After-sun repair composition and cosmetic thereof
Technical Field
The invention discloses a composition, in particular to a post-basking repair composition, and also discloses essence of the post-basking repair composition, belonging to the technical field of cosmetics.
Background
In summer with inflammation, not only is protection before sunning done, but also how to repair after sunning is not negligible, because even if protection is good, damage caused by ultraviolet rays cannot be isolated in a hundred percent. Skin is damaged to varying degrees when exposed to ultraviolet radiation: stabbing pain of skin, erythema, desquamation, obvious burning sensation of affected parts, pruritus and the like. After the skin is dried in the sun, the water loss of the skin is serious, the skin is lack of water, the barrier function is lost, and ultraviolet rays can enable keratinocytes to release various inflammation media, so that dermal blood vessels expand, tissue edema and inflammatory reaction are stimulated; ultraviolet rays invade the inside of skin to generate active oxygen inside and outside epidermal cells, so that abnormal cell activities are caused, and skin aging is promoted; ultraviolet rays in the UVA section can enter the dermis to activate tyrosinase, so that melanocytes can divide a large amount of melanin, the normal metabolic balance is damaged, and color spots are deposited. Therefore, post-basking repair is necessary.
The post-basking repair is mainly carried out on the following aspects: firstly, the skin needs to be calmed and relieved, microcirculation is promoted, and skin irritation is reduced, so that the symptoms of skin redness, fever, allergy, inflammation and the like are relieved, secondly, a large amount of water is needed to be supplemented, damaged cells are moistened, skin channels are dredged, barrier functions are repaired, and the excessive secretion of a large amount of free radicals and melanin generated by ultraviolet irradiation needs to be resisted.
For the research of after-sun repair products, chinese patent CN103784551A discloses an external traditional Chinese medicine composition with whitening, moisturizing and after-sun repair effects, which comprises sea buckthorn, evening primrose, buckwheat leaves, ginkgo leaves and oldenlandia diffusa, can effectively improve facial blood circulation, inhibit thrombin activity and melanin formation, has good moisturizing and red spot symptom relieving effects, and has after-sun repair effects. Chinese patent CN107822948A discloses a composition with functions of after-sun repair, oxidation resistance and whitening and a preparation method thereof, the composition is prepared by taking fungus medicinal materials such as tricholoma matsutake, lucid ganoderma, tremella and the like as main raw materials, can effectively remove DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals, has good oxidation resistance, can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, can inhibit the generation of melanin in melanoma cells, and has the whitening effect.
At present, some after-sun repair products on the market mainly have whitening and relieving effects, and the action way is single or the effect is not good enough. Therefore, there is a need to develop a composition effective for post-basking repair and apply it to cosmetics.

Ultraviolet radiation can cause cells to generate inflammatory mediators, for example, histidine in tissues is converted into histamine, and the histamine and histamine-like substances are released from degranulation of epithelial cells, histiocytes, mast cells and the like, so that the symptoms of vasodilatation, permeability increase, erythema, edema, pruritus, desquamation and the like are caused. This experiment evaluates the sedative-soothing efficacy of the compositions of the invention primarily by testing the anti-Histamine (HIS) effect of the compositions.
1) Test samples: the compositions of examples 1 to 15 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were each prepared as a 5% aqueous solution with deionized water as test samples.
2) The test method comprises the following steps: in the experiment, 210 SD rats are selected and randomly divided into 21 groups, and each group comprises 10 rats, namely a normal group, a model group, an example 1 group to an example 15 group and a comparative example 1 group to a comparative example 4 group. The animals were depilated 24 hours before the experiment and had their backs depilated to an area of about 3cm by 3 cm. The skin of the back of rats was molded with 2, 4-Dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) in each group except the normal group and irradiated with ultraviolet rays for 12 hours, after the molding was successful (the skin showed symptoms of dryness, desquamation, burning, stabbing pain, swelling, erythema, etc.). The normal and model groups were each coated with 0.5mL of deionized water on the back at the depilated area over a range of about 2.5cm by 2.5cm, and the remaining groups were each coated with 0.5mL of test samples from the different groups once a day for 14 consecutive days. On day 15, the skin condition of the right back of each group of rats was visually observed and recorded according to the test criteria of table 1, and the concentration of HIS in serum of each sample was measured. The results are shown in Table 2.
