Test evaluation
1. Test of whitening and freckle-removing effects
(1) Experimental population
220 female volunteers of 20-50 years old are selected and randomly and evenly divided into 11 groups of 20.
(2) Laboratory apparatus
German CK multi-probe skin test system MPA9, melanin and heme test probe (Mexamter MX 18).
(3) Experimental methods
Cleaning face, applying the product, adjusting nose, lip, and eye parts, squeezing out air, removing membrane after 15 min, and applying the rest liquid on face for absorption without cleaning; used 3 times per week for 4 weeks;
before testing, the test subjects cleaned their faces with clear water, wiped clean with facial tissue, and started to measure after sitting still in a constant temperature and humidity laboratory (temperature 20. + -. 1 ℃ C., humidity 55. + -. 3) for 30 minutes. A4 x 4cm area in the middle of the right face of each human subject was selected and the average melanin content was measured by a probe at the four corners and in the middle for a total of 5 locations in the area. And then respectively testing the average melanin content of each group of people according to the method when the whitening face mask is tried for 3 rd, 6 th, 9 th and 12 th times.
(4) Evaluation method
The skin melanin content is tested by an instrument, and the content is reduced to indicate effectiveness, and the content is increased or unchanged to indicate ineffectiveness.
(5) Results of the experiment
The results for melanin content are shown in Table 1

According to the detection data in table 1, it can be seen that the facial masks prepared in the embodiments and the comparative examples have the effects of whitening skin and removing freckles, and can reduce melanin of skin. However, the skin melanin is reduced more obviously after the mask paste prepared in the embodiment is used, so that the whitening and freckle removing effects of the mask paste prepared in the embodiment are obvious.
2. Moisturizing Performance test of facial mask
The detection method comprises the following steps:
(1) setting the constant temperature and humidity chamber at 25 ℃ and 75% of relative humidity, and stabilizing for 12 hours;
(2) sealing each 200mL beaker mouth with a preservative film, sequentially attaching labels, putting the beakers on an electronic balance, weighing the beakers and recording data to obtain M1;
(3) removing the seal of the beaker, respectively weighing 20g of the facial mask essence prepared in the embodiments 1-5, 8 and 1-5, uniformly coating the facial mask essence on the bottom of the beaker, weighing the facial mask essence together with the corresponding preservative film and recording data to obtain M2;
(4) placing the beaker into a constant temperature and humidity box which is stable for 12 hours without sealing, taking out the beaker at 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, 16 hours, 20 hours and 24 hours respectively, weighing the beaker together with the corresponding preservative film and recording data to obtain M3; the water loss rate is calculated according to the working hours, and the formula is as follows: the water loss rate (%) is (M2-M3)/(M2-M1) × 100% (the specific detection method refers to the preparation and performance research of the polysaccharide facial mask of the mussel shell seaweed of Thanghua, the Zhejiang university of oceanic, 2016: 41 ").

As can be seen from the test data in table 2 above, under the conditions of a temperature of 25 ℃ and a relative humidity of 75%, the moisture loss rates of the facial masks prepared in examples 1 to 5 and 8 of the present invention are significantly lower than those of the facial masks prepared in the comparative example, and thus it can be seen that the facial masks prepared in the examples of the present invention have a good moisturizing effect.
3. Detection of antibacterial performance of mask
The detection strains are Escherichia coli 8099 obtained from Nanjing Lezhang Biotechnology GmbH, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538, Candida albicans ATCC10231 and Aspergillus niger ATCC16404 obtained from Shanghai Beino Biotechnology GmbH.
Firstly, bacterial liquid culture is carried out: respectively inoculating Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus to broth culture solution, culturing at 37 deg.C for 24h, inoculating Candida albicans to sand-protected liquid culture medium, culturing at 25 deg.C for 5d, inoculating Aspergillus niger to scout liquid culture medium, and culturing at 25 deg.C for 6d to obtain a certain amount of bacterial suspension.
The detection method comprises the following steps: 0.2mL of 10-strength facial mask essence was added to 10g of facial mask essence prepared in inventive example 1 and comparative examples 6-8, respectively6And (3) repeatedly and uniformly stirring the four bacterial liquids of CFU/mL, respectively measuring for 6h, 24h, 48h, 7d and 14d, and counting bacteria by using lecithin/Tween 80-nutrient agar.
The results are shown in Table 3 below and are the percent reduction (%) of the species.

According to the detection data in the table 3, the preservative for cosmetics has a better bacteriostatic effect, has good bacteriostatic performance on four bacteria, and has a bacteriostatic rate of 100% after being used for 14 days; while the bacteriostatic effect of the comparative example 6 is obviously reduced by using only one preservative, namely phenoxyethanol, the bacteriostatic effect of the comparative example 7 is also reduced by changing the mass ratio of the three components of the preservative, and the bacteriostatic effect of the comparative example 8 is almost not reduced by adding any preservative, so that the requirement can be met only by using the preservative provided by the invention to achieve the bacteriostatic effect.

the A-phase component comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-3% of betaine, 1-3% of trehalose, 1-3% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 1-3% of PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, 100.5-2% of methyl glucitol polyether, 0.01-0.2% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-0.2% of allantoin, 0.1-0.5% of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.01-0.1% of tremella entity extract, 0.01-0.2% of sodium polyglutamate, 0.05-0.2% of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.01-0.15% of disodium EDTA and 51.05-86.51% of water;
the phase B component comprises the following components in percentage by weight: arginine 0.1-0.2%;
the phase C component comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-5% of tranexamic acid, 1-5% of nicotinamide, 0.1-1% of nano-encapsulated ceramide, 0.05-0.2% of beta-glucan and 0.05-0.2% of carboxymethyl chitosan;
the phase D component comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-5% of rice fermentation product filtrate, 2-5% of tectorial membrane yeast fermentation product filtrate, 1-5% of rose water, 1-3% of snow lotus fermentation liquor, 0.1-1.5% of medicinal rhubarb extract, 0.1-1% of yeast peptide and 0.1-0.5% of carnosine;
the E-phase component comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1 to 5 percent of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 0.05 to 0.3 percent of preservative and 0.05 to 0.5 percent of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the mass ratio of the yeast peptide to the carnosine is 4/3-10: 1;
the nano-encapsulated ceramide is a mixture of ceramide 3, water, caprylic/capric triglyceride, glycerol, ceteareth-20, polyglycerol-10 stearate and polysorbate-20 in a mass ratio of 3-6:35-45:2-4:20-30:12-18:8-12: 1-4;
the preservative comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 4: 4 phenoxyethanol, decanediol and octaethylene glycol.
2. The nourishing, tightening and whitening mask paste as recited in claim, wherein: the essence of the mask paste is formed by mixing a phase A component, a phase B component, a phase C component, a phase D component and a phase E component, wherein:
the A-phase component comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1.5 to 2.5 percent of betaine, 1.5 to 2.5 percent of trehalose, 1.5 to 2.5 percent of 1, 2-pentanediol, 1.5 to 2.5 percent of PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, 1.5 to 2.5 percent of methyl glucitol polyether-101, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 0.12 to 0.15 percent of allantoin, 0.2 to 0.4 percent of hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.05 to 0.08 percent of tremella entity extract, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of sodium polyglutamate, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of acrylic acid (ester)/C10 to 30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of disodium EDTA and 56.27 to 75.21 percent of water;
the phase B component comprises the following components in percentage by weight: arginine 0.12-0.15%;
the phase C component comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2-4% of tranexamic acid, 2-4% of nicotinamide, 0.5-0.8% of nano-encapsulated ceramide, 0.1-0.15% of beta-glucan and 0.1-0.15% of carboxymethyl chitosan;
the phase D component comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2-4% of rice fermented product filtrate, 3-4% of tectorial membrane yeast fermented product filtrate, 2-4% of rose water, 2-3% of snow lotus fermentation liquor, 0.5-1.0% of medicinal rhubarb extract, 0.5-0.8% of yeast peptide and 0.2-0.4% of carnosine;
the E-phase component comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2-4% of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 0.1-0.2% of preservative and 0.1-0.4% of p-hydroxyacetophenone.
3. The nourishing, tightening and whitening mask paste according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the saussurea involucrate fermentation liquid is a mixture of yeast fermentation product filtrate and saussurea involucrate flower extract.
