Description

Microcoagulation bead skin care product and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care products, in particular to a microcoagulation bead skin care product and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin care product is used for protecting skin, and can improve the texture of the skin, thereby playing a great role in improving the spirit and image of people.
Moisturizing and moisturizing are the most basic functions of the skin care product, and skin dryness can lead the horny layer on the surface to be easy to fall off, so that the skin is tight, and the skin problem can be effectively improved by supplementing the moisture to the skin through the skin care product.
The moisturizing is realized mainly by absorbing the water-based components in the skin care product by the skin so as to supplement the moisture of the skin, forming a protective barrier by the oily components and reducing the water loss, therefore, the moisturizing skin care product usually comprises an aqueous phase component and an oil phase component, and the aqueous phase component and the oil phase component are coated on the surface of the skin according to a certain proportion so as to better play the efficacy, therefore, the aqueous phase component and the oil phase component in the skin care product are matched according to a certain proportion and uniformly dispersed, and the water and the oil are incompatible, therefore, the prior skin care product is usually mixed with the water and the oil by adding an emulsifying agent.
However, after the emulsifier is added, water and oil are combined, so that when the skin care product is coated on skin, the water and oil are simultaneously contacted with the skin, an emulsifying system is damaged due to the action of external force in the smearing process, the water phase and the oil phase are absorbed by the skin in a quite random sequence, and when the oil phase is absorbed firstly, the water phase is difficult to permeate into the skin to obstruct the absorption of the water phase, a large amount of water phase components are not necessarily absorbed by the skin and are evaporated, the moisturizing effect cannot be exerted to the greatest extent, and the persistence of the skin moisture is more general, so that the improvement space is provided.

A skin care product which differs from example 2 only in that:
the castor oil/IPDI copolymer, the tri (ethylhexanoate) glycerol ester and the Begonia seed oil are replaced by the caprylic acid/capric acid triglyceride in an equivalent way.
Comparative example 4
A skin care product which differs from example 2 only in that:
equal amounts of tri (ethylhexanoate) is used to replace castor oil/IPDI copolymer, caprylic/capric triglyceride, and white pool seed oil.
Comparative example 5
A skin care product which differs from example 2 only in that:
equivalent replacement of castor oil/IPDI copolymer, caprylic/capric triglyceride, and Tri (ethylhexanoate) ester with Beta seed oil.
Experiment 1
The physical form of the skin care product of each comparative example was observed.
Experiment 2
The skin care products of the micro-gel beads of each example and the skin care products of the comparative example 1 were used after the face was cleaned by a plurality of volunteers, and the skin care products of the micro-gel beads or the skin care products were uniformly applied to the face by applying massage for one minute.
Before the skin care product or skin care product is used, the skin moisture content is detected by a skin moisture meter CM825 after the face is cleaned, and after the skin care product or skin care product is used for 2h, 12h and 24h respectively, the skin moisture content is detected by the skin moisture meter CM825 again.
The specific test data for experiment 1 are detailed in table 2.
The specific test data for experiment 2 are detailed in table 3.
TABLE 2
Physical form
Example 1 The microbeads are uniformly distributed in the water phase, and the microbeads and the water phase are transparent
Example 2 The microbeads are uniformly distributed in the water phase, and the microbeads and the water phase are transparent
Example 3 The microbeads are uniformly distributed in the water phase, and the microbeads and the water phase are transparent
Example 4 The microbeads are uniformly distributed in the water phase, and the microbeads and the water phase are transparent
Comparative example 1 The aqueous phase forms a turbid suspension system without gel beads
Comparative example 2 Layering of water and oil, no gel beads
Comparative example 3 Layering of water and oil, no gel beads
Comparative example 4 Layering of water and oil, no gel beads
Comparative example 5 Layering of water and oil, no gel beads
As can be seen from the data in table 2, the addition of an emulsifier to the aqueous phase results in an increase in the compatibility of the oil phase with the aqueous phase, thus achieving a water-oil miscibility and failure of the oil phase to form globules.
When castor oil/IPDI copolymer, caprylic/capric triglyceride, triglyceride (ethylhexanoic acid) or white pool flower seed oil are singly adopted in the oil phase, the oil phase cannot form a beading, and forms a water-oil layered state, and only when the castor oil/IPDI copolymer, caprylic/capric triglyceride, triglyceride (ethylhexanoic acid) and white pool flower seed oil are compounded, the oil phase can form the beading in the water phase.
TABLE 3 Table 3
According to the data in Table 3, the oil phase of the skin care product of examples 1-4 forms micro-beads, when the skin care product is applied, the water phase and the oil phase are absorbed by the skin, then the micro-beads are gradually broken in the application process to release the oil phase, so that the oil phase covers the skin surface, the moisturizing effect of the skin care product of the micro-beads is extremely exerted, the durability of the moisturizing effect is greatly prolonged, and the skin care product of comparative example 1 is mixed with oil and water due to the addition of the emulsifier, so that the skin care product is random in the absorption sequence of the water phase and the oil phase by the skin, the skin can not absorb the water phase substances before covering the oil phase substances, the moisturizing effect is exerted more generally, and particularly the durability of the moisturizing is obviously reduced.
The present embodiment is merely illustrative of the present application and is not intended to be limiting, and those skilled in the art, after having read the present specification, may make modifications to the present embodiment without creative contribution as required, but is protected by patent laws within the scope of the claims of the present application.
