Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an eye repairing composition and a preparation method and application thereof, in particular to an eye repairing composition capable of improving black eye circles and under-eye puffiness and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of cosmetics.
Background
The skin of the eyes is much thinner than the skin of other parts of the face, and is more easily damaged by the outside. Aging is more pronounced in the eye. The ocular sub-skin is rich in connective tissue, with a very rich distribution of capillaries and nerve endings in the fibrous structure. The walls of these capillaries are very thin and permeable, so that connective tissues are easily engorged with blood and water to form edema and hematoma. The skin around the eyes is very thin and very dry and water deficient. Thereby causing wrinkles to easily occur in the skin of the eyes.
The reasons for the formation of dark circles are many, for example: 1. the eyelid can not rest when the eye is not sleeping enough and stays up, the blood vessels around the eyes are continuously tensed and contracted, the blood flow is increased for a long time, and blood stasis and edema of the blood vessels of the subcutaneous tissues of the eye circles are caused, and dark shadows are remained. 2. Inflammation, atopy or allergic contact dermatitis, and dark circles around the eye sockets. 3. The weak subcutaneous tissue around the eye is easy to cause pigmentation and is easy to be exposed on the upper and lower eyelids to form a layer of black circle. 4. Other, for example, overuse of cosmetics, smoking, aging, irregular menstruation and certain liver and kidney diseases may develop dark circles.
The black eye types are divided into three types: the first is a black eye of the melanin type, which is characterized by a tan color with pigmentary abnormalities, primarily due to pigmentation of the eye caused by an insufficiency of melanin production or metabolism. The older the person, the thinner the subcutaneous fat around the eye becomes, so the more visible the dark circles. The second is a blood vessel type black eye ring which is characterized by showing blue, pink and purple color with swelling around the eyes, mainly because of frequent staying up all night, lack of sleep, unstable mood, eye fatigue and aging, too slow blood flow of vein blood vessels, insufficient oxygen supply of red blood cells of skin of eyes, excessive accumulation of carbon dioxide and metabolic waste in the vein blood vessels, formation of chronic hypoxia, darker blood and retention and pigmentation of eyes. The third is a structured black eye characterized by a shadow color with bags under the orbit/on the eyelids, prominent infraorbital grooves, drooping eyelids, bony prominences due to loss of fat or cartilage tissue.
The pouch is mainly classified into a pseudo pouch and a true pouch. If the eye is not fatty and is naturally hypertrophic, the eye is called false eye pouch; in addition, occasional tiredness and edema of the eyes may cause eye puffiness, but recovery after resting and massaging is a false pouch. The real pouch refers to the formation of the real pouch due to the loss of elasticity of the skin and the loose face which causes the fat to diffuse out.
With the acceleration of the pace of life, the increase of the pressure of life, the pollution of the living environment and the popularization of mobile phones and computers, many people often have the condition of overuse of eyes, and the eyes are very tired, so that the eyes generate a plurality of problems such as black eyes, pouches and the like. At present, a plurality of eye care products are sold in the market and are popular with people, but the eye care products have uneven quality (for example, some eye care products have poor absorption, some eye care products have unobvious effect, and some eye care products can grow fat grains or have allergy phenomenon), the using effect cannot be guaranteed, and people can not select the eye care products easily.
Therefore, how to develop an eye repair composition for effectively improving dark circles and bags under the eyes becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.

<First aspect>
A first aspect of the invention provides an eye-repair composition comprising the following components:
the yeast extract is hydrolyzed to obtain a hydrolyzed yeast extract,
extract of the bark of Cedrus deodara, and
caffeine silanol;
the content of the hydrolytic yeast extract is 0.0001-0.1%, the content of the northern non-cedar bark extract is 0.01-5%, and the content of the caffeine silanol is 0.01-20% based on the total mass of the eye repairing composition being 100%.
In the invention, the raw materials of each component are mild to human body, safe and non-irritant. The invention uses the compatibility of the hydrolytic yeast extract, the extract of the bark of the northern non-cedar and the caffeine silanol, and the three play the role of synergy.
Hydrolyzed yeast extract
In the present invention, the hydrolyzed yeast extract is an active ingredient obtained by extracting a fermentation product of marine microorganism Penicillium notatum by biotechnology. The hydrolyzed yeast extract of the present invention can reduce vascular permeability. The present inventors have found that hydrolyzed yeast extract can improve the symptoms of dark circles and bags due to accumulation of liquid by reducing the rate of liquid exudation. The hydrolyzed yeast extract also promotes the degradation of bilirubin, and by reducing the residual accumulation of colored by-products, the decrease in pigmentation that leads to the formation of dark circles under the eyes can increase the synthesis of type I collagen and elastin by dermal fibroblasts. Therefore, the hydrolytic yeast extract can restore the elasticity and compactness of skin, brighten the skin color, and has various effects of lightening dark eye circles, relieving eye edema, refining wrinkles and the like.
In the present invention, the content of the hydrolyzed yeast extract is 0.0001% to 0.1%, preferably 0.0005% to 0.01%, more preferably 0.001% to 0.008%, based on 100% by mass of the total eye-rejuvenating composition. When the content of the hydrolyzed yeast extract is less than 0.0001%, the corresponding effect cannot be obtained, and when the content of the hydrolyzed yeast extract is more than 0.1%, the cost is too high.
Extract of bark of Cedar tree
The extract of the bark of the northern non-cedar is prepared by extracting the bark of the northern non-cedar serving as a raw material. The extract of Cedar bark can improve vascular tension and reduce excessive formation of blood vessel. Therefore, the extract of the bark of Cedrus deodara can prevent the oxidative damage of blood vessels and relieve local inflammation. In the invention, the extract of the bark of the northern non-cedar can provide sufficient nutrient components for the skin and has the functions of lightening dark eye circles, eye bags and eye puffiness.
In the present invention, the content of the extract of the bark of Cedrus deodara is 0.01% to 5%, preferably 0.1% to 3%, more preferably 0.5% to 2%, based on 100% by mass of the total eye-repairing composition. When the content of the extract of the northern non-cedar bark is less than 0.01 percent, the corresponding effects of lightening dark circles and under-eye bags cannot be achieved, and when the content of the extract of the hydrolytic yeast is more than 5 percent, the cost is too high.
Caffeine silanol
Caffeine silanol may also be referred to as caffeine silanol C, which is a complex of caffeine and silicone triol alginate. Caffeine silanol C is a silanol that can be built up by caffeine and a siloxane triol alginate. It is soluble in water, has a very rich hydroxyl function, and is obtained by condensing some characteristic roots, so that it has both its own biological function and the special function brought by the roots made of natural substances.
The caffeine silanol promotes the lipolysis by the activation of cyclic adenosine monophosphate by silicon element, and reduces the formation and accumulation of triglyceride by the inhibitory action on the lipoprotein. Meanwhile, the skin tissue is reconstructed, and the effects of skin firming, anti-inflammation and the like are achieved. The lipolytic action of caffeine silanol can be manifested by two mechanisms: the compound is expressed by a stimulation function of cyclic adenosine monophosphate and an inhibition function of lipoprotein lipase. In the present invention, the caffeine silanol can promote blood circulation and improve dark circles and under-eye puffiness.
In the present invention, the content of the caffeine silanol is 0.01% to 20%, preferably 0.5% to 18%, more preferably 1% to 15%, based on 100% by mass of the total eye-repairing composition. When the content of the caffeine silanol is less than 0.01%, the corresponding black eye and eye pouch lightening effect cannot be achieved, and when the content of the caffeine silanol is more than 20%, the cost is too high.
In the invention, the components compounded by the hydrolytic yeast extract and the extract of the northern non-cedar bark have synergistic effect, improve the tension of blood vessels, reduce the generation of blood vessels, reduce the permeability of the blood vessels, promote the generation of collagen, and more effectively reduce the melanin deposition around the eyes and improve the bags under the eyes. And caffeine silanol is added to promote blood circulation and enhance the effects of removing dark eye circles and eye bags. The obtained effect is obviously superior to that of single or simple combination, and the effects of reducing eye edema, increasing the synthesis of collagen and elastin and lightening dark circles are realized.
In some specific embodiments, the mass ratio of the hydrolyzed yeast extract, the extract of the northern cedar bark, and the caffeine silanol is 1:10 to 1000:50 to 10000. When the mass ratio of the hydrolytic yeast extract to the northern non-cedar bark extract to the caffeine silanol is 1: 10-1000: 50-10000, the effects of reducing melanin deposition around eyes and improving pouches can be achieved on the premise of saving cost. Specifically, the mass ratio of the hydrolytic yeast extract to the northern cedar bark extract to the caffeine silanol can be 1: 20-900: 100-9000, can be 1: 30-800: 200-8000, can be 1: 40-700: 300-6000, can be 1: 50-600: 400-5000, can be 1: 60-500: 500-5000, can be 1: 70-400: 600-4000, can be 1: 80-300: 500-3000, can be 1: 90-200: 600-2000, can be 1: 100-150: 500-1800 and the like.

Performance testing
Detection method
80 subjects with deep black eye and large bags were screened and divided into 16 groups of 5 persons each, and women aged 25-50 years were used as trial subjects. The subjects were allowed to rest in a constant temperature and humidity environment (21. + -.1 ℃ C.) and humidity environment (50. + -.10)% and the same periocular skin (under-eye and eye lines) was selected as the measurement area, and the periocular skin (under-eye and eye lines) was measured twice a day in the morning and evening, about 0.2g each time, using a skin melanin and hemoglobin tester MDD4-Mexameter MX 18 and a skin rapid optical imaging system PRIMOS lite.
The above tests were carried out on the compositions of examples 1 to 10 of the present invention and the compositions of comparative examples 1 to 6. The subjects continued to use the product for 28 days according to the above requirements. The test was performed on day 0, 14 and 28, respectively, and the test procedure was repeated with the results averaged.
Second, analysis method
1. Determination of melanin: the skin was tested periocular (under the eye) using a skin melanin and heme tester MDD4-Mexameter MX 18. The instrument is based on the principle of spectral absorption, and the content of melanin and heme in skin is determined by measuring the reflection quantity of light with specific wavelength irradiated on the skin of a human body. The smaller the melanin number, the whiter the skin, and conversely, the darker the skin, as shown in Table 4 below.
TABLE 4
As can be seen from the results in Table 4, the black eye improvement tendency was improved in examples 1 to 10 as the mass percentage of the hydrolyzed yeast extract, the extract of North African cedar bark, and the caffeine silanol C in the formulation was increased. From example 4 and comparative examples 5-7, it is seen that the combination of the hydrolyzed yeast extract, the extract of Cedar bark, and the caffeine silanol C achieves an effect significantly better than that achieved by single or simple combination, and effects of lightening melanin and improving dark circles are achieved.
2. Testing of pouch volume: the skin fast optical imaging system PRIMOS lite detects the eye pouch volume. The smaller the value of the pouch volume, the smaller the pouch volume, and the results are shown in Table 5 below.
TABLE 5
As is clear from the results in Table 5, the improvement of the pouches was observed in examples 1 to 10 as the mass percentage of the hydrolyzed yeast extract, the extract of the bark of Cedrus deodara, and the caffeine silanol C in the formulation was increased. It is seen from example 4 and comparative examples 5-7 that the combination of the hydrolyzed yeast extract, the extract of Cedar bark, and the caffeine silanol C achieves an effect significantly better than that achieved by single or simple combination, and achieves the effects of reducing eye edema and lightening pouches.
The results prove that: as seen from example 4 and comparative examples 5 to 7, the hydrolyzed yeast extract, the extract of North Africa cedar bark, and caffeine silanol C are synergistic, and have excellent skin-lightening, dark under-eye and under-eye-bag improving properties. The eye circles and bags are obviously gradually reduced after the use for 14 days and 28 days, and the result is far better than that of a comparative example. The result shows that the composition for removing the black eye circles and the under-eye puffiness can provide quick and synergistic effects for improving the black eye circles and the under-eye puffiness.
Therefore, the composition of the present invention can improve the black eye and the pouch.
The above examples of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.
