The ice crystal repairing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
16 parts of cogongrass rhizome extract, 11 parts of eclipta alba extract, 10 parts of centella asiatica extract, 8 parts of oriental wormwood extract, 5 parts of tremella fuciformis extract, 2 parts of honey, 1.3 parts of carbomer, 1.3 parts of glycerol, 0.5 part of triethanolamine, 0.3 part of glycerol monostearate and 42 parts of distilled water.
The preparation method is the same as that of example 1 except that cucumber water is not added in steps S1, S2, S3 and S4 and is replaced by distilled water.
Comparative example 7
The ice crystal repairing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
16 parts of cogongrass rhizome extract, 11 parts of eclipta alba extract, 10 parts of centella asiatica extract, 8 parts of oriental wormwood extract, 5 parts of tremella fuciformis extract, 1.3 parts of carbomer, 1.3 parts of glycerol, 0.5 part of triethanolamine, 0.3 part of glycerol monostearate and 42 parts of cucumber water.
The preparation method is the same as example 1 except that honey is not added in step S4.
Comparative example 8
The ice crystal repairing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
16 parts of cogongrass rhizome extract, 11 parts of eclipta alba extract, 10 parts of centella asiatica extract, 8 parts of oriental wormwood extract, 5 parts of tremella fuciformis extract, 2 parts of honey, 1.3 parts of carbomer, 1.3 parts of glycerol, 0.5 part of triethanolamine, 0.3 part of glycerol monostearate and 42 parts of cucumber water.
The preparation method comprises the step of directly and uniformly mixing the components in the formula to obtain the repaired ice crystal.
The following efficacy tests were performed on the repaired ice crystals prepared in examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 8:
1. post-sun skin repair efficacy testing: 170 white mice were selected and randomly divided into 17 groups of 10 mice each, namely a normal group, a model group, an example 1-example 7 group, and a comparative example 1-comparative example 8 group. The mice were depilated 24 hours before the experiment and had their backs depilated and had an area of about 3cm by 3 cm. The skin of the back of rats was molded with 2, 4-Dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) in each group except the normal group and irradiated with ultraviolet rays for 12 hours, after the molding was successful (the skin showed symptoms of dry desquamation, burning, stabbing pain, swelling, erythema, etc.). The normal and model groups were each coated with 0.5mL of deionized water on the back at the depilated area over a range of about 2.5cm by 2.5cm, and the remaining groups were each coated with 0.5mL of test samples from the different groups once a day for 9 consecutive days. On day 10, the skin condition of the right back of each group of rats was visually observed and recorded according to the test evaluation criteria of table 1, and the results are shown in table 2:

The data in the table 2 show that compared with the repair ice crystals of comparative examples 1 to 8, the repair ice crystals of examples 1 to 7 have a good repair effect on the skin after sun exposure, and after the repair ice crystals of examples 1 to 7 are continuously used for 9 days by a white rat, the conditions of the skin after sun exposure, such as dry desquamation, skin swelling, skin erythema and the like, are remarkably improved, so that the repair ice crystals prepared in examples 1 to 7 are suitable for repairing and nursing the skin after sun exposure, can improve the skin conditions of the skin, such as dry desquamation, erythema, swelling and the like, caused by sun exposure, and have a good repair and maintenance effect. The formula and the preparation method of the embodiment 7 are relatively excellent embodiments of the invention, and the prepared repair ice crystals have better repair effect on the skin after sunburn.
Compared with the repair ice crystal of the example 7, the swelling condition of the skin after sunburn of the white rat after the repair ice crystal of the comparative example 1 is obviously improved, but the skin has severe dryness and desquamation and moderate erythema; after sunburn with the repair ice crystals of comparative example 2, the skin appeared slightly dry, desquamating, moderate edema and severe erythema; after sunburn with the repair ice crystals of comparative example 3, the skin appeared to be slightly dry, desquamated, moderately edematous and slightly erythematous; after sunburn, the skin developed slight dryness, desquamation, slight edema and severe erythema after the repair of ice crystals using comparative example 4; after sunburn with the repair of ice crystals of comparative example 5, the skin appeared moderately dry, slightly desquamating, slightly edematous and slightly erythematous; after sunburn, the skin developed slight dryness, desquamation, slight edema and slight erythema after the repair of ice crystals using comparative example 6; after sunburn with the repair of ice crystals of comparative example 7, the skin appeared moderately dry, slightly desquamating, slightly edematous and slightly erythematous; after the ice crystal repairing materials of the invention are used, the sun-cured skin has slight dryness, desquamation, slight edema and slight erythema, because the cogongrass rhizome extract is not added in the formula of the ice crystal repairing material of the comparative example 1, the yerbadetajo herba extract is not added in the formula of the ice crystal repairing material of the comparative example 2, the centella asiatica extract is not added in the formula of the ice crystal repairing material of the comparative example 3, the oriental wormwood extract is not added in the formula of the ice crystal repairing material of the comparative example 4, the tremella fuciformis extract is not added in the formula of the ice crystal repairing material of the comparative example 5, the cucumber water is not added in the formula of the ice repairing material of the comparative example 6, the honey is not added in the formula of the ice repairing material of the comparative example 7, and the preparation method of the ice crystal repairing material of the comparative example 8 is direct mixing, which shows that the cogongrass rhizome extract and the tremella fuciformis extract are matched to cool, moisturize, permeate into the skin, improve the dryness degree of the skin and reduce the desquamation phenomenon of the skin, the repair effect is good; the cogongrass rhizome extract, the eclipta alba extract and the asiatic centella extract have synergistic effect, clear away heat and toxic materials, and have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, so that the skin swelling after solarization is eliminated; the yerbadetajo herba ecliptae extract and the tremella extract have synergistic effect, oxygen free radicals are removed, and damage of ultraviolet radiation to the skin is relieved, so that the skin is relieved, and erythema of the skin after sunburn is eliminated; the cucumber water contains rich vitamin E, and effectively promotes the metabolism of the skin, so that the repair of the skin after the sun is effectively improved; the prepared repairing ice crystals have good skin-friendly property, and are compatible with cucumber water, so that the infiltration and absorption of the cogongrass rhizome extract, the eclipta alba extract, the snow cover extract and the white fungus extract in the skin are promoted, the performance of the after-sun skin repairing efficacy of the cogongrass rhizome extract, the eclipta alba extract, the snow cover extract and the white fungus extract is promoted, and the honey also has the water locking and moisturizing efficacy, so that the elasticity and the water moisture of the after-sun skin are recovered, and the drying and desquamation condition of the after-sun skin is improved. Therefore, the components in the formula are mutually compatible and have a synergistic effect to play a role in repairing the skin after the sun is cured, the components are not indispensable, and the preparation method of mixing the components step by step enables the effects of the components in the formula to be better played, so that the repairing effect of repairing ice crystals on the skin after the sun is cured is better.
2. Testing the moisturizing effect: the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum is measured according to a capacitance method specified in QB/T4256-2011 'guidelines for evaluating moisturizing effects of cosmetics'. During testing, 30 female volunteers are selected, the average age is 30 years old, the test subjects are in the positions of the test subjects, the inner sides of the forearms of the two hands of the test subjects are divided into a use area and a blank control area before use, the repair ice crystals prepared in the embodiments 1-7 and the comparative examples 1-8 are respectively used in the use area, the blank control group is not treated, the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the skin is respectively tested on the use area and the blank control area by using a skin moisture tester before use and after 4 hours of use, and the test results are shown in a table 3:

As can be seen from the data in Table 3, the repair ice crystals of examples 1 to 7 have very good moisturizing efficacy compared with the repair ice crystals of comparative examples 1 to 8. In comparative examples 1 to 8, the water replenishing and moisturizing effects of the repair ice crystals of comparative examples 5 to 7 are relatively poor, and the honey, the tremella extract and the cucumber water added in the invention are mutually compatible, so that the water replenishing and moisturizing effects are good, and the problem of dry and desquamation of skin caused by sun drying is effectively solved.
As the test results of the skin repair effect after sun exposure and the moisturizing effect show that the repair ice crystals of the embodiments 1 to 7 can repair the skin after sun exposure well, the following human body effect evaluations are carried out on the repair ice crystals of the embodiments 1 to 7:
selecting 70 foreign tourists as volunteers in a white cloud mountain scenic spot in Guangzhou city, wherein the female visitors are 22-35 years old and randomly divided into 7 groups, 10 persons in each group, and 1-7 groups of volunteers respectively use the repair ice crystals of the embodiments 1-7 of the invention at the evening after sun exposure, if 1 group of volunteers use the repair ice crystals of the embodiment 1 and 2 groups of volunteers use the repair ice crystals … … of the embodiment 2, after the continuous use for 7 days, the user scores the skin repair function of the used repair ice crystals after sun exposure according to the skin condition, the scoring interval is 0-10, the better the function is, the higher the score is, otherwise, the score is lower, and the comprehensive scoring condition is shown in the following table:

As can be seen from the data in table 4, after 7 days, the skin repair function of the repair ice crystals used in embodiments 1 to 7 of the present invention after sun exposure is scored very high according to the skin conditions of the volunteers, and the scores of the skin dryness, desquamation, skin swelling, skin erythema, pigmentation and water replenishing and moisturizing effects of the repair ice crystals are all above 9 minutes, which indicates that the repair ice crystals in embodiments 1 to 7 of the present invention have a good repair effect on the skin after sun exposure, effectively improve the skin conditions after sun exposure, replenish water and moisturize, satisfy the use requirements of consumers, and have a good use effect.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (3)

the preparation method of the cogongrass rhizome extract comprises the following steps: adding the lalang grass rhizome dry powder into 10 times of water, steaming and decocting for 40min, filtering to obtain filtrate, concentrating the filtrate, and drying to obtain lalang grass rhizome extract;
