Volatile active components in the mask can still maintain the activity of the mask under the conditions of high humidity, high temperature and oxygen enrichment, and can not be damaged and inactivated due to severe environment. The detection data of a third-party organization show that the volatile active components of the material body on the film cloth are still active after being heated in oxygen. When in use, the essence is squeezed into a membrane cloth for soaking, volatile active components are quickly dissolved at a speed which is easy to be seen by naked eyes, and the essence is immediately used (being prepared for use).
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a facial mask and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a facial mask for solidifying high-efficiency volatile active ingredients on a mask cloth and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, in the market of cosmetics, products of a facial mask are roughly divided into three forms, wherein the vast majority of products adopt a form that essence directly soaks a mask cloth, and the other two forms are a pure dry cloth form and a film-liquid separation form. Since some high-efficacy ingredients are extremely unstable in aqueous solution and cause decomposition and inactivation of the ingredients for a long time, masks containing such ingredients are mostly used in a pure dry cloth form or a membrane-liquid separation form.
For example, chinese patent CN201510311921.4 discloses an electrochemical preparation method of a mask coating polymer, which comprises the steps of carrying out charging treatment on a polymer, coating the polymer on a mask body under a set electrifying condition, and finally drying. The patent only provides a method for manufacturing the dry cloth mask by using the polymer adhesive film cloth, has no active matter and no effect, and has low mass production feasibility and low safety factor because the material body needs to be electrified in the preparation process.
Chinese patent No. cn201811314382.X discloses a rejuvenating freeze-dried facial mask, which is prepared by a low-temperature freeze-drying technique, and cannot be stored for a long time in a high-temperature environment, and the storage environment needs to be kept dry because freeze-drying cannot guarantee whether the components will absorb water and decompose subsequently.
Chinese patent application CN202011106693.4 discloses a sectional care type facial film and a process thereof, which comprises the following steps: dividing a facial mask into areas; corresponding blade coating rollers are specified in different areas; coating the care solution in the corresponding area; fourthly, drying or freeze-drying the film cloth coated with the care solution at the temperature below 85 ℃; and fifthly, blanking and packaging. The application preparation does not determine whether the care solution contains easily inactivated components or not, and the product has no visual dissolution effect.
Chinese patent application 202010166416.6 discloses a dry-wet separation facial mask bag, which comprises a wet area for storing facial mask liquid and a dry area for storing facial mask paper, wherein an isolation mechanism is arranged between the wet area and the dry area. The facial mask paper placed in the wet area of this application is free of active ingredients, which are present in the facial mask solution. If the easily inactivated components are present in the facial mask solution for a long time, the easily inactivated components will be inactivated in a shorter time.
Chinese patent application CN202110543428.0 discloses a freeze-drying facial mask freeze-drying method for efficiently keeping facial mask activity, wherein vacuum pumping is required to be carried out in a nitrogen environment in the packaging process of a dry cloth facial mask so as to carry out oxygen-avoiding treatment, and the product is easy to oxidize and inactivate when meeting oxygen. Because the vacuum pumping is carried out in the nitrogen environment, the production cost is relatively high.
For another example, chinese patent application CN202011554058.2 discloses a self-response hydrogel active facial mask and a preparation method thereof, which comprises a dry chamber and a wet chamber, wherein the dry chamber is used for placing self-response hydrogel membrane cloth, and the wet chamber is used for placing facial mask liquid. Wherein, the membrane cloth is made of active ingredients, base cloth and responsive fiber. Although the active ingredients are also present in the membrane cloth, the dry chamber can ensure that the active ingredients are kept dry before use to avoid degradation and inactivation due to water, but the active ingredients cannot be stored in a high-temperature environment for a long time, the high-temperature environment can still inactivate the active ingredients, and the active ingredients are still prepared by a freeze-drying process, which indicates that the heat resistance and the viability of the ingredients are insufficient.
Therefore, in the prior art, the freeze drying technology is adopted to freeze and dry the components which are easy to inactivate, so that the production cost is relatively high; or direct heat drying technology is adopted, and the residual activity is questioned under the premise of no protective measures; or placed directly in the mask fluid, with very low residual activity.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a facial mask and a preparation process thereof, which can keep the activity of high-efficacy and easily inactivated components for a long time, ensure that the facial mask can still be stable in high-humidity, oxygen-rich and high-temperature environments, ensure the use efficacy and be convenient to use and store; meanwhile, the active ingredients can be rapidly dissolved at a speed visible to the naked eye, and good effects of vision and practical use are brought, so that the active ingredients can well attract consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a facial mask containing high-efficiency components easy to inactivate and a preparation method thereof, wherein the active components in the facial mask are easy to store, do not need freeze-drying, have low energy consumption and low cost, still have activity in a severe environment, can be quickly dissolved to play a role when meeting essence, can be prepared at high efficiency and low cost, and have feasibility of quantitative production.
In one aspect, to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a mask pack for solidifying an easily-deactivated ingredient on a mask cloth, the mask pack including a mask cloth and an essence, wherein a body containing an easily-deactivated ingredient is solidified on the mask cloth, the body including:
1-40 parts by weight of water-soluble protective component, preferably 10-40 parts by weight of water-soluble protective component, wherein the protective component is natural monosaccharide, disaccharide, polysaccharide, alkaloid or combination thereof;
0.00001-5 parts by weight of volatile active ingredient;
0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a lower polyol;
0.1-2 parts by weight of a thickener;
wherein the water-soluble protective component used has an average molecular weight of each component of 50 to 5000, preferably 80 to 3000, more preferably 100 to 500; these protective components preferably have a high glass transition temperature, for example above 45 ℃; the volatile active component is a component which easily loses its activity or most of its activity completely when meeting oxygen, light, water and heat.
In the present invention, the body is cured to the membrane cloth by a low-temperature air drying dehydration process for a short time. Although the endothermic process exists, the material body contains a large amount of protective components (monosaccharides, disaccharides, polysaccharides, alkaloids or a combination thereof of natural sources), which surround the volatile active components, the high glass transition temperature characteristic of the protective components can well protect the activity of the components which are easy to inactivate in the endothermic process, and simultaneously, the low hygroscopicity, the stability and the safety of the monosaccharides, disaccharides, polysaccharides and alkaloids of natural sources can prevent the material body from being affected with moisture after drying, and can effectively prevent the volatile active components from being inactivated due to oxygen, water and light.
In the mask with volatile active ingredients solidified on the mask cloth, the volatile active ingredients used are low in effective concentration and obvious in effect, but have high requirements on storage environment and are not easy to store. These volatile active ingredients are generally high efficacy ingredients.
In the mask pack of the present invention in which the volatile active ingredient is fixed on the mask cloth, the raw materials of natural origin include natural raw materials and natural raw materials (referred to as derivatives of natural or organic ingredients) which are chemically modified or biologically treated, and the like, wherein the treatment methods include enzyme treatment, microbial treatment, and chemical treatment methods such as amidation, esterification, hydration, condensation, saccharification, oxidation, reduction, hydrolysis, ion exchange, and the like.
The natural raw materials refer to components obtained from plants, animals and microorganisms, and can be processed by the following methods: physical methods such as crushing, drying, distillation; fermenting; other methods, including traditional processes (e.g., extraction using solvents), do not intentionally alter their chemical structure.
In addition, in the present invention, plants include fungi and algae; the components obtained from the transgenic plants belong to natural components; components extracted from petrochemical fuels, such as petroleum and coal, do not belong to natural components; "natural" in natural and organic cosmetics does not refer to a natural smell, color or taste.
In the present invention, the monosaccharide of natural origin used should be a monosaccharide of four or more carbons, such as erythrose, threose, arabinose, ribose, xylose, lyxose, glucose, mannose, fructose, galactose, etc. of a four-carbon sugar; the adopted natural disaccharide can be sucrose, lactose, maltose, trehalose, etc.; the range of natural polysaccharide is wider, but because the molecular weight is too large, and some polysaccharides have poor water solubility, chitosan, amylose, glucan and the like with smaller molecular weight are generally selected; natural alkaloid can be betaine.
In the mask of the invention, the natural monosaccharide, disaccharide, polysaccharide, alkaloid or a composition thereof is used, mainly because of low molecular weight and good water solubility, and because of factors such as stability, safety, low hygroscopicity and high glass transition temperature, the mask can be used as a good protective agent for volatile active ingredients to prevent the activity of the volatile active ingredients from generating great loss in the process of curing the volatile active ingredients on the mask cloth.
In the mask pack of the present invention in which the volatile active ingredient is solidified on the film cloth, the protective ingredient used must be an ingredient that does not denature during the solidification of the material body to the film cloth, and preferred protective ingredients may be: erythrose, threose, arabinose, ribose, xylose, lyxose, glucose, sorbose, mannose, fructose, galactose, sucrose, lactose, maltose, trehalose, betaine, chitosan, amylose, dextran, or a combination thereof; more preferred protective components may be: erythrose, xylose, lyxose, glucose, sorbose, fructose, sucrose, trehalose, betaine, chitosan, amylose, dextran, or a combination thereof; further preferred protective components may be: glucose, sorbose, trehalose, betaine, chitosan, dextran, or combinations thereof.
As a specific embodiment, the protective component may include:
10-40 parts by weight of trehalose;
5-35 parts by weight of betaine; or
20-40 parts by weight of glucose.
In this embodiment, trehalose is used which has good water solubility, stability, safety, low hygroscopicity and high glass transition temperature, betaine is used which has enhanced stress resistance, salt resistance, alkali resistance and antistatic properties and good compatibility, and glucose is used which has long-term medical application validation and is highly safe.
In the mask pack of the present invention in which volatile active ingredients are cured on the mask cloth, the volatile active ingredients used may be one or more of the following groups: the vitamin C and the derivatives thereof have high-efficiency anti-inflammatory and brightening effects, but the vitamin C and the derivatives thereof are easy to yellow after preheating and are easy to hydrolyze and lose efficacy; vitamin A and its derivatives can promote collagen synthesis, but can be easily destroyed by exposure to heat, light or air; the vitamin B12 has good anti-inflammatory repair function, but is easy to damage by heat and unstable by light; astaxanthin has excellent oxidation resistance, but is easy to inactivate by heat and unstable by light; biological polypeptide such as blue copper peptide, hexapeptide, conopeptide and the like has multiple effects of repairing, resisting wrinkles and the like, but can be easily damaged and inactivated when heated.
For example, for a mask of the present invention in which volatile active ingredients are cured on a mask cloth, the volatile active ingredients used may include:
0.1-10 parts by weight of vitamin C and its derivatives;
0.1-5 parts by weight of vitamin A and its derivatives;
0.001-0.1 parts by weight of vitamin B12;
0.00001-1 parts by weight of astaxanthin; or
0.00001-0.05 weight parts of biological polypeptide.
In the mask with volatile active ingredients solidified on the mask cloth, a thickening agent is generally required to be added when a material body is prepared, and the thickening agent has the function of ensuring that the material body has certain viscosity so as to well control the coating amount in the coating process; in order to disperse the thickener, it is generally necessary to add a lower polyol to the body to facilitate dissolution of the thickener into the water. Wherein, the thickening agent can be one or more than one selected from the following group: sclerotium rolfsii gum, xanthan gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan and the like; the lower polyol may be one or more selected from the group consisting of: glycerin, butylene glycol, hexylene glycol, propylene glycol, pentylene glycol, and the like.
In fact, when the mask is used, the body solidified on the mask cloth is dissolved by the essence, and the components in the body can participate in the skin repairing process. For example, the lower polyol in the body may act both as a dispersant when the body is prepared and as a humectant when the mask is in use: wherein the used glycerin can keep the skin soft and elastic, is not damaged by dust, climate and the like and is dry, and plays a role in preventing frostbite of the skin; the used butanediol has good moisture retention; the used hexanediol has good dispersibility; the used propylene glycol can assist water molecules to dissolve dirt on the face, so that the skin is prevented from being dried quickly during makeup removal, and active ingredients of cosmetics can be helped to permeate into the skin; the used pentanediol can play the roles of an emollient and a humectant, has the functions of moisturizing the skin and preserving the moisture while preserving the corrosion, can improve the skin feel of the product, and has the problems of mildness, no stimulation and the like.
As a specific embodiment, for the mask pack of the present invention in which the volatile active ingredient is cured on the mask cloth, the lower polyhydric alcohol used may include:
2-8 parts by weight of glycerol;
1-10 parts by weight of butanediol;
0.1 to 1 part by weight of hexanediol;
0.5-5 parts by weight of propylene glycol; or

0.2-2 parts by weight of xanthan gum;
0.1-1.5 parts by weight of a cellulose gum; or
0.1-2 parts of carrageenan.
In the mask of the present invention in which volatile active ingredients are cured on the mask cloth, the essence used may be substantially similar to the essence used in other forms of masks, but the ingredients of the body that have been cured on the mask cloth should be considered together. For example, the essence of the mask of the present invention may include the following ingredients:
0.5-40 parts by weight of a humectant;
0.02-5 parts by weight of a thickener;
0.01-1 part by weight of a preservative;
