(1) the eye cream has scientific proportion, has obvious synergistic effect on nutrient components such as small fruit coffee seed extract, red globe ginger extract, Chinese rose leaf extract, undecylenoyl phenylalanine, acetyl chitosamine, aescin, nano liposome containing essential oil, plant fruit seed ultrafine powder and the like, has obvious effects on fading black eye circles, smoothing fine wrinkles and eliminating eye bags, and is fresh and easy to absorb compared with the existing eye cream, cannot cause burden on eye skin, and cannot form eye fat granules.

Example 1 preparation of nanoliposomes containing essential oils
Example 1 the essential oil-containing nanoliposome contains 25% by mass of solids, specifically, the formulation of the solids comprises the following components by mass:

calculated according to 25g of solid content in 100g of nano liposome containing essential oil,
the preparation method of the group A comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 2g of permanent flower essential oil, 2g of rock rose essential oil, 3.5g of vitamin E, 10g of hydrogenated soybean lecithin, 3g of cholesterol and 3g of beta-sitosterol, adding into absolute ethyl alcohol at 50 ℃, and fully dissolving to obtain an oil phase;
(2) adding 1.5g of tween-80 into PBS buffer solution at the temperature of 50 ℃, slowly adding while stirring, and fully mixing to prepare a solution with the mass percent of tween-80 being 1.5%, so as to obtain a water phase;
(3) continuously stirring by a magnetic stirrer, injecting the water phase into the oil phase by using an injector, fully mixing for 1h, performing rotary evaporation at 30 ℃ and 0.8MPa to remove ethanol, performing oscillation hydration reaction in a water bath at 32 ℃ for 2h to obtain liposome suspension, and adjusting the particle size of the liposome suspension to 100-150 nm by using an injector type filter to obtain the essential oil-containing nano liposome.

EXAMPLE 2 plant fruit seed micropowder preparation

The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing evening primrose seed, amur grape seed, purple alfalfa seed and buckwheat seed according to the formula ratio, and crushing to obtain seed mixed powder; and adding the seed and fruit mixed powder into an airflow mill pulverizer, performing airflow milling, allowing the fully milled micro powder to pass through gaps of a sorting wheel along with airflow, and allowing the insufficiently milled micro powder not to pass through, continuing the airflow milling until the particle size of the powder is 0.2-1 mu m, and collecting the plant fruit seed ultra-fine powder.

(1) adding deionized water, glycerol, acetyl chitosamine, plant fruit seed ultrafine powder, dextran sulfate sodium and polyacryl dimethyl ammonium taurate into water phase pot, heating to 75 deg.C, and stirring to obtain water phase;
(2) adding the formula amounts of palmitic acid, squalane, cetostearyl alcohol, methyl gluceth-10, lecithin and caprylic/capric triglyceride into an oil phase pot, heating to 75 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain an oil phase;
(3) pumping the water phase into a vacuum emulsifying machine, starting stirring and vacuum, sucking the oil phase into the emulsifying machine at 80 deg.C, vacuum degree of-0.04 MPa and stirring speed of 80r/min to obtain mixed solution, and homogenizing at 3000r/min for 12 min;
(4) after homogenizing, keeping vacuum degree and stirring speed unchanged, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the essential oil-containing nano liposome, the small fruit coffee seed extract, the red globe ginger extract, the syzygium jambos leaf extract, the undecylenoyl phenylalanine, the aescin, the phenoxyethanol and the ethylhexyl glycerin, continuously stirring uniformly, cooling to room temperature, discharging, and filling to obtain the repair eye cream.

Test example I, safety test of eye cream repair
Number of test population: the test method comprises the following steps of 1, 110 women, 30-60 years old, healthy skin of a subject, no skin allergy history, 11 groups of 10 persons in each group, and 38 +/-2 years old as the average age, wherein the test groups are respectively 1-11 groups, wherein the test groups 1-5 use the eye cream prepared by the formula 1-5 in the example 3, and the test groups 6-11 use the eye cream prepared by the formula 6-11 in the comparative example 1.
The using method comprises the following steps: dipping the millet granules with the size of the eye cream by a ring finger, dropping a little under the eyes, slightly pulling down the lower eyelid of the eyes by the left hand, and then performing annular slight massage along the inner canthus, the upper eyelid, the tail of the eyes and the lower eyelid, generally for about 4-5 circles; and finally, gently patting the corresponding eyes by using ring fingers of two hands to ensure that the eyes are completely absorbed by the skin.
The results show that: after the eye cream prepared by the formulas 1 to 5 of the invention example 3 and the comparative examples 6 to 11 is smeared for 8 hours and 12 hours, allergic reactions such as redness of the skin of the eyes and the like are not seen, which indicates that the eye cream of the invention is safe and has no adverse phenomenon.
Test example II evaluation of Black eye removing Effect of eye cream repair
Number of test population: 110 female volunteer subjects with dark skin color, color spots and dark circles around the eyes were selected, aged 25-60 years and the average age of 35 ± 5 years, and divided into 11 groups of 10 persons each, namely, test 1-5 groups and comparative 1-6 groups, wherein the test 1-5 groups used the eye creams prepared according to the formulations 1-5 of example 3, and the comparative 1-6 groups used the eye creams prepared according to the formulations 6-11 of comparative 1.
The using method comprises the following steps: after cleaning and refreshing the face in the morning and evening, a proper amount of the tested eye cream is taken and applied to the periphery of eyes, and the eye cream is evenly applied and massaged until being absorbed. Before use, testing the melanin value, the skin color L value and the skin color b value of the eye skin after 1 month, and calculating ITA degrees, wherein the larger the skin color L value is, the whiter the skin color is; the larger the value of the skin color b, the darker and yellow the skin color is; the larger the ITA value, the whiter the skin color. The results are shown in Table 1 below.

The results show that when the eye creams prepared by the formulas 1 to 5 in the example 3 are respectively used by volunteer subjects, the level of melanin in the eyes is obviously reduced, the skin color L value and the ITA DEG value are increased, the effect is obviously better than that of the eye creams prepared by the formulas 6 to 11 in the comparative example 1, and the using effect of the eye cream prepared by the formula 1 in the example 3 is the best, which indicates that the eye cream provided by the invention has better effects of removing black eye circles and improving the brightness of the eye skin. And no cellulite was observed in all groups of volunteers during the test, except for 4 eyes of the control 6 groups of volunteers.
As can be seen from the comparative example 1, the effect of reducing the level of melanin and improving the whiteness of skin is weakened due to the lack of the essential oil-containing nano liposome in the formula, which shows that the essential oil-containing nano liposome has a certain effect of improving the symptoms of dark circles; as can be seen from comparative examples 2-4, the lack of the red globe ginger extract and the rose apple leaf extract simultaneously in the formula, or the lack of the small fruit coffee seed extract and the rose apple leaf extract simultaneously, or the lack of the small fruit coffee seed extract and the red globe ginger extract simultaneously weakens the effects of reducing the melanin level and improving the skin brightness, and shows that the compounding of the small fruit coffee seed extract, the rose apple leaf extract and the red globe ginger extract has obvious synergistic effect on improving the black eye circles; from the comparative example 5, the effect of reducing the level of melanin and improving the brightness of skin is weakened by directly adding the permanent flower essential oil and the rock rose essential oil into the formula instead of in the form of liposome, which shows that the essential oil-containing nano liposome is more beneficial to skin absorption, thereby exerting better black eye removing effect; the comparative example 6 shows that the lack of plant fruit seed ultrafine powder in the formula has little influence on the effect of improving the symptoms of the dark eye circles, the prepared eye cream still has good effects of reducing melanin level and improving skin brightness, but influences the appearance of the fatty granules on the eyes of volunteer subjects, and the plant fruit seed ultrafine powder is beneficial to improving the smoothness of the eye cream and can effectively prevent the adverse reaction of the fatty granules in the using process of the eye cream.
Test example III evaluation of pouch removal effect of eye cream
Number of test population: 220 volunteer subjects with long-term pouch problems, aged 40-60 years, were selected in 11 groups of 20 persons each, test 1-5 groups and comparative 1-6 groups, respectively, wherein the test 1-5 groups used the eye creams prepared according to the formulations 1-5 of example 3, and the comparative 1-6 groups used the eye creams prepared according to the formulations 6-11 of comparative example 1.
The using method comprises the following steps: after cleaning and refreshing the face in the morning and evening, a proper amount of the tested eye cream is taken and applied to the periphery of eyes, and the eye cream is evenly applied and massaged until being absorbed. The pouch volume was measured before use, 2 months after use, respectively. The determination of the volume of the eye bags is carried out using a technique known as Fringe project, and 3D images of the region of interest are acquired by a FaceScanner and processed using Optocat software (Breuckman, EoTech, Germany).
The therapeutic effect judgment standard is as follows:
the effect is shown: the volume of the eye bags is reduced by more than 35 percent;
the method has the following advantages: the volume of the eye bags is reduced by 30-35%;
improvement: the volume of the eye bags is reduced by 0-30%;
and (4) invalidation: there was no change or increase in pouch volume.
The results are shown in Table 2 below.

The results show that when the eye cream prepared by the formulas 1 to 5 in example 3 is respectively used by volunteer subjects, the pouch volume is obviously reduced, the obvious effect rate reaches more than 20 percent, and the effective rate reaches more than 45 percent; the inefficiency is 0%; the effect is obviously better than that of the eye cream prepared by the formulas 6 to 11 of the comparative example 1, and the eye cream prepared by the formula 1 of the example 3 has the best use effect, which shows that the repair eye cream provided by the invention has better effect of removing the pouches. And no cellulite was observed in all of the groups of volunteers except 7 eyes of the comparative 6 groups of volunteers during the test.
Fourth test example evaluation of skin elasticity-increasing and anti-wrinkle effects of eye cream
Number of test population: 110 female volunteer subjects aged 35-60 years, all volunteer subjects had healthy skin and no history of skin allergy, were selected, were assigned to the subject selection criteria, and were divided into 11 groups of 10 subjects, test 1-5 groups and comparative 1-6 groups, respectively, wherein test 1-5 groups used the eye creams prepared according to formulations 1-5 of example 3, and comparative 1-6 groups used the eye creams prepared according to formulations 6-11 of comparative example 1.
The using method comprises the following steps: after cleaning and refreshing the face in the morning and evening, a proper amount of the tested eye cream is taken and applied to the periphery of eyes, and the eye cream is evenly applied and massaged until being absorbed. The skin elasticity Cotomerma MPA580 host manufactured by Courage + Khazaka, Germany (CK, Germany) was used, the probe used was a Reviscometer RV600 elasto-fibrous tissue test probe, and the average was taken five times. Test area: the skin around the eyes. The blank values (R2, R5, R7) of the test area 30min after cleaning were measured, and then the subjects were prescribed to use the above test article every morning and evening to test the skin elasticity index R2, R5, R7 values of the test area after 0 week and 4 weeks, respectively (the negative pressure during the test was constant at 450 mbar).
Specification of indexes: the closer the skin elasticity indexes R2, R5, R7 are to 1, the better the elasticity of the skin.

Uf — maximum amount of skin stretch.
Ue-the amount of skin stretch at 0.1 second after a constant negative pressure is applied to the skin, positioning the amount of stretch in the elastic portion.
Ur-after negative pressure is removed, the skin will quickly recover to the original state, and the values are also divided into elastic part value Ur, namely, after negative pressure is removed for 0.1 second, the recovery value and the viscoelastic part value, or the plastic part value, of the skin.
Ua-the recovery value of the skin from the elimination of the negative pressure to the next successive test of the skin surface plus the negative pressure.
The results are shown in Table 3 below.

The results show that R2, R5 and R7 of volunteer subjects respectively use the eye cream prepared by the formula 1-5 of the embodiment 3 for 4 weeks are obviously increased, the values of R2, R5 and R7 are close to 1, the skin elasticity index of the subjects is greatly increased and is obviously superior to the eye cream prepared by the formula 6-11 of the comparative example 1, and the using effect of the eye cream prepared by the formula 1 of the embodiment 3 is optimal, so that the eye cream has the effects of increasing skin elasticity, smoothening fine wrinkles and resisting aging. And no adipocyte appeared in all the volunteers of the other groups during the test, except that 3 of the volunteers of the comparative 6 groups showed a small amount of adipocyte on the eyes.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that the above preferred embodiment should not be considered as limiting the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the scope defined by the claims. The black eye removing, anti-wrinkle firming and repairing eye cream is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 2-8% of glycerol, 1-3% of palmitic acid, 1-3% of squalane, 1-4% of cetostearyl alcohol, 101-3% of methyl gluceth-101, 0.5-4% of lecithin, 1-5% of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 6-12% of essential oil-containing nanoliposome, 0.5-4% of coffee cherokee extract, 0.5-4% of red globe ginger extract, 0.5-4% of rose apple leaf extract, 1-4% of undecylenoyl phenylalanine, 1-4% of acetyl chitosamine, 1-4% of aescin, 3-7% of plant fruit seed ultrafine powder, 1-6% of dextran sulfate sodium, 0.2-1% of polyacryloyl ammonium dimethyltaurate, 0.01-0.2% of phenoxyethanol, 0.01-0.2% of ethylhexylglycerol and the balance of deionized water;
the plant fruit seed ultrafine powder is composed of evening primrose seed, amur grape seed, purple alfalfa seed and buckwheat seed in a mass ratio of 1 (1-2) to 0.5-1 to 1-3; the particle size of the plant fruit seed ultrafine powder is 0.2-1 mu m;
the essential oil-containing nano liposome comprises 20-30% of solid matters by mass, and the solid matters comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 5-10% of permanent flower essential oil, 5-10% of rock rose essential oil, 8-16% of vitamin E, 35-45% of hydrogenated soybean lecithin, 5-15% of cholesterol, 5-15% of beta-sitosterol and 8-804% of tween-D; the particle size of the essential oil-containing nano liposome is 100-150 nm.
2. The dark eye circle removing, anti-wrinkle and skin firming repair eye cream according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components by mass percent: 4-6% of glycerol, 1-2% of palmitic acid, 1-2% of squalane, 1-3% of cetostearyl alcohol, 101-3% of methyl gluceth, 1-3% of lecithin, 2-4% of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 8-12% of essential oil-containing nano liposome, 1-3% of small fruit coffee seed extract, 1-3% of red ball ginger extract, 1-3% of cattail leaf extract, 2-3% of undecylenoyl phenylalanine, 1-3% of acetyl chitosamine, 1-3% of aescin, 4-6% of plant fruit seed ultrafine powder, 2-5% of glucan sodium sulfate, 0.5-1% of polyacryl dimethyl ammonium taurate, 0.05-0.15% of phenoxyethanol, 0.05-0.15% of ethylhexylglycerol and the balance of deionized water.

The eye cream for removing dark circles, resisting wrinkles and tightening skin, repairing and protecting eyes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant fruit seed ultrafine powder is composed of evening primrose seed, amur grape seed, purple alfalfa seed and buckwheat seed in a mass ratio of 1:1:0.5: 2.

The eye cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant fruit seed micropowder is prepared by the steps of: mixing evening primrose seed, amur grape seed, purple alfalfa seed and buckwheat seed according to the formula ratio, and crushing to obtain seed mixed powder; and adding the seed and fruit mixed powder into an airflow mill pulverizer, performing airflow milling, allowing the fully milled micro powder to pass through gaps of a sorting wheel along with airflow, and allowing the insufficiently milled micro powder not to pass through, continuing the airflow milling until the particle size of the powder is 0.2-1 mu m, and collecting the plant fruit seed ultra-fine powder.
5. The eye cream for removing dark circles, resisting wrinkles and tightening the skin, repairing and protecting eyes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the essential oil-containing nanoliposome contains 20-30% by mass of solids, and the formulation of the solids comprises the following components by mass: 8% of permanent flower essential oil, 8% of rock rose essential oil, 14% of vitamin E, 40% of hydrogenated soybean lecithin, 12% of cholesterol, 12% of beta-sitosterol and 806% of tween-L.
6. The cream for removing dark circles, resisting wrinkles and firming skin according to claim 1, wherein the preparation of the nanoliposome containing essential oil comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing permanent flower essential oil, rock rose essential oil, vitamin E, hydrogenated soybean lecithin, cholesterol and beta-sitosterol according to a formula, adding the permanent flower essential oil, the rock rose essential oil, the vitamin E, the hydrogenated soybean lecithin, the cholesterol and the beta-sitosterol into absolute ethyl alcohol at the temperature of 40-60 ℃, and fully dissolving to obtain an oil phase;
(2) adding tween-80 with the formula amount into PBS buffer solution at the temperature of 40-50 ℃, slowly adding while stirring, and fully mixing to prepare a solution with the tween-80 of which the mass percent is 0.8-2.4%, so as to obtain a water phase;
(3) injecting the water phase into the oil phase by using an injector under the continuous stirring of a magnetic stirrer, fully mixing for 0.5-1 h, then carrying out rotary evaporation at the temperature of 28-32 ℃ and under the pressure of 0.1-1 MPa to remove ethanol, carrying out oscillation hydration reaction in a water bath at the temperature of 30-35 ℃ for 1-2 h to obtain liposome suspension, and adjusting the particle size of the liposome suspension to 100-150 nm by using an injector type filter to obtain the essential oil-containing nano liposome.
7. A method for preparing the dark-eye-circle-removing, anti-wrinkle and skin-firming repair eye cream of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) adding deionized water, glycerol, acetyl chitosamine, plant fruit seed ultrafine powder, dextran sulfate sodium and polyacryl dimethyl ammonium taurate into a water phase pot according to the formula amount, heating to 70-75 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a water phase;
(2) adding palmitic acid, squalane, cetostearyl alcohol, methyl gluceth-10, lecithin and caprylic/capric triglyceride into an oil phase pot according to the formula ratio, heating to 70-75 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain an oil phase;
(3) pumping the water phase into a vacuum emulsifying machine, starting stirring and vacuum, sucking the oil phase into the emulsifying machine under the conditions of 80-85 ℃, vacuum degree of-0.06 to-0.04 MPa and stirring rotation speed of 60-80 r/min to obtain a mixed solution, and homogenizing for 10-15 min at 2000-3000 r/min;
(4) after homogenizing, keeping the vacuum degree and stirring speed unchanged, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding the essential oil-containing nano liposome, the small fruit coffee seed extract, the red globe ginger extract, the syzygium jambos leaf extract, the undecylenoyl phenylalanine, the aescin, the phenoxyethanol and the ethylhexyl glycerin, continuously stirring uniformly, cooling to room temperature, discharging, and filling to obtain the eye cream for removing black eye circles, resisting wrinkles and tightening the skin.
