Comparative examples 1 to 5
The preparation method of example 1 was repeated according to the raw material content in Table 1, and the kinds and contents of other unlisted components were exactly the same as those of example 1, to obtain the skin care composition having different components, respectively.

As shown in figures 1-3, the extract of rhizoma Zingiberis recens containing high concentration of zerumbet is effective in relieving the inhibition of skin superoxide dismutase activity by ultraviolet irradiation, inhibiting the reduction of skin hydroxyproline content by ultraviolet irradiation, and reducing the formation of malondialdehyde in skin by ultraviolet irradiation. In conclusion, the combination of the components of the extract of the zingiber zerumbet, the betaine, the grape seed oil, the beta-carotene and the tocopheryl acetate with high concentration of the zerumbet ketone is used for obtaining the composition with strong oxidation resistance, ultraviolet injury resistance and aging resistance.

Claims (9)

1. The anti-aging skin care product composition is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.2-0.5 part of zerumbet ginger extract containing high-concentration zerumbet ginger ketone, 0.1-0.3 part of betaine, 0.01-0.05 part of grape seed oil, 0.005-0.01 part of beta-carotene and 0.005-0.01 part of tocopheryl acetate;

the extract of zerumbet ginger containing high concentration zerumbet ginger ketone is prepared by the following steps:
dissolving zerumbone in dimethyl sulfoxide to obtain zerumbone solution; mixing the zerumbone solution with hydrogenated castor oil, performing ultrasonic treatment, and incubating at 37 ℃ for 20-30 minutes to obtain zerumbone nano-microemulsion; adding the zerumbet nano-microemulsion into the zerumbet ginger extract, and mixing to obtain the zerumbet ginger extract containing high-concentration zerumbet ginger ketone;
wherein, the mass ratio of the zerumbone to the dimethyl sulfoxide is 1 (80-120);
the mass ratio of the zerumbone solution to the hydrogenated castor oil is (1-5) 1;
the mass ratio of the zerumbone nano microemulsion to the zerumbone extract is 1 (80-120).
2. An anti-aging skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein,
the mass ratio of the zerumbone to the dimethyl sulfoxide is 1:100;
the mass ratio of the zerumbone solution to the hydrogenated castor oil is 3:1;
the mass ratio of the zerumbone nano microemulsion to the zerumbone extract is 1:100.
3. An anti-aging skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein,
the power of the ultrasonic wave is 0.1W; the time of the ultrasonic treatment is 10 seconds; the number of times of ultrasound was 3.
4. The anti-aging skin care product composition according to any one of claim 1 to 3, wherein,
the anti-aging skin care product composition further comprises a skin care product matrix.
5. The anti-aging skin care composition according to claim 4, wherein,
the skin care product matrix comprises at least one of water, glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol, xanthan gum, cetostearyl alcohol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, polydimethylsiloxane, glycerol stearate, methyl palmitate, p-hydroxyacetophenone or phenoxyethanol.
6. The anti-aging skin care composition according to claim 5, wherein,
the skin care product matrix is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of water, 2-4 parts of glycerin, 0.2-0.4 part of 1, 2-pentanediol, 0.05-0.1 part of xanthan gum, 0.5-1 part of cetostearyl alcohol, 1-2 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 0.5-1 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.15-0.3 part of glycerol stearate, 0.3-0.6 part of methyl palmitate, 0.1-0.2 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.3-0.6 part of phenoxyethanol.
7. The anti-aging skin care composition according to claim 6, wherein,
the skin care product matrix is prepared by the following steps:
adding water, glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol, xanthan gum and betaine into a water phase pot, heating to 75-80 ℃, stirring uniformly, and pumping into a vacuum emulsifying machine;
adding cetostearyl alcohol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, polydimethylsiloxane, glycerol stearate, methyl palmitate, p-hydroxyacetophenone and phenoxyethanol into an oil phase pot, heating to 75-80 ℃, stirring, and pumping into a vacuum emulsifying machine;
mixing, homogenizing, and cooling to obtain a mixture of water and skin care product matrix.
8. The anti-aging skin care product composition according to any one of claim 4 to 7, wherein,
the ratio of the total mass of the functional raw materials to the total mass of the skin care product matrix is 1:100; wherein the total mass of the functional raw materials is the sum of the mass of the high-concentration zedoary turmeric extract, betaine, grape seed oil, beta-carotene and tocopheryl acetate.
9. The method for preparing the anti-aging skin care product composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
adding rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract containing high concentration of zerumbet, beta-carotene, grape seed oil, and tocopheryl acetate into skin care product matrix, and mixing to obtain antiaging skin care product composition.
