Claims (7)

1. The anti-chapping skin care product is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
1.0-5.0% of bletilla striata stem extract
1-20.0% of oil
0.1 to 20.0 percent of phytosterol isostearate
Ribes nigrum fruit extract 1-5.0%
0.5 to 3 percent of hydrolyzed hazelnut protein
0.5-2% of palmitoyl proline sodium
0.5-2% of water lily flower extract
0.01 to 10.0 percent of emulsifying thickener
0.5-20.0% of polyhydric alcohol humectant.
0.1 to 5.0 percent of urea
0.1-2.0% of essence
0.01 to 0.1 percent of chelating agent
0.01 to 2.0 percent of neutralizer
0.01 to 2.0 percent of preservative
Adding water to 100%;
the extraction method of the bletilla striata stem extract mainly comprises the following steps:
(1) pulverizing rhizoma Bletillae tuber, drying, and sieving to obtain rhizoma Bletillae stem powder; weighing dry powder of bletilla striata stems, performing reflux extraction by using ethanol water solution with the volume concentration of 70-90%, filtering, and collecting filtrate, namely bletilla striata alcohol extract;
(2) adding polyamide and distilled water into the bletilla striata alcohol extract obtained in the step (1), uniformly mixing, and then carrying out reduced pressure evaporation until no alcohol smell exists, so as to obtain a polyamide suspension adsorbing the bletilla striata alcohol extract;
(3) adding the polyamide suspended by distilled water into a chromatographic column, and after settling, filling the polyamide suspension absorbing the bletilla striata alcohol extract in the step 2) into the column;
(4) sequentially eluting with distilled water, 15-25% ethanol water solution with volume concentration and 35-45% ethanol water solution with volume concentration at the flow rate of 2mL/min, and collecting the eluent of the 35-45% ethanol water solution with volume concentration;
(5) adding distilled water into the ethanol eluent collected in the step (4), uniformly mixing, and performing dynamic adsorption by adopting a D101 macroporous resin column at the flow rate of 2 mL/min;
(6) sequentially eluting with 15-25% ethanol water solution and 35-45% ethanol water solution at the flow rate of 2mL/min, collecting 35-45% ethanol eluate, and evaporating under reduced pressure to obtain rhizoma bletilla crude extract;
(7) and (3) uniformly stirring the crude extract of the bletilla striata stems in the step (6) by using a butanediol aqueous solution with the volume concentration of 15-80%, standing at a low temperature for 48h, and filtering to remove insoluble substances to obtain the bletilla striata stem extract.
2. The anti-chapping skin care product according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the bletilla striata stem extract, the ribes nigrum fruit extract, the hydrolyzed hazelnut protein, the sodium palmitoyl prolinate and the nymphaea alba extract is 10: 6: 1: 1: 1.
3. the anti-chapping skin care product according to claim 1, wherein the content of the bletilla striata stem extract, the ribes nigrum fruit extract, the hydrolyzed hazelnut protein, the sodium palmitoyl prolinate and the water lily flower extract are respectively 5.0%, 3.0%, 0.5% and 0.5% by weight.

7. The method for preparing the skin care product for preventing chapping according to claim 1, which mainly comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the components in proportion, putting the oil and the phytosterol isostearic acid into a proper container, heating to 80-85 ℃, and stirring until the oil and the phytosterol isostearic acid are completely dissolved to form an oil phase;
(2) adding water, polyalcohol humectant, emulsifying thickener, urea and chelating agent into a proper container, heating to 80-85 deg.C, stirring to dissolve completely to obtain water phase;
(3) starting a stirring speed of 20r/min, slowly adding the oil phase heated in the step (1) into the water phase heated in the step (2), stirring at a speed of 40r/min, starting a homogenizer, and homogenizing for 3min at a rotating speed of 3000 r/min;
(4) stirring, slowly cooling to 70-60 ℃, and adding a neutralizer;
(5) stirring and cooling to 45 deg.C, adding antiseptic, essence and rhizoma Bletillae stem extract, Ribes nigrum fruit extract, hydrolyzed hazelnut protein, palmitoyl proline sodium, and flos Nymphaeae extract, cooling to room temperature, and adjusting pH.
