4) adding the oil-phase mixture obtained in the step 3) into the water-phase mixture obtained in the step 2) while the oil-phase mixture is hot, keeping the temperature at 75 ℃, preparing the oil phase and the water phase into uniform emulsion by using a vacuum emulsifying machine, and slowly stirring and cooling.
5) And uniformly mixing phenethyl resorcinol and butanediol, and stirring and dissolving at 45 ℃ to obtain a dispersion liquid.
6) And (3) cooling the emulsion in the step 4) to 42 ℃, then sequentially adding the dispersion liquid in the step 5), the plant whitening compound, the palmleaf tree extract, the bisabolol, the beta-glucan, the panthenol, the polymer humectant, the proper amount of the acid-base regulator and the preservative, and continuously stirring and cooling to 33 ℃, thus obtaining the whitening essence emulsion with the dual effects of moisturizing and whitening and high safety.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a whitening essence milk and a preparation method thereof, wherein the formula of the whitening essence milk comprises the following components:
3% of glycerol; 4% of butanediol; 263% of glycerol polyether; 0.2% of xanthan gum; 0.1% of Arabic gum; 0.2 percent of sodium hyaluronate; 2% of an emulsifier; 0.6 percent of viscosity regulator; 3% of squalane; isononyl isononanoate 2%; (ii) a 2% of diethyl hexyl carbonate; 0.5 percent of tocopherol; 0.3 percent of antioxidant; the plant whitening compound is 0.5 percent; 0.5% of phenethyl resorcinol; palm leaf tree extract 3%, bisabolol 0.2%, beta-glucan 3%; 0.5 percent of panthenol; 0.5 percent of preservative; 1% of a polymer humectant; a proper amount of acid-base regulator; the balance of deionized water.
In the formula of the embodiment, the emulsifier is a mixture of polyglycerol-3-methylglucadiate and glyceryl monostearate in a weight ratio of 3:1, the viscosity regulator is an ammonium acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, the antioxidant is bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, the preservative is octyl glycol, and the acid-base regulator is sodium hydroxide.
The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the whitening essence milk with moisturizing effect and high safety, which comprises the following steps:
1) adding hyaluronic acid, xanthan gum and Arabic gum into glycerol and glyceryl polyether-26, and premixing to obtain mixed dispersion.
2) Adding the mixed dispersion into a water phase kettle filled with water under the condition of stirring, stirring and heating to 83 ℃, and preserving heat for half an hour to obtain a water phase mixture;
3) uniformly stirring and mixing an emulsifier, a viscosity regulator, squalane, isononyl isononanoate, tocopherol and an antioxidant in an oil phase kettle, heating to 80 ℃, and completely dissolving to obtain an oil phase mixture;
4) adding the oil-phase mixture obtained in the step 3) into the water-phase mixture obtained in the step 2) while the oil-phase mixture is hot, keeping the temperature at 78 ℃, preparing the oil phase and the water phase into uniform emulsion by using a vacuum emulsifying machine, and slowly stirring and cooling.
5) And uniformly mixing phenethyl resorcinol and butanediol, and stirring and dissolving at 43 ℃ to obtain a dispersion liquid.
6) And (3) cooling the emulsion in the step 4) to 43 ℃, then sequentially adding the dispersion liquid in the step 5), the plant whitening compound, the palmleaf tree extract, the bisabolol, the beta-glucan, the panthenol, the polymer humectant, a proper amount of the acid-base regulator and the preservative, and continuously stirring and cooling to 34 ℃ to obtain the whitening essence emulsion with dual effects of moisturizing and whitening and high safety.
Effect verification:
1. moisture retention test
The test principle is as follows: the water content of the horny layer of the human skin is tested by a capacitance method by using a human skin tester. The moisturizing ability of the product was evaluated by measuring the change in the water content of the stratum corneum of the skin before and after the use of the product in example 3 in volunteers.
The test method comprises the following steps: 20 volunteers aged 25-35 years were selected and used the same amount of the product obtained in example 3 in the area fixed on the inner side of both arms, the amount being the same as 2 mg/cm2The moisture content of the volunteers before and after use is tested by using a human skin tester, and the moisture retention performance of the product is evaluated by taking an average value. The test results are shown in table 1 below.

As can be seen from table 1 above, the product provided in example 3 can significantly increase skin moisture, thereby increasing skin transdermal absorption, promoting penetration of whitening active substances, and increasing bioavailability of the active substances.
Test of whitening Effect
The test principle is as follows: the whitening effect of the product was evaluated by testing the amount of melanin change in the skin before and after the use of the product by volunteers using a human skin tester MAP580 based on the principle of spectral absorption.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: 15 volunteers aged 25-35 years were selected and the same amount of the product prepared in example 3 was used in the same amount of 2 mg/cm in the area fixed on the inner side of both arms2The skin whitening lotion is used once in the morning and at night every day for 28 days continuously, the skin melanin content of the volunteers on the 0 th day, the 10 th day, the 20 th day and the 28 th day and the blank skin melanin content are tested by using a human skin tester, and the skin whitening effect of the product is evaluated by taking the average value. As can be seen from Table 2, the skin melanin reduction rate reaches 20.4% after the product of example 3 is continuously used for 28 days, which shows that the product of example 3 has a better whitening effect.
Safety test
The skin irritation of the products of examples 1 to 3 was investigated according to the skin irritation test of the cosmetic safety specifications 2015 edition, and the results were as follows:

as can be seen from the above table, there is no significant difference in all examples. The difference between the average scores of the test sample and the solvent control is not more than 1.0, which meets the national standard. EXAMPLES 1-3 the product was non-irritating to rabbit skin.

The whitening essence milk is characterized by being prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 2-5% of glycerin, 2-5% of butanediol, 262-5% of glyceryl polyether, 0-0.2% of xanthan gum, 0-0.3% of gum arabic, 0.1-0.3% of sodium hyaluronate, 1-3% of an emulsifier, 0-1.5% of a viscosity regulator, 0-5% of squalane, 0-5% of isononyl isononanoate, 0-5% of diethylhexyl carbonate, 0.1-1.5% of tocopherol, 0.1-0.3% of an antioxidant, 0.5-2% of a plant compound, 0.1-0.5% of phenylethyl resorcinol, 1-5% of a palm leaf extract, 0-0.3% of bisabolol, 0-3% of a portulaca oleracea extract, 1-5% of beta-glucan, 0-1.0% of panthenol, 0.3-2.0% of a preservative, 1-5% of a polymer humectant and 0-1% of an acid-base regulator.
2. The whitening essence milk according to claim 1, characterized in that: the molecular weight range of the sodium hyaluronate is 0.8-30 ten thousand.
3. The whitening essence milk according to claim 1, characterized in that: the emulsifier is one or more of glyceryl monostearate, polyglycerol-3-methyl glucose distearate, alkyl glucoside and fatty acid ester thereof, and polyether surfactant.

The whitening essence milk according to claim 1, characterized in that: the viscosity regulator consists of an acrylate polymer or an acrylic polymer; the acrylic ester polymer is selected from an acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/behenyl polyether-25 methacrylate cross-linked polymer; the acrylic polymer is selected from the group consisting of ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymers.
5. The whitening essence milk according to claim 1, characterized in that: the antioxidant is one or a plurality of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, butyl hydroxy anisole, tert-butyl hydroquinone and bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine.
6. The whitening essence milk according to claim 1, characterized in that: the plant whitening compound comprises a glycyrrhiza glabra extract, marshmallow, rice chaff and rapeseed oil.
7. The whitening essence milk according to claim 1, wherein the preservative comprises one or more of phenoxyethanol, 1, 2-octanediol, 1, 2-decanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, ethylhexylglycerin, methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, caprylhydroxamic acid, benzoic acid, and benzyl alcohol.
8. The whitening essence milk according to claim 1, wherein the polymer humectant comprises one or any combination of PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerin, PEG/PPG/-17/6 copolymer, acrylic acid/MA copolymer sodium, methyl glucitol polyether-10 and polyglutamate sodium.
9. The whitening essence milk according to claim 1, wherein the pH regulator comprises one or any combination of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, citric acid and salts thereof.
10. The method for preparing the whitening essence milk according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) adding hyaluronic acid, xanthan gum and Arabic gum into glycerol and glyceryl polyether-26, and premixing to obtain mixed dispersion;
2) adding the mixed dispersion into a water phase kettle filled with water under the condition of stirring, stirring and heating to 75-85 ℃, and preserving heat for half an hour to obtain a water phase mixture;
3) uniformly stirring and mixing an emulsifier, a viscosity regulator, squalane, isononyl isononanoate, diethylhexyl carbonate, tocopherol and an antioxidant in an oil phase kettle, heating to 80 ℃, and completely dissolving to obtain an oil phase mixture;
4) adding the oil phase mixture obtained in the step 3) into the water phase mixture obtained in the step 2), keeping the temperature at 75-80 ℃, preparing the oil phase and the water phase into uniform emulsion by using a vacuum emulsifying machine, and slowly stirring and cooling;
5) uniformly mixing phenethyl resorcinol and butanediol, and stirring and dissolving at 40-45 ℃ to obtain a dispersion liquid;
6) and (3) cooling the emulsion in the step 4) to 40-45 ℃, then sequentially adding the dispersion, the plant whitening compound, the palm tree extract, bisabolol, the purslane extract, beta-glucan, panthenol, the polymer humectant, the acid-base regulator and the preservative in the step 5), and continuously stirring and cooling to 30-35 ℃ to obtain the whitening essence emulsion.
