Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of makeup removing products, and discloses a nano micro-emulsified makeup removing emulsion and a preparation method thereof, wherein the nano micro-emulsified makeup removing emulsion comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 5.0-10.0 percent of triglyceride, 3.0-5.0 percent of olive oil, 4.0-8.0 percent of cetyl ethylhexanoate, 15.0-20.0 percent of microemulsion, 15.0-23.0 percent of glycerol, 10.0-15.0 percent of butanediol, 3.0-6.0 percent of skin cleanser, 0.05-0.15 percent of tocopherol acetate, 0.01-0.05 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 0.3-0.45 percent of preservative, 0.10-0.20 percent of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.20-0.5 percent of octyl glycol, 0.01-0.05 percent of citric acid, 0.02-0.1 percent of sodium citrate, 0.05-0.10 percent of essence and the balance of deionized water. According to the invention, the oil dirt and pigment of the waterproof cosmetic are dissolved by the oil with the nanometer particle size, the dissolved oil dirt is removed by selecting the mild cleaning components, the makeup removing effect is thorough, no residue is left, the irritation is low, the cleanser is not required to be cleaned again, the effects of moisturizing and nourishing the skin are achieved, the manufacturing method is easy to realize, and the large-scale mass production can be realized.

Technical Field

Background
With the increasing living standard of people, in the current social etiquette, female makeup and makeup is respected by others, and more women begin to pay attention to their own makeup. a nano micro-emulsified makeup removing lotion comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 5.0-10.0 percent of triglyceride, 3.0-5.0 percent of olive oil, 4.0-8.0 percent of cetyl ethylhexanoate, 15.0-20.0 percent of microemulsion, 15.0-23.0 percent of glycerol, 10.0-15.0 percent of butanediol, 3.0-6.0 percent of skin cleanser, 0.05-0.15 percent of tocopherol acetate, 0.01-0.05 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 0.3-0.45 percent of preservative, 0.10-0.20 percent of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.20-0.5 percent of octyl glycol, 0.01-0.05 percent of citric acid, 0.02-0.1 percent of sodium citrate, 0.05-0.10 percent of essence and the balance of deionized water.
Triglyceride is also called as triisocaprylic glyceride, is a weak-polarity emollient, has extremely light, quick, dry and comfortable skin feel, can reduce greasy feel of an emulsion system, has good spreadability, good air permeability, lower cloud point of a product, good frost resistance and good low-temperature performance, can improve the frost resistance of cosmetics, and has good hydrolytic stability, silicone oil compatibility and good compatibility.
The olive fruit oil is a natural skin-moistening oil, can deeply nourish the skin, has fragrant and elegant fragrance, and presents excellent ductility on the skin, so that the olive fruit oil becomes an ideal carrier of a skin care product, and can improve the moisturizing performance of the emulsion.
The cetyl ethylhexanoate is a new product for replacing natural squalane, is an emollient with particularly excellent waterproof performance, has the characteristics of good air permeability and spreadability, is not sticky and greasy, has the thickening effect, and can moisten and soften skin.
Glycerol, also known as glycerol, is soft and moisture-retaining and can be used as a make-up remover and a lubricant. Glycerol has a water-absorbing effect, and is used in the invention to absorb water molecules in the air, so that the stratum corneum of the skin covered by the glycerol is kept moist.

The composition has good effects in moisturizing and maintaining connective tissues, and protecting skin from ultraviolet rays, and can soften skin touch and retain skin moisture, promote wound healing, prevent inflammation, prevent skin from rough and chapped, improve black spots, and has a low safety risk index, thus being widely used.

The ethylhexyl glycerin has the functions of moisturizing, antibacterial property and strong stability, is often used as a solvent or an additive, can improve the moisturizing effect of the product, and has the effect of smoothing skin. The components can also enhance conventional antiseptic such as phenoxyethanol, methylisothiazolinone, methylparaben, etc., reduce the amount of these components in the product, and increase the safety of the product.
The caprylyl glycol is a good humectant, has a bacteriostatic function, can play a role in moisturizing and softening, and achieves the effects of mildness and corrosion prevention.
The citric acid is extracted from lemon, belongs to one of fruit acids, can be used as an acid-base regulator, can also be used as a natural preservative, is an important substance essential for citric acid circulation in a human body, can accelerate cutin renewal, is beneficial to melanin peeling in the skin, makes pores thin and blackheads dissolved, can play a role in moisturizing and whitening the skin, and is beneficial to improving the conditions of skin black spots, roughness and the like.
The sodium citrate is also called sodium citrate, is mainly used for adjusting the pH value of the invention and can resist oxidation and corrosion.
Further measures taken are: the microemulsion is selected from one or more of PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate, PEG-20 glyceryl isostearate or polysorbate-20.
PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate can be used as a microemulsion, is clear like crystal, is mild and mild to skin, is easy to clean, does not leave greasy residues, and can bring new vigor, smoothness and soft touch to skin.
The PEG-20 glyceryl isostearate contains vitamin E, and has good antioxidant effect. Can be applied to dry and wet makeup removing emulsion taking water as a matrix in cosmetics, and is a non-limiting micro-emulsifier.

The further measures are as follows: the preservative is selected from 0.2-0.3% of phenoxyethanol and/or 0.10-0.15% of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate.
The phenoxyethanol has slightly aromatic odor, is stable at the temperature of below 80 ℃, has stable and effective pH value of 3-10, and can be compatible with an anionic surfactant and a cationic surfactant. The mechanism of phenoxyethanol preservation is to cause the loss of permeability of microbial membranes, leading to the exudation of cell contents and the loss of energy generated by electron power. Mainly inhibits bacteria, and is usually compounded with short-chain p-hydroxybenzoate esters, such as methyl ester, propyl ester, or polyalcohol, etc., so as to achieve broad-spectrum antibacterial effect.
The methylparaben is used as a preservative of parabens, has strong antibacterial effect on mould and yeast, and mainly plays an antibacterial role by destroying cell membranes of microorganisms, denaturing proteins in cells and inhibiting the activity of cell respiratory enzymes and a transfer enzyme system. The H on the phenolic hydroxyl in the molecule can generate weak ionization, and the antibacterial effect of the H is influenced by the concentration of the H in the system, so that the p-hydroxybenzoate can play a better role in antisepsis in a slightly acidic environment. s3: mixing methyl p-hydroxybenzoate and butanediol, heating to about 70 ℃ for dissolving, then sequentially adding glycerol, ethylhexyl glycerol, caprylyl glycol and phenoxyethanol, mixing, and stirring at 300-600 rpm for more than 15 minutes;
s4: slowly pouring the S2 mixture into the S3 material while stirring, and uniformly stirring;
s5: and continuously stirring the S1 material at 500-800 rpm, slowly pouring S4 into S1, continuously stirring, slowly cooling to 45 ℃, adding essence, continuously stirring for more than 15 minutes, and cooling to below 40 ℃.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: in S2, the stirring is continued for 25 to 35 minutes, preferably for 30 minutes.
The use method of the invention comprises the following steps: taking out a proper amount of the makeup removing lotion, uniformly smearing the makeup removing lotion on the part to be cleaned, slightly massaging the part, and then washing the part to be cleaned by water.

The nano micro-emulsion makeup removing emulsion integrates the advantages of makeup removing oil and makeup removing water, realizes the retention of transparent liquid appearance and texture, has the makeup removing effect of an oil makeup removing product and the refreshing and non-sticky use experience of an aqueous makeup removing product, is different from a common large-particle-size emulsion makeup removing product, has the emulsion particle size reaching the nano level, can thoroughly clean lasting makeup, and is easy to realize and capable of realizing large-scale mass production.

A. mixing PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate, PEG-20 glyceryl isostearate, polysorbate-20, PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides, olive oil PEG-7 ester, glyceryl tri (ethylhexyl) ester, olive oil and cetyl ethyl hexanoate, heating to 70-75 deg.C, stirring for dissolving, and adding tocopheryl acetate under stirring;
B. slowly adding sodium hyaluronate into deionized water while stirring at 500-800 rpm, adding part of citric acid and sodium citrate, and continuously stirring for 30 minutes until the sodium hyaluronate is completely and uniformly dispersed;
C. mixing methyl p-hydroxybenzoate and butanediol, heating to about 70 ℃ for dissolving, then sequentially adding glycerol, ethylhexyl glycerol, caprylyl glycol and phenoxyethanol, mixing, and stirring at 300-600 rpm for 15 minutes;
D. slowly pouring the mixture of the group B into the group C while stirring, and uniformly stirring;
E. and continuously stirring the group A materials at 500-800 rpm, slowly adding the mixture of the group BC into the group A at a constant speed, continuously stirring, slowly cooling to 45 ℃, adding essence, continuously stirring for more than 15 minutes, and cooling to below 40 ℃.

2. The nano micro-emulsified makeup removing lotion according to claim 1, characterized in that: the microemulsion is selected from one or more of PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate, PEG-20 glyceryl isostearate or polysorbate-20.
3. The nano micro-emulsified makeup removing lotion according to claim 2, characterized in that: the skin cleanser is selected from PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides and/or olive oil PEG-7 esters.
4. The nano micro-emulsified makeup removing lotion according to claim 3, characterized in that: the preservative is selected from 0.2-0.3% of phenoxyethanol and/or 0.10-0.15% of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate.
5. The preparation method of the nano micro-emulsified cleansing milk as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: adding the microemulsion and the skin cleanser into the triglyceride (ester, olive oil and cetyl ethylhexanoate), mixing, heating to 70-75 ℃, stirring for dissolving, and adding the tocopherol acetate for stirring;
s2: slowly adding sodium hyaluronate into deionized water while stirring at 500-800 rpm, adding part of citric acid and sodium citrate, and continuously stirring until the sodium hyaluronate is completely and uniformly dispersed;
s3: mixing methyl p-hydroxybenzoate and butanediol, heating to about 70 ℃ for dissolving, then sequentially adding glycerol, ethylhexyl glycerol, caprylyl glycol and phenoxyethanol, mixing, and stirring at 300-600 rpm for more than 15 minutes;
s4: slowly pouring the S2 mixture into the S3 material while stirring, and uniformly stirring;
s5: and continuously stirring the S1 material at 500-800 rpm, slowly pouring S4 into S1, continuously stirring, slowly cooling to 45 ℃, adding essence, continuously stirring for more than 15 minutes, and cooling to below 40 ℃.
