TABLE 1 moisture content of forearm medial stratum corneum of subjects at various time points (x. + -. s)
TABLE 2 moisture content of forearm medial stratum corneum of subjects at various time points (x. + -. s)
n represents the number of people per group. The skin moisture meter CM 825 is used for detecting the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum, and the higher the moisture content measurement value of the skin stratum corneum is, the higher the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum is.
As can be seen from the data in table 1, the differences between the moisture content change values of the stratum corneum of the inner forearm skin of example 1 and the moisture content change values of the skin before use at 30min, 1h, 1.5h and 2h all had statistical significance (P <0.05), and the moisture content of the whole skin tended to increase. The moisture content of the horny layer of the forearm inner side skin of the white group in 1.5 hours has statistical significance (P is less than 0.05) compared with the moisture content of the skin before use, and the moisture content of the whole skin is in a descending trend; the moisture content of stratum corneum of forearm medial of blank group has no statistical significance (P >0.05) compared with the moisture content of skin before use at 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours of use. The difference between the measured value and the initial value of the two groups of the example 1 and the blank group is compared at 30min, 1h, 1.5h and 2h, and the data have significant difference (P < 0.05). The experimental data show that the difference values between the measured values and the initial values of the samples of example 1 in 30min, 1h, 1.5h and 2h are obviously improved and the water replenishing effect is obvious compared with the blank group.
As can be seen from the data in table 2, the differences between the moisture content change values of the stratum corneum of the forearm medial side skin of example 1 and the moisture content change values of the skin before use at 30min, 1h, 1.5h, and 2h all had statistical significance (P <0.05), and the moisture content of the whole skin tended to increase. The data difference between the moisture content change value of the stratum corneum of the forearm medial side skin of the comparative example 1 and the moisture content change value of the skin before use in 30min, 1h, 1.5h and 2h has statistical significance (P <0.05), and the whole skin moisture content tends to rise. The difference between the measured value and the initial value of the two groups of example 1 and comparative example 1 was compared at 30min and 1h, and the data were not significantly different (P > 0.05). The difference between the measured value and the initial value of the example 1 group and the comparative example 1 group is compared at 1.5h and 2h, and the data have significant difference (P < 0.05). The difference between the measured values and the initial values in example 1 at 30min, 1h, 1.5h, and 2h was larger than that in comparative example 1, indicating that the water replenishing effect in example 1 was better.
Experimental data show that compared with comparative example 1, the anti-allergy soothing liquid provided by the invention can obviously improve the moisture content of the horny layer of the aged skin, and has more obvious effects of moisturizing the aged skin. Comparative example 1 in which a single xylitol was used instead of the active ingredient C (xylitol-based glucoside, xylitol, dehydrated xylitol, glucose, water), the increase rate of the moisture content of the horny layer was significantly decreased, probably because the active ingredient C achieved better moisturizing effects through the synergistic interaction between the xylitol-based glucoside, xylitol, dehydrated xylitol, glucose, and the like. The anti-allergy soothing liquid provided by the invention has the effects of instantly replenishing water and moisturizing sensitive skin, can effectively calm the skin, and instantly relieves the phenomena of dryness, tightness, pruritus, redness and swelling and the like caused by skin allergy.
Skin disorder is due to: during the use of the test article, 0 subjects developed localized erythema, papules, wheal, edema, or general skin ailments.
Test experiment 2: rate of repair of sensitive skin
The subject claims: sensitive skin women with sensitive skin symptoms (the problem of redness of sensitive skin) in the age of 35-55 are selected and grouped according to the types of the test articles.
The test method comprises the following steps: the test articles of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were used individually by the volunteers of each group, and the frequency of use was once in the morning and once in the evening, and the test articles were continuously used for 7 days. Wherein the blank group was not coated with any product. The healing condition of the affected part was observed by calculation of the sensitive symptom (reddish area), and the reduction rate of the reddish area before and after the test was calculated as the redness reduction rate. The test results of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 4 are shown in Table 3. The test results of examples 2 to 4 are similar to those of example 1, and example 1 is the most preferable example because the red reduction rate is the highest.
TABLE 3 skin redness Effect test results
n represents the number of people per group. Experimental data show that the healing rate of the anti-allergy soothing liquid provided by the embodiment 1 on the sensitive skin symptoms generated by the aged 35-55 years is obviously higher than that of the comparative example 4, which proves that compared with the prior art, the anti-allergy soothing liquid provided by the invention has a more remarkable repairing effect on the sensitive skin symptoms generated by the aged 35-55 years. The comparative example 2 lacks bisabolol, the comparative example 3 lacks active ingredients E (chamomile extract and water), and the healing rate is obviously reduced, which shows that the anti-allergy soothing liquid provided by the invention has an obvious anti-allergy repairing effect through the synergistic effect of specific components, and under the specific component selection and specific proportion, the anti-allergy soothing liquid provided by the invention can construct a skin defense fort, strengthen the muscle base and play an obvious anti-allergy soothing repairing effect on the sensitive skin symptoms of the aged 35-55 years.
