Description

Composition for increasing skin elasticity and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention discloses a composition, in particular to a composition capable of improving skin elasticity, and belongs to the technical field of cosmetics.
Background
Aging is an indispensable stage in the process of any biological activity, and is a gradual, genetic factor-influenced and irreversible decline process of complex morphological structure and physiological function of the whole body along with the aging after the organism develops and matures. The skin is the largest organ of the human body, plays a role in protecting, regulating body temperature, secretion, excretion, immunity and other aspects, and is gradually aged like other organs of the human body with the age. Aged skin, characterized apparently by skin laxity and appearance of wrinkles, skin roughness at exposed parts of the body, and wrinkles deepening and thickening; abnormal epidermal structure, pigmentation, loss of skin elasticity, relaxation, etc. The number of fibroblasts in the dermis layer of aging skin gradually decreases, the ability to synthesize collagen and elastin decreases, the ratio of type I collagen to type iii collagen decreases, collagen fibers become thick, abnormal cross-linking occurs, and the aging skin is in a state of disorder arrangement.
Collagen and elastin are two important types of proteins that make up the dermis layer of the skin, and can impart strength and toughness to the extracellular matrix, and can impart elasticity and firmness to the skin. Aged skin has reduced ability to synthesize collagen and elastin, and thickened collagen fibers, resulting in reduced skin elasticity, laxity, roughness, and increased wrinkles. Therefore, collagen and elastin supplementation in the skin is an important approach to anti-aging. The collagen and the elastin can be supplemented by directly adding soluble collagen on one hand and adding active ingredients capable of promoting fibroblasts to secrete the collagen and the elastin on the other hand. Although the cosmetics containing soluble collagen have certain effects of resisting wrinkles and preserving moisture, the cosmetics only act on epidermis and are difficult to enter dermis, the effect is greatly reduced, and the problem of collagen loss can be fundamentally solved by a method of stimulating skin cells to synthesize collagen, so that the effects of durably and effectively improving skin elasticity and delaying skin aging are achieved.
Therefore, it is required to develop a composition for increasing skin elasticity by promoting skin collagen synthesis, and to apply it to cosmetics.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages, the present invention aims to provide a composition for increasing skin elasticity, which has synergistic effects of the components, can effectively promote synthesis of collagen and elastin in fibroblasts, and can improve skin relaxation, pachylosis, wrinkles, etc. when applied to cosmetics, so as to achieve the effects of increasing skin elasticity, increasing skin firmness, and delaying aging.

The Acremonium strictum extract can improve skin activity, accelerate cell regeneration, promote synthesis of collagen I in fibroblasts, efficiently reconstruct a connecting structure and increase skin firmness.
Furthermore, in the composition for increasing skin elasticity, the polyalcohol is one or the combination of two of glycerin, butanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol.
Furthermore, the weight ratio of the aconitum carmichaeli seed extract to the wild soybean seed extract in the composition for improving skin elasticity is 2: 1.
Furthermore, the weight ratio of the jujube fruit extract to the Japanese evening primrose flower extract in the composition for improving skin elasticity is 1: 1.

phase E: 0.6% of caprylhydroxamic acid// 1, 2-hexanediol// 1, 3-propanediol, 0.2% of perfume, 0.6% of PPG-26-Butanethole-26// PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil// water.
The preparation methods of the above emulsions 1-5 and comparative emulsions 1-4 were as follows:
heating the phase A material to 80-82 ℃, adding the phase B material which is uniformly mixed in advance, homogenizing at a medium speed until the phase B material is completely and uniformly dispersed, preserving the heat for 15min, and stirring and cooling;
cooling the mixed solution in the step I to 40-45 ℃, sequentially adding the C-phase material and the pre-mixed uniformly D-phase material, uniformly stirring, continuously adding the pre-mixed uniformly E-phase material, and stirring until the mixture is clear and transparent;
sampling, and discharging after the detection is qualified.
(2) The test method comprises the following steps: 50 volunteers with obvious wrinkles and no damage to healthy skin are screened, wherein 35 women and 15 men are randomly divided into 10 groups, and 5 volunteers in each group are used as test persons, wherein the volunteers are 30-50 years old and have obvious wrinkles on the face and no damage to healthy skin. The subjects used the samples once a day, morning and evening, with a 4 week test period, and all subjects were prescribed 0.8g of test sample per time. During the experiment, the subject was not able to apply any other cosmetic product at the experimental site.
Data acquisition was performed using a skin elasticity meter mpo 580 for the non-use, week 2, and week 4, respectively, with the test site being the forehead and the probe repeatedly measuring 3 times in the same area under test during measurement, and an average was taken. The test parameter is R2 (the ratio of the springback amount Ua of the skin without negative pressure to the maximum stretching amount Uf with negative pressure), the closer R2 is to 1, the better the elasticity of the skin, and the average rate of change (%) of R2 ═ 100% (n-th cycle R2 value-0-th cycle R2 value)/0-th cycle R2 value). The test results are shown in table 3.
Table 3 skin elasticity test results
Figure BDA0002604462130000101
The experimental results in table 3 show that the change rate of the skin elasticity R2 value gradually increases with the extension of the experimental period, and the change rate of the skin elasticity R2 value is obviously superior to that of the comparative example essence after the essence prepared by the composition of the invention is continuously used for 4 weeks, which indicates that the skin elasticity and firmness can be obviously enhanced and the effects of improving skin relaxation and wrinkles can be achieved by reasonably compounding the aconite leaf cowpea seed extract, the wild soybean seed extract, the date fruit extract, the palmitoyl tripeptide-5, the japanese evening primrose flower extract and the leptochloa extract. The emulsion 5 enables the change rate of the skin elasticity R2 value to reach the maximum value, which shows that when the aconite leaf cowpea seed extract, the wild soybean seed extract, the jujube fruit extract and the Japanese evening primrose flower extract are respectively compounded at a specific ratio, the composition has the best effect of improving the skin elasticity and enables the skin to be more youthful.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
