Claims (9)

1. The active skin care composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
1-10 parts of natural pigment ethosome;
0.05-4 parts of glycyrrhetinic acid;
0.05-2 parts of palmatine;
0.1-1 part of cysteinyl glycine;
0.1-1 part of L-ascorbyl palmitate;
1-10 parts of mountain rose callus cell suspension culture solution freeze-dried powder.
2. The active skin care composition according to claim 1, further comprising 0.01 to 1 part of laccaic acid.
3. The active skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein the skin care composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
5-8 parts of natural pigment ethosome;
1-2 parts of glycyrrhetinic acid;
0.1-1 part of palmatine;
0.5-1 part of cysteinylglycine;
0.5-1 part of L-ascorbyl palmitate;
0.1-0.5 part of laccaic acid;
6-10 parts of mountain rose callus cell suspension culture solution freeze-dried powder.

The active skin care composition according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the natural pigment ethosome comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-1 part of natural pigment, 4-12 parts of soybean lecithin, 20-30 parts of ethanol, 1-2 parts of polyethylene glycol stearate, 3-5 parts of hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid and 20-30 parts of deionized water.
5. The active skin care composition according to claim 4, wherein the natural pigment is composed of chlorophyll and lycopene in a mass ratio of 1: 0.1-1.
6. The active skin care composition according to claim 5, wherein the natural pigment consists of chlorophyll and lycopene in a mass ratio of 1: 0.6.
7. The active skin care composition of claim 5, wherein the preparation of the natural pigment ethosome comprises the steps of:
weighing soybean lecithin, dissolving with ethanol, adding polyethylene glycol stearate and natural pigment, and mixing; at 400r.min-1Under the condition of (1), using a peristaltic pump at 100 mu L.min-1The pre-dissolved water solution of the hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid is injected into the ethanol solution at the speed of 10000r.min-1Stirring for 2min to homogenize, treating with 200nm microporous homogeneous membrane to obtain alcoholic body fluid, cooling and solidifying to obtain natural pigment ethosome.
8. The active skin care composition according to claim 3, wherein the freeze-dried powder of mountain rose callus cell suspension culture solution is prepared by the following steps:
(1) inoculating sterile mountain rose leaves into a solid culture medium of MS + 0.8-1.2 mg/L6-BA + 1.2-2.0 mg/L2, 4-D +4g/L agar +25g/L sucrose to induce callus, wherein the subculture time is 105-120 days, and selecting loose pale yellow white callus which is subcultured for 3 times continuously;
(2) taking the loose pale yellow white callus obtained in the step (1), cutting the callus into mung bean size by using sterilized forceps, inoculating the mung bean size into a 100ml conical flask containing 40ml of 1/2MS + 1.5-2.0 mg/L6-BA + 0.5-1.0 mg/L2, 4-D +30g/L sucrose and a liquid culture medium with pH of 5.8, carrying out suspension culture on the conical flask at the constant temperature of 25 ℃ on a shaking bed at 100rpm under 12h/D illumination time, after culturing for 15D, filtering by using a 50-mesh cell sieve, taking filtrate, filtering by using an 80-mesh cell sieve, taking the filtrate, sterilizing and freeze-drying to obtain the callus.
9. Use of an active skin care composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8 for the preparation of a skin care product or cosmetic with sunscreen repair, skin aging retardation, whitening and spot removal.
