The moisturizing and whitening composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of xylitol humectant, 0.5-4 parts of nicotinamide, 0.1-2 parts of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 0.1-0.1 part of nonapeptide-10.001, 0.05-1 part of acetylated sodium hyaluronate and 2-11 parts of plant whitening factor; the plant whitening factor comprises resveratrol, a flower and leaf extract of oriental cherry, a root and bark extract of peony and an extract of Mesona chinensis Benth.
2. The moisturizing and whitening composition of claim 1, wherein the plant whitening factor comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.05-1 part of resveratrol, 0.2-2 parts of a flower and leaf extract of Tokyo cherry, 1-5 parts of a peony root bark extract and 0.5-3 parts of a sea narcissus extract.
3. The moisturizing and whitening composition of claim 2, wherein the plant whitening factor comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.2 part of resveratrol, 0.5 part of oriental cherry leaf extract, 2.5 parts of peony root bark extract and 1.5 parts of immortal marigold extract.

The moisturizing and whitening composition of claim 3, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of xylitol humectant, 1.2 parts of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 0.1 part of nonapeptide-10.005 parts of acetylated sodium hyaluronate and 4.7 parts of plant whitening factor; 0.2 part of plant whitening factor resveratrol, 0.5 part of oriental cherry leaf extract, 2.5 parts of peony root bark extract and 1.5 parts of Mesona chinensis extract.
5. The moisturizing and whitening composition of claim 1, wherein the xylitol humectant comprises xylitol glucoside, anhydroxylitol, xylitol, glucose, and water.

The method for preparing the moisturizing and whitening composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the moisturizing and whitening composition is obtained by uniformly mixing and stirring the xylitol humectant, the nicotinamide, the 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, the nonapeptide-1, the sodium hyaluronate acylate and the plant whitening factor.

The moisturizing and whitening skin care product is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 5 to 15% of a moisturizing agent, 3 to 10% of an emollient, 0.2 to 2% of a thickener, 0.2 to 2% of an emulsifier, 0.01 to 0.5% of a chelating agent, 3.5 to 24% of the moisturizing and whitening composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, 0.8 to 2% of a preservative, 0.02 to 0.5% of a fragrance, and the balance of water.

The moisturizing, whitening and skin-care product of claim 7, wherein the moisturizer comprises at least one of glycerin, butylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, glyceryl polyether-26, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol-8; the emollient comprises at least one of polydimethylsiloxane, caprylic/capric triglyceride, and meadowfoam seed oil.
9. The moisturizing and whitening skin care product of claim 7, wherein the thickener is at least one of sodium acrylate copolymer, lecithin, carbomer, and acrylic acid copolymer; the emulsifier is at least one of cetearyl olive oleate and sorbitan olive oleate; the chelating agent is EDTA-disodium; the aromatic is essence; the antiseptic comprises at least one of 1, 2-hexanediol, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and caprylyl glycol.

The moisturizing and whitening skin care product of claim 7, comprising the following components in mass content: 2% of glycerin, 3% of butanediol, 1% of sodium hyaluronate, 261% of glyceryl polyether, 2% of polydimethylsiloxane, 2.5% of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 1% of meadowfoam seed oil, 0.3% of a mixture of sodium acrylate copolymer and lecithin, 0.3% of a mixture of cetearyl olive oleate and sorbitan olive oleate, 0.02% of EDTA-disodium, 0.1% of essence, 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.4% of phenoxyethanol, 0.05% of ethylhexyl glycerol, 3% of xylitol humectant, 1.2% of nicotinamide, 0.5% of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 0. 10.005% of nonapeptide, 0.1% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 0.2% of resveratrol, 0.5% of a flower leaf extract of Prunus Tokyo, 2.5% of a root bark extract of peony root, 1.5% of a Haematox extract and the balance of water.
