Wherein, glycerol, butanediol, carbomer, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, acetylated sodium hyaluronate, sorbitol and sterile distilled water are mixed and added into a stirring pot, heated to 80 ℃, and stirred to be completely dissolved to prepare phase A; simultaneously adding ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, tocopherol acetate and hydrogenated lecithin into a stirring pot, and heating to 80 ℃ to obtain a phase B; and finally, adding the phase B into the phase A, emulsifying and homogenizing for 10min, cooling to 37 ℃, adding polyquaternium, uniformly stirring, adding the placenta active substance, the lycopene fermentation extract, the grape seed essential oil and 1, 2-pentanediol, fully and uniformly stirring, and discharging to obtain the anti-aging mask.
Example 2
An anti-aging mask comprises the following components: 4% of butanediol, 1% of glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1% of placenta active substance, 10% of lycopene fermentation extract, 1% of grape seed essential oil, 0.1% of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, 0.05% of hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, 0.01% of sodium hyaluronate acetylated, 0.05% of polyquaternary ammonium salt, 0.01% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.05% of tocopherol acetate, 0.01% of hydrogenated lecithin, 0.04% of sorbitol, 1% of carbomer, and the balance of sterile distilled water.
Wherein, glycerol, butanediol, carbomer, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, acetylated sodium hyaluronate, sorbitol and sterile distilled water are mixed and added into a stirring pot, heated to 85 ℃, and stirred to be completely dissolved to prepare phase A; simultaneously adding ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, tocopherol acetate and hydrogenated lecithin into a stirring pot, and heating to 85 ℃ to obtain a phase B; and finally, adding the phase B into the phase A, emulsifying and homogenizing for 10min, cooling to 35 ℃, adding polyquaternium, uniformly stirring, adding the placenta active substance, the lycopene fermentation extract, the grape seed essential oil and 1, 2-pentanediol, fully and uniformly stirring, and discharging to obtain the anti-aging mask.
Other technical features are the same as those of embodiment 1, and are not described in detail herein.
Example 3
An anti-aging mask comprises the following components: 1% of butanediol, 8% of glycerol, 4% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 2% of placenta active substances, 6% of lycopene fermentation extract, 4% of grape seed essential oil, 0.05% of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, 0.01% of hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, 0.05% of sodium hyaluronate acylate, 0.02% of polyquaternary ammonium salt, 0.1% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.02% of tocopherol acetate, 0.06% of hydrogenated lecithin, 0.08% of sorbitol, 0.5% of carbomer, and the balance of sterile distilled water.
Wherein, glycerol, butanediol, carbomer, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, acetylated sodium hyaluronate, sorbitol and sterile distilled water are mixed and added into a stirring pot, heated to 70 ℃, and stirred to be completely dissolved to prepare phase A; simultaneously adding ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, tocopherol acetate and hydrogenated lecithin into a stirring pot, and heating to 70 ℃ to obtain a phase B; and finally, adding the phase B into the phase A, emulsifying and homogenizing for 10min, cooling to 40 ℃, adding polyquaternium, uniformly stirring, adding the placenta active substance, the lycopene fermentation extract, the grape seed essential oil and 1, 2-pentanediol, fully and uniformly stirring, and discharging to obtain the anti-aging mask.
Other technical features are the same as those of embodiment 1, and are not described in detail herein.
Example 4
In this example, the facial mask composition prepared in example 1 was added to a culture medium at a final weight ratio of 3% to serve as an experimental group, human primary dermal fibroblasts were cultured and cultured until generation P4, and then synthetic content of collagen and hyaluronic acid in the human primary dermal fibroblasts was measured by ELISA as a time-dependent graph and evaluated after 12 hours, 24 hours, 36 hours, and 48 hours of treatment, and the results are shown in fig. 1 and 2; wherein the control group is supplemented with equal amount of common human primary dermal fibroblast cell culture medium. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, after the mask composition is added to the culture solution, the generation of type I collagen and hyaluronic acid is gradually increased, indicating that the mask disclosed by the present invention can promote the synthesis of collagen and hyaluronic acid.
Example 5
This example was performed on 20 volunteers using the mask prepared in example 1 and skin moisture was measured. The specific steps are 20 volunteers, female, age 40, and healthy body and skin condition, and 10 people apply facial mask containing 0.8% of the composition to face 2 times after cleaning face every day for 4 weeks, and perform skin moisture test every week. 10 people wash the face daily, which is a control group. The skin humidity results of the experiment are measured by a CUK skin tester and skin humidity change, and the data are counted, the results are shown in fig. 3, in two groups of volunteers, the initial humidity is not obviously different (day 0), in the following weeks, the skin humidity and the initial period of a control group are slightly reduced, but the skin humidity of the face of the volunteer using the composition mask is obviously improved compared with the initial state and is also improved compared with the volunteer of the control group at the corresponding time, so that the mask has the function of keeping the skin moisture.
Example 6
This example was conducted on 20 volunteers using the mask prepared in example 1, and skin elasticity was measured. The specific steps are 20 volunteers, female, age 40, healthy body and skin, and 10 people apply facial mask containing 0.8% of the composition to face 2 times after cleaning face every day for 4 weeks, and perform skin elasticity test every week. 10 people wash the face daily, which is a control group. The skin elasticity result of the experiment is detected by a German MPA580 elasticity tester, the change of the skin elasticity after the cosmetics are used is inspected by testing the size of the recovery deformation of the skin, and the anti-aging efficacy index is evaluated to be an elasticity index R2, namely the ratio of the rebound quantity of the skin without negative pressure to the maximum stretching quantity with negative pressure is closer to 1, which indicates that the skin elasticity is better and the anti-aging effect is more obvious, the statistics is carried out by Prism5, the result is shown in figure 4, the initial elasticity index of two groups of volunteers is not obviously different (day 0), the skin elasticity and the initial period of a control group are not obviously changed in the following weeks, and the facial elasticity of the volunteer using the composition mask is obviously improved compared with the initial state and is also improved compared with the volunteer of the control group with the corresponding time.
The invention provides an anti-aging mask, which utilizes animal placenta active substances and a lycopene fermentation extract as main components, directly applies lycopene to a mask product, contains abundant yeast nutritional active substances such as small molecular peptides, free amino acids, vitamins, nucleotides and the like, and has the nutritional property of yeast degradation products and the antioxidant property of lycopene; meanwhile, other components of the facial mask are matched according to a specific proportion, the technical obstacle that lycopene cannot be applied to skin care products due to solubility is solved, multiple functional components are mutually blended and cooperated, and can well penetrate through the surface layer of skin to be absorbed, so that the moisture content of the skin can be improved, the nutrition of the skin can be supplemented, and the effects of stimulating the growth of skin cells, accelerating metabolism, stimulating the proliferation of skin cells, resisting oxidation and resisting aging are further achieved.

Claims (4)

1. An anti-aging mask is characterized by comprising the following components: 1-4% of butanediol, 1-8% of glycerol, 1-4% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 2-5% of placenta active substances, 6-10% of lycopene fermentation extract, 1-4% of grape seed essential oil, 0.05-0.1% of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, 0.01-0.05% of hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, 0.01-0.05% of sodium acetylated hyaluronate, 0.02-0.05% of polyquaternium, 0.01-0.1% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.02-0.05% of tocopherol acetate, 0.01-0.06% of hydrogenated lecithin, 0.04-0.08% of sorbitol, 0.5-1% of carbomer and the balance of sterile distilled water.
2. The anti-aging mask as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components: 2-4% of butanediol, 5-8% of glycerol, 2-4% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 3-5% of placenta active matter, 6-8% of lycopene fermentation extract, 2-4% of grape seed essential oil, 0.05-0.08% of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, 0.01-0.03% of hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, 0.02-0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.02-0.04% of polyquaternary ammonium salt, 0.05-0.1% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.02-0.04% of tocopherol acetate, 0.03-0.06% of hydrogenated lecithin, 0.05-0.08% of sorbitol, 0.8-1% of carbomer, and the balance of sterile distilled water.
3. The mask according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the lycopene fermentation extract is obtained by fermenting raw tomato juice to obtain a fermentation broth, and performing enzymolysis on the fermentation broth by using pectinase and cellulase.
4. The anti-aging mask according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the placenta used by the placenta active substance is a healthy placenta of a full-term mammal, and the access sites are an amniotic membrane and a chorion of the placenta, wherein the weight ratio of the amniotic membrane to the chorion is 1: 5-10.
