1. The mild whitening composition containing plant polyphenol is characterized in that raw materials at least comprise the following components: niacinamide, tranexamic acid and plant extract composition.

6. The use of the mild whitening composition containing plant polyphenols according to any one of claims 4 to 5, characterized in that: the emulsifier is at least one of cetearyl olive oleate, sorbitan olive oleate, lecithin and polyethylene glycol.
7. The use of the mild whitening composition containing plant polyphenols according to any one of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that: at least one of the chelating agents disodium EDTA and EFTA tetrasodium.
8. The use of the mild whitening composition containing plant polyphenols according to claims 4-7, characterized in that: the humectant is at least one of hydrolyzed corn starch, glyceryl polyether-26, butanediol, glycerol, sorbitol and hyaluronic acid.
9. The use of the mild whitening composition containing plant polyphenols according to claims 4-8, characterized in that: the skin conditioner is sodium hyaluronate, arginine and bisabolol; the humectant necessarily comprises hydrolyzed corn starch.
