the C-phase raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5-2.5% of acryloyl dimethyl sodium taurate, 0.1-1.5% of isohexadecane and 800.1-1% of polysorbate;
the phase D raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5-1.3% of isopropanol, 1.0-1.5% of butanediol, 3-10% of skin conditioner and 0.5-1% of preservative.

The skin cream according to claim 1, wherein the phase B raw materials comprise, by mass: 1-3% of octyl polymethylsiloxane, 0.1-0.5% of cetyl polydimethylsiloxane, 2-3% of triethoxy octyl silane, 1-4% of titanium dioxide powder, 2-5% of dimethiconol, 3-6% of cyclohexasiloxane, 1-3% of ethylhexyl palmitate and 1-2.5% of emulsifier.
3. The skin cream according to claim 1, wherein the C-phase raw materials comprise, by mass: 0.5-2.5% of sodium acrylate, 0.1-1.5% of isohexadecane and 800.1-1% of polysorbate.
4. The skin cream according to claim 1, wherein the polyhydric alcohol moisturizer in the phase A raw material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-5% of glycerol, 1-3% of 1, 3-propanediol, 0.2-0.8% of propanediol and 0.1-0.3% of butanediol.
5. The skin cream according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the titanium dioxide powder in the B-phase raw material is titanium dioxide and aluminum hydroxide, wherein the mass ratio of titanium dioxide to aluminum hydroxide is 4: 6.

9. The skin cream according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the mass ratio of the phase A raw material to the phase B raw material to the phase C raw material to the phase D raw material is as follows: 4-10:3-7: 1-3:5-15.
