Further effect tests were conducted on the above examples 1 to 3.
First, stability detection
The emulsion is a thermodynamically unstable system, and an over-acceleration test, a real-time test and a rheological measurement are carried out to ensure that the product is stable and safe within the shelf life.

(3) heating and dissolving deionized water, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin, nicotinamide, tranexamic acid and an amino acid humectant, and homogenizing to obtain a phase C, wherein the added weight part of the deionized water is 95 parts, the heating and dissolving temperature is 70 ℃, the homogenizing speed is 2300r/min, and the homogenizing time is 4 min;
(4) adding the phase B into the phase C, mixing and heating, then adding the phase A, heating for dissolving, and homogenizing; obtaining a mixed phase 1, wherein the heating and dissolving temperature is 70 ℃, the homogenizing speed is 2300r/min, and the homogenizing time is 4 min;
(5) mixing, heating and dissolving dioctyl carbonate, plant squalane and tocopherol (hexadecanol with the corresponding addition amount is added in the preparation of comparative example 2, MONTANOV82 with the corresponding addition amount is added in the preparation of comparative example 3), and homogenizing to obtain a D phase, wherein the heating and dissolving temperature is 70 ℃, the homogenizing speed is 5000r/min, and the homogenizing time is 4 min;
(6) heating, mixing and dissolving acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and deionized water, and homogenizing to obtain phase E, wherein the deionized water is added in 2 parts by weight, the heating and dissolving temperature is 70 ℃, the homogenizing speed is 4900r/min, and the homogenizing time is 2 min;

Comparative example 5: an emulsion, comprising: 7 parts of 1, 3-butanediol, 5 parts of betaine, 3 parts of 1, 2-pentanediol, 3 parts of squalane, 3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 2.5 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 2 parts of glycerol, 1 part of sucrose stearate, 1 part of sucrose distearate, 0.6 part of isononyl isononanoate, 0.05 part of sodium bis (lauramide glutamine) lysine, 20.5 parts of bis-diglycerol polyacyladipate, 0.3 part of PEG-45 stearate, 0.0015 part of beta-glucan, 0.2 part of arginine, 0.2 part of polyacrylic acid, 0.0025 part of hydrolyzed vegetable protein, 0.0025 part of adenosine triphosphate, 0.0025 part of sodium chondroitin sulfate, 0.01 part of sodium citrate, 0.003 part of citric acid, 0.00002 part of denatonium benzoate and 1 part of macadamia nut oil.
Accelerated testing: experimental groups: the emulsions described in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were stored at 50 ℃ for 24 hours and at room temperature for 24 hours, respectively; control group: the emulsions prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1 were stored at room temperature for 48 hours, and changes in aggregation and flocculation, appearance and viscosity were observed by light reflection.
And (3) real-time experiment: the emulsions described in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 above were observed for changes in appearance, odor, and the like at different times depending on the initial characteristics upon long-term storage without applying a load to the emulsions.
And (3) centrifugal experiment: the emulsions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were placed in a centrifuge, respectively, and tested at a rotation speed of 4000r/min for 30min to observe the separation and delamination of the emulsions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5.
The results are shown in table 1, the whitening, freckle removing and antioxidant emulsions prepared in examples 1, 2 and 3 have no abnormality and no obvious change when compared with a control group through an accelerated test, while the emulsions described in comparative example 1 have reduced viscosity and flocculation, the emulsions described in comparative example 2 have reduced viscosity but no flocculation, and the emulsions described in comparative examples 3 and 4 have no abnormality and the emulsions described in comparative example 5 have reduced viscosity and flocculation; the whitening and freckle-removing antioxidant emulsions prepared in examples 1, 2 and 3 have no abnormal appearance, smell and layering phenomenon after the implementation test and the centrifugation test, while the emulsion described in comparative example 1 has changed smell after two months and has layering phenomenon after the centrifugation test; the odor of the comparative example 2 changes after 4 months, and the odor of the comparative example 3 changes after five months, so that the layering phenomenon occurs; comparative example 4 smell changed over three months, delamination occurred; comparative example 5 changed odor over a period of one month and delamination occurred. Second, sensory evaluation
60 persons were selected and divided into 3 groups on average, and the whitening and spot-removing antioxidant emulsions prepared in example 1, example 2 and example 3 were subjected to sensory evaluation from sampling, painting and after-use feeling, respectively.
Sampling: the sensory properties evaluated were consistency, perceived ease of removal, which can be divided into three grades: low consistency, medium consistency and high consistency.
Smearing: the effect was evaluated by gently moving the skin in a circular motion at a rate of two revolutions per second, followed by rubbing the skin for a further period of time. Mainly including dispersibility and absorbability.
Feeling after use: after the product was applied to the skin, the type of residue on the skin and a description of the skin feel of the product were judged.
The results are shown in table 2, and it can be seen that the whitening and freckle-removing antioxidant emulsion of the invention is mild and non-irritating after being used, is relatively refreshing and light and thin when being used, and is fast to absorb and non-sticky.

Comparative example 6: the commercially available whitening and freckle-removing emulsion containing glycyrrhiza glabra rhizomes comprises the following raw materials: water, butylene glycol, glycerol tri (ethylhexanoate), glycerol, neopentyl glycol dicaprate, ascorbyl glucoside, glyceryl stearate SE, sodium hyaluronate, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, polyglyceryl-10 myristate, cetostearyl alcohol, cetostearyl glucoside, quince (PYRUS CYDONIA) seed extract, sodium citrate, behenyl alcohol hydrogenated lecithin, sorbitan polyether-60 tetraoleate, xanthan gum, potassium hydroxide, polydimethylsiloxane, serine, sodium stearyl glutamate, propylparaben, trehalose, disodium EDTA, stearyl glycyrrhetate, tocopheryl acetate, GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA (GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA) root extract, tocopherol (vitamin E) soyabean (GLYCINE SOJA) oil, citric acid, rosa canina (rosa canina) fruit oil.
The whitening and freckle-removing antioxidant emulsion described in example 1, example 2 and example 3 and comparative example 6 were subjected to performance measurement, and 80 testers with darker skin colors were selected, and the testers were half of each male and female. Groups were randomized into 4 groups of 10 males and 10 females. 4 groups of the emulsion described in example 1, the emulsion described in example 2, the emulsion described in example 3 and the emulsion described in comparative example 6 were used, respectively. The application method is that the skin whitening and freckle removing cream is used after face cleaning every day, once a day, the experimental period is 30 days, and a trial evaluation table is filled according to the whitening and freckle removing antioxidant effects of the cream (wherein an experimenter adopts a grading system, the highest score is 10, the representation effect is obvious, 5 represents that the effect is general, and the lowest score is 1, the representation effect is not effective). The administration was counted once on each of day 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30.
The evaluation result statistics are shown in table 3, and it can be seen that the whitening and freckle removing antioxidant emulsion has a remarkable whitening and freckle removing antioxidant effect, and has a remarkable effect compared with the commercially available whitening and freckle removing emulsion containing glycyrrhiza glabra rhizomes. The whitening and freckle-removing antioxidant emulsion disclosed by the invention is comfortable in skin feel, free of irritation, remarkable in whitening effect and healthy and clear in skin after whitening.

Claims (9)

1. The whitening and freckle-removing antioxidant emulsion is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, hydrogenated lecithin, E10Liposome, emulsifier and preservative.
2. The whitening spot-removing antioxidant emulsion of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is MONTANOV82 and cetostearyl alcohol.
3. The whitening and freckle-removing antioxidant emulsion according to claim 1, wherein the preservative is a combination of at least two of caprylhydroxamic acid, 1, 2-hexanediol, caprylyl glycol and ethylhexyl glycerin.

The whitening and freckle-removing antioxidant emulsion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise, by weight, 0.01-3 parts of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.1-1 parts of hydrogenated lecithin, 0.6-0.78 parts of MONTANOV820.1, 0.1-1 parts of cetostearyl alcohol and 0.1-2.5 parts of preservative.

The whitening and freckle-removing antioxidant emulsion according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials further comprise: glycerin, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin, nicotinamide, tranexamic acid, an amino acid humectant, dioctyl carbonate, plant squalane, tocopherol, acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, potassium hydroxide, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, sodium hyaluronate, rose hydrosol, tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, and sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer.

The whitening and freckle-removing antioxidant emulsion according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.01-3 parts of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 1.1-35 parts of glycerol, 0.1-1 part of hydrogenated lecithin, 0.01-0.04 part of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.01-0.1 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1-0.5 part of allantoin, 1-5 parts of nicotinamide, 1-3 parts of tranexamic acid, 0.5-2 parts of amino acid humectant, 0-0.6 part of MONTANOV820.1, 0.1-1 part of cetostearyl alcohol, 1-6 parts of dioctyl carbonate, 0.5-2 parts of plant squalane, 0.1-0.5 part of tocopherol, 0.1-0.3 part of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.1-1 part of L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, 0.01-0.05 part of potassium hydroxide, 70.1-1 part of palmitoyl tetrapeptide, 0.1-2.5 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 10-1.1 part of Lipome, 0.1-2.5 parts of preservative, 1-3 parts of rose hydrosol, 0.05-0.5 part of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane and 0.1-1.5 parts of sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer.
7. The preparation method of the whitening and freckle-removing antioxidant emulsion according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the preparation method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) mixing Glycyrrhrizae radix extract with part of glycerol to obtain phase A;
(2) mixing the rest glycerol with hydrogenated lecithin to obtain phase B;
(3) heating and dissolving deionized water, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin, nicotinamide, tranexamic acid and amino acid humectant, and homogenizing to obtain phase C;
(4) adding the phase B into the phase C, mixing and heating, then adding the phase A, heating for dissolving, and homogenizing; obtaining a mixed phase 1;
(5) mixing MONTANOV82, cetostearyl alcohol, dioctyl carbonate, plant squalane and tocopherol, heating for dissolving, and homogenizing to obtain phase D;
(6) heating, mixing and dissolving acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and deionized water, and homogenizing to obtain phase E;
(7) heating, mixing and dissolving L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, potassium hydroxide and deionized water, and homogenizing to obtain an F phase;
(8) adding the mixed phase 1 into the phase D, mixing, heating and dissolving, adding the phase E and the phase F in sequence after homogenizing, then mixing, heating and homogenizing to obtain a mixed phase 2;
(9) mixing palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, sodium hyaluronate, E10Liposome, preservative and rose hydrosol, heating for dissolving, and homogenizing to obtain a G phase;
(10) mixing, heating and dissolving trihydroxymethyl aminomethane and deionized water, and homogenizing to obtain an H phase;
(11) and respectively adding the phase G and the phase H into the mixed phase 2, mixing and heating, homogenizing, then adding the sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, mixing and heating, and finally homogenizing to obtain the whitening and freckle-removing antioxidant emulsion.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the ratio of the glycyrrhiza glabra rhizome extract to the glycerin added in the step (1) is 1: 10.
