The moisturizing and moisturizing composition of claim 1, comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 2.8-3.2% of xylitol mixture, 0.04-0.06% of rehmannia glutinosa libosch extract, 0.8-1.2% of natural polysaccharide, 10.4-0.6% of biological carbohydrate gum, 1.8-2.2% of peach resin extract, 1.5-2.5% of marshmallow extract and the balance of water.
5. The moisturizing and moisturizing composition of claim 4, comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 3% of xylitol mixture, 0.05% of rehmannia glutinosa libosch root extract, 1% of natural polysaccharide, 10.5% of biological carbohydrate gum, 3% of peach resin extract, 2.5% of marshmallow extract and the balance of water.
6. The method for preparing the moisturizing and moisturizing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
and adding water into the xylitol mixture, the rehmannia glutinosa extract, the natural polysaccharide, the biological carbohydrate gum-1, the peach resin extract and the marshmallow extract according to the proportion, mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain transparent liquid, thus obtaining the moisturizing and moisturizing composition.
7. The moisturizing and moisturizing composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein the stirring speed is 30 to 400rpm and the time is 5 to 10 min.
8. The moisturizing and moisturizing composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the moisturizing and moisturizing composition is used for preparing a moisturizing and skin-care product.
