Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to an anti-wrinkle composition and an anti-wrinkle cosmetic.
Background
Skin aging is classified into natural aging and aging caused by environmental factors. Natural aging refers to aging of skin cells over time, reduction of collagen content in skin, disorder of collagen and elastin fibers, reduction of fibroblast number in skin, and the like, and wrinkling, color spots and slackening of skin; environmental pollution, ultraviolet ray stimulation, bad eating habits, smoking, drinking and improper skin care modes can also accelerate skin aging, and phenomena such as fine lines, looseness and the like can occur in advance.
Although the aging is unavoidable, the aging process can be delayed by medical and cosmetic use and other modes, and the existing wrinkle removing method on the market is as follows:
1. by injecting a small amount of botulinum toxin type A, however, complications of the method seriously occur, which is a serious hidden trouble for skin health embedding;
2. the peptide and the peptide composition are compounded to realize the effects of tightening and resisting wrinkles, but the active ingredients cannot be well absorbed by skin, only stay on the surface, and have poor anti-wrinkle effect;
3. the polydimethylsiloxane is adopted to fill pores and gaps in the skin, so that the effect of immediately removing wrinkles is achieved, but the method can treat the symptoms, does not treat the root cause, and can block pores after long-time use, so that the skin is stimulated, and the phenomena of acne or allergy are caused;
4. the natural plant-derived components are adopted to achieve the effects of immediately and long-acting wrinkle removal, but the effects are slow to take effect and cannot achieve the effects of instant effect;
5. retinol products are used for resisting wrinkle, and although the efficacy is outstanding, high concentration retinol can cause irritation to skin, and the stability is poor and the bioavailability is limited.
Therefore, the product with good permeation promoting effect and high bioavailability is required in the current market, and can simultaneously achieve the purposes of timely and long-acting wrinkle removal, ageing resistance, skin elasticity recovery, skin dermis linking reinforcement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a product which can simultaneously achieve the effects of immediately and long-acting wrinkle removal and aging resistance, skin elasticity recovery, skin true epidermis link reinforcement, good permeation promotion effect and high bioavailability.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the invention provides an anti-wrinkle composition, which comprises, by weight, 1-20 parts of an instant long-term anti-wrinkle composition and 1-15 parts of a composition for promoting collagen production and strengthening euepidermic connection;
the instant long acting anti-wrinkle composition comprises: 0.01-4 parts of snake venom peptide, 0.01-5 parts of conopeptide, 0.01-4.5 parts of acetyl tetrapeptide-2, 0.5-20 parts of L-proline-lactic acid and 0.5-20 parts of L-proline-glycerol;
the composition for promoting collagen production and strengthening the connection of the dermis comprises: 5-20 parts of betaine glycerol, 0.01-6 parts of palmitoyl tripeptide-5, 0.01-1 part of hexapeptide-9 and 0.01-2 parts of hexapeptide-11.
The anti-wrinkle composition provided by the invention comprises an instant long-acting anti-wrinkle composition and a composition for promoting collagen generation and strengthening euepidermic connection, and the two compositions are used for compounding and synergistic interaction by different action mechanisms, so that the skin can be obvious in instant long-acting effect, the generation of facial collagen can be promoted, the collagen decomposition can be inhibited, and the euepidermic connection can be promoted, thereby realizing omnibearing anti-wrinkle. The cosmetic prepared from the anti-wrinkle composition has good permeability and better skin absorption effect, can lighten skin fine lines, increase skin elasticity, compact skin and make the anti-wrinkle effect more obvious and comprehensive.
For a better understanding of the present invention, a detailed description is provided below in connection with specific mechanisms.
The conopeptide can block the current conduction of nerve muscles so as to instantaneously fade wrinkles, particularly, the blocking rate can reach more than 90 percent aiming at a channel Na V1.4 of the muscles, not only can play a role of blocking, but also can keep certain signal flow and inhibit the contraction of the muscles, but also can not tighten and rigidify, thereby playing the role of instantaneously removing wrinkles.
Acetyl tetrapeptide-2 can up-regulate gene expression related to collagen synthesis and focal adhesion, induce elastin and type I collagen synthesis, thereby increasing skin firmness and reconstructing epidermis structure.
The snake venom peptide mainly acts on a protruding posterior model and is an antagonist for reversible muscle nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nmAChR), and the epsilon subunit of the nmAChR is combined to block the combination of acetylcholine and the receptor, so that the receptor is finally blocked, sodium ions cannot be taken in a blocked state, depolarization cannot be carried out, nerve excitation transmission is blocked, and muscle is relaxed, so that wrinkles are smoothed, and expression of facial expression is not influenced.
Palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is the earliest and most widely applied cosmetic peptide in peptide series, and has excellent synthesis performance of promoting collagen and elastin in dermis, and collagen peptide Siped COLL.02 stimulates skin collagen synthesis through tissue growth factors, so that the purposes of smoothing wrinkles and tightening skin and resisting wrinkles are achieved.
Hexapeptide-9, also known as keli peptide, is composed of six amino acids, can exert a strong anti-aging effect by acting on epidermis, dermis-epidermis junction (DEJ) and dermis, and can play a very good role in weakening and preventing skin wrinkles such as head lines, fish tail lines, stature lines and the like.
Hexapeptide-11, a naturally occurring polypeptide, is isolated from a yeast fermentation broth. It can promote synthesis of collagen, elastin and extracellular matrix components, and has effects of resisting wrinkle and aging.
L-proline-lactic acid, L-proline-glycerol and betaine glycerol are all supermolecular ionic liquids. The betaine and the glycerol, the L-proline and the lactic acid, and the L-proline and the glycerol are tightly combined through intermolecular forces by a supermolecule improvement technology to form the supermolecule ionic liquid, so that the effect of 1+1>2 is realized. After the supermolecular ionic liquid is formed, the activity of the peptide is protected, the skin permeation of the peptide is promoted, the peptide is slowly released, the residence time of the peptide on the skin is prolonged, the absorption and utilization rate is increased, and the percutaneous absorption and bioavailability of the peptide are effectively improved.

The testing method comprises the following steps: subjects 1-17 were randomly used with anti-wrinkle serum, skin data were collected on days D0, D14, D28 after using the samples, and normalization was verified for elasticity R2, firmness F4, eye tail (length), eye tail (area/number), fish tail rating scores.
1. The fish tail area is obtained by VISIA-CR shooting combined with IPP analysis; the smaller the number, the smaller the fish tail area.
At each access point, the detection result of the fish tail area is shown in fig. 10:
conclusion: compared to the basal value (D0), at the D14 day return visit, fish tail increases by 3.96%; at the D28 return visit, the fish tail area was reduced by 0.39%.
2. Cheek skin elasticity analysis
Skin elasticity was measured by Cutometer dual MPA, 580; the greater the number, the better the skin elasticity.
At each visit point, the detection result of the face elasticity is shown in fig. 11:
conclusion: the cheek skin elasticity improvement rate was increased by 4.27% and 8.8% at D14 days, D28 return visit, respectively, compared to the basal value (D0).
3. Analysis of canthus skin elasticity
Skin elasticity was measured by Cutometer dual MPA, 580; the greater the number, the better the skin elasticity.
At each visit point, the results of the detection of the skin elasticity of the canthus are shown in fig. 12:
conclusion: the improvement in canthus skin elasticity was increased by 7.81% and 12.77% at D14 and D28 return visits, respectively, compared to the basal value (D0).
4. Skin friction analysis
The roughness of the skin is represented by measuring the facial skin friction, which is measured by the Frictiometer FR 700; the smaller the value, the better the skin fineness.
The results of the skin friction detection at each visit point are shown in fig. 13:
conclusion: compared to the basal value (D0), the skin friction increased by 3.16% at the D14 day return visit and decreased by 14.5% at the D28 day return visit.
5. Skin collagen densitometry
Skin collagen density was measured by a high frequency skin ultrasonic measurement probe manufactured by Combo company, denmark; the higher the number, the higher the collagen density.
The results of the skin collagen density detection at each visit point are shown in fig. 14:
conclusion: the skin collagen density was increased by 3.02% and 9.05% at D14, D28 return visit, compared to the basal value (D0).
In conclusion, the anti-wrinkle essence has the effects of long-acting anti-wrinkle and restoring skin elasticity.
