Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical articles, and particularly relates to a whitening and skin-brightening composition, a whitening and skin-brightening cosmetic, a whitening and skin-brightening lotion and a preparation method thereof, and a whitening and skin-brightening emulsion and a preparation method thereof. The whitening and skin-brightening composition provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1-1.5 parts of hydroxytyrosol, 0.1-1.5 parts of tranexamic acid, 0.1-3.0 parts of nicotinamide, 0.01-2.0 parts of carnosine and 0.01-1.0 part of coated salicylic acid. The whitening and skin-brightening composition provided by the invention has excellent stability, when the composition is used for preparing cosmetics, the obtained cosmetics can exist stably, the caking phenomenon is avoided, the synergistic effect of the components of the whitening and skin-brightening composition provided by the invention can achieve a good whitening effect, and meanwhile, the whitening and skin-brightening composition is high in safety and small in skin irritation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical articles, and particularly relates to a whitening and skin-brightening composition, a whitening and skin-brightening cosmetic, a whitening and skin-brightening lotion and a preparation method thereof, and a whitening and skin-brightening emulsion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The melanin is a black brown biological pigment existing in human and animal skins or hairs, and is a protective pigment which is automatically generated by the skins to avoid the damage of ultraviolet rays and the like, the human melanin is a complex consisting of brown black insoluble true melanin and light red yellow sulfur-containing soluble brown melanin, the synthesis of the melanin must have 3 basic substances, namely ① tyrosine, a main raw material for preparing the melanin, ② tyrosinase, a main rate-limiting enzyme for converting the tyrosine into the melanin, and a composition of copper and protein, ③ oxygen, wherein the tyrosine generates the melanin under the action of the tyrosinase, the effect is an oxidation process, and the melanin must be combined with oxygen to be converted into the melanin, the soluble brown melanin is mainly derived from glycosylation reaction, glycine and glucose form brown substances when being mixed and heated, and the glycosylation reaction is also called Maillard reaction, and is one of reasons for forming skin pigments.
Based on the reasons and the routes of melanin formation, the effects of whitening and brightening skin are achieved by inhibiting tyrosinase activity and removing oxygen radicals to reduce the generation of melanin. However, the effect of a single substance is limited, and the problem of poor stability is easily caused by compounding a plurality of substances together.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical problems, the invention provides a whitening and skin-brightening composition, a whitening and skin-brightening cosmetic, a whitening and skin-brightening lotion and a preparation method thereof, and a whitening and skin-brightening emulsion and a preparation method thereof. The whitening and skin-brightening cosmetic prepared by taking the whitening and skin-brightening composition provided by the invention as a raw material has excellent stability.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a whitening and skin-brightening composition which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1-1.5 parts of hydroxytyrosol, 0.1-1.5 parts of tranexamic acid, 0.1-3.0 parts of nicotinamide, 0.01-2.0 parts of carnosine and 0.01-1.0 part of coated salicylic acid.
The invention also provides a whitening and skin-brightening cosmetic which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: the whitening and skin-brightening composition comprises 0.4-9.0% of whitening and skin-brightening active components, 5-35% of auxiliary agents and the balance of water, wherein the whitening and skin-brightening active components are the whitening and skin-brightening composition in the technical scheme.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent comprises at least one of a thickening agent, a humectant, an emulsifier, a superfatting agent, a preservative, and a pH adjuster.
Preferably, the thickener comprises one or more of cellulose, xanthan gum, Chondrus crispus, carbomer, glycerol polyacrylate, sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and hydroxyethyl acrylate;
the humectant comprises one or more of glycerin, butanediol, propylene glycol, hyaluronic acid and sodium hyaluronate;
the emulsifier comprises one or more of nonylphenol polyether-14, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-100 stearate, glyceryl stearate, potassium lauryl phosphate, laureth-4, sorbitan stearate, cetearyl glucoside, and cetearyl alcohol;
the superfatting agent comprises one or more of polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, isopropyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, neopentyl glycol dicaprylate, neopentyl glycol dicaprate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, hydrogenated polydecene, caprylic triglyceride, capric triglyceride, ethylhexyl palmitate, isododecane, isohexadecane, neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, isononyl isononanoate, cetyl ethyl hexanoate, dioctyl carbonate;
the preservative comprises one or more of phenoxyethanol, pentanediol, caprylyl glycol, hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, benzoic acid, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, methylparaben and propylparaben;
the pH regulator comprises one or more of aminomethyl propanol, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, citric acid and sodium citrate.
The invention also provides whitening and skin-brightening lotion which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-5.0% of glycerol polyacrylate, 6-10% of glycerol, 5-15% of butanediol, 0.01-0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-0.8% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 2-5% of pentanediol, 0.1-1.5% of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.4-9.0% of whitening and skin-brightening active component and the balance of water; the whitening and skin-brightening active component is the whitening and skin-brightening composition of claim 1.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the whitening and skin-brightening lotion, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing glycerol, glycerol polyacrylate, butanediol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, sodium hyaluronate, p-hydroxyacetophenone and water, and homogenizing to obtain a water phase;
(2) and mixing the aqueous phase with pentanediol and the whitening and skin-brightening active component to obtain the whitening and skin-brightening water.
Preferably, the temperature of the homogenization treatment in the step (1) is 75-85 ℃, and the time is 5-10 min;
preferably, the homogenization treatment is followed by heat preservation, and the heat preservation time is 15-30 min;
preferably, the temperature for mixing the aqueous phase with the whitening and skin-lightening active ingredient in step (2) is below 45 ℃.
The invention also provides a whitening and skin-brightening emulsion which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2.0-3.0% of emulsifier, 0.01-0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-0.2% of methyl paraben, 5-10% of butanediol, 0.5-0.8% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.1-0.3% of carbomer, 0.5-2.0% of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-5.0% of cyclopenta polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-5.0% of isododecane, 0.3-0.7% of sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 2-5% of pentanediol, 0.1-0.3% of triethanolamine, 0.4-9.0% of whitening and skin-brightening active component and the balance of water; the whitening and skin-lightening active component is the whitening and skin-lightening composition of claim 1;
the emulsifier is glyceryl stearate or PEG-100 stearate.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the whitening and skin-brightening emulsion, which comprises the following steps:
1) mixing emulsifier, sodium hyaluronate, carbomer, p-hydroxyacetophenone, methyl paraben, butanediol and water, and homogenizing to obtain water phase;
2) mixing polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and isododecane, and heating and preserving heat to obtain an oil phase;
3) mixing the water phase, the oil phase, the acryloyl dimethyl sodium taurate copolymer, pentanediol, triethanolamine and the whitening and skin-brightening active component to obtain a whitening and skin-brightening emulsion;
step 1) and step 2) are not limited in chronological order.
Preferably, the temperature of the homogenization treatment in the step 1) is 75-85 ℃, and the time is 5-10 min; the step of heat preservation is also included after the homogenization treatment, and the heat preservation time is 15-30 min;
preferably, the heating and heat preservation temperature in the step 2) is 75-85 ℃, and the time is 15-30 min;
preferably, the mixing in step 3) is to mix the water phase, the oil phase and the sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, and when the temperature of the solution is reduced to below 45 ℃, add the pentanediol, the triethanolamine and the whitening and skin-brightening active component and mix.
The invention provides a whitening and skin-brightening composition which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1-1.5 parts of hydroxytyrosol, 0.1-1.5 parts of tranexamic acid, 0.1-3.0 parts of nicotinamide, 0.01-2.0 parts of carnosine and 0.01-1.0 part of coated salicylic acid. The hydroxytyrosol in the invention has higher capacity of eliminating free radicals, and can eliminate oxygen radicals in the skin, delay skin aging and brighten skin color; tranexamic acid can inhibit the catalytic action of protease on peptide bond hydrolysis, inhibit the activities of a tyrosinase cell and a melanocyte, reduce the formation of melanin and improve the deposition of skin pigment; the nicotinamide promotes the synthesis of collagen, simultaneously inhibits the formation of melanin particles, inhibits the transfer of melanin to keratinocytes, accelerates the transfer of the melanin in the keratinocytes to the stratum corneum and promotes the shedding of the stratum corneum, thereby improving the skin brightness of the skin; the encapsulated salicylic acid can promote the skin epidermis to be metabolized and shed, so that melanin disappears along with the shedding of keratinocytes, and the metabolism of the skin melanin is updated to achieve the whitening effect; carnosine prevents protein glycosylation by sacrificing itself to inhibit the formation of brown melanin. The whitening and skin-brightening composition composed of the components has excellent stability, and when the whitening and skin-brightening composition is used for preparing cosmetics, the obtained cosmetics can exist stably and are free of caking phenomenon. In addition, the whitening and skin-brightening composition provided by the invention can achieve a good whitening and skin-brightening effect under the synergistic effect of the components, and the components can stably exist after being compounded, and meanwhile, the whitening and skin-brightening composition is high in safety and small in skin irritation.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a whitening and skin-brightening composition which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1-1.5 parts of hydroxytyrosol, 0.1-1.5 parts of tranexamic acid, 0.1-3.0 parts of nicotinamide, 0.01-2.0 parts of carnosine and 0.01-1.0 part of coated salicylic acid.
The whitening and skin-brightening composition comprises, by mass, 0.1-1.5 parts of hydroxytyrosol, preferably 0.3-1.2 parts, and more preferably 0.5-1.0 part. In the invention, the hydroxytyrosol has higher capacity of eliminating free radicals, and can eliminate oxygen free radicals in the skin to inhibit the progress of oxidation reaction, thereby inhibiting the formation of melanin granules, further delaying skin aging and brightening skin color.
The whitening and skin-brightening composition provided by the invention comprises 0.1-1.5 parts of tranexamic acid, preferably 0.4-1.1 parts, and more preferably 0.8-1.0 parts by mass of hydroxytyrosol. In the invention, the tranexamic acid can inhibit the catalytic action of protease on the hydrolysis of peptide bonds, and can inhibit the activities of a tyrosinase cell and a melanocyte, thereby reducing the formation of melanin and improving the deposition of skin pigment. The tranexamic acid and hydroxytyrosol compound has a good whitening effect.
The whitening and skin-brightening composition provided by the invention comprises 0.1-3.0 parts of nicotinamide, preferably 1.0-2.5 parts of nicotinamide, and more preferably 1.5-2.0 parts of hydroxytyrosol by mass. In the present invention, the niacinamide promotes the synthesis of collagen, simultaneously inhibits the transfer of melanin to keratinocytes, accelerates the transfer of melanin in the keratinocytes to the stratum corneum, and promotes the exfoliation of the stratum corneum, thereby improving the skin lightening. In the invention, the nicotinamide and hydroxytyrosol can stably exist after being compounded.
The whitening and skin-brightening composition provided by the invention comprises 0.01-2.0 parts of carnosine, preferably 0.1-1.2 parts, and more preferably 0.5-1.0 part by mass based on the mass part of hydroxytyrosol. In the present invention, the carnosine reacts with a carbonyl group of a protein to form a carnosine-carbonyl-protein complex, and the carnosine-bound protein is degraded in lysosomes after being discharged from cells and bound to a receptor, and the carnosine inhibits the glycosylation of the protein by sacrificing itself, thereby inhibiting the formation of brown melanin. In the invention, the carnosine and other components in the whitening and skin-brightening composition are matched with each other to achieve better whitening and skin-brightening effects.
Based on the mass parts of hydroxytyrosol, the whitening and skin-brightening composition provided by the invention comprises 0.01-1.0 part of coated salicylic acid, preferably 0.1-1.0 part, and further preferably 0.5-1.0 part; the encapsulated salicylic acid is preferably BioGenicSA-200. In the invention, the encapsulated salicylic acid can promote the skin epidermal metabolism to shed, so that melanin disappears along with the shedding of keratinocytes, and the metabolism of skin melanin is updated to achieve the whitening effect.
In the invention, the whitening and skin-brightening composition has excellent stability, and when the whitening and skin-brightening composition is used for preparing cosmetics, the obtained cosmetics can exist stably and are free from caking phenomenon. The whitening and skin-brightening composition provided by the invention can achieve a good whitening and skin-brightening effect under the synergistic effect of the components, and has high safety and low skin irritation.
The invention also provides a whitening and skin-brightening cosmetic which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: the whitening and skin-brightening composition comprises 0.4-9.0% of whitening and skin-brightening active components, 5-30% of auxiliary agents and the balance of water, wherein the whitening and skin-brightening active components are the whitening and skin-brightening composition in the technical scheme.
In the present invention, the auxiliary agent preferably includes at least one of a thickener, a humectant, an emulsifier, a superfatting agent, a preservative, and a pH adjuster.
In the present invention, the thickener preferably includes one or more of cellulose, xanthan gum, carrageen, carbomer, glycerin polyacrylate, sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer (SIMUGELEG) and hydroxyethyl acrylate, more preferably one or more of carbomer, glycerin polyacrylate, sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and hydroxyethyl acrylate, and still more preferably one or two of carbomer and sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer. When the thickening agent is carbomer and acryloyl dimethyl sodium taurate copolymer, the mass ratio of carbomer to acryloyl dimethyl sodium taurate copolymer is preferably 1-3: 3-7.
In the present invention, the humectant preferably includes one or more of glycerin, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, hyaluronic acid, and sodium hyaluronate, more preferably one or more of glycerin, butylene glycol, and sodium hyaluronate, and still more preferably one or both of butylene glycol and sodium hyaluronate. When the humectant is butanediol and sodium hyaluronate, the mass ratio of the butanediol to the sodium hyaluronate is preferably 5-15: 0.01-0.05.
In the present invention, the emulsifier preferably includes one or more of nonylphenol ether-14, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-100 stearate, glyceryl stearate, potassium lauryl phosphate, laureth-4, sorbitan stearate, cetearyl glucoside, and cetearyl alcohol, and more preferably one or more of nonylphenol ether-14, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-100 stearate, glyceryl stearate, potassium lauryl phosphate, and cetearyl glucoside; more preferably one or more of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-100 stearate and glyceryl stearate; still more preferably one or both of PEG-100 stearate and glyceryl stearate. When the emulsifier is PEG-100 stearate and glyceryl stearate, the mass ratio of the PEG-100 stearate to the glyceryl stearate is preferably 1: 1.
In the present invention, the superfatting agent preferably comprises polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, isopropyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate (IPM), neopentyl glycol dicaprylate, neopentyl glycol dicaprate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, hydrogenated polydecene, caprylic triglyceride, capric triglyceride, ethylhexyl palmitate, isododecane, isohexadecane, one or more of neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, isononyl isononanoate, cetyl ethylhexanoate, dioctyl carbonate, further preferably one or more of polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, neopentyl glycol dioctanoate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, caprylic triglyceride, capric triglyceride, isododecane, isononyl isononanoate, and dioctyl carbonate, further preferably one or more of polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, and isododecane. When the greasing agent is polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and isododecane, the mass ratio of the polydimethylsiloxane, the cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and the isododecane is preferably 0.5-2.0: 0.5-5.0.
In the present invention, the preservative preferably includes one or more of phenoxyethanol, pentanediol, octylglycol, hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, benzoic acid, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, methylparaben, and propylparaben, more preferably one or more of phenoxyethanol, pentanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, and methylparaben, and even more preferably one or more of pentanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and methylparaben. When the preservative is pentanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone and methyl paraben, the mass ratio of the pentanediol to the p-hydroxyacetophenone to the methyl paraben is preferably 2.0-5.0: 0.5-0.8: 0.1-0.2.
In the present invention, the pH adjuster preferably includes one or more of aminomethyl propanol, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, citric acid, and sodium citrate, more preferably one or more of aminomethyl propanol, sodium hydroxide, triethanolamine, and sodium citrate, and still more preferably triethanolamine.
The invention also provides whitening and skin-brightening lotion which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-5.0% of glycerol polyacrylate, 6-10% of glycerol, 5-15% of butanediol, 0.01-0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-0.8% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 2-5% of pentanediol, 0.1-1.5% of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.4-9.0% of whitening and skin-brightening active component and the balance of water, wherein the whitening and skin-brightening active component is the whitening and skin-brightening composition in the technical scheme.
The whitening and skin-brightening lotion comprises 0.1-5.0% of glycerol polyacrylate, preferably 0.2-0.4% by mass.
The whitening and skin-brightening lotion provided by the invention comprises 6-10% of glycerol by mass percentage, and preferably 7.0-9.0%.
The whitening and skin-brightening lotion provided by the invention comprises 5-15% of butanediol by mass, preferably 6-10% of butanediol by mass, and further preferably 7% of butanediol by mass.
The whitening and skin-brightening water comprises, by mass, 0.01-0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, preferably 0.02-0.04%, and more preferably 0.03%.
The whitening and skin-brightening lotion comprises 0.5-0.8% of p-hydroxyacetophenone by mass percentage, and preferably 0.5%.
The whitening and skin-brightening lotion provided by the invention comprises 2-5% of pentanediol by mass, preferably 2-3% of pentanediol by mass, and further preferably 2% of pentanediol by mass.
The whitening and skin-brightening lotion comprises, by mass, 0.1-1.5% of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, and preferably 0.2-0.4%.
The whitening and skin-brightening lotion provided by the invention comprises 0.4-9.0% of whitening and skin-brightening active components by mass percentage, and preferably 4-6%.
In the invention, the whitening and skin-brightening water further comprises the balance of water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the whitening and skin-brightening lotion, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing glycerol, glycerol polyacrylate, butanediol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, sodium hyaluronate, p-hydroxyacetophenone and water, and homogenizing to obtain a water phase;
(2) and mixing the water phase, the pentanediol and the whitening and skin-brightening active component to obtain the whitening and skin-brightening water.
According to the invention, glycerin polyacrylate, butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, p-hydroxyacetophenone and water are mixed and then subjected to homogenization treatment to obtain a water phase. In the invention, the rotation speed of the homogenization treatment is preferably 20-30 r/min. The temperature of the homogenization treatment is preferably 75-85 ℃, the further preference is 78-82 ℃, and the time of the homogenization treatment is preferably 5-10 min, the further preference is 6-8 min;
preferably, the homogenized material obtained after the homogenization treatment is subjected to heat preservation to obtain an aqueous phase. In the invention, the heat preservation time is preferably 15-30 min, and more preferably 20-25 min. In the present invention, stirring is preferably maintained during the temperature rise to the temperature required for the homogenization treatment.
After the water phase is obtained, the water phase is mixed with the whitening and skin-brightening active component to obtain the whitening and skin-brightening water. In the present invention, the mixing temperature is preferably 45 ℃ or less, and more preferably 25 to 38 ℃.
The invention also provides a whitening and skin-brightening emulsion which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2-3% of an emulsifier, 0.01-0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-0.2% of methyl paraben, 5-10% of butanediol, 0.5-0.80% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.1-0.3% of carbomer, 0.5-2.0% of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-5.0% of cyclopenta polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-5.0% of isododecane, 0.3-0.7% of sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 2-5% of pentanediol, 0.1-0.3% of triethanolamine, 0.4-9.0% of a whitening and skin-brightening active component and the balance of water, wherein the whitening and skin-brightening active component is the whitening and skin-brightening composition in the technical scheme;
the emulsifier is glyceryl stearate or PEG-100 stearate.
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion provided by the invention comprises, by mass, 2.0-3.0% of an emulsifier, preferably 2.2-2.6%, and further preferably 2.5%, wherein the emulsifier is glyceryl stearate and/or PEG-100 stearate, and further preferably glyceryl stearate.
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion provided by the invention preferably comprises 0.01-0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, preferably 0.02-0.04%, and more preferably 0.03% in percentage by mass.
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion provided by the invention preferably comprises 0.1-0.2% of methylparaben, preferably 0.15-0.2%, and further preferably 0.2% by mass.
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion provided by the invention comprises 5.0-10.0% of butanediol by mass, preferably 7.0-9.0%, and further preferably 7.0%.
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion provided by the invention comprises 0.5-0.8% of p-hydroxyacetophenone by mass percentage, preferably 0.5-0.7%, and further preferably 0.5%.
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion provided by the invention comprises 0.1-0.3% of carbomer by mass, preferably 0.15-0.22% of carbomer by mass, and further preferably 0.2% of carbomer by mass.
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion provided by the invention comprises 0.5-2.0% of polydimethylsiloxane, preferably 0.8-1.5%, and further preferably 1.0% by mass.
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion provided by the invention comprises 0.5-5.0% of cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane by mass, preferably 1.0-3.5%, and further preferably 3.0%.
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion provided by the invention comprises 0.5-5.0% of isododecane, preferably 1.0-3.5%, and further preferably 3.0% by mass.
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion provided by the invention comprises 0.3-0.7% of acryloyl dimethyl sodium taurate copolymer by mass percentage, and preferably 0.4-0.6%.
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion provided by the invention comprises 2.0-5.0% of pentanediol by mass, preferably 2.0-3.2%, and further preferably 2.0%.
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion provided by the invention comprises 0.1-0.3% of triethanolamine, preferably 0.15-0.22%, and further preferably 0.2% by mass.
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion provided by the invention comprises 0.4-9.0% of whitening and skin-brightening active components by mass percentage, and preferably 3.8-6.0%.
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion provided by the invention also comprises the balance of water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the whitening and skin-brightening emulsion, which comprises the following steps:
1) mixing emulsifier, sodium hyaluronate, carbomer, p-hydroxyacetophenone, methyl paraben, butanediol and water, and homogenizing to obtain water phase;
2) mixing polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and isododecane, and heating and preserving heat to obtain an oil phase;
3) mixing the water phase, the oil phase, the acryloyl dimethyl sodium taurate copolymer, pentanediol, triethanolamine and the whitening and skin-brightening active component to obtain a whitening and skin-brightening emulsion;
step 1) and step 2) are not limited in chronological order.
The invention mixes emulsifier, sodium hyaluronate, carbomer, p-hydroxyacetophenone, methyl paraben, butanediol and water, and carries out homogenization treatment to obtain a water phase. In the invention, the homogenization treatment is preferably 20 to 30 r/min. The temperature of the homogenization treatment is preferably 75-85 ℃, the further preference is 79-84 ℃, and the time of the homogenization treatment is preferably 5-10 min, the further preference is 7-9 min; preferably, the homogenized material obtained after the homogenization treatment is subjected to heat preservation to obtain an aqueous phase. In the invention, the heat preservation time is preferably 15-30 min, and more preferably 18-23 min. In the present invention, stirring is preferably performed while raising the temperature to the homogenization treatment temperature.
The oil phase is obtained by mixing polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and isododecane, and then heating and preserving heat. In the invention, the heating and heat preservation temperature is preferably 75-85 ℃, more preferably 79-84 ℃, and the time is preferably 15-30 min, more preferably 7-9 min. In the present invention, stirring is preferably maintained during the temperature rise to the temperature required for the heat retention.
After obtaining the water phase and the oil phase, the invention preferably mixes the water phase, the oil phase and the acryloyl dimethyl sodium taurate copolymer, and when the temperature of the solution is reduced to below 45 ℃, the solution is added with pentanediol, triethanolamine and the whitening and skin-brightening active components for mixing to obtain the whitening and skin-brightening emulsion.
For further illustration of the present invention, the following detailed descriptions of the whitening and skin-brightening composition, the whitening and skin-brightening cosmetic, the whitening and skin-brightening lotion, the preparation method thereof, and the whitening and skin-brightening emulsion and the preparation method thereof provided by the present invention are provided with reference to the drawings and examples, which should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Mixing glyceryl stearate, sodium hyaluronate, carbomer, p-hydroxyacetophenone, methyl paraben, butanediol and water according to the proportion in table 1, heating, stirring in the heating process, homogenizing at 30Hz for 5min when the temperature reaches 75 ℃, and preserving heat at 75 ℃ for 15min after the homogenization treatment is finished to obtain a water phase.
Mixing polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and isododecane according to the proportion in table 1, heating, stirring in the heating process, and preserving heat for 15min when the temperature reaches 75 ℃ to obtain an oil phase.
Mixing the water phase, the oil phase and the acryloyl dimethyl sodium taurate copolymer, stirring, mixing with pentanediol, triethanolamine and the whitening and skin-brightening active components when the temperature of the solution is reduced to 40 ℃, and stirring for 10min to obtain the whitening and skin-brightening emulsion.
Example 2
A whitening and skin-brightening emulsion was prepared according to the preparation method of example 1, except for the contents of hydroxytyrosol, tranexamic acid, nicotinamide, carnosine and encapsulated salicylic acid, and the specific amounts are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 1
A whitening and skin-brightening emulsion was obtained according to the preparation method of example 1, except that hydroxytyrosol was replaced with vitamin C, and the amount of vitamin C used is shown in table 1.
Comparative example 2
A whitening and skin-brightening emulsion was prepared according to the preparation method of example 2, except for the contents of hydroxytyrosol, tranexamic acid, niacinamide, carnosine and encapsulated salicylic acid, and the specific amounts are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 3
A whitening and skin-brightening emulsion was prepared according to the preparation method of example 2, except for the contents of hydroxytyrosol, tranexamic acid, niacinamide, carnosine and encapsulated salicylic acid, and the specific amounts are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 4
A whitening and skin-brightening emulsion was prepared according to the preparation method of example 2, except for the contents of hydroxytyrosol, tranexamic acid, niacinamide, carnosine and encapsulated salicylic acid, and the specific amounts are shown in Table 1.

The ISOTR18811-2018 is used for detecting the stability of the whitening and skin-brightening emulsions obtained in the examples 1-2 and the comparative examples 1-8, and the stability results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from the results in table 2, the combination of vitamin C with tranexamic acid, niacinamide, carnosine and encapsulated salicylic acid is unstable, and the whitening and skin-lightening cosmetic of the present invention can stably exist at room temperature.
The whitening effects of the whitening and skin-brightening emulsions obtained in examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-8 were tested according to Lab colorimetric system for evaluating the whitening efficacy of certain whitening cosmetics (environmental and occupational medicine, Liling, etc.). 270 volunteers were collected, and 270 volunteers were divided into 9 groups of 30 persons each, and the skin on the inner side of the forearm of each subject was used as the site to be tested (to avoid the influence of light on the skin chromaticity), and the skin whitening and lightening emulsions obtained in examples 1 to 2 and comparative examples 2 to 8 were applied to the skin on the inner side of the forearm of each volunteer daily before sleep. The change in skin color of both forearms of each subject was assessed on a Lab colorimetric system on a constant use of 28 days, 3 days before use, 7 days after use, 14 days after use, and 28 days after use, respectively, and 3 measurements were continuously taken on an average per person at each measurement. The number of people whose whitening effect on the inner side of the forearm of the left arm is superior to that on the inner side of the forearm of the right arm is counted and listed in table 3.

According to the test results in table 3, it can be seen that the whitening and skin-brightening emulsions of examples 1 and 2 have significant whitening effects, and compared with the whitening effects of one substance in the whitening and skin-brightening compositions of comparative examples 2 to 8, the whitening and skin-brightening compositions of the invention have excellent whitening effects.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the use of the cosmetic of example 1 can improve the skin whitening effect.
The safety of the whitening and skin-lightening emulsions obtained in examples 1 to 2 and comparative examples 1 to 8 was examined as follows. Selecting 210 volunteers with sensitive skin (having allergy history, easy allergy or having allergy without recovery), and dividing 210 volunteers into 7 groups of 30 persons; after each group of subjects cleaned their face, 2g of the face was collected
The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion obtained in the examples 1 and 2 and the comparative examples 2-6 is applied to the palm of the hand, extends along the texture of the skin, is uniformly applied to the face and the neck, is lightly pressed by the palm until being absorbed, and is repeated until the product is absorbed by the skin; subjects were scored 2 times daily (once in the morning and evening) for 7 consecutive days. Among them, 0 is allergic or more severe, 1 is slightly irritating or stinging, 2 is no significant effect, 3 is comfortable to feel, general effect, 4 is better effect, and the results are listed in table 4:

From the results of table 4, it is understood that the whitening and skin-lightening emulsions obtained in examples 1 and 2 have less irritation to the skin and higher safety.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it is only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments, and other embodiments can be obtained without inventive step according to the embodiments, and the embodiments are within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The whitening and skin-brightening composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1-1.5 parts of hydroxytyrosol, 0.1-1.5 parts of tranexamic acid, 0.1-3.0 parts of nicotinamide, 0.01-2.0 parts of carnosine and 0.01-1.0 part of coated salicylic acid.
2. A whitening and skin-brightening cosmetic comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.4-9.0% of whitening and skin-brightening active component, 5-35% of auxiliary agent and the balance of water, wherein the whitening and skin-brightening active component is the whitening and skin-brightening composition as defined in claim 1.
3. The whitening and skin-lightening cosmetic composition of claim 2, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises at least one of a thickener, a humectant, an emulsifier, a superfatting agent, a preservative, and a pH adjuster.
4. The whitening and skin-lightening cosmetic of claim 3, wherein the thickener comprises one or more of cellulose, xanthan gum, Chondrus crispus, carbomer, glycerol polyacrylate, sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and hydroxyethyl acrylate;
the humectant comprises one or more of glycerin, butanediol, propylene glycol, hyaluronic acid and sodium hyaluronate;
the emulsifier comprises one or more of nonylphenol polyether-14, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-100 stearate, glyceryl stearate, potassium lauryl phosphate, laureth-4, sorbitan stearate, cetearyl glucoside, and cetearyl alcohol;
the superfatting agent comprises one or more of polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, isopropyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, neopentyl glycol dicaprylate, neopentyl glycol dicaprate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, hydrogenated polydecene, caprylic triglyceride, capric triglyceride, ethylhexyl palmitate, isododecane, isohexadecane, neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, isononyl isononanoate, cetyl ethyl hexanoate, dioctyl carbonate;
the preservative comprises one or more of phenoxyethanol, pentanediol, caprylyl glycol, hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, benzoic acid, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, methylparaben and propylparaben;
the pH regulator comprises one or more of aminomethyl propanol, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, citric acid and sodium citrate.
5. The whitening and skin-brightening lotion comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-5.0% of glycerol polyacrylate, 6-10% of glycerol, 5-15% of butanediol, 0.01-0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-0.8% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 2-5% of pentanediol, 0.1-1.5% of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.4-9.0% of whitening and skin-brightening active component and the balance of water; the whitening and skin-brightening active component is the whitening and skin-brightening composition of claim 1.
6. A preparation method of whitening and skin-brightening lotion comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing glycerol, glycerol polyacrylate, butanediol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, sodium hyaluronate, p-hydroxyacetophenone and water, and homogenizing to obtain a water phase;
(2) and mixing the water phase, the pentanediol and the whitening and skin-brightening active component to obtain the whitening and skin-brightening water.
7. The method for preparing the whitening and skin-brightening lotion according to claim 6, wherein the homogenization treatment in the step (1) is preferably carried out at a temperature of 75-85 ℃ for 5-10 min;
preferably, the homogenization treatment is followed by heat preservation, and the heat preservation time is 15-30 min;
preferably, the temperature for mixing the aqueous phase, the pentanediol and the whitening and skin-lightening active components in the step (2) is below 45 ℃.
8. The whitening and skin-brightening emulsion comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2-3% of an emulsifier, 0.01-0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-0.2% of methyl paraben, 5-10% of butanediol, 0.5-0.8% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.1-0.3% of carbomer, 0.5-2.0% of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-5.0% of cyclopenta polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-5.0% of isododecane, 0.3-0.7% of sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 2-5% of pentanediol, 0.1-0.3% of triethanolamine, 0.4-9.0% of a whitening and skin-brightening active component and the balance of water; the whitening and skin-lightening active component is the whitening and skin-lightening composition of claim 1;
the emulsifier is glyceryl stearate or PEG-100 stearate.
9. A preparation method of a whitening and skin-brightening emulsion comprises the following steps:
1) mixing emulsifier, sodium hyaluronate, carbomer, p-hydroxyacetophenone, methyl paraben, butanediol and water, and homogenizing to obtain water phase;
2) mixing polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and isododecane, and heating and preserving heat to obtain an oil phase;
3) mixing the water phase, the oil phase, the acryloyl dimethyl sodium taurate copolymer, pentanediol, triethanolamine and the whitening and skin-brightening active component to obtain a whitening and skin-brightening emulsion;
step 1) and step 2) are not limited in chronological order.
10. The method for preparing the whitening and skin-brightening emulsion according to claim 9, wherein the homogenization treatment in the step 1) is preferably performed at a temperature of 75-85 ℃ for 5-10 min; the step of heat preservation is also included after the homogenization treatment, and the heat preservation time is 15-30 min;
preferably, the heating and heat preservation temperature in the step 2) is 75-85 ℃, and the time is 15-30 min;
preferably, the mixing in step 3) is to mix the water phase, the oil phase and the acryloyl dimethyl taurate copolymer, and when the temperature of the solution is reduced to below 45 ℃, add pentanediol, triethanolamine and the whitening and skin-brightening active components and mix.
