Abstract
The invention relates to a makeup removing cream which comprises the following components in parts by mass: ethylhexyl palmitate, PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate, jojoba oil, Glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, humectant, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory agent and solvent. Wherein the antioxidant comprises tocopherol acetate, ascorbyl palmitate and squalane, and the anti-inflammatory agent comprises sweet almond oil, hydroxyphenyl propionamide benzoic acid and bisabolol. The makeup removing cream improves the fullness of the skin on the premise of ensuring the makeup removing effect, can enable the skin to be soft and elastic, simultaneously has the effects of preventing the skin from being rough, resisting inflammation and resisting bacteria, and can also clear redundant free radicals and improve the oxidation resistance of the skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to makeup removing cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
More and more women choose to use permanent make-up-free products such as waterproof and antiperspirant eyeliners, and the like. In order to achieve better waterproof and sweat-resistant effects, a large amount of film forming agent needs to be added in the formula, so that the film forming agent is difficult to remove. The purpose of makeup removal is not only to remove residual makeup, but also sweat, sebum secretions, and atmospheric dirt that adheres to the skin. The skin care product is difficult to completely remove by simply using facial cleanser or makeup remover, so that the nutrient components in the skin care product used subsequently cannot be well absorbed by the skin, even acnes are generated, and the skin problems of pore blockage, acnes and the like are caused.

In a second aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of a makeup removing cream, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing the ethylhexyl palmitate, the PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate and the humectant, heating to 80-85 ℃, preserving heat for 10-15min, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture A;
(2) vacuumizing the mixture A, homogenizing for 5 minutes, and cooling to 60-65 ℃;
(3) adding the jojoba seed oil, the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, a solvent, an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory agent into the mixture A, uniformly stirring, and cooling at normal temperature to obtain the makeup removing paste.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the ethylhexyl palmitate and the PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate are taken as emollients, so that the compatibility of various components of the cosmetics is improved, the components have good skin softening effect, can permeate into keratinocytes of the skin, and ensure the skin fullness.
2. By adding jojoba seed oil, the compatibility of the jojoba seed oil with cosmetics can be improved, and the skin moistening and moisturizing performance can be improved. The skin care product is not easy to oxidize, resistant to high temperature and high pressure, small in viscosity change, excellent in touch sense, capable of enabling the skin to be soft and elastic, good in ductility and easy to absorb by the skin.
3. The glycyrrhiza glabra extract can penetrate into the skin and keep high activity, effectively inhibit the activity of various enzymes (such as tyrosinase) in the melanin generation process, has the effects of whitening and removing freckles, and also has the effects of preventing rough skin, resisting inflammation and resisting bacteria.
4. The cleansing cream has excellent anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic effects by adding the bisabolol. The bisabolol has good stability, good compatibility with skin, high permeability in skin cortex, and can reduce skin inflammation, relieve skin acne, prevent acne, and improve skin irritation resistance. Has analgesic, irritation relieving and antiallergic effects on skin.
5. The antioxidant performance of the makeup remover is improved by using vitamin derivatives, tocopherol acetate and ascorbyl palmitate. Skin oxidation resistance is the reduction of skin oxidation caused by the generation of free radicals in the air by the influence of sunlight, air, radiation and the like. The vitamin C derivatives, ascorbyl palmitate and the vitamin E derivatives, tocopherol acetate, can remove redundant free radicals and improve the antioxidant property of the skin.

(2) vacuumizing the mixture A, homogenizing for 5 minutes, and cooling to 60 ℃;
(3) adding the jojoba seed oil, the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, water, butanediol, polyethylene, tocopherol acetate, ascorbyl palmitate, squalane, sweet almond oil, hydroxyphenylpropionamide benzoic acid and bisabolol into the mixture A, uniformly stirring, and cooling at normal temperature to obtain the makeup removing paste.

(2) Vacuumizing the mixture A, homogenizing for 5 minutes, and cooling to 63 ℃;
(3) adding the jojoba seed oil, the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, water, butanediol, polyethylene, tocopherol acetate, ascorbyl palmitate, squalane, sweet almond oil, hydroxyphenylpropionamide benzoic acid and bisabolol into the mixture A, uniformly stirring, and cooling at normal temperature to obtain the makeup removing paste.
Comparative example 1
A certain commercially available makeup removing cream.
Performance test
60 volunteers of 20-60 years old were recruited, all of them were randomly divided into six groups of 10 persons each, and the first group used an existing product, which is an anti-aging essence purchased on the market. The second to sixth groups used the essences of application examples 3 to 7, respectively, 1 time per day for 10 consecutive days. The results of the measurements after 10 days are shown in Table 1:

As can be seen from table 1, the first group has a general skin improvement effect when compared with the second to sixth groups, which effectively shows that the product of the present invention has outstanding effects and advantages compared with the existing products in the market.
In conclusion, the ethylhexyl palmitate in the invention is a high-purity higher fatty acid ester product, and is an excellent skin softening agent. At normal temperature, the ethylhexyl palmitate is a clear and transparent liquid, has no odor, is insoluble in water and is soluble in most solvents. The ethylhexyl palmitate has stable properties, is not easy to oxidize or generate peculiar smell, and can permeate into keratinocytes to improve the skin elasticity.
Jojoba seed oil is not easy to oxidize, and has high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and small viscosity change. It has better touch and extensibility than other vegetable oils, soft and elastic feel to skin, and is easily absorbed by skin. Glycyrrhiza glabra extract is a stem of Glycyrrhiza glabra of a specific variety or Glycyrrhiza glabra. The Glycyrrhiza glabra Linne extract can penetrate into skin and maintain high activity, effectively inhibit activity of multiple enzymes (such as tyrosinase) in melanin production process, and has effects of preventing pachylosis, resisting inflammation, and resisting bacteria.
The olive fruit oil in the humectant mainly serves as a skin conditioner and a softening agent in the makeup removing cream. The olive fruit oil is a natural skin-moistening oil, and can deeply nourish the skin. And the cleansing cream has fragrant and elegant fragrance, and has excellent extensibility on the skin, so that the cleansing cream becomes an ideal massage cream or a carrier of a care product, and the moisturizing performance of the cleansing cream is improved. The butyrospermum parkii fruit resin is rich in unsaturated fatty acid, and the components can make the skin moisturizing capability of people stronger. Of course, it also contains a large amount of vitamin E and vitamin A, and its allantoin content is also relatively rich. Has the function of moistening the skin.
Among the antioxidants, squalane can strengthen the repair of the epidermis and effectively form a natural protective film. Squalane is a lipid closest to sebum of human body, has strong affinity, can be integrated with the sebum membrane of human body, forms a natural barrier on the skin surface, and helps balance between skin and sebum. Squalane can also inhibit peroxidation of skin lipid, can effectively permeate into skin, can promote proliferation of skin basal cells, and has obvious physiological effects of delaying skin aging, and improving and eliminating chloasma. Squalane also can open skin pores, promote blood microcirculation, promote cell metabolism, and help repair damaged cells. Tocopheryl acetate is a derivative of vitamin E and ascorbyl palmitate is a derivative of vitamin C, both of which are capable of binding excess free radicals and thereby improving the antioxidant properties of the skin.
The anti-inflammatory agent comprises sweet almond oil, various vitamins, proteins, polyunsaturated fatty acids, minerals and glucoside. Is a very soft, lubricating and non-greasy base oil. Is mild and easy to be absorbed, and has the functions of nourishing, moisturizing, relieving and resisting allergy. The bisabolol is extracted from chrysanthemum plants, has the functions of resisting inflammation and inhibiting bacteria, has good stability, has good compatibility with skin, reduces skin inflammation, relieves skin acne, prevents acne, improves the anti-irritation capability of the skin, and repairs the skin with inflammation injury. The hydroxyphenylpropionamide benzoic acid has antihistaminic, anti-irritant and antipruritic effects. Can effectively inhibit skin erythema, edema and pruritus caused by histamine. Can be used for relieving skin dryness and pruritus, and has buffer effect on sensitizers.

8. The makeup removing cream of claim 1, wherein said anti-inflammatory agent is a mixture of said bisabolol, said sweet almond oil, and said hydroxyphenylpropionamide benzoic acid, and the ratio of said bisabolol, said sweet almond oil, and said hydroxyphenylpropionamide benzoic acid is 1.2:1: 1.
9. The makeup removing paste of claim 1, wherein the solvent comprises water, butylene glycol, and polyethylene.
10. A method of making the makeup removing paste according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing the ethylhexyl palmitate, the PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate and the humectant, heating to 80-85 ℃, preserving heat for 10-15min, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture A;
(2) vacuumizing the mixture A, homogenizing for 5 minutes, and cooling to 60-65 ℃;
(3) and adding the jojoba seed oil, the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, a solvent, an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory agent into the mixture A, uniformly stirring, and cooling at normal temperature to obtain the makeup removing paste.
