Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a face-cleaning skin care product, belongs to the technical field of daily personal skin care products, and particularly relates to a firming and moisturizing face-cleaning gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Compared with other face cleaning products, the face cleaning gel has the characteristics of transparent appearance and relatively mild property, is comfortable and not tight after being used, and is particularly suitable for consumers with sensitive and fragile skin.
The existing face-cleaning gel strives to find some functional skin-care components for synergy to improve the product value on the premise of ensuring skin cleaning. Patent document CN105832649A provides a mung bean enzyme face-cleaning gel, which is mainly used for people with dry, neutral and sensitive skin, and is prepared from traditional Chinese medicine components and amino acid plant-derived active ingredients, and is used for mildly removing makeup, cleaning, purifying skin and removing acne. Patent document CN106474015A provides a long-acting moisturizing effective cleansing gel, which is added with a phyllostachys pubescens extract and other plant components to thoroughly clean the skin and supplement moisture for the skin, so as to maintain the skin moisturizing effect for a long time.
However, in the prior art, no report is made that royal jelly and lecithin are compounded to prepare the facial cleansing gel, so that the damaged skin is quickly repaired while the skin is cleaned, and the skin is deeply nourished and made firm and soft.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a firming and moisturizing cleansing gel; the skin care cream can clean skin, repair damaged skin, deeply nourish skin, and make skin compact and soft.
Through long-term research, scientific research personnel find that the combination of royal jelly and lecithin can achieve the effect of firming and moistening the skin by synergism, so that the skin can be kept firm and soft all the time.
According to the invention, royal jelly and lecithin are innovatively compounded to prepare the face-cleaning gel, and the prepared product has an excellent skin-cleaning effect, and can repair damaged skin, promote quick absorption of effective components, nourish the skin, and make the skin compact and soft.
The present invention is realized by the following technical means.
The firming and moisturizing cleansing gel comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
5-25% of a surfactant; 0.5 to 5 percent of thickening agent; 2-10% of a humectant; lecithin 0.001-5%; 0.001-5% of royal jelly; 0.2 to 4.5 percent of other components; 45.5 to 92.3 percent of deionized water.
Further, according to the weight percentage, the firming and moisturizing cleansing gel comprises the following components:
15-20% of surfactant; 2 to 3.5 percent of thickening agent; 4-6% of a humectant; 1.5 to 3.5 percent of lecithin; 1.5 to 3.5 percent of royal jelly; 1.0-3.5% of other components; 60-75% of deionized water.
The firming and moisturizing cleansing gel provided by the invention has the advantages that the surfactant is selected from one or more of cocoyl hydroxy sulfobetaine, lauryl alcohol phosphate, sodium lauroamphoacetate and decyl glucoside.
The thickening agent is one or more of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, acrylic acid (ester)/stearyl alcohol polyether-20 methacrylate copolymer, carbomer, sodium chloride and PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate.
The humectant is polyalcohol selected from one or more of glycerol, butanediol, dipropylene glycol, propylene glycol and sorbitol.
The cleansing gel also contains 0.2-2.5% of pH regulator, wherein the pH regulator is selected from one or more of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, aminomethyl propanol and arginine.
The lecithin was purchased from Lucas Meyer cosmetics; the royal jelly is commercially available from Australia.
In addition, the firming and moisturizing cleansing gel is prepared by the following steps:
1) mixing deionized water and humectant, and heating to 75-85 deg.C;
2) adding surfactant, stirring and heating to 75-85 deg.C, dissolving completely, stirring for 20 min;
3) adding the thickening agent and stirring at 2000r/min for 10 minutes. Then cooling while stirring;
4) cooled to 50 ℃, and added with a pH regulator.
Continuously stirring and cooling to 40-45 deg.C, adding the rest components, cooling to 38-40 deg.C, testing, and discharging.
By means of the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
compared with the prior art, the invention creatively compounds and adds two skin care components of royal jelly and lecithin into the face cleaning gel product. Lecithin is a main component of cell membranes of organisms, has strong affinity with skin, and can continuously capture water to be supplied to deep skin to repair skin barriers. The royal jelly is rich in nutrients beneficial to skin, and can activate cells and deeply nourish skin. The two ingredients are added into the face-cleaning gel simultaneously, lecithin quickly repairs damaged skin, skin channels are cleared, the effective ingredients of the royal jelly act on the skin quickly, deep nourishing is achieved, cell regeneration is activated, the two ingredients act synergistically to smooth the skin, and skin compactness is rebuilt.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to specific preferred embodiments and effect test examples.
The face-cleaning jelly is mainly obtained by mixing a surfactant, a humectant, a thickening agent, royal jelly and lecithin and adding other components.
The surfactant is not particularly limited as long as it can form a transparent gel, and for example, one or more of cocoyl hydroxysultaine, lauryl alcohol phosphate, sodium lauroamphoacetate, decyl glucoside, potassium cocoyl glycinate, lauryl betaine, and sodium laureth sulfate can be used.
Examples of the thickener include acrylic acid (ester)/steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, carbomer, sodium chloride, PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, and the like.
The humectant is not particularly limited as long as it is a humectant commonly used in the cosmetic field, and examples thereof include glycerin, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol-8, seaweed extract, sodium hyaluronate, aloe vera extract, luba gum oil, polyethylene glycol/polypropylene glycol-14/7 dimethyl ether, xylitol, polyglycerin, sorbitol, and the like.
Examples of the pH adjuster include arginine, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, and aminomethyl propanol.
The royal jelly of the present invention is commercially available from Australia. The Australia traditional honey refining technology keeps the nutrient components of the royal jelly to the maximum extent. The lecithin of the present invention was purchased from Lucas Meyer cosmetics, Inc.
The invention adds two skin care ingredients of royal jelly and lecithin into the face cleaning jelly product. The face-cleaning gel is mild, clean, safe, effective, good in skin affinity, capable of quickly repairing damaged skin, deeply nourishing, smoothing skin and rebuilding skin firmness.
