Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a cosmetic composition with whitening and skin brightening effects.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, modern consumers are more and more pursuing the natural, healthy, tender, white and bright skin state. However, in the present situation, many people suffer from skin problems such as color spots, dull yellow, and dull luster.
The causes of pigmentation and color spots are complicated, such as genetic factors, endocrine disorders, environmental pollution, ultraviolet irradiation, etc., and the pigmentation or color spots caused by any cause are primarily caused by melanin pigmentation. Melanocytes, which are capable of producing melanin, are present in the basal layer of the epidermis of humans. Melanin is the largest factor determining the color of human skin. Normally, melanin can absorb excessive ultraviolet rays to protect the body, but when melanin cells are not metabolized in time and accumulate and deposit on the epidermis, the skin becomes inhomogeneous, and color spots, freckles and the like appear.
With the improvement of scientific level, research on whitening and freckle removing mechanisms, whitening and freckle removing raw materials and scientific evaluation of whitening and freckle removing effects is more and more intensive. Vitamin C, also called ascorbic acid, can effectively reduce the activity of tyrosinase, thereby preventing the generation of melanocytes. Vitamin C is one of the most representative additives that have been used in whitening products for the first time, and is also one of the most representative and safest whitening ingredients. Vitamin C is highly active, but is extremely unstable, is easily destroyed by light, heat, and oxygen to reduce its activity, and is easily dehydrated in an acidic solution to change its structure. The vitamin C glucoside is a vitamin C derivative with good stability, and has remarkable effects of promoting collagen generation, accelerating metabolism, whitening and resisting aging.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is: provided is a cosmetic composition having skin whitening and brightening effects, which is highly safe and stable, and has skin whitening and skin dullness and wrinkle improving effects.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the cosmetic composition with the effects of whitening and brightening the skin is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
1 to 4 percent of nicotinamide, 0.1 to 1 percent of ascorbyl glucoside,
0.01-0.5% of hydrolyzed aminodextran, 0.1-2% of kakadu plum extract,
0.1-10% of yeast extract and 82.5-98.69% of cosmetic matrix.
The composition has the following effects:
the cosmetic composition uses nicotinamide with nicotinic acid content less than 100 PPM. It has been found that prolonged topical application of niacinamide reduces pigmented spots in the facial skin of caucasians and asians by inhibiting the transport of melanosomes from melanocytes to keratinocytes. With the inhibition of the delivery pathway, melanocytes stop producing melanin. Topical niacinamide is also effective in preventing sallowness by a mechanism that may prevent protein glycation, the end product of which is a cross-linked yellowish brown protein that accumulates in the skin. The final usage amount is 1-4% according to the literature data of effectiveness and safety.
The ascorbyl glucoside adopted by the cosmetic composition is one of the derivatives of the vitamin C, and retains all the biological activity of the vitamin C; in addition, it has a glycosidic bond in its molecular structure, is not easily decomposed and is very stable, and is considered to be the most stable derivative of vitamin C. The ascorbyl glucoside is identified as one of the whitening additives by the ministry of health, and the action mechanism of the ascorbyl glucoside is to inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, reduce the formation of melanin, accelerate the formed melanin to be reduced to the original state and reduce pigmentation. The ascorbyl glucoside also has the effects of promoting collagen synthesis, and improving skin wrinkle and rough and dry skin.
The hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycan used in the cosmetic composition is one of viscous polysaccharides, and has effects of regulating skin moisture content, nourishing skin, and increasing skin elasticity. Raw materials producers tested emulsions in vitro containing 0.5% hydrolyzed aminodextran and vitamin C: transdermal vitamin C levels were tested on a three-dimensional skin model and trans-epithelial active ingredient transport was assessed by high performance liquid chromatography.
The results show that after 2 hours, the bioavailability of vitamin C increases by about 21%, and it is believed that hydrolyzing the aminodextran is advantageous to improve the bioavailability of vitamin C. This material was purchased from ResPharma. The kakadu plum extract selected by the cosmetic composition is extracted from Kakaduplum (kakadu plum) which is a plant with the highest vitamin C content in the world, and also contains tannic acid, ellagic acid polyphenol components, vitamin A and vitamin E, so that the cosmetic composition can effectively reduce wrinkle generation and improve skin glossiness through clinical verification. This material was purchased from Southern Cross botanicals.
