Moisture-preserving skin-care emulsion containing tetrahydropyrimidine and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily cosmetics, and particularly relates to a moisturizing skin care emulsion containing tetrahydropyrimidine and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Whitening, moisturizing and anti-aging are always female demands on beauty products and are also permanent subjects in the field of skin care product research. Along with the continuous progress of social economy, the increasing abundance of material life and the gradual enhancement of health consciousness, cosmetics rich in natural functional components are more and more popular with people. At present, skin care products on the market are various in types, different in performance and single in effect orientation, and the requirement of multiple effects of a single product expected by most consumers is difficult to meet; secondly, due to abuse of chemical components in the cosmetics, most of the functional components are chemical synthetic substances, such as hydroquinone, salicylic acid and other whitening components, and the cosmetic can cause secondary damage to the skin after long-term use and is easy to cause anaphylactic reaction; meanwhile, because various problems of mixing, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and the like of various natural components are difficult to overcome, and factors such as production cost reduction and the like are solved, most domestic and foreign products in the market still adopt basic materials of the chemical industry era until now, and some natural components are added to form natural cosmetics. Various pure natural skin care products appear on the market, for example, Chinese patent with publication number of CN103301050A discloses an external pure natural skin care product and a preparation method thereof, wherein the product takes the linseed extract prepared from pure natural linseed as a main material and has the functions of caring and moistening skin; for another example, the chinese patent publication No. CN107184519A discloses a skin-care product made of natural Chinese herbs and its application method, wherein the product is made of natural fruits, vegetables and food Chinese herbs, and has certain functions of moistening skin, removing wrinkles, diminishing inflammation, whitening skin, removing speckles, expelling toxin and caring skin, and has good skin-care effect and safe use. For another example, the chinese patent publication No. CN106137939A discloses a pure natural skin care lotion, which is prepared by mixing and decocting a plurality of traditional Chinese medicines, is pure natural without side effects, can gradually whiten and whiten the skin after long-term use, and can gradually lighten the chloasma, freckles and the like of the skin after continuous use for more than two months. Although the skin care health products developed by various natural raw materials adopt pure natural substances or pure natural substances as main components, the formula is unstable and cannot be stored for a long time due to the fact that no emulsifier is used, or the used emulsifier is not pure natural substances and has certain damage to the skin after long-term use; secondly, the skin care product cannot be stored for a long time because a part of the skin care product is not used with preservatives or the used preservatives are chemical substances, so that the skin can be damaged for the second time, and certain safety problems exist.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the moisture-keeping skin care cream containing the tetrahydropyrimidine, which is prepared from pure natural raw materials, mainly relates to the use of components such as an emulsifier, a humectant, an antioxidant, a preservative and the like, avoids the preparation of excessive chemical preparations, and effectively reduces the secondary damage to the skin in the long-term use process.
Meanwhile, the invention also provides a preparation method of the moisturizing and skin-care emulsion, which is prepared by mixing and emulsifying the water-phase raw material and the oil-phase raw material and then adding other auxiliary materials.

(3) mixing: slowly adding the oil phase into the water phase along the glass rod and continuously stirring along the same direction until the oil phase is uniformly mixed;
(4) when the temperature is lower than 45 ℃, adding tetrahydropyrimidine, rape flower honey, bisabolol, nicotinamide and phenoxyethanol, and emulsifying for 20-30 min in a high-speed homogenizer at the rotating speed of 10000r/min until the temperature is lower than 38 ℃ to obtain the emulsion.
The tetrahydropyrimidine is a compatible solute which is synthesized in halophilic or halotolerant bacteria cells and can resist external high-salt stress, can be used as a cell protective agent and a stabilizing agent to resist various harmful environmental influences, for example, the tetrahydropyrimidine can be used as a water binding agent to help to recombine skin cell membranes, protect the skin from being damaged by ultraviolet rays, moisten the skin and inhibit the generation of melanin, thereby delaying the premature aging of the skin and the like. In addition to skin protection, it can be used for treating atopic dermatitis, Alzheimer's disease, and inhibiting HIV replication and liver cirrhosis. Ectoine has important application in the fields of enzyme preparations, genetic engineering, medical treatment, cosmetics and the like as an important secondary metabolite of microorganisms, and becomes a hotspot of research and development of biological preparations and fine chemical engineering.
The rape flower honey is rich in plant polyphenol (such as flavonoid and phenolic acid compounds), and is derived from honeydew, pollen and the like in plants collected by bees. The polyphenol substance has a phenolic hydroxyl structure, and can terminate the chain reaction of free radicals by generating a more stable semiquinone free radical, thereby having antioxidant activity. Meanwhile, the honey also has the biological activity functions of resisting bacteria and radiation, reducing blood fat, improving the immunity of the organism and the like. The green sea rape flower honey is single flower honey derived from rape flower, and has light amber color, milky white crystal, or semi-crystalline state, high purity and delicate fragrance. Because of high Qinghai altitude, fresh air, little pollution, strong sunlight radiation, long illumination time and dry climate, the Qinghai rape flower honey has low water content and the special quality is superior to various indexes of similar products in China. For example, green sea rape flower honey does not contain the carboxymethylfurfural component (5-hydroxymethyfurfurfural HMF) compared to other types of honey, is non-irritating to eyes, mucous membranes or skin, does not cause skin poisoning after being ingested, and has low or no heavy metals content which is much lower than other types of honey. Secondly, compared with other types of honey, the green sea rape flower honey is rich in higher content of honey protein (amino acid), vitamins (table 1), trace elements and the like, and has important effects on metabolism, growth and development, skin care and nutrition of body cells. In addition, the green sea rape flower honey is rich in vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C, unsaturated fatty acid and vitamin B2, and plays important roles of metabolism regulation and antioxidation. For example, vitamin E hydrolysate is tocopherol, one of the most important antioxidants, preventing free radicals from harming the human body; vitamin C has antioxidant effect and can protect other antioxidants such as vitamin A and vitamin E; vitamin A has effects of regulating metabolism of epidermis and stratum corneum, resisting aging, and removing wrinkle; vitamin B2 has effects in promoting skin, nail and hair growth, and resisting oxidation.
The invention has the following advantages:
the invention selects the cetearyl glucoside and the glyceryl oleate citrate as two natural emulsifiers of natural plant sources, has high purity, no adverse impurities, safety, excellent skin feel after use, quick absorption, light weight and moisture, and is particularly suitable for sensitive skin. Ectoine and green sea rape flower honey which is rich in amino acid, vitamins (B1, B2, VC, VE, VA, D3, B6, nicotinic acid, folic acid and inositol) and trace elements are used as main effective components, and tetrahydropyrimidine Ectoine is a natural protective molecule for maintaining water, has the effects of protecting cells and resisting inflammation, and can moisten the skin, prevent the skin from being damaged by ultraviolet rays, inhibit the generation of melanin, further delay the premature aging of the skin and the like. Secondly, the green sea rape flower honey rich in amino acid, multiple vitamins and trace elements is supplemented, so that the moisturizing effect is better, and the trend of returning cosmetics to nature is met; meanwhile, the pure natural skin care lotion is prepared by taking bisabolol and witch hazel extract which have the functions of resisting inflammation, spasm, broad-spectrum bacteria, oxidation and the like as main preservatives, so that the harm of chemical components to human bodies is avoided, and the use safety is improved. The prepared pure natural skin care lotion has the advantages that the skin moisture rate is improved by at least 10%, meanwhile, the harm of chemical components to human bodies is avoided, and the use safety is improved.
