As shown in table 2, the essence lotions of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 have good cold-resistant and heat-resistant physicochemical properties, good stability, and good quality-guaranteeing effect. The essence disclosed by the invention is good in formula stability, good in quality guarantee effect and durable.
2. Irritation test
The test substance: the essences of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5.
Experimental animals: 33 white rabbits (provided by the department of laboratory animals of Chinese medical university) of common-grade healthy New Zealand species (11 females, 22 males, weight 2.5-3.0 kg) were randomly divided into 11 groups of 3 rabbits (1 female and 2 males) each, and one group of rabbits of each group was used as a unit to correspond to the essence lotions of test examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-5, respectively.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: a one-time skin irritation test was used.
Before the test, the caps on two sides of the spine of the back of the rabbit are cut off, and the range of the hair-removed part of 4cm by 4cm is taken as a test area.
During testing, 0.5ml of a test object is smeared on a test area on one side of the back of a rabbit, then, gauze and cellophane are used for covering, and then, a medical adhesive plaster is used for fixing; the test area on the other side served as a blank control. The application time is 4h, the skin reaction of the applied part is observed at 1h, 24h, 48h and 72h after the covering is taken out, and the comparison evaluation is carried out with the control part.
Scoring according to skin irritation response scoring standard in cosmetic hygiene Specifications, judging the irritation intensity of the tested substance to the skin according to skin irritation intensity grading standard according to the highest integral mean value of the irritation response at the observation time points of 1h, 24h, 48h and 72h, and the test result is shown in Table 3.

Note: the stimulation intensity was divided into 3 grades, "-" indicates no stimulation, "+" indicates light stimulation, and "+" indicates medium stimulation.
As can be seen from table 3, the essence lotions of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 did not have irritation to the skin. The essence disclosed by the invention is mild and non-irritant to skin, and is comfortable and safe to use.
3. Oxidation resistance test
Test method ABTS free radical stock solution was prepared by mixing 5m L ABTS (7 mmol/L) and 88. mu. L potassium persulfate (140 mmol/L), and standing overnight at room temperature in the dark, and then diluting the ABTS free radical stock solution with distilled water at a ratio of 1:50(v/v) so that the absorbance at 30 ℃ and 734nm wavelength was 0.7. + -. 0.02.
200 mu L essence lotion and 3ml ABTS free radical stock solution are added into a test tube, distilled water is used for replacing the essence lotion for a blank tube, distilled water is used for replacing ABTS free radical stock solution for a control group, after each test sample is placed in the dark for 1h under the room temperature condition, the absorbance is measured at the wavelength of 734nm, 3 parallels are arranged, the result is averaged, and ascorbic acid (VC, 20 mu L) is used as a positive control.
The results of the measurement are calculated by the following formula:

As can be seen from table 4, the essence lotions of examples 1 to 6 have better antioxidant effect than those of comparative examples 1 to 5, and are beneficial to enhancing the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle effects of skin and keeping skin healthy and elastic.
4. Anti-inflammatory assay
The test method comprises the steps of taking Wistar mice (80-100 g of half of a female and a male provided by Kai student science and technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.) and randomly grouping 10 mice in each group, wherein each group comprises a blank group (without any treatment), a model group (coated with 100 mu L of liquid paraffin and 50 mu L of an inflammation-causing agent each time) and a test group (coated with essence and 50 mu L of the inflammation-causing agent of examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-5), uniformly coating corresponding test reagents on the front and back sides of the right ear of the mice respectively, continuously administering for 3 days, and starting to cause inflammation after 24 hours of last administration.
Wherein, the inflammation-causing agent is fully mixed according to the volume ratio of anhydrous ether-croton oil-anhydrous ethanol-distilled water (14.6: 0.4: 4: 1), 100 mu L of the inflammation-causing agent is evenly coated on the front side and the back side of the right auricle of the mouse, and the model is made due to the inflammation.
After 2h of inflammation, the mouse is taken off the neck and killed, two ears are cut along the base line of the auricle, a right ear plate is punched along the same part of the auricle by a stainless steel punch with the diameter of 8mm, the taken-off ear plate is immediately placed on ice, PBS is added, the right ear plate is homogenized in ice bath to prepare an ear swelling tissue homogenate, a homogenate supernatant fluid is prepared by centrifugation at 4 ℃, the protein concentration in the supernatant fluid and the TNF- α, I L-1 β and NO content in the ear tissue are measured according to the operation of a kit instruction, and the measurement results are shown in Table 5.

As can be seen from table 5, the essence lotions of examples 1 to 6 have better anti-inflammatory effects than those of comparative examples 1 to 5.
5. Anti-allergy relief effect test
The test substance: the essences of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5.
Subject: 55 volunteers participating in the experiment were all women of 20-35 years old. 55 volunteers were randomly divided into 11 groups, and the essence lotions of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were tried on each group of volunteers.
The test method comprises the following steps: each subject stimulates the skin on the inner side of the left arm with 6 wt% of capsaicin to cause skin allergy and produce burning sensation, 1ml of corresponding test object is smeared on the part stimulated by the capsaicin according to grouping conditions, the feedback conditions of the subjects are recorded in 10min, 30min and 60min after the test object is smeared, the recovery degree of the skin in different periods is judged according to the burning sensation fed back by the subjects on the tested part, and the test results are shown in table 6.

Note: the degree of recovery was divided into 4 grades, "I" indicating complete disappearance of the burning sensation, "II" indicating mild burning sensation, "III" indicating moderate burning sensation, and "IV" indicating severe burning sensation.
As can be seen from table 6, the essence lotions of examples 1 to 6 have a faster and more efficient soothing effect than those of comparative examples 1 to 5, and can quickly eliminate the irritation.
6. Test of moisturizing Effect
The test substance: the essence of examples 1 to 6.
Subject: 30 volunteers participating in the experiment are all women of 20-35 years old. 30 volunteers were randomly divided into 6 groups, and the volunteers of each group were tried with the essence lotions of examples 1 to 6 in a group unit.
The test method comprises the following steps: after a subject washes the face with clear water, measuring the skin moisture of the face by using a skin moisture measuring instrument; and then, the corresponding essence lotion of the tested object is used for smearing on the face, and after 2 hours, the moisture of the skin of the face is measured by a skin moisture tester, and the test result is shown in table 7.

As can be seen from table 7, the essence liquids of examples 1 to 6 have a good moisturizing effect. The multifunctional soothing essence disclosed by the invention is based on the multifunctional soothing essence composition, and is compatible with the skin moisturizer, the humectant and the like, so that the multifunctional soothing essence has good moisturizing and skin moistening properties, the barrier protection function of skin is enhanced, the skin is effectively cared, the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle effects of the skin are enhanced, and the health state of the skin is better protected.
The test results in tables 4 to 7 are combined, so that the multi-effect relieving essence composition disclosed by the invention has the advantages that lecithin, aescin, β -sitosterol, creatine, methylsilanol mannuronate, a spilanthol extract and caffeine are compounded according to specific mass parts, the synergistic effect is realized, the multi-effect relieving effects of ageing resistance, wrinkle resistance, inflammation resistance, tightening, sedation, moisture retention and the like are achieved, and the multi-effect relieving essence disclosed by the invention has a good multi-effect relieving effect based on the multi-effect relieving essence composition, can effectively enhance the barrier protection function of skin, reduces the sensitization of other skin care cosmetics to the skin, and protects the health of the skin.

Claims (10)
1. The multi-effect relieving essence composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:
0.05-0.5 part of lecithin, 0.02-0.15 part of aescin, 0.03-0.35 part of β -sitosterol, 0.2-1.0 part of creatine, 0.5-5.0 parts of methylsilanol mannuronate, 1.0-5.0 parts of spilanthol flower extract and 0.05-0.75 part of caffeine.
2. The multi-effect relieving essence composition according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.08-0.1 part of lecithin, 0.02-0.03 part of aescin, 0.05-0.06 part of β -sitosterol, 0.3-0.6 part of creatine, 0.5-2.0 parts of methylsilanol mannuronate, 1.0-2.0 parts of spilanthol extract and 0.05-0.25 part of caffeine.
3. The multi-effect relieving essence is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
0.5-3.0% of emulsifier, 2.0-15.0% of multi-effect relieving essence composition, 3.0-13.0% of emollient, 0.1-0.5% of triethanolamine, 0.2-1.0% of thickener I, 0.05-0.3% of thickener II, 0.1-0.5% of thickener III, 0.15-2.25% of siloxane triol alginate, 0.01-0.12% of disodium EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), 3.0-11.0% of humectant and the balance of water;
the multipurpose soothing essence composition is the multipurpose soothing essence composition of claim 1 or 2.
4. The multi-effect soothing essence as claimed in claim 3, wherein the emulsifier comprises 0.4-2.0% by weight of a combination of bis-PEG/PPG-20/5 PEG/PPG-20/5 polydimethylsiloxane, methoxy PEG/PPG-25/4 polydimethylsiloxane, caprylic/capric triglyceride, and 0.1-1.0% by weight of polyglyceryl-3-methylglucdiisostearate;
in the compound of the double-PEG/PPG-20/5 PEG/PPG-20/5 polydimethylsiloxane, the methoxy PEG/PPG-25/4 polydimethylsiloxane and the caprylic acid/capric acid triglyceride, the mass ratio of the double-PEG/PPG-20/5 PEG/PPG-20/5 polydimethylsiloxane, the methoxy PEG/PPG-25/4 polydimethylsiloxane and the caprylic acid/capric acid triglyceride is 2:1: 1.
5. The multi-effect soothing essence according to claim 3, wherein the emollient comprises 1.0-5.0% of dimethiconol and 2.0-8.0% of diethylhexyl carbonate by weight percentage.
6. The multi-effect soothing essence according to claim 3, wherein the thickener I comprises hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer;
and/or, the thickening agent II comprises gum arabic or xanthan gum;
and/or the thickener III comprises acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alcohol acrylate cross-linked polymer.
7. The multi-effect relaxing essence according to claim 3, wherein the moisturizing agent comprises 1.0-4.0% of seaweed extract, 1.0-6.0% of propylene glycol and 2.0-11.0% of butylene glycol by mass.
8. The multi-effect relaxing essence according to claim 3, further comprising 0.5-3.0% by mass of an anti-allergy agent; the anti-allergic agent comprises a purslane extract.
9. The multi-effect relaxing essence according to any one of claims 3 to 8, further comprising 0.01 to 0.2% of essence, 0.1 to 0.4% of caprylyl glycol, 2.0 to 8.0% of ethanol and 0.1 to 0.5% of preservative by mass.
10. The method for preparing the multi-effect soothing essence of claim 3, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, mixing the emulsifier, the thickener I and the emollient, heating to 80 +/-2 ℃, preserving heat for 10 minutes, and uniformly stirring;
s2, mixing the humectant, triethanolamine, disodium EDTA, the thickener II, water and lecithin, aescin, β -sitosterol and creatine in the multi-effect soothing essence composition under the condition of low-speed stirring at 40-50 r/min, heating to 85 +/-2 ℃, preserving heat for 10 minutes, and uniformly stirring;
s3, adding the uniformly mixed component S1 into the uniformly mixed component S2 under the high-speed uniform stirring of 3000-3200 r/min, performing uniform stirring for 10 minutes, and cooling;
s4, dissolving and uniformly mixing the thickening agent III, adding the thickening agent III, and continuously homogenizing for 10 minutes;
s5, sequentially adding methylsilanol mannuronate, a spilanthol extract, caffeine and siloxane triol alginate in the multi-effect relieving essence composition, and uniformly stirring; cooling to below 38 ℃, and discharging to obtain the multi-effect relieving essence.
