In the invention, the acetyl tetrapeptide-5 is added in an amount of 0.001-0.05%, preferably 0.003-0.04%, and more preferably 0.005-0.035%, based on the total mass of the eye skin repair composition. When the addition amount of the acetyl tetrapeptide-5 is less than 0.001%, the effects of removing under-eye puffiness and vascular black eye can not be achieved; when the addition amount of the acetyl tetrapeptide-5 is more than 0.05%, the formula cost is too high, and the addition is not needed to be too high because the synergistic addition effect with the other components is achieved. For example, the acetyl tetrapeptide-5 may be added in an amount of 0.008%, 0.01%, 0.015%, 0.02%, 0.025%, 0.045%, etc.
In the invention, the addition amount of the coffee extract is 0.1-10%, preferably 0.1-8%, and more preferably 0.1-5% by mass of the composition for removing dark circles and bags under the eyes. When the addition amount of the coffee extract is less than 0.1%, the effect of improving the black eye can not be achieved; when the content of the coffee extract is more than 10%, adverse effects such as irritation are exerted on eyes, and the formulation system is at risk of caffeine extraction. For example, the coffee extract may be added in an amount of 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 7%, 9%.
In some specific embodiments, the composition for removing dark circles and bags under the eyes further comprises one or more of a humectant, a chelating agent and a preservative.
In the invention, the addition amount of the humectant is 1-50%, preferably 1-25%, and more preferably 1-20% by weight of the composition for removing dark circles and bags under the eyes; in order to further exert the efficacy of the humectant, the humectant can be added in an amount of 1-18%, 3-16%, 5-14% or 6-12%. For example: may be 2%, 3%, 6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 15%, 17%, 19%, etc.
Specifically, the humectant comprises one or a combination of more than two of 1, 3-propylene glycol, pentanediol, hexanediol, sorbitol, glycerol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, trehalose, xylitol, erythritol, glycerol polyether-26, beta-glucan, methyl glucitol polyether-20, methyl glucitol polyether-10, erythrulose, biogum-1, betaine, rhamnose, oat beta-glucan, acetyl chitosamine, polyethylene glycols, water-soluble oil and fat, water-soluble silicone oil and sodium hyaluronate.
In the invention, the addition amount of the chelating agent is 0.01-1%, preferably 0.01-0.1% by total mass of the composition for removing dark circles and bags under the eyes; specifically, the chelating agent comprises EDTA-2Na and/or EDTA-4 Na.
In the invention, the addition amount of the preservative is 0.1-1% of the total mass of the composition for removing dark circles and bags under the eyes. Specifically, the preservative is at least one of p-hydroxyacetophenone, phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin, sorbitan caprylate, benzyl alcohol, benzoic acid, gluconolactone, sodium benzoate, ethylhexyl glycerol, methyl hydroxybenzoate and propyl hydroxybenzoate.
In addition, the composition for removing dark circles and bags under the eyes also comprises water. The "water" herein may be deionized water, double distilled water, ion-exchanged water, reverse osmosis water, purified water, etc. Specifically, in the present invention, the amount of water added may be 13% to 95%, preferably 57% to 93%, more preferably 71% to 90%, etc., based on the total mass of the composition for removing black eye and pouch. For example: the amount of water added may be 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 75%, 80%, 85%, etc.
The composition for removing black eye circles and under-eye puffiness can improve the problems of black eye circles and under-eye puffiness in all directions from multiple angles. The skin metabolism is accelerated, the melanin metabolism is promoted and the melanin is lightened by enhancing the microcirculation of eye skin. Enhancing eye blood circulation, eliminating inflammation, improving pouch, removing edema, draining water, enhancing collagen, repairing connective tissue, and compacting eye skin.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition for removing black eye circles and removing under-eye puffiness, which comprises the step of mixing the components of the composition for removing black eye circles and removing under-eye puffiness.
In a specific embodiment, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) adding optional humectant, optional chelating agent, optional antiseptic and deionized water and coffee extract into emulsifying pot, heating to 80-85 deg.C, stirring for dissolving;
2) cooling the emulsifying pot to 42-48 deg.C, adding Fraxinus excelsior bark extract, Asparagus spinosa extract, glucosyl hesperidin, and acetyl tetrapeptide-5, and stirring to obtain composition for removing black eye and pouch.
Further, the invention also provides application of the composition for removing black eye circles and bags in preparation of an eye care product, preferably, the eye care product is one of eye cream, eye gel, eye mask, eye essence and eye patch.
Specifically, the black eye and pouch removing composition is added in an amount of 1-99% by mass of the total eye care product, for example: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, etc.
Specifically, when the eye care product is eye cream, eye essence, eye gel and the like, the black eye and pouch removing composition is added in an amount of 15-50% by mass of the total eye care product; when the eye care product is an eye mask, an eye patch or the like, the addition amount of the composition for removing black eye circles and bags under the eyes is 1% -20%.
Examples
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products commercially available.
Examples 1 to 10
The compositions for removing dark circles and bags under the eyes of examples 1-10 were prepared according to the mass percentages of the components in the following tables 1-2.
The preparation method of the composition for removing dark circles and bags under the eyes comprises the following steps:
1) adding sterilized deionized water into main pot, adding hyaluronic acid, glycerol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, betaine, EDTA-2NA, phenoxyethanol, methyl hydroxybenzoate and coffee extract under stirring, heating to 82 deg.C, homogenizing at 3000rpm for 3min, stirring to remove lump, and keeping the temperature for 20 min.
2) Cooling to 45 deg.C, adding Fraxinus excelsior bark extract, Asparagus spinosus extract, glucosyl hesperidin, and acetyl tetrapeptide-5, stirring, cooling to 35 deg.C, inspecting, and discharging.

Comparative examples 1 to 6
According to the mass percentages of the components in the following table 3, the compositions for removing black eye and removing pouch of the comparative examples 1 to 6 are prepared according to the preparation methods of the examples 1 to 10.

Performance testing
1. Experimental methods
80 subjects with deep black eye and large bags were screened and divided into 16 groups of 5 persons each, and women aged 25-50 years were used as trial subjects. The subject was rested at a constant temperature and humidity (21 + -1) ° c and humidity (50 + -10)% and the same ocular skin (lower eyelid) was selected as the measurement area, and the ocular skin (lower eyelid) was measured twice a day, 0.2g each time, using a skin melanin and hemoglobin tester MDD4-Mexameter MX 18 and a skin rapid optical imaging system PRIMOS lite.
The above tests were carried out on the compositions of examples 1 to 10 of the present invention and the compositions of comparative examples 1 to 6. The subjects continued to use the product for 28 days according to the above requirements. The test was performed on day 0, 14 and 28, respectively, and the test procedure was repeated with the results averaged.
2. The analysis method comprises the following steps:
2.1, determination of melanin: the skin melanin and heme tester MDD4-Mexameter MX 18 was used to test the ocular skin (under-eyelid). The instrument is based on the principle of spectral absorption, and the content of melanin and heme in skin is determined by measuring the reflection quantity of light with specific wavelength irradiated on the skin of a human body. A smaller melanin number indicates a whiter skin, whereas a darker skin is indicated. The results of the corresponding tests for melanin are shown in table 4.
2.2, testing of pouch volume: the skin rapid optical imaging system PRIMOS lite detects the eye bags. A smaller value of the pouch volume indicates a smaller pouch volume. The corresponding test results for pouch volume are shown in table 5.

From the results in Table 4, it is known that the skin-lightening and dark-eye-improving effects tend to be improved when the formulations contain the Fraxinus excelsior bark extract, the Asparagus spinosus extract, glucosyl hesperidin, acetyl tetrapeptide-5, and coffee extract at the same time in increasing mass percentages.

As can be seen from the results in table 5, the pouch removing effect tends to be improved when the formula contains the bark extract of fraxinus excelsior, the asparagus extract, glucosyl hesperidin, acetyl tetrapeptide-5 and coffee extract in combination in increasing mass percentage.
The results demonstrate that the compositions for removing dark circles and removing pouches of the present invention in examples 1 to 10 can produce synergistic effects among the bark extract of Fraxinus excelsior, the extract of Asparagus racemosus, glucosyl hesperidin, acetyl tetrapeptide-5 and the coffee extract, and have excellent properties of skin lightening and improving dark circles and pouches. The eye dark circles and bags are obviously and gradually reduced after the eye dark circles and bags are used for 14 days and 28 days, and the results are far better than the results of the comparison. The result shows that the composition for removing the black eye and the pouch can provide quick and synergistic effects of improving the black eye and the pouch.
In summary, the compositions of the present invention are selected to provide improved black eye and pouch appearance in certain systems of the invention.

Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The composition for removing black eye and removing pouch is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: bark extract of ash tree of european ash: 0.01% -3%; ophiopogon japonicus extract: 0.01% -2%; glucosyl hesperidin: 0.01% -5%; acetyl tetrapeptide-5: 0.001% -0.05%; and (3) coffee extract: 0.1 to 10 percent.
2. The composition for removing black eye and pouch according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the Fraxinus excelsior bark extract added is 0.08% -2%, the amount of the Asparagus spinosus extract added is 0.05% -1.5%, the amount of the glucosyl hesperidin added is 0.1% -4%, the amount of the acetyl tetrapeptide-5 added is 0.003% -0.04%, and the amount of the coffee extract added is 0.1% -8% based on the total mass of the composition for removing black eye and pouch.
3. The composition for removing dark circles and bags under the eyes of claim 2, wherein the amount of the Fraxinus excelsior bark extract added is 0.1% -1.5%, the amount of the Asparagus spinosus extract added is 0.06% -1.0%, the amount of the glucosyl hesperidin added is 0.01% -3%, the amount of the acetyl tetrapeptide-5 added is 0.005% -0.035%, and the amount of the coffee extract added is 0.1% -5%, based on the total mass of the composition for repairing the skin at the eyes.
4. The composition for removing black eye and pouch according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising one or more of a humectant, a chelating agent and a preservative; the adding amount of the humectant is 1-50% by the total mass of the composition for removing dark circles and bags under the eyes; the addition amount of the chelating agent is 0.01-1%.
5. The composition for removing dark circles and bags according to claim 4, wherein the moisturizer comprises one or a combination of two or more of 1, 3-propanediol, propylene glycol, pentanediol, hexanediol, sorbitol, glycerol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, trehalose, xylitol, erythritol, glycerol polyether-26, beta-glucan, methyl glucitol polyether-20, methyl glucitol polyether-10, erythrulose, biogum-1, betaine, rhamnose, oat beta-glucan, acetyl chitosamine, polyethylene glycols, water-soluble oils, water-soluble silicone oils, and sodium hyaluronate.
6. The composition for removing dark circles and bags according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the chelating agent comprises EDTA-2Na and/or EDTA-4 Na.
7. The composition for removing dark circles and bags as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the preservative is at least one of p-hydroxyacetophenone, phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin, sorbitan caprylate, benzyl alcohol, benzoic acid, gluconolactone, sodium benzoate, ethylhexyl glycerol, methyl hydroxybenzoate and propyl hydroxybenzoate.
8. The preparation method of the composition for removing black eye and pouch according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the step of mixing the components of the composition for removing black eye and pouch.
9. Use of the composition for removing dark circles and bags according to any one of claims 1 to 7 for preparing an eye care product, wherein the eye care product is one of eye cream, eye gel, eye mask, eye essence and eye patch.
10. The use according to claim 9, wherein the composition for removing dark circles and bags under the eyes is added in an amount of 1-90% based on the total mass of the eye care product.
