Description

Water-oil bin-separated moisturizing and relieving composition, preparation method and application
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a water-oil separated-bin moisturizing and soothing composition, a preparation method and application.
Background
Moisturizing is the most fundamental link in skin care. Whether the skin is full of water directly affects the complexion of a person and can cause a series of skin health problems such as skin dryness, wrinkling, molting, allergy and the like. With the increasing population of sensitive muscles, products with moisturizing and repairing functions are also gradually concerned by consumers.
At present, most of functional cosmetics on the market are uniform single-phase products, and the same is true of moisturizing and soothing products. In general, because the formula process does not have an emulsification process, in order to ensure the compatibility and stability of the system, the selected raw materials with the moisturizing and soothing effects are limited and have to be water-soluble, so that better effects are difficult to achieve. Although some oily materials with the effects of moisturizing and relieving can be selected to participate in emulsification, the emulsification process needs to introduce more emulsifying agents or thickening agents, and negative effects are brought to skin of some people with sensitive skin.

The further technical scheme is that the oil phase component contains 0.8-3% of bisabolol by mass percent; the content of the 4-tert-butyl cyclohexanol is 0.5-1.5%; the content of sunflower seed oil is 3-8%.
The further technical scheme is that the oil phase component also comprises 3-5% of tocopherol and the balance of trimethyl pentaphenyl trisiloxane.
Wherein the tocopherol has antioxidant effect and can be used as antioxidant; trimethyl pentaphenyl trisiloxane is an emollient.
The further technical proposal is that the content of the tripeptide-1 copper in the water phase component is 0.01 to 0.05 percent by mass percent; the content of the hydrolyzed algae extract is 0.25-1.5%; the content of the bacillus fermentation product is 0.25-2%; the content of the triquetrum extract is 0.25-2%.
The further technical proposal is that the water phase component also comprises 2 to 8 percent of humectant; 0.1-0.5% of a thickening agent; 0.1-1.0% of preservative and the balance of deionized water.
The further technical scheme is that the humectant is at least one selected from dipropylene glycol, allantoin, panthenol and saccharide isomerate.
The further technical proposal is that the thickening agent is selected from polyacrylate cross-linked polymer-6 and xanthan gum.
The further technical proposal is that the preservative is selected from methyl hydroxybenzoate and phenoxyethanol.
In a second aspect, the present invention also provides a method for preparing the water-oil compartment moisturizing and soothing composition of the first aspect, comprising the steps of:
preparing an aqueous phase component:
uniformly mixing deionized water, a humectant, a thickener and a preservative in the water phase component in proportion, heating and stirring to 80-85 ℃ to form a mixture, adding tripeptide-1 copper, a hydrolyzed algae extract, a bacillus fermentation product and a dipsacus root extract into the mixture when the temperature of the mixture is reduced to 40-50 ℃, uniformly stirring, and separately storing.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the examples will be clearly and completely described below. It is apparent that the embodiments to be described below are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of them. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The water-oil bin-separated moisturizing and relieving composition provided by the invention comprises a water phase component and an oil phase component, wherein the water phase component and the oil phase component are respectively canned, sealed and stored, and are uniformly mixed before use. Hereinafter, the water phase component is referred to as water phase, and the oil phase component is referred to as oil phase.
Wherein the aqueous phase component comprises tripeptide-1 copper, hydrolyzed algae extract, bacillus fermentation product, and dipsacus fruit extract; the oil phase component comprises bisabolol, 4-tert-butyl cyclohexanol and sunflower seed oil.
Specifically, the functions of the functional components are described as follows:
tripeptide-1 copper: is a natural copper complex, has multiple functions in human body, including promoting wound healing, attracting immunocyte, resisting oxidation and inflammation, and reducing free radical injury; can be used as an activator for tissue remodeling, is a signal peptide, and can promote the generation of normal collagen, elastin, proteoglycan and glucosaminan of skin, improve skin elasticity, and promote skin regeneration.
Hydrolysis of algae extract: haematococcus, which is extracted from single-cell red microalgae belonging to the family Rhodophytaceae, mainly grows on a warm coastline. Can obviously reduce the release of interleukin IL-1 alpha, reduce the over-expression of NGF in inflammatory reaction, thereby reducing the expression of TRPV1 and the generation of inflammatory mediators, and reducing the skin sensitivity.
And (3) bacillus fermentation product: the strain is collected from Spanish force river, is rich in iron ions, and has effects of promoting epidermis regeneration and strengthening skin barrier; the ability to activate the TRPV calcium channel to produce a calcium gradient by modulating calcium channel gene expression to maintain cellular hydration. In addition, it has the function of resisting DNA damage caused by ultraviolet rays and infrared rays.
Extract of Tianzhu fruit: the measuring tape belongs to climbing plants of Cactaceae, has large flowers and can be used as vegetables; the fruit can be eaten, is named as pitaya, and has the pharmacological effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, clearing heat and moistening lung and the like. The measuring tape can inhibit the expression of kinesin so as to improve the skin glossiness; has effects in inhibiting expression of inflammatory factor, and resisting oxidation; has effects of reducing skin water loss rate and promoting wound healing.
Bisabolol: is the main active component of chamomile, and the bisabolol can reduce the release of leukotriene LTB4 and interleukin IL-1 alpha caused by PMA, and has excellent pharmaceutical and pharmacological effects of resisting inflammation and irritation, relieving swelling, promoting wound healing, etc. When applied to personal care formulations, the anti-inflammatory properties are suitable for use in sensitive skin care products and the like.
4-tert-butylcyclohexanol: in normal skin, there are a specific number of nerve receptors in the cell membrane, and the flow of calcium is regulated and maintained in a further temperature state. Sensitive skin, more TRPV1 nerve receptors are activated, and the calcium ion flow is increased due to the loss of regulation, so that symptoms such as skin irritation and verification are generated. 4-tert-butylcyclohexanol can regulate activity of TRPV1, prevent skin burning sensation and prickling caused by calcium ion flux increase due to activation of TRPV1 receptor, and improve skin tolerance.
Sunflower seed oil: is rich in oleic acid, linoleic acid, mineral substances, vitamin A, D, E and other antioxidant substances, can protect the skin from various physical and chemical irritants of the external environment, simultaneously promotes the self-repairing capability of the damaged and sensitive skin, and slows down the inflammation phenomenon. Can rapidly seal and lock water, achieves a certain water retention force required by supplementing skin barriers, and further recovers the health state of the human body sebum membrane.
If not specifically stated, the water-oil bin separation process of the water-oil bin-separated moisturizing and soothing composition provided by the invention is prepared by the following method:
s1 preparation of aqueous phase component:
uniformly mixing deionized water, a humectant, a thickener and a preservative in the water phase component, heating and stirring to 80-85 ℃ to form a mixture, adding tripeptide-1 copper, a hydrolyzed algae extract, a bacillus fermentation product and a gaultheria bidens extract into the mixture when the temperature of the mixture is reduced to 40-50 ℃, uniformly stirring, and separately storing.
S2 preparation of oil phase components:
heating trimethyl pentaphenyl trisiloxane, bisabolol, 4-tert-butyl cyclohexanol and sunflower seed oil in the oil phase components to 75-80 ℃ to form a mixture, adding tocopherol (vitamin E) when the temperature of the mixture is reduced to 40-50 ℃, uniformly stirring, and separately storing.
S3, canning the water phase component and the oil phase component respectively according to the proportion.
The moisturizing and soothing effects of the water-oil bin-type moisturizing and soothing compositions of the examples and comparative examples were evaluated by the following test methods.
1. Moisturizing effect and barrier repair effect evaluation:
referring to QB/T4256-. The apparatus moisturmetersc MSC1212(DELFIN) and the apparatus TAPOMETER SWL5167(DELFIN) were used to measure the values of the hydration content of the stratum corneum of the skin at 0h (initial value of unused sample), 1h, 2h, 4h, and the values of the transdermal water loss rate (TWEL) at 14 days and 28 days after the use of the sample, respectively, and the obtained values were recorded and the average value was calculated.
2. Evaluation of soothing Effect
33 sensitive muscle subjects were selected for each sample, and the samples in each example and comparative example were distributed to subjects for full face testing, once in the morning and once in the evening, for a test period of 28 days. Through the form of an electronic questionnaire, the subject is asked to score the indexes of the product, such as mildness, absorbability, water-moistening feeling, greasy feeling, instant soothing effect, 14-day soothing effect, 28-day soothing effect and the like, record the obtained values and calculate the average value.
(1) The influence of different proportions of the water phase and the oil phase on the moisturizing and relieving effects of the product is explored
Specific formulations of examples 1 to 2 and comparative examples 1 to 8 are shown in tables 1 to 1 and 1 to 2 below.
The results of evaluation of moisturizing effect and barrier repairing effect of examples 1 to 2 and comparative examples 1 to 8 are shown in table 2; the soothing effect was evaluated as shown in table 3 and fig. 1.
Table 1-1 (unit: mass%):

table 3:
Figure BDA0002573424520000073
Figure BDA0002573424520000081
as shown in tables 1-1 and 1-2: the contents of the components in examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-8 are the same, but the mass ratio of water to oil is different, and the test results in tables 2 and 3 show that: the water-oil mass ratio is different, the skin moisture content of the product in each time period (0-4h) is different, and the TWEL value is different. The water-oil ratio of the example 1 and the example 2 is 97: 3. 98: 2, the skin moisture content of the skin is better within 0-4h, and the TWEL values of 14 days and 28 days are lower, which indicates that the skin barrier repair effect is better; none of comparative examples 1 to 8 exhibited the same effects as those of examples 1 to 2.
As can be seen from the results of the effect evaluation of the sensitive muscle subjects of table 3 and fig. 1: the difference of the water-oil mass ratio basically does not affect the mildness of the product, but the overhigh oil-phase ratio can affect the absorptivity of the product and increase the greasy feeling of the product, thereby affecting the instant and long-term relieving effect of the product. Too low oil phase proportion also affects the exertion of the effective components of the oil phase, so that the efficacy of the product is not optimal.
By combining the above evaluation of the moisturizing effect and the soothing effect, the overall effect of the product is the best when the water phase proportion is 97-98% and the oil phase proportion is 3-2%.
(2) Explores the influence of the warehouse separation/traditional emulsification process on the moisturizing and relieving effect of the product
Water phase of Water-in-oil moisturizing soothing composition of examples 3-4, comparative examples 9-14: the mass of the oil phase is 97: 3, the specific formulation is shown in table 4 below.
The results of evaluation of the moisturizing effect and barrier repair effect of examples 3 to 4 and comparative examples 9 to 14 are shown in table 5; the soothing effect was evaluated as shown in table 6 and fig. 2.
Table 4 (unit: mass%):
Figure BDA0002573424520000082
Figure BDA0002573424520000091
table 5:
Figure BDA0002573424520000092
table 6:
Figure BDA0002573424520000101
table 4 shows the contents of the components of example 3, comparative examples 9-11, example 4 and comparative examples 12-14, wherein the examples 3 and 4 are all water-oil separation processes, and the comparative examples 9-11 and 12-14 adopt emulsification processes of adding different emulsifiers.
From the results of the skin moisture content test in table 5, it can be seen that under the same component ratio conditions, the skin moisture content values are substantially close to each other by the water-oil separation process and the conventional emulsification process, which indicates that the final moisturizing effect of the product is not greatly affected by the water-oil separation process and the conventional emulsification process. As can be seen from the comparison of TWEL values, the TWEL values of the examples 3 and 4 in the water-oil binning process are basically close to those of the traditional emulsion in 14 days, but the TWEL value in 28 days is greatly reduced, which indicates that the improvement effect on the skin barrier repair is better by using the water-oil binning process.
The results of the effect evaluation of the sensitive muscle subjects in table 6 and fig. 2 show that: the adoption of the water-oil separate warehouse process and the traditional emulsification process has certain influence on the mildness and the absorbability of the product, and has obvious influence on the instant and long-term relieving effect of the product. This suggests that for sensitive muscle subjects, the introduction of emulsifiers will burden the skin of the subject, thereby affecting their assessment of product mildness and soothing effects.
By combining the assessment of the moisturizing effect, the barrier repairing effect and the relieving effect and adopting the water-oil separate warehouse process, the introduction of the traditional emulsifier can be reduced, the formula is more simplified and safer, the product is milder for people with sensitive muscles, and the instant and long-term relieving effect of the product is obviously improved.
(3) The influence of the water phase component and the oil phase component on the moisturizing and relieving effects of the product is explored
The water phase of the water-in-oil moisturizing soothing composition of example 1, comparative examples 15-20: the mass of the oil phase is 97: 3, the specific formulation is shown in table 7 below.
The results of evaluation of moisturizing effect and barrier repair effect of example 1 and comparative examples 15 to 20 are shown in table 8; the soothing effect was evaluated as shown in table 9 and fig. 3.
Table 7 (unit: mass%):
Figure BDA0002573424520000111
table 8:
Figure BDA0002573424520000112
table 9:
Figure BDA0002573424520000121
tables 7-9, fig. 3 compare the differences in use of the moisturizing and soothing compositions in water and oil compartment, with a single aqueous phase component and a single oil phase component.
From the test results of the example 1 and the comparative examples 15 to 18, it can be seen that the moisturizing effect, the barrier repairing effect and the soothing effect of the water-oil separate-bin moisturizing and soothing composition after being compounded are obviously better than the effects of a single two-time water phase, a single three-time water phase, a single two-time oil phase and a single three-time oil phase, and the compounding of the water-oil separate-bin moisturizing and soothing composition has the effect of 1+1 being more than 2 on the moisturizing effect, the barrier repairing effect and the soothing effect of the product.
In addition, as can be seen from comparative examples 19 to 20, the combination of the partial water phase moisturizing and soothing composition and the partial oil phase moisturizing and soothing composition has a moisturizing effect, a barrier repairing effect and a soothing effect which are superior to those of the single two-fold water phase, the single three-fold water phase, the single two-fold oil phase and the single three-fold oil phase to a certain extent, and further verifies that the hydrophilic moisturizing and soothing composition and the oil-soluble moisturizing and soothing composition play a synergistic and complementary role in efficacy.

Water phase of Water-in-oil moisturizing and soothing compositions of examples 5-9, comparative examples 10-13: the mass of the oil phase is 97: 3, the specific formulation is shown in table 10 below.
The results of evaluation of moisturizing effect and barrier repairing effect of examples 1 to 2 and comparative examples 1 to 8 are shown in Table 11; the soothing effect was evaluated as shown in table 12 and fig. 4.
Table 10 (unit: mass%):
Figure BDA0002573424520000131
table 11:
Figure BDA0002573424520000132
table 12:
Figure BDA0002573424520000141
tables 10-12, FIG. 4 compare the effect of different addition ratios of the components in the water and oil moisturizing and soothing composition.
From the above test results, it can be seen that the moisturizing effect, barrier repair effect, and soothing effect of the product increase to some extent with the increase in the amount of the water-oil moisturizing and soothing composition in the range of the lower total amount of addition (examples 5 to 7). However, in the range of higher total addition amount (examples 7-10), the moisturizing effect, barrier repairing effect and soothing effect of the product do not increase obviously with the addition amount of the water-oil moisturizing and soothing composition, which indicates that the positive addition amount of each component of the composition is not the optimal solution of the product.
It can further be seen from examples 10-13 that the ratios of the components of the composition are such that a balanced and synergistic moisturizing and soothing effect is obtained. Particularly, when the addition amount of the components of the bacillus fermentation product is increased within the range of 0.75-1.4%, the bacillus fermentation product has significant positive effects on the moisturizing effect, the barrier repairing effect and the relieving effect of the product.
(5) The influence of the bacillus fermentation product on the moisturizing and relieving effect of the product is explored
Water phase of the water-in-oil moisturizing and soothing composition of example 12, comparative examples 21-28: the mass of the oil phase is 97: 3, comparing the effect of the bacillus fermentation product, the lactobacillus/rice fermentation product and the schizosaccharomyces fermentation product lysate on the moisturizing and soothing effect of the product, the specific formulation is shown in table 13 below.
The results of evaluation of moisturizing effect and barrier repair effect of example 12 and comparative examples 21 to 28 are shown in table 14; the soothing effect was evaluated as shown in table 15 and fig. 5.
Table 13 (unit: mass%):
Figure BDA0002573424520000142
Figure BDA0002573424520000151
table 14:
Figure BDA0002573424520000152
table 15:
Figure BDA0002573424520000161
tables 13-15, fig. 5 further demonstrate the effect of the "bacillus fermentation product" component on moisturizing, barrier repair, soothing effects of the product.
From the results of comparative examples 21 to 22, it can be seen that: when the "bacillus fermentation product" component was removed as in example 12, the moisturizing effect was significantly reduced at each stage of the product for 1-4h, and an increase in TWEL value at each period of 14-28 days means that the barrier repair efficacy was reduced, and in addition, the relief effect of immediate relaxation for 14-28 days was also greatly affected.
In comparative examples 23 to 26, the "lactobacillus/rice fermentation product" and the "schizosaccharomyces fermentation product lysate" which are commercially available from the same fermentation sources were used instead of the "bacillus fermentation product" component, and it can be seen from the results that the "lactobacillus/rice fermentation product" and the "schizosaccharomyces fermentation product lysate" have certain moisturizing and barrier repair effects, but the moisturizing and barrier repair effects are significantly different from those of the "bacillus fermentation product" when the addition ratio is equal or the addition amount is doubled. In addition, as can be seen from the results of example 12 and comparative examples 27 to 28, in addition to example 12, a certain amount of lactobacillus/rice fermentation product and yeast dehiscence lysate are added, so that the overall moisturizing effect is not greatly improved, and the barrier repair capability and the soothing effect evaluation of the product are weakened to some extent, probably because the fermentation product is weak in acidity, and if the fermentation product is added too much, the skin tolerance of sensitive muscle subjects is increased, and the product mildness is also reduced to some extent.
In conclusion, the water-oil bin-type moisturizing and relieving composition provided by the invention can realize synergistic interaction through compounding of the water-phase component and the oil-phase component in the components and the proportion defined by the invention, and has the effects of moisturizing and relieving.
Furthermore, by a water-oil separation process, the pure water phase and the pure oil phase are respectively stored separately, so that the selection range of the water-soluble functional raw materials and the oil-soluble functional raw materials is expanded, and the efficacy of the final product is ensured; before use, a consumer gently shakes the water phase component and the oil phase component uniformly to finally form a stable system with oil droplets uniformly suspended and distributed in water; not only ensures the stability of the functional raw materials to the maximum extent, but also avoids the quality problems of water-oil separation and the like of the product in the transportation and storage periods, and prolongs the shelf life of the product; the introduction of an emulsifier in the formula is reduced, and the safety of the formula is improved.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
