Result detection
(1) Subjective evaluation of volunteers
In the form of questionnaire, the subjects visit 0W, 2W, 4W and 6W, and the whitening degree, the darkness and the yellowness degree, the speckle degree and the speckle area of the face before and after using the product are scored according to the scoring standard of 0-10 points. The higher the score, the whiter, darker yellow, more visible the skin, and the larger the spot area.
The score values of 2W, 4W and 6W are used for making difference with the score value of 0W, and the difference is 0/negative score, which indicates that no improvement exists, and the skin is not whitened or the spots are lightened/the skin is blackened or darkened and yellow or the spots are increased; the difference is 1, indicating a slight improvement, slight whitening of the skin/slight reduction of the skin dullness/slight lightening of the spot/slight reduction of the spot area; the difference was 2, indicating moderate improvement, more pronounced whitening of skin/more pronounced reduction of skin dark yellowness/more pronounced lightening of spots/more pronounced reduction of spot area; the difference is 3, which indicates that the skin is obviously improved, the skin is obviously whitened/the skin dark yellowness is obviously weakened/the spots are obviously lightened/the spot area is obviously reduced; the difference was 4, indicating complete improvement, skin becoming very white/skin not dark yellow/blotchy.
The specific use effect can be visually seen in fig. 1 and 2.
The evaluation results are shown in table 2:

(2) Skin melanin content test
The experiment adopts a double-blind method, the test period is 8 weeks, the skin data acquisition times are 3 times, and the times are respectively 0W, 4W and 6W. And (4) screening qualified subjects according to requirements, signing the volunteer informed consent with the qualified subjects when the volunteer visits for the first time, collecting 0-week data and issuing samples. Every time the volunteer visits, the volunteer cleans the face and the arms with the designated clean face, sits still for about 20min in the test environment, and starts to collect skin images and data after the sitting is finished. At visit 2, volunteers need to bring back the sample and give to the investigator for weighing.
Skin melanin and heme test probe (Mexameter MX 18): the measurement principle is based on the principle of spectral absorption (RGB), and the content of melanin in the skin is determined by measuring the reflection amount of light with a specific wavelength on the skin of a human body. Skin melanin content (MI value): the MI value characterizes the melanin index, and a higher measured value indicates a higher melanin content in the skin.

(3) Skin color test
Skin color tester (Colormeter CL 400; germany CK): correcting the amount of reflected light by the probe with a special color matrix, obtaining XYZ values by three primary colors, and calculating and converting into L*、b*ITA DEG value.
The whiteness (L value) (non-spot area) of the skin is in the balance of black and white, and the color is more white as the value is larger, and is more black on the contrary. The results are shown in Table 4.
Skin yellowness (b value) (non-blotchy area): indicating a balance from yellow to blue, the lower the value of b, the lower the yellowness of the skin. The results are shown in Table 5.
Skin penetration ITA ° value (non-spot area): the value is the skin individual type angle and is a value that characterizes skin brightness in relation to the L and b values. The greater the ITA value, the brighter the skin, whereas the darker the skin. The results are shown in Table 6.

3. The whitening composition of claim 2, which consists of the following components in parts by mass: 1-3 parts of matsutake extract, 1' 3 parts of snow lotus extract, 0.01-0.1 part of ergothioneine and 1-3 parts of pentanediol.
4. The whitening composition of claim 3, consisting of the following components in parts by mass: 2 parts of matsutake extract, 2 parts of snow lotus extract, 0.05 part of ergothioneine and 2 parts of pentanediol.
5. The whitening composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the matsutake mushroom extract contains 40 to 90% by mass of matsutake mushroom polysaccharides, 0.1 to 5% by mass of polypeptides, and 5 to 10% by mass of matsutake mushroom triterpenes.
6. The whitening composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the saussurea involucrate lactone content in the saussurea involucrate extract is 1 to 5% by mass, and the phytosterol content in the saussurea involucrate extract is 1 to 10% by mass.
7. A method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4
The preparation method of the whitening composition is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, adding water to soak tricholoma matsutake and saussurea involucrata, extracting and separating under normal pressure to obtain supernatant, decoloring, and distilling under reduced pressure to obtain extract;
s2, adding ethanol into the extract, mixing, standing, centrifuging, separating, and drying to obtain a matsutake mushroom extract and a snow lotus extract
Wherein the extraction temperature in S1 is 50-80 ℃, the extraction time is 2-5h, and the reduced pressure distillation temperature is 45-75 ℃.
8. Use of the whitening composition of any one of claims 1 to 4 in the preparation of whitening anti-aging skin care products.
9. A whitening and anti-aging skin care product is characterized by being prepared from the whitening composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 and acceptable auxiliary materials.
