wherein in the second step, the wall-breaking extraction comprises the following steps:
1) wall breaking treatment is carried out on glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, ginseng, haematococcus pluvialis, nicotinamide, alpha-arbutin, superoxide dismutase, yeast extract and fullerene raw material namely plum glume by a nanometer machine, stirring speed is 5000r/min, refined ionized water is added, heating is carried out to 75 ℃ for dissolving, and the weight ratio of the refined ionized water to the wall breaking raw material is 1: 1;

A whitening, freckle-removing and anti-aging formula composition comprises the following components: seabuckthorn oil, glycerin, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, nicotinamide, alpha-arbutin, superoxide dismutase (SOD), ginseng extract, haematococcus pluvialis extract, yeast extract, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), acetyl hexapeptide, fullerene and silver, and the balance of ionized water, and is characterized in that: the weight percentages of the components are respectively as follows: 1-30% of seabuckthorn oil, 1-30% of glycerol, 0.1-30% of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.1-30% of nicotinamide, 0.1-30% of alpha-arbutin, 0.01-30% of superoxide dismutase (SOD), 0.01-30% of ginseng extract, 0.01-30% of haematococcus pluvialis extract, 0.01-30% of yeast extract, 0.01-30% of ascorbic acid (vitamin C), 0.01-30% of acetyl hexapeptide, 0.01-20% of fullerene, 0.01-10% of silver and the balance of deionized water.
2. Sea buckthorn oil: 1-30%; glycerol: 1-30%; glycyrrhiza glabra root extract: 0.1-30%; nicotinamide: 0.1-30%; alpha-arbutin: 0.1-30%; superoxide dismutase (SOD): 0.01-30%; the ginseng extract: 0.01-30%; haematococcus pluvialis extract: 0.01-30%; yeast extract (B): 0.01-30%; ascorbic acid (vitamin C): 0.01-30%; acetyl hexapeptide-8: 0.01-30%; fullerene: 0.01-20%; 0.01-10% of silver.

A preparation method of a whitening, freckle-removing and anti-aging formula composition comprises the following steps of firstly, selecting raw materials; step two, wall breaking and extraction; step three, classifying and mixing; step four, total mixing adjustment; step five, sterilizing at constant temperature; step six, adjusting the pH value; the method is characterized in that:
in the first step, the components are as follows according to the mass percentage: 1-30% of seabuckthorn oil, 1-30% of glycerol, 0.1-30% of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.1-30% of nicotinamide, 0.1-30% of alpha-arbutin, 0.01-30% of superoxide dismutase (SOD), 0.01-30% of ginseng extract, 0.01-30% of haematococcus pluvialis extract, 0.01-30% of yeast extract, 0.01-30% of ascorbic acid (vitamin C), 0.01-30% of acetyl hexapeptide, 0.01-20% of fullerene, 0.01-10% of silver and the balance of deionized water, and the sum of the mass percentages is 1;
wherein in the second step, the wall-breaking extraction comprises the following steps:
1) mixing Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, Ginseng radix, Haematococcus pluvialis, nicotinamide, alpha-arbutin, superoxide dismutase, yeast extract and fullerene raw materials, loading into nanometer machine for wall breaking, adding refined ionized water, and heating to 75 deg.C for dissolving;
2) soaking the obtained materials in a stirring paddle for 3 hours according to the volume ratio of the materials to the deionized water of 1: 20;
