_0
), pearl barley (Coix lacryma-jobi var. ma-yuen) and the like. The fermented liquid of components derived from gramineous plants is prepared by combining the fruit of each gramineous plant as it is, after crushing, or after undergoing processes such as removing the outer skin and polishing, and the residual components obtained by the fruit or various treatments and water. are mixed, bacterial cells are added, and the mixture is fermented under appropriate temperature and stirring conditions. It can be obtained by removing residues and cells from the fermented product obtained by these processes by a method such as filtration, but is not limited to these methods. These products are commercially available as raw materials for cosmetics, and are generally known to contain various metabolites of fermentation such as amino acids, lactic acid, and minerals in addition to sugars. Moreover, it is desirable that the fermented liquid is derived from rice fruit, or rice bran-derived residue after polishing rice fruit, or pearl barley fruit-derived fermented liquid, because of its availability and effects. Microorganisms such as lactic acid bacteria and yeast, enzymes derived from these microorganisms, and the like can be used for fermentation.
These fermented liquids can be used singly or in combination of two or more in the skin cosmetic of the present invention. The component (B) of the present invention, the fermented liquid of the component derived from the gramineous plant, contains various components even by itself, and is thought to have an effect of improving skin texture, but the component (A) of the present invention By combining with the loquat leaf extract, it is possible to synergistically improve the skin quality due to the permeation promoting effect of the component (B).
The amount of component (B) used in the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention is 0.01 to 5.0%, preferably 0.01 to 1.0%, of the total composition of the skin cosmetic composition. %. If it is less than 0.01%, sufficient effect of improving skin texture may not be obtained. The feeling of use may be impaired. Here, when two or more kinds of component (B) are included, the above compounding amount indicates the total amount of those components.

(Texture disorder improvement effect test)
For 5 evaluation panels, using the face (part: cheek), a texture disturbance improvement effect test was carried out. A continuous use test was conducted for 4 weeks, in which an appropriate amount of the skin cosmetic of the present invention was applied to either the left or right cheek and pure water was applied to the other cheek twice a day. The state of texture on the same site of the cheek before and after continuous use was observed with a microscope (manufactured by Keyence Corporation, VHX-1000), and changes in depth, size and isotropy of texture were visually measured. For the evaluation of the effect of improving the disordered texture, each of the two items of "width of sulcus cutis" and "height of unevenness of sulcus cutis/carpus" was scored according to the following 5-grade evaluation. Furthermore, the total score of the two items was calculated using the following formula, and evaluation was performed based on the following evaluation criteria. The results are shown in Tables 1-3.
Texture disorder improvement effect (point) = (skin width evaluation reference point) + (cutaneous sulcus/cutaneous bump height evaluation reference)
<Evaluation criteria for the width of the sulcus cutis>

(Rough skin improvement effect test by TEWL measurement)
An appropriate amount of the skin cosmetic of the present invention was applied to either the right or left forearm of five panelists, and pure water was applied to the other cheek twice a day for one week. Before and after prolonged use, the measurement site was washed with lukewarm water, then after 20 minutes of acclimatization in an environment with a temperature of 25°C and a relative humidity of 50%, the transepidermal water loss (TEWL value) of the stratum corneum of the forearm was measured. was measured using a tewameter (MPA580, manufactured by Courage+Khazaka). By using the value of TEWL, the barrier function of the stratum corneum can be confirmed, and it is possible to study the effect of improving rough skin and the smoothness of the skin. The rough skin improving effect was evaluated by calculating the rough skin improving effect (%) from the following formula, obtaining the average value of 5 people, and performing the evaluation based on the following criteria. The results are shown in the table.
<Evaluation Criteria>
A: Rough skin improvement effect (%) was 200% or more.
