EXAMPLE 4 preparation and application of wrinkle-removing anti-aging eye cream
The raw materials of the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging eye cream comprise:
phase A: water (To 100%), ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer 0.6%, butanediol 2%, glycerol 6%;
phase B: glyceryl stearate/PEG-100 stearate 1.5%, cetearyl glucoside/cetearyl alcohol 1%, hydrogenated polydecene 2%, isononyl isononanoate 3%, polydimethylsiloxane 1%;
and C phase: 0.5 percent of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
phase D: preparation example 3 of the present invention wrinkle-removing and anti-aging composition 8%;
phase E: 0.5 percent of 1, 2-hexanediol.
The preparation process of the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging eye cream comprises the following steps:
(1) adding phase A into emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 3-5 min, heating to 85 deg.C, and stirring to dissolve completely.
(2) Adding the phase B into an oil phase pot, stirring and heating to 85 ℃, and stirring until the phase B is completely dissolved;
(3) when the A, B two phases reach the designated temperature, pumping the B phase into the A phase, stirring for 5 minutes, homogenizing for 3 minutes, adding the C phase, stirring and cooling;
(4) cooling to below 45 ℃, adding D, E phases, stirring uniformly, defoaming, reporting and checking to be qualified, and filtering and discharging by using 150-mesh filter cloth to obtain the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging eye cream.
EXAMPLE 5 preparation and application of wrinkle-removing anti-aging cream
The raw materials of the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging cream comprise:
phase A: water (To 100%), carbomer 0.3%, xanthan gum 0.18%, glycerin 3%, disodium EDTA 0.01%;
phase B: glyceryl stearate/PEG-100 stearate 2%, cetearyl alcohol 2.5%, dimethicone 2.5%, neopentyl glycol diheptanoate 5%, caprylic/capric triglyceride 5%;
and C phase: 0.3 percent of arginine;
phase D: preparation example 1 of the present invention wrinkle-removing and anti-aging composition 10%;
phase E: 0.5 percent of 1, 2-hexanediol and 0.4 percent of phenoxyethanol/ethylhexyl glycerin.
The preparation process of the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging facial cream comprises the following steps:
(1) adding phase A into emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 3-5 min, heating to 85 deg.C, and stirring to dissolve completely.
(2) Adding the phase B into an oil phase pot, stirring and heating to 85 ℃, and stirring until the phase B is completely dissolved;
(3) when the A, B two phases reach the designated temperature, pumping the B phase into the A phase, stirring for 5 minutes, and homogenizing for 3 minutes;
(4) adding the phase C into an emulsifying pot, stirring for 5 minutes, preserving heat for 15 minutes, and defoaming;
(5) cooling to below 45 ℃, adding D, E phases, stirring uniformly, reporting to check, filtering and discharging by using 150-mesh filter cloth to obtain the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging face cream.
EXAMPLE 6 preparation and application of wrinkle-removing anti-aging cream
The raw materials of the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging cream comprise:
phase A: water (To 100%), carbomer 0.3%, xanthan gum 0.18%, glycerin 3%, disodium EDTA 0.01%;

(2) Adding the phase B into an oil phase pot, stirring and heating to 85 ℃, and stirring until the phase B is completely dissolved;
(3) when the A, B two phases reach the designated temperature, pumping the B phase into the A phase, stirring for 5 minutes, and homogenizing for 3 minutes;
(4) adding the phase C into an emulsifying pot, stirring for 5 minutes, preserving heat for 15 minutes, and defoaming;
(5) cooling to below 45 ℃, adding D, E phases, stirring uniformly, reporting to check, filtering and discharging by using 150-mesh filter cloth to obtain the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging face cream.
Examples of the experiments
In order to better illustrate the advantages of the invention, the safety and efficacy of the composition obtained by the invention are tested and analyzed by adopting a specific cosmetic efficacy evaluation method aiming at a series of anti-wrinkle and anti-aging products of plant-derived anti-aging extracts (including an aconite leaf cowpea seed extract, a calanthe extract and an India swertia extract which have anti-aging mechanism and anti-aging efficacy similar to retinol).
1. Wrinkle-removing and anti-aging effects
The wrinkle-removing and anti-aging composition is tested by setting six sets of schemes and is used for screening out a composition system with the best effect in the invention,
the component settings are shown in table 1 below:

The experimental method comprises the following steps:
30 testers were randomly selected and divided into 6 groups of 5. Before the test, the face is cleaned, the face is rested for 15 minutes at a fixed position, then the face area is tested by a VISIA machine of a skin tester, and the condition is recorded;
secondly, each group of testers respectively uses the essence containing the corresponding composition to massage until the essence is completely absorbed, the testers use the essence in the morning and at night every day, after using the essence for one month, a skin tester VISIA machine is used for testing the face area, and the condition is recorded.
The result is shown in fig. 1, after one month of trial, the wrinkle removing effect is better than that of other components when the essence containing the composition 1 is used, and therefore, the components of the wrinkle removing and anti-aging composition have better synergistic effect.
2. Evaluation of anti-wrinkle effect of aconite leaf cowpea seed extract
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
firstly, randomly extracting 20 testers, cleaning the face before testing, resting for 15 minutes at a fixed position, testing the facial area by using a VISIA machine of a skin tester, wherein lines in the figure show the number of wrinkles, and recording the situation;
② the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging eye cream of the embodiment 4 is smeared on the left eye, the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging eye cream of the embodiment 3 is smeared on the right eye, the eye cream is massaged until the eye cream is completely absorbed, the eye cream is used in the morning and evening every day, after one month of use, a facial area is tested by a skin tester VISIA machine, and the condition is recorded.
Results as shown in fig. 2, the fine lines of the left eye eyes were significantly reduced in comparison to the right eye eyes in the case of trial examples 3 and 4 after one month with only the aconite cowpea seed extract as a variable. The invention proves that the selected plant source anti-aging extract similar to the extract has ideal anti-wrinkle effect.
3. Evaluation of anti-wrinkle Effect of arginine/lysine polypeptide
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
firstly, randomly extracting 20 testers, cleaning the face before testing, resting for 15 minutes at a fixed position, testing the periocular region by using a skin tester VISIA machine, and recording the conditions;
secondly, the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging cream of the embodiment 6 is smeared on the left face, the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging cream of the embodiment 5 is smeared on the right face, the cream is massaged until the cream is completely absorbed, the cream is used in the morning and evening every day, after one month of use, a facial area is tested by a skin tester VISIA machine, green lines in the figure show the number of wrinkles, and the condition is recorded.
The results are shown in figure 3, and the one month post-trial examples 5 and 6 showed a significant reduction in the number of eye fine lines on the left face compared to the right face with only one variable of the arginine/lysine polypeptide. Proves that the selected arginine/lysine polypeptide has the effect of resisting wrinkles.
4. Evaluation of glycogen moisturizing Effect
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
first, 20 testers were randomly selected and divided into A, B groups of 10 testers each. Before testing, the face is cleaned, the skin is rested for 15 minutes at a fixed position, the skin is tested by using a skin moisture content tester, and data is recorded;
② the group A is applied with the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging essence liquid of the example 1, the group B is applied with the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging essence liquid of the example 2, the massage is carried out until the essence liquid is completely absorbed, the skin is tested by using a skin moisture content tester, and the data is recorded.
Data of A, B two groups of testers before and after the two groups of testers use the essence for 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours are averaged respectively, and then the moisturizing effect is evaluated through the data.
Results as shown in fig. 4, the skin hydration of the face of the test persons in group B was significantly higher than the skin hydration of the face of the test persons in group a with only glycogen for examples 1 and 2 after trial use. The glycogen selected by the scheme of the invention is proved to have ideal moisturizing effect.
5. Evaluation of antioxidant Effect of Rosemary extract
The experimental principle is as follows: DPPH assay is a simple method for screening free radical scavengers and evaluating antioxidant activity. The ethanol solution of DPPH is purple and the maximum absorption wavelength is 517 nm. When a free radical scavenger is added into the DPPH solution, the lone pair of electrons is paired, the absorption disappears or is weakened, and the solution becomes light in color and is yellow or light yellow, so that the effect of the free radical scavenger on resisting oxidation is proved.
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
preparing an experimental reagent: weighing a proper amount of DPPH, fixing the volume with absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain DPPH with the concentration of 0.1mmol/L, and storing the DPPH and the absolute ethyl alcohol solution at the temperature of 4 ℃ in a dark place;
② two test tubes are taken, and are added with the same amount of DPPH and absolute ethyl alcohol solution to be set as an experimental group, and the other test tube is set as a control group. In the test tubes of the experimental group, rosemary extract was added, shaken well and shaken well. The control group did not have any sample added.
As can be seen from FIG. 5, the color of the experimental group faded from dark purple to light yellow clear solution, which proves that the rosemary extract has antioxidant effect.

2. the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant-derived anti-aging extract includes cowpea seed extract of aconite, calanthe extract and/or swertia indica extract.
3. The wrinkle-removing and anti-aging composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the protein peptide polypeptide comprises arginine/lysine polypeptide, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, and/or acetyl hexapeptide-8.
4. The wrinkle-removing and antiaging composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the glycogen is a product obtained by enzymatic reaction of non-transgenic waxy corn starch.
5. A method for preparing the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the step of adding a selected amount of the plant-derived anti-aging extract, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, the protein peptide, rosemary extract and glycogen to water and mixing them thoroughly.
6. Use of the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4 for the preparation of a cosmetic having wrinkle-removing and anti-aging effects.
7. A wrinkle-removing and anti-aging cosmetic comprising the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, and an acceptable excipient.
8. The wrinkle-removing and anti-aging cosmetic as claimed in claim 7, wherein the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging composition is contained in the cosmetic in an amount of 1-20 wt%.
9. The wrinkle-removing and anti-aging cosmetic according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging cosmetic comprises a wrinkle-removing and anti-aging essence, a wrinkle-removing and anti-aging eye cream, a wrinkle-removing and anti-aging mask patch, a wrinkle-removing and anti-aging lotion, or a wrinkle-removing and anti-aging cream.
10. A method for preparing the wrinkle-removing and anti-aging cosmetic as defined in any one of claims 7 to 9, which comprises the steps of preparing the desired wrinkle-removing and anti-aging composition according to the method of claim 5, and preparing the selected cosmetic category according to a conventional process by adding acceptable auxiliary materials.
