Test example 1 skin feel evaluation
Skin feel evaluation was performed on the emulsions prepared in examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1, 5 and 6, and the skin feel evaluation method was mainly to examine the spreadability (wet feel, spreadability and absorbency) and the after-application feel (gloss and stickiness), as shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1 skin feel evaluation index
Figure GDA0003313486260000071
The evaluation index range is 0-10 points. Selecting 50 volunteers of 18-38 years old, wherein 40 female volunteers are selected, and 10 male volunteers are selected; the volunteers' forearms were free of cream, perfume, alcohol wiped and fingertips cleaned; sampling 0.2g was done in 4.5cm diameter staggered circles (clockwise, approximately 2 seconds/time, up to 20 times) on the forearm, one index finger and the other finger felt the skin after application. The samples were scored against the criteria described in table 1 and, for final statistical comparison, the results of the tests are shown in table 2 below:
table 2 skin feel evaluation results
Figure GDA0003313486260000072
Figure GDA0003313486260000081
As can be seen from the test results in table 2 above:
1) from the test results of examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1, it can be seen that: the emulsion obtained by combining the raw materials according to the weight percentage has the integral use effect, particularly the absorbability superior to that of the emulsion obtained by combining other weight percentages; this is mainly because in the emulsion system, the various raw materials cooperate with each other to exert the overall use effect, and only within a proper proportion range, the efficacy can be exerted to the best. In addition, the absorption of the emulsion by the human body increases with the increase of the active ingredient, but the absorption does not change much when a certain critical point is reached, which is mainly related to the saturation of the absorption of the active ingredient by the human skin.
2) From the test results in example 6 and comparative example 5, it can be seen that: the combination of two polyols is adopted, and two moisturizing components with different molecular grades act on different layers of skin moisturizing, so that the prepared emulsion has certain difference in usability.
3) From the test results in example 7 and comparative example 6, it can be seen that: the emulsion prepared by adopting different methods and process parameters has reduced wetting feeling, spreadability and absorbability after being coated, and the overall glossiness and viscosity of the coated emulsion are not as good as those of the emulsion prepared in the example 1.
Test example 2 skin irritation test
1) Acute skin irritation test in animals
The evaluation is carried out according to the method of national cosmetic safety evaluation national standard GB-7919-87, and the tested animal is a rabbit. Taking 0.1g of sample, uniformly coating the sample on the skin of one side of a spine of a rabbit with a unhaired area of 2.5cm multiplied by 2.5cm, covering the skin with a layer of oiled paper, fixing the oiled paper and a bandage with a non-irritant adhesive plaster for 24 hours, washing away the residual sample with warm water after 24 hours, observing the reaction of the skin within 24 hours, and integrating two phenomena of erythema and edema, and judging according to the scoring standard in the table 3.
TABLE 3 skin irritation score criteria
Figure GDA0003313486260000082
Figure GDA0003313486260000091
Among them, stimulation intensity evaluation (total score of 8): the integral is less than or equal to 0.4, and is nonirritating; integration 0.5-1.9 is mild irritability; the integral of 2.0-5.9 is moderate irritation; an integral of 6.0 or more is strongly irritating.
The emulsion samples prepared in examples 1-12 were tested, and the integral was not more than 0.4, and the samples were non-irritating.
2) Human skin irritation test
On the basis of animal stimulation tests, the emulsion samples prepared in examples 1-12 were selected for testing. A total of 50 volunteers aged 18-38 were selected, 40 female and 10 male. Taking 0.25g of sample in a medical skin test patch, sticking the sample on the inner side of the upper arm cleaned by the volunteer, taking the skin test patch after lasting for 24 hours, and judging according to the scoring standard in the table 3.
The measurement results show that: the tests of the emulsion samples prepared in the embodiments 1 to 7 show that the emulsion prepared by the invention has no irritation, and the emulsion prepared by the invention has no obvious irritation and is safe to use when being used for a human body.
Test example 3 antibacterial Properties
During the use of cosmetics, the most commonly exposed microorganisms are mostly molds of the bacterial and fungal type. When the antibacterial property of the emulsion sample is tested, the test comprises respectively inoculating Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on nutrient agar inclined plate placed in dark cabinet at room temperature, culturing at 35 deg.C for 48 hr, washing with sterile physiological saline containing 0.05% polysorbate-80 to make the final cell concentration be 108one/mL. In addition, Candida albicans was inoculated on a Sasa grape agar slant plate placed in a dark cabinet at room temperature, and cultured at 20 ℃ for 48h, and the rest operations were identical to the above.
Respectively taking 0.2mL of the 4 bacterial liquids, adding the 0.1mL of the emulsions into a blank emulsion with 20mL, respectively taking 0,1,2,3,4,5,8,24 hours and 7,14,21 and 28 days by taking physiological saline as a control, adding 20mL of sterilized agar at 55 ℃, gently mixing the liquids before solidification, culturing the liquids at 35 ℃ for 3 days (culturing the candida albicans at 20 ℃ for 5 days), and recording the colony count.
The emulsion prepared in example 1 is selected for test, the blank emulsion kills pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans within 24h by 100 percent, and the regeneration of the bacteria is not seen within 28 days. The test results of staphylococcus aureus are shown in fig. 1:
in figure 1 it is shown that staphylococcus aureus was added to the blank emulsion at 112/mL and rapidly reduced to zero after the 8h trial. This demonstrates that the emulsions prepared in the examples have good bactericidal properties.
Test example 4 evaluation of Using effects
The emulsions prepared in example 1 and comparative examples 2 to 4 were used for performance tests, 80 subjects were divided into 4 groups, and skin changes were observed after 3 months of use, and then again after 3 months (i.e., 6 months of use), and the results obtained were as shown in table 4 below:
table 4 emulsion use effect test results
Figure GDA0003313486260000101
From the results of the tests used for the emulsions in table 4 it can be seen that: 1) from the test results of comparative example 2, it can be seen that the extract of Japanese seaweed has a significant effect on the removal of color spots and the whitening of the whole skin, anti-aging, and when Japanese seaweed is not added, the effect of the emulsion is deteriorated; 2) from the test results of comparative example 3 and comparative example 4, it can be seen that the use effect of the emulsion is deteriorated if the chicory extract, the parsley extract and the broccoli extract are used as key factors for regulating the water-oil balance of the skin, and any one of the raw materials is absent or the addition amount of the three raw materials is not within the range recorded by the invention; 3) it can also be seen from the test results in Table 4 that none of the raw materials in the emulsion preparation process exists in isolation, and all raw materials are combined into a whole in a proper ratio to optimize the emulsion performance.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
