Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin cleanser, belongs to the technical field of daily cosmetics, and particularly relates to a face-cleaning gel for maintaining skin micro-ecology and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin is the largest organ of the human body and has a layer with a density of up to 10 on its surface 6 /cm 2 The skin microorganisms of (1), which form a huge biological barrier at the skin surface. The skin microbiome is a dynamically variable, complex ecosystem and is therefore also referred to as skin micro-ecology. The skin micro-ecology interacts with the skin keratinocytes and the host immune system, affecting the skin's own immune regulation and barrier protection functions. An increasing number of studies have shown that a dysbiosis of the skin is associated with a number of skin disorders, such as acne, folliculitis, atopic dermatitis, etc.
The components of the cleansing product as a daily-used skin care product are complex, and the daily use of the cosmetic product is proved by documents to possibly cause the change of normal flora and destroy the protection function of the normal flora, especially sensitive skin. Therefore, strict control of cosmetic ingredients plays an important role in maintaining the skin microecological balance. At present, the existing products for maintaining the skin micro-ecology are added with active compositions for regulating the balance of the skin micro-ecology. For example, chinese patent application 201310469004.X discloses a composition for promoting skin microecological balance and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composition comprises skin prebiotics α -glucan oligosaccharide, fructooligosaccharide, β -glucan, a plant extract, a yeast extract and a filtrate of a fermentation product of natural antibacterial agent leuconostoc/radish root as main ingredients. Chinese patent application 201910015398.9 discloses a composition capable of regulating skin microecological balance, application thereof, and a skin lotion containing the same and a preparation method of the skin lotion. However, cosmetic ingredients are complex and the active is only part of the product.
The cleansing product is used as the first step of daily cleaning and nursing, mainly contains components such as a surfactant, a thickening agent, a preservative and the like, and has the function of removing facial dirt and redundant grease. Unsuitable cleansing products can disrupt the skin barrier structure and affect the skin's micro-ecological balance, such as cationic surfactants which have a killing effect on a broad range of gram positive and partially gram negative bacteria. The mild raw materials and the microecological raw materials which are commonly known by the people are not a concept, a plurality of cleaning components with low alleviative stimulation and mild are declared, and experiments prove that the cleaning components can also have great inhibition effect on skin microorganisms, such as decyl glucoside serving as a surfactant; while typical highly irritating SLES (sodium polyoxyethylene lauryl sulfate) and the like can directly irritate mucous membranes and destroy barriers, the inhibition effect on skin microorganisms is not necessarily strong. Meanwhile, research reports that only water can wash away 65% of dirt and grease on the skin surface, so that a small amount of surfactant can actually achieve the effect of cleaning the skin. The preservative is an essential component in most cosmetics, and is mainly used for inhibiting the growth of microorganisms and ensuring the stable quality and safety of the cosmetics. The antiseptic has no selectivity in inhibiting microbe, so that it has great inhibition on normal microbe in skin, and some antiseptic with less inhibition on microbe growth may be screened in the action concentration. Research shows that the pH of the face cleaning product also has great influence on the re-planting and regeneration of microorganisms on the surface of the skin, the normal skin surface presents weak acidity, the pH of the skin surface is increased after the face cleaning product is cleaned by using an alkaline product, the skin is recovered to the physiological acidic pH for several hours, the maintenance of the weak acidic physiological pH of the skin is beneficial to the epidermal physiological barrier and the skin microorganism barrier, and the selection of the weak acidic face cleaning product is more beneficial to the maintenance of the skin microecology.
The main current viewpoint of maintaining skin microecology with cosmetics focuses on promoting microecological balance by adding active substances, but in fact, the matrix components of cosmetics such as thickening agents, emulsifiers, preservatives, surfactants, oils and the like are high in the cosmetics, and the active substances only account for 10% of the formula, so the selection of the matrix components of the face cleaning product has a great influence on maintaining skin microecology.

The following efficacy evaluations were performed on the cleansing gel prepared by the present invention:
(I) bacteriostatic test
The friendliness of the facial cleansing gel to skin microorganisms is judged by carrying out bacteriostasis experiments on skin resident bacteria staphylococcus epidermidis and staphylococcus capitis.
The experimental method is as follows:
preparation of bacterial suspensions of staphylococcus epidermidis and staphylococcus capitis: selecting a small amount of strains by using a sterile gun head, carrying out streak culture on an LB culture medium, and culturing for 24h at 37 ℃; picking single colony with aseptic gun head into liquid culture medium, culturing at 37 deg.C for 24 hr, and determining the concentration of bacterial suspension to be 10 6 CFU/mL。
Taking 0.1 ml of the gel samples of the examples and the comparative examples, adding the gel samples into 1 ml of the bacterial suspension diluted by 10 times, replacing the gel with physiological saline in a blank control group, carrying out shake culture at 37 ℃ for 24h, and measuring the bacterial quantity by using a dilution method.
Bacteriostatic experiment results of samples in Table II
Analysis table two shows that after the co-culture of the bacteria liquid and the examples, the bacteria number is equivalent to that of the blank control group, which indicates that the facial cleansing gel prepared by the examples has no influence on the growth of the two skin resident bacteria and is beneficial to maintaining the original microecological balance of the skin; and the comparative examples 1 to 3 have obvious inhibition effect on the growth of the two bacteria. The components in the formula of the cosmetic are complex, and compared with the examples, the comparative examples 1 to 3 only change one of the surfactant, the thickening agent or the preservative, but have great influence on the growth of two bacteria. The surfactant can destroy phospholipid bilayer of bacterial cell membrane to cause thallus rupture and inhibit microbial growth due to its amphipathic nature. The thickener is mostly a chemically synthesized macromolecular structure, and chemical residues and molecular structures of the thickener can also have certain influence on the growth of microorganisms. The preservative has a more obvious bacteriostatic action on microorganisms due to the bacteriostatic property of the preservative. The facial cleansing gel designed by the invention has no influence on the growth of test bacteria through strictly screening a formula frame system, and a bacteriostatic test shows that the facial cleansing gel formula frame system designed by the invention has great significance for maintaining skin micro-ecology.
(II) human skin test
The human skin test was performed on examples 1,2 and 1, and 60 volunteers were selected for the test, randomly divided into 3 groups of 20 persons, and the cleansing gels of examples 1,2 and 1 were used respectively every morning and evening for 30 days to evaluate the cleansing power, irritation and skin comfort.
Evaluation results of skin test of human body
As can be seen from the results of the skin tests on the human body in Table III, 90% of the volunteers who used the face-cleansing gel of comparative example 1 had strong reactive cleansing power and had a significant tightening feeling after washing. Two volunteers fed back the use of the face-cleaning gel of comparative example 1, the rear part of the face-cleaning gel appeared to be reddish and itchy, and 6 volunteers fed back the face to be dry. The cleansing gel prepared in the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 has moderate cleansing capability, meets the cleansing requirement of the cleansing product, gives feedback to volunteers uniformly without irritation, ensures that the skin is soft and not tight after cleansing, is friendly to the skin barrier function, and is beneficial to maintaining the balance of microorganisms on the surface of the skin.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. Not all embodiments are exhaustive. All obvious changes and modifications which are obvious to the technical scheme of the invention are still in the protection scope of the invention.
