Abstract
The invention provides a plant aromatic skin care composition with an anti-aging effect and a preparation method thereof, and the plant aromatic skin care composition comprises the following steps of taking water, glycerol, a schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, butanediol, propylene glycol, dog rose fruit oil, hydrolyzed wheat protein, tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, a lactobacillus fermentation lysate, lactose, a watermelon fruit extract, bisabolol, hyaluronic acid, a lentil fruit extract, aloe vera leaf juice powder, a dendrobium officinale stem extract, 1, 2-hexanediol, an apple fruit extract, p-hydroxyacetophenone, whey protein, betaine and an austenitic seaweed extract as main substances, adding trace elements, mixing, sterilizing and the like to prepare an essence liquid. The invention has the advantages that: the main content is water and pure natural extracts of plants, and the prepared product has the efficacy of resisting senility and wrinkles and has little side effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a plant aromatic skin care composition with an anti-aging effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The cosmetic is a chemical industrial product or a fine chemical product which is applied to any part of the surface of a human body, such as skin, hair, nails, lips and teeth, by smearing, spraying or the like, so as to achieve the purposes of cleaning, maintaining, beautifying, decorating and changing the appearance, or correcting the odor of the human body and keeping a good state. Most of the existing cosmetic products use chemical compounds to be mixed into the products to realize the functions of the products, and the products can cause drug resistance and adverse reactions on the skin of people after long-term use.

the micro-ingredients comprise dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate, acetyl hexapeptide-8, tridecapeptide-1, arginine/lysine polypeptide, vetiver iris extract, rosewood oil, magnolia oil, bitter orange flower oil, Vietnamese benzoin resin extract, farnesol, sodium lactate, lactic acid, phenoxyethanol, carbomer, caprylyl glycol, sodium benzoate, sodium PCA, acetic acid and sodium chloride.

A preparation method of a plant aromatic skin care composition with an anti-aging effect comprises the following specific steps:
1) firstly, weighing raw materials according to the mass percent for later use;
2) pouring water into a sterile container, sequentially pouring other main components into the water, mixing, and stirring at 50-100r/min during pouring;
3) sealing the sterile container containing the main mixed components, heating to 45-50 ℃, keeping the temperature for 1-2h, stirring at the speed of 300-;
4) putting the weighed solid substances in the trace elements into a grinder for grinding, sieving the ground solid particles through a 100-mesh sieve for screening, re-grinding unqualified particles, and re-weighing after grinding;
5) uniformly mixing all the trace components, and keeping the room temperature until the trace components are completely mixed and no solid impurities appear;
6) pouring the mixed main component and the trace component into a sterile container at the same time for mixing, and stirring by using a stirring rod for 30-50 minutes for uniformly mixing to obtain a primary processed product;
7) sterilizing the primary processed product under ultraviolet ray with wavelength less than 300nm, and packaging.
As an improvement, the water is selected from pure water.
As an improvement, the specific method of ultraviolet sterilization in step 7) is as follows: the pre-processed product is passed through the uv sterilization apparatus in a flowing manner.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the product is mainly prepared from pure water and pure natural extracts of plants, is safer compared with the existing product, cannot generate drug resistance and other adverse reactions on the skin of people, and the prepared essence can enable the skin of a user to be glossier and has the effects of resisting aging and preventing wrinkles.

A plant aromatic skin care composition with antiaging effect comprises main component and trace component; the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5 parts of water (pure water), 2 parts of glycerol, 1 part of schizosaccharomyces fermentation lysate, 2 parts of butanediol, 2 parts of propylene glycol, 1 part of dog rose oil, 0.5 part of hydrolyzed wheat protein, 3 parts of tetrahydro-methylpyrimidine carboxylic acid, 1 part of lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 2 parts of lactose, 1 part of watermelon fruit extract, 2 parts of bisabolol, 1 part of hyaluronic acid, 1.5 parts of lentil fruit extract, 1 part of aloe vera leaf juice powder, 1 part of dendrobium officinale stem extract, 1, 2-hexanediol, 2 parts of apple fruit extract, 1 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 2 parts of lactalbumin, 1 part of betaine, 2 parts of austenitic seaweed extract, 0.2 part of dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate, 80.1 parts of acetyl hexapeptide, 10.3 parts of tridecapeptide, 0.1 part of arginine/lysine polypeptide, 0.05 part of iris fragrans extract, 0.02 part of rosewood oil, 0.02 part of hydrolyzed wheat protein, 1 part of tetrahydrochysene carboxylic acid, 1 part of lactobacillus acidophilus extract, 1 part of lactobacillus fragrans extract, 2 parts of lactobacillus fragrans extract, and the like, 0.04 part of magnolia flower oil, 0.4 part of bitter orange flower oil, 0.2 part of Vietnamese benzoin resin extract, 0.03 part of farnesol, 0.1 part of sodium lactate, 0.2 part of lactic acid, 0.4 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.06 part of carbomer, 0.6 part of caprylyl glycol, 0.3 part of sodium benzoate, 0.05 part of sodium PCA, 0.5 part of acetic acid and 1 part of sodium chloride.
The production method comprises the following specific steps:
1) firstly, weighing raw materials according to the mass percent for later use;
2) pouring water into a sterile container, sequentially pouring other main components into the water in sequence, mixing, and stirring at a stirring speed of 50r/min in the pouring process;
3) sealing the sterile container containing the main components, heating to 45 deg.C, maintaining for 1h at stirring speed of 300r/min, stirring clockwise, and cooling;
4) putting the weighed solid substances in the trace elements into a grinder for grinding, sieving the ground solid particles through a 100-mesh sieve for screening, re-grinding unqualified particles, and re-weighing after grinding;
5) uniformly mixing all the trace components, and keeping the room temperature until the trace components are completely mixed and no solid impurities appear;
6) pouring the mixed main component and the trace component into a sterile container at the same time for mixing, and stirring for 30 minutes by using a stirring rod for uniformly mixing to obtain a primary processed product;
7) the primary processed product is sterilized and disinfected under the ultraviolet ray with the wavelength of less than 300nm, and the specific method of ultraviolet sterilization comprises the following steps: allowing the pre-processed product to flow through the ultraviolet sterilization equipment, and packaging.
Example two
A plant aromatic skin care composition with antiaging effect comprises main component and trace component; the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 8 parts of water, 5 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of schizosaccharomyces fermentation product lysate, 4 parts of butanediol, 3 parts of propylene glycol, 2 parts of dog rose fruit oil, 1 part of hydrolyzed wheat protein, 5 parts of tetrahydro-methylpyrimidine carboxylic acid, 2 parts of lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 4 parts of lactose, 3 parts of watermelon fruit extract, 4 parts of bisabolol, 2 parts of hyaluronic acid, 2 parts of lentil fruit extract, 2 parts of aloe barbadensis leaf juice powder, 3 parts of dendrobium officinale stem extract, 2 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol, 3 parts of apple fruit extract, 2 parts of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 5 parts of lactalbumin, 3 parts of betaine, 5 parts of austenitic seaweed extract, 0.3 part of diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate, 80.2 parts of acetyl hexapeptide, 10.4 parts of tridecapeptide, 0.2 part of arginine/lysine polypeptide, 0.1 part of vetiver extract, 0.05 part of rosewood oil, 0.05 part of dihydrobutyrospermum japonicum oil, and a mixture of water, 0.07 part of magnolia flower oil, 1 part of bitter orange flower oil, 0.4 part of Vietnamese benzoin resin extract, 0.05 part of farnesol, 0.2 part of sodium lactate, 0.7 part of lactic acid, 0.9 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.2 part of carbomer, 1.4 parts of caprylyl glycol, 0.5 part of sodium benzoate, 0.3 part of sodium PCA, 0.8 part of acetic acid and 1.5 parts of sodium chloride.
The production method comprises the following specific steps:
1) firstly, weighing raw materials according to the mass percent for later use;
2) pouring water into a sterile container, sequentially pouring other main components into the water, mixing, and stirring at 50-100r/min during pouring;
3) sealing the sterile container containing the main components, heating to 50 deg.C, maintaining for 2 hr at 500r/min, clockwise stirring, and cooling;
4) putting the weighed solid substances in the trace elements into a grinder for grinding, sieving the ground solid particles through a 100-mesh sieve for screening, re-grinding unqualified particles, and re-weighing after grinding;
5) uniformly mixing all the trace components, and keeping the room temperature until the trace components are completely mixed and no solid impurities appear;
6) pouring the mixed main component and the trace component into a sterile container at the same time for mixing, and stirring for 50 minutes by using a stirring rod for uniformly mixing to obtain a primary processed product;
7) sterilizing the primary processed product under ultraviolet ray with wavelength less than 300nm, and packaging.
And pure water is used for water separation.
The specific method for ultraviolet sterilization in the step 7) comprises the following steps: the pre-processed product is passed through the uv sterilization apparatus in a flowing manner.
EXAMPLE III
A production method of a plant aromatic skin care composition with an anti-aging effect comprises the following specific steps:

2) pouring water into a sterile container, sequentially pouring other main components into the water in sequence, mixing, and stirring at a stirring speed of 80r/min in the pouring process;
3) sealing the sterile container containing the main components, heating to 48 deg.C, maintaining for 1.5 hr at stirring speed of 400r/min, stirring clockwise, and cooling;
4) putting the weighed solid substances in the trace elements into a grinder for grinding, sieving the ground solid particles through a 100-mesh sieve for screening, re-grinding unqualified particles, and re-weighing after grinding;
5) uniformly mixing all the trace components, and keeping the room temperature until the trace components are completely mixed and no solid impurities appear;
6) pouring the mixed main component and the trace component into a sterile container at the same time for mixing, and stirring by using a stirring rod for 30-50 minutes for uniformly mixing to obtain a primary processed product;
7) sterilizing the primary processed product under ultraviolet ray with wavelength less than 300nm, and packaging.
