step two: adding the deionized water and the polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing composition into another stirring pot, heating and stirring for 8 minutes at 175rpm and 40 ℃ to completely dissolve and uniformly disperse the components to obtain a phase B;
step three: adding phase A into phase B under stirring, adding thickener and antiseptic into stirring pan, heating and stirring at 50 deg.C at 70rpm to completely dissolve and uniformly disperse each component to obtain phase C;
step four: and (3) under the stirring condition of 40rpm, adding a pH regulator, a chelating agent and essence into the phase C to completely dissolve and uniformly disperse the components, standing for 3 hours, taking samples to be detected to be qualified, filling the samples in an aseptic production line, and warehousing the samples after being detected to be qualified through bacteria, wherein the final product is the product.
Example 3: whitening and freckle removing cream
The implementation provides a whitening and freckle-removing cream containing a polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing composition, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
as shown in fig. 1, the preparation method of the whitening and freckle-removing cream comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: adding the grease and the emulsifier into a stirring pot, heating and stirring for 15 minutes at 80rpm and 70 ℃ to completely dissolve and uniformly disperse all the components to be used as an A phase;
step two: adding the deionized water and the polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing composition into another stirring pot, heating and stirring for 8 minutes at 150rpm and 40 ℃ to completely dissolve and uniformly disperse the components to obtain a phase B;
step three: adding the phase A into the phase B under stirring, adding the thickening agent and the preservative into a stirring pot, heating and stirring at 80rpm and 55 ℃, and completely dissolving and uniformly dispersing the components to obtain a phase C;
step four: and (3) under the stirring condition of 40rpm, adding a pH regulator, a chelating agent and essence into the phase C to completely dissolve and uniformly disperse the components, standing for 5 hours, taking samples to be detected to be qualified, filling the samples in an aseptic production line, and warehousing the samples after being detected to be qualified through bacteria, wherein the final product is the product.
In the above examples 1-3, the polypeptide whitening and spot removing composition comprises, by weight: 20% of polypeptide compound, 10% of acetyl tyrosine, 10% of VC ethyl ether, 10% of arbutin, 5% of tocopherol acetate, 10% of hydroxytyrosol, 15% of nicotinamide and 20% of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate; wherein the weight ratio of the nonapeptide-1 to the glutathione to the carnosine to the hexapeptide-2 in the polypeptide compound is 2: 3: 3: 2.

Claims (9)
1. The polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing composition is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 10-30% of polypeptide compound, 5-15% of acetyl tyrosine, 5-15% of VC ethyl ether, 5-15% of arbutin, 2-10% of tocopheryl acetate, 5-15% of hydroxytyrosol, 10-20% of nicotinamide and 10-30% of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate.
2. The polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing composition according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20% of polypeptide compound, 10% of acetyl tyrosine, 10% of VC ethyl ether, 10% of arbutin, 5% of tocopherol acetate, 10% of hydroxytyrosol, 15% of nicotinamide and 20% of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate.
3. The polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing composition of claim 1, wherein the polypeptide complex is a mixture of nonapeptide-1, glutathione, carnosine and hexapeptide-2.
4. A polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing skin care product, which is characterized by comprising the polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 3;
the polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing skin care product comprises, by weight, 10-30% of a humectant, 5-30% of a polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing composition, 10-25% of grease, 0.5-8% of an emulsifier, 0.5-5% of a thickening agent, 0.01-2% of a preservative, 0.1-0.5% of a chelating agent, 0.001-0.1% of an essence, a proper amount of a pH regulator and the balance of deionized water.
5. The polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing skin care product according to claim 4, wherein the humectant is selected from one or more of glycerin, butylene glycol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, hexyldecanol, sorbitol and xylitol;
the oil is selected from one or more of squalane, dimethyl polysiloxane, shea butter oil, sucrose dilaurate, trimethoxyoctylsilane, and phytosterol/octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate;
the emulsifier is one or more selected from hydrogenated lecithin, polysorbate-20, polysorbate-60, potassium cetyl phosphate, laureth-7, methyl dextran polyether-10, PEG-9 dimethyl silicone oxyethyl polydimethylsiloxane, PPG-1-PEG-9 lauryl glycol ether;
the thickening agent is selected from one or more of xanthan gum, carbomer, polyacrylate cross-linked polymer-6, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer;
the preservative is selected from one or more of phenoxyethanol, butylated hydroxytoluene, benzyl alcohol and sodium benzoate;
the pH regulator is selected from one or more of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, aminomethyl propanol, sodium citrate and triethanolamine;
the chelating agent is EDTA-2Na and/or EDTA-4 Na;
the essence is peach blossom essence.
6. A method for preparing the polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing skin care product as claimed in claim 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step1, weighing the grease and the emulsifier according to the formula ratio, adding the grease and the emulsifier into a stirring pot, heating and stirring to completely dissolve and uniformly disperse the components to obtain a phase A;
step2, weighing deionized water and the polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing composition according to the formula ratio, adding the deionized water and the polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing composition into another stirring pot, heating and stirring to completely dissolve and uniformly disperse the components to obtain a phase B;
step3, adding the phase A into the phase B under the stirring condition, then weighing the thickening agent and the preservative according to the formula ratio, adding into a stirring pot, heating and stirring to completely dissolve and uniformly disperse the components to obtain a phase C;
step4, under the condition of stirring, weighing the pH regulator according to the formula ratio, the chelating agent and the essence into the phase C, completely dissolving and uniformly dispersing all the components, standing, entering an aseptic production line for filling after sampling and detecting, and warehousing after bacteria inspection, wherein the final product is the product.
7. The method for preparing a polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing skin care product according to claim 6, wherein in Step1, the heating and stirring temperature is 65-75 ℃, the stirring speed is 80-100rpm, and the stirring time is 10-15 minutes; the temperature of the thermal stirring in the Step2 is 40-50 ℃, the stirring speed is 150-200rpm, and the stirring time is 5-8 minutes; after the thickening agent is added into Step3, stirring at the temperature of 50-55 ℃, at the stirring speed of 50-80rpm for 3-5 minutes;
adding pH regulator, chelating agent and essence into Step4, stopping heating, stirring at 60-100rpm for 3-5 min, standing at room temperature for 3-5 hr to obtain final product with pH of 5-6.
8. The application of the polypeptide whitening and freckle-removing composition as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, wherein the composition is used for preparing skin care products or medical products for external application on human skin.
9. The use according to claim 8, wherein the skin care product is in the form of a serum, lotion or cream.
